A short time as an alicorn has shown Twilight Sparkle that her estrus can be more intense and demanding to keep subdued; potions are less effective, medicine is less potent, her desires can rage beyond her own self control, and pleasuring herself only lasts fractionally as long as it used to before her natural desires demand satisfaction again.
