With the creation of the conversion centers, it seems like it is only a matter of time before the whole human race is converted to ponies joining the ever-expanding Equestrian border. However as a result of the violence and bombings by the HLF, traffic slows down and a squad of former and current army infantry and MPs are assigned to protect the local Bureau in New York City from bombings and attacks by the HLF. However, as the number of humans converting slowly dwindles and nearly stops, Princess Celestia sets the plan of Purification in motion.

Backstabbed by their former Equestrian allies and in a city under siege with panicking civilians, what will these few remaining soldiers cut off from command do? This story is of one such MP officer, Major Mitchell Hill, age 47, African-American. This is his story.
