Twilight's Extra Special Friendship Lesson
Twilight was on her way to see Fluttershy and discord. They had just gotten married it took everyone by surprise when Discord asked Fluttershy out. That wasn't the most surprising part, Fluttershy agreed to date him. After a couple of years together they got married. The ceremony was beautiful and by that time he had earned everyone's trust back tenfold! She was definitely in capable claws. Twilight was coming up on their home together.
The cottage was still recognizable of course by now there were extra dashes of chaos around. Lots of bizarre plants, weather patterns, landscape changes, and gravity was always optional. Twilight had not been by their home for a while. She missed their company very much, but she could be lying is she didn't say she had a few ulterior motives. She needed their help or more specifically Discord's help. She was in the middle of crafting a very complicated spell. See this spell was special, it was supposed to zap the hatred out of anyone's heart. She wanted to use it on the villains trapped in stone. The hardest part of the spell was doing something good with all the hate. She had trouble converting it into something less explosive. She was at their door, upside down of course, and she let herself in.
Discord and Fluttershy had a gooey relationship, sweet but it made you want to barf. She expected to see this, lots of love, snuggles, and kisses. She was expecting to see them in utter bliss once again. She was surprised when she found them, they were fighting. It was so unusual they never fought, she was very taken back.
She rounded the corner than for the rest of her life she would never barge into another home ever again. She swore on the spots to remake her lessons so that this would be the most important friendship lesson. For the love of Celestia, knock before you enter a room. Always knock first.
"I don't know why I'm not pregnant yet. We have been having sex for a week straight." Fluttershy yelled angrily at her husband, her wings flaring up.
"Well, I don't know why either. Maybe it has to do something with our powers. You are harmony and I am chaos." He said glaring at her, getting up into her face. He grabbed onto the table breath him.
"Well maybe you're not trying hard enough," Fluttershy said getting into discards face. She would not back down.
"Fluttershy don't be ridiculous. What do you want me to do? Up the amount of sex we have from three times a day, every day, to five times?" Discord yelled back at her, grabbing onto the table harder.
"Maybe it's your equipment" she yelled pointing a hoof down at his lower half.
Discords jaw dropped on the table with a thud. As Fluttershy turned around in her chair and sobbed. He picked his jaw up and put it back into his mouth "I can't believe you just ...you just... you just said... that i." His face turned beet red and his anger flared up. "Well, little miss jumps my bones every time I turn around. Tell me how you really feel." He said almost roaring at this point.
Twilights face went pale white.

She couldn't un-hear what she just heard. At that moment twilight wanted nothing more than to make a memory-erasing spell. Not only were discord and Fluttershy trying for a foal, but Fluttershy just accused discord of not...helping. "Um, maybe I should come back," Twilight said in a meek voice. The couple jumping at her presence.
"When..how much," Fluttershy said, daring not to ask the rest of the question.
"All of it," Twilight said.
Fluttershy's face paled and Discord started laughing so hard that he couldn't breathe.
"I am.. so sorry twilight." Fluttershy said hiding behind her mane. "If I had known you were there I wouldn't have said any of that." She said looking back at her husband, who wasn't trying all that hard to stop laughing.
"I….am...not," he said in between bouts of laughter.
Twilight shivered, "maybe you should see Zecora." She said feeling nauseous, she couldn't believe she was advising on conceiving to her friends.
"That's a wonderful idea. Would you like to come with me?" She said trotting out of her house without giving into her laughter.
"Oh come on you know it was a little funny." Discord said rolling back into laughter as the two mares left his home.
Twilight couldn't help but notice there was a smirk on Fluttershy's face as well. She did find it funny, but why hide it? "I know you found it funny too. Why?"
"I'm just mad at him for yelling at me," Fluttershy said smiling shyly.
"But you started it and you said that….sentence," she said. She dared not repeat it herself. It was already echoing in her head…..equipment...three times. Gross. Why did she get wrapped up into this? This isn't what she wanted to do. She could feel her skin crawl.
"Oh...sorry I was just mad. I know it's not his fault." She said with a sad smile "I just really want this."
Twilight looked at her and smiled "I can't wait to meet them. I can't wait till I'm an aunt again!" It couldn't be that bad if they had a child together. She could see this is what Fluttershy wanted. What made her happy made Twilight happy even if it was hella awkward.
"Thank you. How about we stop by the spa too with our friends. I want to stay out." Fluttershy said patting twilight on her shoulder with her hoof. "
Twilight and Fluttershy spent most of the day avoiding Zecora's hut. Twilight avoided because it would be very awkward. Fluttershy avoided it because she was afraid of the answer Zecora would give her. They went to the spa, picked up groceries, helped rarity with her new line and reorganized twilights book for the 2000th time that week. But the sun was starting to set and they would eventually have to see her.
"Ah, my friends what do I owe the, please. Have you come to visit me? What a treasure." Zecora said smiling over to the two ponies in front of her.
"We come for...well Fluttershy is trying to have a foul...but she can't seem too...have it," Twilight said trying to dance around the subject
Zecora went off to fetch her teacups. Boiled the water and sat two cups in front of Twilight and Fluttershy. She waited until they finished their drinks to look into their cups. "Fluttershy a calibration is to be had for things are not so bad. Twilight in the future don't be so brash and you will find love in a flash."
Fluttershy and twilight jaws dropped. "Discord said if I was pregnant he'd be able to tell. That's why we...we assumed that I wasn't pregnant."
"Like father like son, or perhaps you, oh my, perhaps he is shy," Zecora said with a giggle.
"I can't believe it. I can't wait to tell discord about this and apologize. I'll make it up to him." Fluttershy said leaping off of her stool. "Thank you Zecora!"
Twilight and Fluttershy left Zecoras to end up back at Discord and Fluttershy's shared home. He was reading some odd-looking newspaper that was upside down. When they entered he put it down to stair at Fluttershy
"Hey. Your back late." He said coldly. He could always poof to see her but he didn't want another lecture about boundaries. He was still mad though Fluttershy was gon for most of the day with no word.
"Hey," Fluttershy said warmly. "Twilight, sorry today wasn't what you expected but if you could leave us alone. I want to tell Discord about the good news." Fluttershy said flying fast towards discord she didn't fly fast often when she did her friends knew she was scared or excited or both.
Twilight left thinking to herself that she needed a long hot shower to scrub all the ew off of. Today was a very ew day. Today is the day twilight learned to knock, always knock. That is the meaning of friendship, knocking. Knocking because do you want to hear your friend's pregnancy plans? Twilight didn't want to know, she really wished she didn't know. Twilight decided that she will forever be known as Twilight Princess of Knocking on Doors. Always knock on doors.

Here are some of the kid ideas I came up with firstborn is a male named Dark Harmony who becomes a spirit. The spirit of this world and the next. He took on the responsibility to guide lost soles to move on. Their second child Rushes Rain is a pegasus with extra power behind her. She got all the weather abilities from her father. She would be fast and effective. She would definitely go toe to toe with Rainbow Dash one day. Their third child Golden Hoof would be a chaos being with an extra bonus of being the 7th element. I thought that these kid ideas would be nifty.
