Coronaverse (Season 1)

Another morning-another boredom in Sunset's life and nothing interesting even to do. Typical. The mare eyerolled sighing polishing Celestia's vase.

,,Thank you,Sunset for your honest work. But. Hadn't you thought about getting something more than just cleaning the castle? That's more of Derpy's work."

,,Thank you for your honest words,Princess Celestia. But I tried very hard to find anything. Always it ended up the same. So about a month ago I gave up."
Celestia patted her student's head.

,,Sunset. Try again. There's always something what can be worthy for you. I know you had terrible past. But. I think everypony forgot already."
The unicorn letted out a sigh.

,,I hope so."
It was all her past's fault. Well. And things what she wasn't able to handle.

,,Hadn't you thought of becoming tailor? Or. I don't know. Guard? You can with both of these things work very well."

,,I'll firstly see how I will handle other jobs. Then I will find out how tailor and guard will go. Tell Fluttershy I will come back in evening!"
The pony glowed her horn and she teleported herself to the street.

,,Oh Rainbow Dash! I can't believe that next week Fleur De Lis will come and paint me! This is really exciting event! But. How am I supposing to pose? I have everything what I like. Starting from ball. To flute and guitar."
Rainbow softly giggled sitting on Princess's bed.

,,Maybe try firstly to choose one thing. Before you will start posing."

,,Oh,Rainbow Dash. I can't! The thought of choosing just one thing makes me-eeep!"

,,No worries. You still have week."

,,I know! But. It's too hard!"
The pink alicorn with purple,pink and blonde Mane entered to the room.

,,Is everything okay,Fluttershy?"
The pegasus letted out a sigh.

,,Honestly? No. I have so much to worry about. Fleur De Lis is coming to Canterlot next week. And she will paint me. But. I don't know how to pose!"
Cadence letted out a giggle staring at the picture of Photo Finish.

,,I will tell Photo Finish to come here and give you some posing lessons."
Fluttershy gasped hugging Princess.

,,Really? Thank you!"

,,Uh. No problem."

,,What the heck do you mean by "I don't care who you are but get out or I will call police"? What I had done?! I made a drink for customer!"

,,I know. But I read your CV. And you were a thief."-answered Suri pointing at Sunset's CV what she gave her few months ago. That was too much for Sunset. She shrieked angrily:

,,The times when I was thief are gone! It was like. Six years ago! Why can't you forget it already?"

,,Lightning also told me you were mean to her two weeks ago."

,,I'll tell you who's mean. She's mean! She keeps mocking costumers!"

,,This is villain bar,darling."

,,Oh. So you can mock costumers. But you are kicking me out because I was thief?!"

,,You're not evil anymore. So you can't work here. Well. Perhaps you wanna come to drink with us. Then I am giving you permission."
Sunset groaned leaving the bar. She stared at the ground sighing.

,,What am I doing wrong? I want really to get a job."
Then she heard husky mare voice yelling:

,,Okay everypony! Since there's just you three we gotta find more recruits."
Sunset gasped happily running to the castle.

,,My chance! I will ask Tempest about joining the guard team!"

,,Thank you,Sunset for coming. But are you sure you can be the perfect one to this team?"

,,Yes. I am really good in sports etc."
Tempest gave her evil smirk:

,,Wonderful. Because from tomorrow tests will begin."
Yellow mare gulped nervously giggling.

,,Vho called me? Photo Finish?!"
The next morning was truly unexpected for Fluttershy. Especially when she saw indoors Photo Finish.

,,Do we seriously need fancy speaking pony to teach me posing?"-whispered Fluttershy. Cadence smiled to blue earth pony with white mane.

,,I do not vaste my time for useless dialogue! Now. Miss Fluttershy. Shall ve begin?"
The mare nodded as they headed out to the other room.

,,Dear ladies. Welcome to the test of dexterity and cleverness. There will wait for you truly seven days of sweat,blood and tears."

,,Ah love this edition of Apple Picking!"-yelled old green mare with white mane. Tempest sighed and took Granny Smith by her magic.

,,Miss Smith. This isn't Apple Picking competition. This is test of dexterity and cleverness. I believe you don't want to be the guard."

,,What?! Of course Ah don' want to be some plum! If ya will change anypony into plum Ah will call the police!"

,,We are the police. So calm down and please leave. This isn't playground."

,,Oooh. This cruel security systems. All Ah wanted is to participate in Apple Picking Competition."
Tempest stared for few minutes Granny Smith leaving. Then she spoke to mares:

,,So anyway. During seven days you all will get through an obstacle course. Each day-new part. Today you will pass climbing wall with spikes. Good luck,ladies! And remember. No magic and no flying. That's all!"
Sunset gave other ponies a smirk and she dashed to the climbing wall. She quickly begun to climb on the wall. Then she spotted Rainbow Dash. She felt pressure building then her horn glowed. Thanks for spending some time with Starlight. Just after she named her group with Sunset "Team Awesome" she learned some basic spells. Especially "Slow Motion" spell. So she decided to use it. She knew this would last very shorty. But there was nothing left to lose. She was at this speed faster than Rainbow Dash. Faster than light. When she finally came down the spell ended leaving her smirking to herself. Rainbow gasped in shock recognizing the mare coming down from the wall.

,,Sunset. What are you doing here?"
The mare scoffed smirking.

,,I am finding job for myself."
Rainbow groaned in anger. She wouldn't handle that somepony might take her place in guard team! She left angry the area heading out to her castle room.

The week of trainings passed very wonderfuly for Sunset. Each day after the trainings she was taking a nap in her own room in the castle. When the final training had ended. Sunset done high-five with Lyra,Bon Bon and Tempest. Rainbow was the only one what was unamused. She headed out to Tempest's room slamming angrily the doors.

,,Tempest. We need to talk!"

,,Yes sweetie? Had something wrong happened? You still miss Windy Whistles and Bow Hothoof?"
Rainbow knew exactly that her guardian was Windy's friend once. And when she died. Tempest took all responsibilities to make Rainbow grow up as mature mare.

,,It's about Sunset."

,,I know. She's very honest. And she absolutely passed final test. So. I can say you can tell Sunset that I am officially welcoming her in my team."

,,What?! She?! In your team?! Tempest. I am sorry but. The pony who ate four times Celestia's biscuits and she sleeps more than she should isn't the one you need."

,,Awwww. But you were the same when you were eight. Plus before her death,Windy told me that you had sleeped everywhere. Starting from the floor to the..."

,,Okay! That's enough! But if Sunset will make something stupid. She'll be out!"

,,Wanna bet?"-Tempest gave Rainbow a smirk. The pegasus sighed nodding.

,,So. I need now to watch the entrace of the castle. Okay. This will be easy."
In the next morning after breakfast Sunset had begun her job. She was standing near castle entrace in calm atmosphere. Then she spotted Fleur De Lis talking with somepony. She stepped a bit closer to hear what's she saying. The mare was talking with... Adagio Dazzle? Wasn't she in jail?! Fleur smirked evily and continued her talk:

,,No worries. I will come and pretend I am that Fleur De Lis,have small talk with that whole Fluttershy and I will steal everything precious she have. Meanwhile,Dagie. I heard you wanted to relax. This is a chance for ya. There's a spa near this castle. I heard Lotus with Aloe makes pretty great treatments."

,,Thanks Clarissa for caring about me. See ya later!"
"Fleur" also waved to her. Then she checked her hair and she walked to the castle.

,,Good morning,Sunset. Uh. I am to Fluttershy. Can I come?"
That mare decided to put a good face to a bad game? Ha! Okay! She can act like that too!

,,Okay. Come inside."

,,Thank you,Sunny. You won't regret this."
The thief entered to the castle. Sunset ran after her to see what she will do.

,,It's my pleasure to see you,Fluttershy. So. Uhh... Royal Tradition is painting the queens,kings and princesses?"
Shy mare stared at Fleur in suprise. She thought she will know exactly what to do! All Fluttershy would do was nodding.

,,Wonderful! Sit here. And I will paint you. I just need to find the brush. Will you give me a second?"

,,Of course! Take your time to prepare!"
The other mare smirked evily running to the end of the castle. Sunset ran to Fluttershy's room.

,,Fleur was there?"

,,Uhm. Yes. But she gone for the brush. So what?..."

,,Great! Thanks!"
Sunset headed out to the room where "Fleur" was.

,,This place is wonderful! So many precious gemstones! Oh boy! I will be rich!"
"Fleur" took off her fake hair leaving black,short curles.

,,This will not be useful anymore. I did my job."

,,Stop right there you criminal scum! Clarissa Bayer. You are arrested for trying to steal my girlfriend's things!"
Clarissa looked around as she saw Sunset's with her horn glowing. The mare grinned evilly as she yelled:

,,Oh yeah?! Then. Catch me!"
The mare begun to run. Sunset eyerolled and she done "slow motion" spell. Now Clarissa was slower than turtle. Wich it made for Sunset work easier. The mare hoofcuffed her heading her out from the castle to the basement where the jail was. Sunset took hoofcuffs off from Clarissa and she thrown her to jail closing the door. Then... Spell ended. Clarissa groaned angry.

,,You... Will pay for this!"

,,Sorry m'am. But right now I don't have any money."
Tempest with Rainbow Dash was waiting already for her smiling.

,,Great job throwing our long searching criminalist to jail. You had passed your final test."

,,W-wait. So. That was for purpose?!"
Rainbow Dash laughed.

,,Of course not! New ponies always are standing near castle. And you know what? We montaged everywhere cameras yesterday so we were seeing every your move. Hear everything you say. Even we scanned who Fleur De Lis was. And all I can say is. Clarissa Bayer is sure a great master of camouflage."
The criminalist groaned poking the bars.

,,You won't get anywhere,darling. Not untill next year."
Spoke Tempest teasingly causing Rainbow Dash and Sunset to laugh.

Meanwhile Fluttershy got left sad. Sad because the mare what supposed to paint her was a criminalist. Cadence patted her back.

,,I got information that the real Fleur De Lis has flu. And she will get better next week. So. Next week the real Fleur will come and paint you."
In Fluttershy's eyes appeared tears of happiness.

,,Thank you for. Actually everything. Starting from taking me under your and Celestia's wings. And giving me everything i ever thought i would get from life."
Cadence letted out a soft giggle.

,,Fluttershy. I knew that after your parents death your cruel aunt closed you in a tower for next 18 years. Remember when I saved you? You were almost starving. Angel almost started to have one of his panic attacks. Fluttershy. You have still lots to learn. You are young pony. Brave. And kind. But this isn't enough to rule Equestria. You still need to learn. Each day outside the Kingdom is new lesson to you. Me and Celestia will protect you."

,,Thanks,Cadence."-blushed Fluttershy. Then she noticed sun getting down wich it made her smile ever further. After all. She lives this moment. And her life is only one. She does know exactly this.
