Pyramid Head goes to Ponyville
The Release
Previous ChapterNext Chapter"A what?" I looked at the shaking zebra for a few seconds. "Are you fucking kidding me? There are manticores too?"
I was interrupted by another earth-rattling roar. Now I could probably tell why Zecora was so fearful of this thing. It must be massive, and just as dangerous.
But I feared nothing.
I opened the door and stepped outside of the hut.
Wait a minute...How did I learn to walk so quickly?
I'm kinda breaking the fourth wall here, but its kind of disappointing that the author didn't even add a description if this.
Anyways, I looked around the premises, but didn't find the manticore. But it sounded so close before, like it was outside the freaking window!
I considered the possibilities:
One: It was behind me and I didn't know it
Two: It was hiding in the bushes, waiting for me to drop my guard.
Three: It was in the trees, doing the same thing possibility #2 was doing
"Pyramid Head!" a loud whisper came from the door. Zecora was poking her head out, with a worried look. "Do you want to be dead?! Come inside, before you die...." She stopped, her mouth still open.
"What? Whats wrong with...Its right behind me, isn't it?" I said flatly. I turned slowly to find a huge gaping mouth full of razor sharp teeth, blowing smelly, hot air in my face.
"Oh. So it is." I looked at the rest of the creature. It had the body and the head of a lion, but had a gigantic black scorpion's stinger where the tail should have been.
Its eyes were bloodshot, full of rage and the lust of flesh and blood. I could tell this cause I had the same urges.
"So. Are you going to just sit there and do nothi-" SMACK! the beast's giant paw hit me across the face. The force was enough to break the toughest of human bones, break the hardest of spines, and crush the hardest armor. But I stood my ground with a blank expression. What this thing didn't know is that I could not be hurt easily. Thank Samael that that particular trait didn't disappear with the others that I had before I changed to an Equine.
The creature sat there, confused. I could just imagine the thoughts going around in its head. Why is little horse not dead? I must hit again.
POW!
"That's the best you got?" I taunted.
SMACK!
"I've seen kittens with more painful slaps."
ROOOOOAAAAAAAR!
I could tell that I had really pissed this thing off to the point of giving up. I kinda hoped it would: This was starting to get a bit awkward.
But sadly, It brought down one more strike, this time with its claws unsheathed.
SLASH!
I felt a pinch of pain on my cheek. I knew that it had cut me, but I wasn't going to react to this things att-
What was that?
I tasted a particular taste in my mouth. I recognized it immediately.
It was blood. My blood, but still, it was blood.
My heart started to beat a lot faster now as my blank expression turned into an evil smile. If there was one thing that triggered my murderous urges, it was the taste of blood, fresh from a wound.
"So that's how you want to play, huh?" I trotted slowly towards the beast, not dropping my crazy grin. "Then lets play!"
I felt the energy I had felt many times before back in silent hill. A strange energy that erupted inside me when I was about to end ones life.
And boy did it drive me nuts.
VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV
Zecora watched as the pale colt got closer and closer to the manticore. Is he mad, nuts, insane? Or does he really want to die today? she thought to herself. But then she heard something in the distance, a noise she was not familiar with before.
wooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooow
A high pitched, monotone sound screamed through the air. Zecora held her head in a tight grasp, as it started to feel like it was splitting. She looked Pyramid Head to see if he had noticed the noise too.
Strangely enough, he wasn't a bit affected by it.
Zecora then looked at the colts hooves, only to gape in pure shock.
Hundreds of large, black insects had started to surround Pyramid Head. Zecora was about to yell at him 0to look out, but hesitated as she saw what these insects were doing.
They were eating away at everything 50 feet away from the crazy colt. But instead of leaving behind nothing, the insects changed the materials of everything that they ate. The grass had turned to some sort of metal, as the trees became large, steam spewing pipes. The air around pyramid head had started to grow darker and darker.
What in the name of Celestia's mane?! Zecora was terrified at what she was witnessing. This strange colt, which had appeared out of nowhere not an hour earlier, was bringing about Darkness and Evil at his own will.
How did Zecora know this?
Because she guessed Pyramid Head was the one doing this when his unusual cutie mark started to glow a bright red.
She didn't want to find out what happened when a dark, blood like mist started to swirl around Pyramid Head, enveloping him completely.
But she was about to find out.
