“Just take a sip. It's not bad, I promise." Cadence requested, pushing the cup to the edge of the table with her magic, watching his eyes follow it like a cat following a laser pointer. Not that they have those here. Cats, I mean. They don't have cats. Anyways…
As part of a tiny experiment, Cadence moved the cup back to its original place, noticing that his eyes were still glued to the cup. The unicorn took a few steps towards Shiny, watching to see the captain’s reaction. Satisfied, he continued, bringing his nose up to Shining’s.

His eyes opened, crossing to see what he had bumped.
