A few years after the events of the royal wedding and the expulsion of the changelings from Equestria, a new conflict arises, in which the Princess will have to make a decision that will force her to either abandon her morals or risk everypony's life in all out war against a recently awoken military human kingdom. Her choice may tear Equestria apart, it could separate friends, shatter lives, and when loyalty clashes with ethics, the peaceful land of the ponies will be scarred forever.
