For a long time I belived that there’s only one earth and only one Equestria. I was wrong, there’s an infinite number of universes, it’s called Multiverse. I found out, about it when a human Oliver Queen went to my earth by accident, he was injured, so as my sister told me, everypony and every creature needs a little kindness, I’ve helped him... Soon he cameback and told me about incoming crisis, a power that could destroy the Multiverse. But I belived in him, and I was right about something this time, he saved the Multiverse and gained powers, he wanted to give me copy of them so I could change my life and defend my universe. I’ve agreed. My name is The Spectre and this is my story... Episode 1 - Oliver Queen One month until wedding... “I don’t know Fluttershy, it’s just... you know it’s Rainbow Dash wedding. It will be weird if I will show up.” - Zephyr Breeze said to his sister. “Zephyr, I know that you’ve liked her, but she didn’t, you just have to get over with it.” - Fluttershy looked at her brother. “I already did, but I’m just saying, that it wouldn’t end well. I know Soarin and you know him, and he knows that I once loved Rainbow.” - Zephyr was still looking into Fluttershy eyes. “Zeph... I get it, and I have a perfect solution if you don’t want to get killed by him. Find yourself a real girlfriend!” - Fluttershy laught. “Very funny... But I guess, you’re right. I have to someday find somepony special.” - Zephyr huged his sister. “Well, sis I have to go, I’ve promised my new boss that I won’t be late!” - Zephyr flew away from Fluttershy home. Fastes way to cloudsdale was throught everfree forest, so he choosed this path. It was late, only few ponies were on the street. When he was over the trees he noticed a weird green light in the sky... it was getting closer and closer... “SHIT!” - Zephyr screamed when he’ve got hitten by that green object. When woke up he noticed that he at the end of everfree forest. Near him, there was a creature, that presumbly was this green object. “Emmm... Hello?” - Zephyr asked hoping to get a answer from a green creature... He didn’t get any answer so he’ve got closer to it. This creature didn’t had a green skin it was just a green hood, Zephyr also noticed that he had a bow and a quiver without any arrows. He then remembered, that stories about another world from his sister, he thought that she was lying, but he had a living human infront of him! Well, living that’s a good question, is he ok? “Help, me...” - human aid in a sore voice. “Celestia, you’ve scared me! Don’t worry I will get some help from my friends...” - Zephyr was scared yes, but also happy that this human is alive, Zephyr hates one thing death. “No, no one else can know I’m here, it’s dangerous not only for me... Hide me somewhere... please...” - after those words human fainted. “Well, you should’ve thank to Celestia that I’ve been working up for sometime. I will take you to a safe place I promise.” - After those words, Zephyr took him, to his house in Cloudsdale. At least it was dark so nopony saw him carying a human but he was stragling to get him upstairs. When he puted him on the bed, noticed that human was bleeding. Zephyr quickly found a first aid kit and began to dress his wounds. Next day... It was a weird day for Zephyr, he didn’t had any sleep, cause he was scared that human will die, or wake up. He couldn’t know if he was good or bad, so he’ve locked him in his room. Zephyr was watching TV to see if he was spoted, or somepony else noted a green light in the sky. There was nothing about it but he was checking other stations anyway, then suddenly there was a knocking to his door. “Hi, Zephyr it’s me Rainbow Dash! Can I came in?” “Yes of course!” - Zephyr said as he went to the door to unlock it. “Sorry for bothering you, but it’s Fluttershy, she told me to check on you. She thinks that you’ve still didn’t get over with my wedding.” - Zephyr looked at her stressed, he had a something else to worry about. “I did! It’s a closed path, and I’m happy for you. And I was at Fluttershy house yesterday talking about it.” - Rainbow Dash looked in his eyes. “Zeph, you’ve didn’t showed in the work...” - Zephyr again thought about his guest upstairs. “I’ve had to help my friend, he’s... injured.” - Zephyr said while stuttering. “Well, that’s a relief. I mean, that you don’t have any problems with work and me getting married. Anyway, will you go to my wedding?” - Rainbow asked. “I don’t think I will have time... But I promise that I will do my best!” - Zephyr said. “Well, that’s good enough... Wait, what’s that noice?” - Rainbow asked as she’ve heard growling upstairs. Human was awake. “That’s actualy that friend, he doesn’t live in here and he couldn’t get to his home in that state so I’ve proposed that he could stay at my place until he will get better.” - Zephyr answerd sweating all over. “You’ve always want to help everypony don’t you? Well, I will get going. I have to prepare to my wedding, and by the way, open some windows you’re sweating.” - Zephyr didn’t answered he only laughed nervously. When Rainbow Dash left, he quickly locked the door and went upstairs... “So, you’re awake! I don’t even know why am I so happy... Please tell me you’re good guy...” - Zephyr looked at human that was lying in his bed. “Yeah... I’m a good guy... Wait a minute, you’re a pony? Where the hell am I? Is this other universe or something?” - human looked nervously at the whole room. “Yes, it’s other universe. And before you will say anything, I know this because of my sister’s stories.” - Zephyr said. “Well, do you know how your universe is called? Or at least it’s number?” - human asked. “Wait, a minute. Are you saying there’s more than two universes? How much are there?” - Zephyr asked confused. “I don’t know, a lot... It’s called Multiverse, it can be even an infinite numbers of them.” - human said. “Why are you telling me this?” - Zephyr asked. “Cause you’ve helped me. And I think you’ve also want to know why I’m carrying bow with me.” - human said. “That would be great, I’m a little bit scared of it. Oh, and by the way my name is Zephyr Breeze.” - Zephyr said. “My name is Oliver Queen, after spending five years on hell, I’ve returned to my city to save it from crime, but to do it I had to became someone else, I had to became something else. Oliver had to stay in Zephyr’s house for a while. Thankfuly, he was used to getting wounds all the time, so that was just a scratch for him. For this time, Oliver told something about his friends in Earth-1 and some stories about how they defeted almost every villan in their world. Green Arrow now he could walk, but he’s thoughts were somewhere else. How he will comeback to his world? “Maybe I could ask somepony, Twilight for example. She’s only pony that went to the other world... I mean only pony I know.” - Zephyr said to Oliver. “I already said, No other ponies. It’s too dangerous for them.” - Oliver said. “So, how are you planing to comeback? I’m not a scientist, like that guy Cisco, I can’t make that inter dimensional device.” - Zephyr looked at window. “I know, but I think that we will find a solution. Maybe we could go to that place, where I crushed?” - Oliver stood up. “Well, you’ve gotten well. And it’s a night so nopony will see us... Ok, let’s go but if somepony will, see us...” - Zephyr looked at his friend. “Yes, yes. I don’t know you. Let’s go, I don’t want to spend rest of my life in here.” - he took his bow and quiver. As they went to everfree forest in ponyville, Zephyr hoped that nopony will be awake at this time, especialy that Oliver was riding on his back. When they’ve arrived, they couldn’t belived what they saw! There were police on that place! “Well, shit! Somepony must’ve seen you falling out of the sky. I wonder... What’s in that big tent?” - Zephyr looked at Oliver, as he would know the answer. “There’s only one way to find out. We will have to get in! Follow me and don’t lean out...” Zephyr didn’t had chance to say no, Green Arrow already pulled out his bow. First arrow went to guardian that was alone. Breeze was scared, but Oliver quickly informed him that it was a safe arrow, he only went to sleep for a few hours, he will wake up with a big hangover. And that was it, only one guard, guarding something that could be dangerous for whole Equestria. “Huh, that’s weird. Only one guard?” - Oliver asked Zephyr. “Welcome to Equestria! There’s no guards in banks you know? It’s like invitation for a lot of money but nopony is intrested. I don’t even know why nopony didn’t robed at least one bank.” - Zephyr laught. “Well, your world is way different and that’s not exacly a good thing. Someday, somepony will hit you with everything he’ve got, and you won’t know what hitted you!” - Oliver said stressed. “That’s why we’ve got Twilight and her friends. They’re like heroes of our world, but insted of shooting arrow, they’re shooting with... rainbow... Well we’re truly live in a weird. Any way maybe we should check what is in that tent.” - Zephyr looked at his friend. He noded. And they went throught entrance. “It’s a breach! I can go home through it!” - Oliver said happy. “You think so? Why if that’s breach to other earth? What am I saying, it’s breach to your world, it’s too much coincidence.” - Zephyr was happy too. “So, that’s it. When I enter this portal I don’t know if I comeback, but if I do, I hope it won’t be a accident.” - Oliver smiled. “Well then, See you then around I guess.” - Zephyr huged his friend and waited until he go to the breach. “I still don’t get it why did you’ve end up here...” - Zephyr quickly asked his friend. “Oh, It’s actually a funny story, it all happend when...” - Oliver didn’t finished his sentence, cause breach sucked him down and then it disappeared. “Damn it... Shit somepony is coming, better go!” - Zephyr scared flew away as guard that went to sleep, woke up faster than Oliver said. Four days later... It was a good day for Zephyr, he almost forget what happend, and also he was going to Rainbow Dash wedding, he still didn’t had a girlfriend, but he’ve managed to talk to Soarin and they’ve became some sort of friends and Zephy was also invited to his bachelor party alongside with Thunderlane and Spike. He was getting ready to meet them so they could plan what to do with Soarin at that night. But when he almost went outside, he was stoped by a flash of light... “What the... Oliver? Didn’t expected to see you again! What are you doing here?” - Zephyr asked as he huged his friend. “I... I have to tell you something...” - Oliver said it with a sorrow in his voice. “What’s wrong?” - Zephyr asked. “I’m going to die...” - Zephyr looked at his friend. “What?” - Zephyr couldn’t belive in this words. What happend in those four days. “When I cameback to my world. I’ve had a chat with guy called Monitor he said that there’s a Crisis coming. And if I want to stop him I have to fight, and if I do... I will die. He said that he saw me die...” - Oliver looked at the floor. “Celestia... I’m sorry Oliver... I don’t know what to say...” - Zephyr also looked at the floor. “There’s more... Monitor belives that, most or even all of universes will die... And yes that include yours... I’m sorry. " - Oliver looked at his friend. “Why are you saying me this?” - Zephyr asked. “So you could live. Live like never before... I don’t know if I will save you, and your world. You deserve this... You’ve helped me so that’s how I could somehow repay you...” - Zephyr didn’t answered but only quickly huged his friend. “Thanks Oliver... Thank you for saying this to me... Do you know when it will start? I mean this whole Crisis thing?” - Zephyr asked. “Yes, actually. In three weeks from now on, in the evening...” - Oliver answered. “Oh... Where have you been?” - Fluttershy asked but didn’t relised her embrance. “Well, I was... busy.” - Zephyr said trying not to look stressful. “With what?” - Rainbow Dash asked. “Remember friend that was at my place? Well, doctors said that he may die soon...” - Zephyr looked at the floor. “Oh... I’m sorry Zephyr, loosing a friend is the worst thing that could happen...” - Fluttershy again huged his friend. “Yeah, loosing only a friend... Anyway I’ve got to go, you will find me in Ponyville, I’m going to see Spike and Thunderlane. By everypony!” - he didn’t wait until somepony would stop him, he quickly flew away. “Hi guys. Sorry for being late I had to see Rainbow and Soarin. I kinda forgot to tell them where I was going.” - Zephyr said it when he entred Spike’s room inside Twilight’s Castle. “So, they didn’t know were you’ve been for like a week? How Fluttershy reacted?” - Spike asked. “Well, normal. She was scared and almost killed me while hugging me.” - Zephyr said, Thunderlane laught. “Ok then, how’s Soarin?” - Thunderlane asked. “He’s fine. I mean, for a pony that will soon get married. You guys have some idea for a bachelor party?” - Zephyr asked. “Well, I have an idea!” - Thunderlane shouted. “No, we’re not inviting girls...” - Zephyr said. “Why not? I know you like them!” - Zephyr looked at his friend. “Yes, I do. I know that Spike would like to see one, and I know that Soarin also would be happy to see them. But I also know Rainbow Dash if she would find out. Soarin would be first to die, and I would be second, so no...” - Zephyr made his point. “Well, we don’t have much time so we better hurry up!” - Spike said. “Maybe, we will think later about it. My friend Applejack showed me how to make a realy good apple pie.” - Zephyr looked at Pixie that closed the doors. “Or, we could do this...” - Zephyr didn’t even answered, she kissed him and gave him hints to turn into her bedroom. This night will be long... As they finished... well... making love, Zephyr remembered about Oliver’s words. “So you could live. Live like never before...”. And after that, you will see his fight against the evil that was brought with the Crisis. //-------------------------------------------------------// Episode 4 - Wedding/Crisis //-------------------------------------------------------// Episode 4 - Wedding/Crisis Episode 4 - Wedding/Crisis It was a very hard time for Zephyr Breeze, every day got longer and longer. Incoming wedding of his friends made it better but also knowing that Mulitverse could end that day... It wasn’t only bad thing, Oliver said that he will die and there is probably nothing that could stop it from doing so. Zeph, didn’t want to say anthing about this because, Mulitiverse end was only hypotetical, he didn’t wanted to destroy best day of Rainbow Dash life, but it could be also her worst day ever. At least bachelor party went without any stressed, but it might be just because of alcohol, huge amount of alcohol. Wedding, and maybe The Death of Multiverse... “What’s wrong Soarin? Stressed?” - Thunderlane asked, his almost sweating friend. “What do you think? I’m about to get married!” - Soarin said while stuttering. “With Rainbow Dash...” - Zephyr jokingly added. “You’re not helping...” - Spike said. “Relax, it’s not a big deal. When you will be up there just try not to think about what will happen... Try to think about the past.” - Zephyr said, and his friends looked at him in surprise. “Wow, that’s a realy big words for you.” - Spike said. “One in a time I can say something smart.” - Zephyr smiled. “You, know... Zephyr was in the second row, and watched as ponies were gathering in town hall. In there there was only close friends of Rainbow Dash and Soarin, and of course their family. But outside... Ponies knew Rainbow Dash all over Equestria to the extent that Celestia gives them a wedding, since she was element of loyalty. She was beautiful, and Soarin looked great as befits Wonderbolts member. Zephyr’s girlfriend Pixie Cut couldn’t be here with him but it was a relief cause her presence only would hurt him. Deep inside, he hoped that heroes of Earth-1 will prevail and will save the Multiverse. His thoughts were quickly interrupted as doors were opend and Rainbow Dash entered town hall in accordance with wedding music. When she was side by side with Soarin, Celestia started her speech. “Dear, mares and gentelcolts. Today we’ve gathered to see beginning of a new path of life for a two members of Wonderbolts. One is Soarin, a great aviator and a soldier. Second is Rainbow Dash, a element of loyalty. These two decided to be together for rest of their lifes. I hope it will be long and a happy life. Now, Soarin. Will you take Rainbow Dash for your wife?” - Celestia asked, “Yes.” - Soarin answered. “And you Rainbow Dash. Will you take Soarin for a husband?” - Celestia asked. “Yes.” - Rainbow Dash answered. “You two may kiss now...” - as Celestia said those words Rainbow Dash and Soarin froze in a kiss, as they ended showing how they love each other, they went outside to have some fun with friends in Twilight’s Castle. And when the official part ended, Soarin and Rainbow Dash went to Thunderlane and Spike. “Thank Celestia, it’s over!” - Soarin said. “Hey, it was fun. And you didn’t sweat at all!” - Rainbow Dash said and laught with Spike. “It’s because I’ve took some potions from Zecora. Anyway where is Zephyr? Evening will be soon, and I wanted to thank him for help.” - Soarin asked. “I don’t know where he is. He disappeared when everypony went outside of town hall.” - Spike said worried a little bit. “I’m sure he’s fine... Wait a second what’s wrong with sky, why is it red?” - Rainbow Dash said, as she noticed a change of color of the sky and also a lot of lightning bolts. “Hey! There’s something wrong with Zephyr! He’s acting weird and keep saying that this is the end of something!” - Fluttershy shouted to Rainbow Dash. “Where is he?” - Rainbow Dash asked. “Upstairs, in the balcony.” - Fluttershy answered worried. “I will go talk to him. You guys try to find out what’s wrong with this sky.” - Rainbow Dash said as she flew away to see what’s up with her friend. “Zephyr? What’s wrong?” - Rainbow Dash asked. “It’s the end... They failed...” - Zephyr said sad. “The end of what? And who’s they?” - Rainbow Dash asked as she came closer. “The end of the Multiverse...” - Rainbow Dash looked again at the sky, it was weird. It was getting closer and closer. And as it reached Zephyr, he vanished. Rainbow was scared, tried to run away but it was too late. Earth-229 was gone and with it another earths. One after another were being destroyed by Anti-Matter Wave and soon whole Multiverse was gone... But it wasn’t a place for Zephyr to die.. He woke up just in a moment when Anti-Matter Wave touched him, at least that’s how he felt. He woke up in a place, that he couldn’t describe, it was a infinite white space wtih nothing in there. Was it heaven, hell or maybe a purgatory? He would get his answers soon... “Hey Zephyr.” - some voice came from his back. “Wha... Oliver? You’re still alive? What’s with the suit?” - Zephyr asked as he saw Oliver standing in a green coat with hood. “Yes, I’m alive.” - Oliver answered with smile. “So, Crisis didn’t happend? But I saw it, red sky and all...” - Zephyr was confused. “It did happend. I’ve died. But someone gave a opportunity to became someone else, to became something else. I’ve became The Spectre. Multiverse died, but I and paragons, my friends, heroes, defeted Anti-Monitor a man that created Anti-Matter Wave that destroyed this all. We’ve won.” - Oliver said with pride. “But the Multiverse...” - Zephyr didn’t ended this sentence cause Oliver disturbed him. “I’ve recreated it. Some earths remain destroyed, but I’ve created new ones and also conected some earths together. Your earth is almost the same. Well almost, that’s why I’ve bringed you here. With recreation of your earth, new threats also appeared. And that’s why you need to defend it from this new threats. “Why me? I don’t have any special powers, Twilight and her friends can handle it...” - Zephyr looked at the floor. “They can’t. It’s something more than friendship problems. This time it’s way beyond them. And I know that you don’t have any powers. That’s why I will give you mine.” - Zephyr quickly looked at Oliver. “Wait, you want to give away your powers?” - Zephyr still couldn’t belive what was happening. “Well, I think I said it wrong. I meant that, I will give you copy of them. You see, I can use them in many types of Earths but yours... I need someone, I mean I need somepony that could, use them...” - Oliver finished. “But why me?” - Zephyr asked. “Because you’ve helped me. Now I will help you, by giving you powers so you could defend your universe, so you could also became The Spectre... Do you agree?” - Oliver asked. “Yes... Thank you Oliver.” - Zephyr said. “You’re welcome. Now, I will send you to your Universe but be aware that you will be back in time like for a month, but don’t worry you will remember everything. Oh, and if you somehow will meet my friends from my earth, don’t tell them I’m alive, I want to rest, for now. I live in a pocket dimension, but they think I’m dead so please just keep this secret for now.” - Oliver said. “You’ve got it Oliver. New threats are coming, and I’m the only pony that can stop them. Rainbow Dash went to Ponyville to check if everything is ready on her wedding. Spike is with Thunderlane talking about future of their friend. But Zephyr... well he just woke up. “SHIT!... Where the hell... Oh, I’m back... back in the past. Wait, what was it? A month? Oh sweet Celestia! I have to go to work!” - Zephyr indeed had to get to work. While he was flying to his job as mane therapist, his thoughts couldn’t leave him alone. What have changed? Who has changed? And how much? Oliver said that not so much but still, something have changed. Thankfully his work was just the same. Friends from work also looked like nothing was different. Even so were clients, Ocatvia, Lyra, Derpy, Bulk Biceps (I don’t even wanna know why), even Pinkie Pie was the same, and last client was of course Queen Chrysalis... Zephyr and other workers were watching as their boss was lying on the floor, he didn’t move at all. “Ok then, you didn’t wanted to be nice, so I won’t be either. Zephyr was scared that his friend from work could die, but he quickly remembered about his new abilities. He wasn’t teached how to use them but somehow he managed to blast a green ray from his hoof and push away Chrysalis, nopony noticed it was Zephyr, they were too scared. “What was that? Oh, shit! And Zephyr Breeze again went to his thoughts. Chrysalis’ve changed because of the Crisis. That’s what Oliver meant by saying that Zepyhr needs to defend this universe. New threats are truly coming, but he can’t do it without help. Who could do that for him? Who could keep a secret but also help him understand this new powers? You can help by teaching me how to be a hero that Equestria soon will need... and besides, you can help me hide my secret identity.” - Zephyr smiled. “Well, ok. What’s your name?” - Spike asked. “What do you mean?” - Zephyr looked at his friend with confusion. “Your superhero name. Every hero to hide his alter-ego uses a fake superhero name. What’s yours?” - Spike asked. “I’m The Spectre.” - Zephyr said. “That’s two things down. Name and suit. Now, we only need one thing...” - Spike smiled. “What?” - Zephyr asked. “A lair. A place where you can hide from the bad guys and a place where you can teach yourself how to use these powers.” - Spike said a little bit happy, it was a opportunity to finaly be at least a sidekick of a superhero. “That’s a good idea. Being a mane therapist is hard work but really profitable.” - Zephyr said. “Good thing! There’s a closed bowling club in Ponyville. Walls are pretty much strong and also they’re muted, so nobody would ever know what is going on in there.” - Spike said happy. “Ok, let’s check this place.” - Zephyr said and quickly with his powers removed his suit. They both went to this bowling club. It looked very nice as for closed place. And even manager room looked nice and was big. After Zephyr bought this place and made sure that there’s no other keys for it, he and Spike started to learn how Zephyr’s powers worked. “These wall are truly strong...” - Zephyr said. “Yeah, but I think we wanted to see how strong are bowling balls. So try to hit the next one, ok?” - Spike said sarcastically. “It’s super hard! I don’t know how I’ve managed to hit her without any training!” - Zephyr yelled. “Try to imagine that bowling ball is trying to hurt somepony! I know it sonuds stupid but imagine that this ball is going to hit somepony!” - Zephyr noded. And when Spike thrown this ball, Zephyr focused and hitted it. “YES! I did it!” - Zephyr screamed happy. “After thirteen time but yes you did it. Any other powers you think you have?” - Spike asked. “Oliver could teleport himself so... move I don’t know if it works.” - Spike moved, and Zephyr stared to think about teleporting himself and... it worked? He was learing too fast but he didn’t cared. “Wow did you see that? I thought I want to be behind you and I just teleported myself!” - Zephyr again screamed happy. “That’s amazing! You know what I’m thinking? If you’re a pegasus, I think you might be also super fast!” - Spike said. “No, I don’t think so. It would be too much luck for one day.” - Zephyr said. “At least try it. What could happend wrong?” - Spike said. And Zephyr agreed they went to place where there is nopony. “If it works. You would have to run away cause I might do a Sonic Rainboom.” - Spike noded and Zephyr spread his wings to start flying. But when he swinged once he’ve made a Sonic Rainboom, just like that without any effort. “Hey Spike guess what? My another super power is talking to you in your head it’s like telepathy or something. It’s the best day of my entire life!”
