Little Hospital of Horrors
Vinyl bit back the urge to groan as she walked into the Ponyville Hospital. Even for a boring yearly checkup, the sterile hallways and soulless lights got under her skin. The shorter her visit the better, as far as she was concerned.
She strode into the waiting room, rolling her eyes at the crowd gathered there already. Following the posted sign, she jotted her name down on a clipboard on the counter next to a harried-looking young mare with one ear bent to a phone, a stallion blathering on to her, and a half-dozen paper forms spread out in front of her before parking her rump in a free seat.
Somewhere between ten minutes and an eternity later, she heard her name called and hurried back to the counter to talk to the same mare she had seen earlier, now less distracted. She duly went through the litany of questions and confirmed her name, birth date, mailing address, and other particulars. At least she had already been here earlier this year and done all the paperwork with the thousand-odd questions about every possible aspect of her health past, present, and future, so she didn’t need to do that again. At last, she was issued with a printed wristband identifying her and was sent on her way with instructions to the correct exam room.
After a few wrong turns, a helpful passing nurse steered her to the correct room. Vinyl spoke her thanks and stepped inside, closing the door behind her and pondering the instructions she had just been given by her impromptu tour guide to strip down and make herself comfortable on the bed.
That seemed unusual to her, but what did she know? She obediently stripped, folding her clothes and setting them on the chair in the corner, and lay down upon the bed.
To her surprise, a magical field hummed to life as soon as she was fully reclined. It washed over her, forcing her to squint her eyes against the light. When it evaporated, she found her wrists and ankles secured to the bed by padded leather cuffs and a squishy rubber gag crammed into her mouth.
After that, all she could do was wait.
A set of footsteps grabbed Vinyl’s attention and she looked towards the doorframe, just in time to catch the entrance of a mare with a white coat softer in tone than hers, with a mane and tail of pale pink. Piercing blue eyes stared back at her, evaluating her at a glance. The uniform she wore resembled that of all the other nurses walking the halls, but fashioned of white latex and it fit considerably more snugly against her ample frame.
Securely strapped to the bed, Vinyl could only watch with her heart pounding in trepidation as the latex-clad nurse approached. Her steps were slow and steady, giving Vinyl plenty of time to savor her growing uncertainty. Finally, she reached the bedside, where she loomed over her patient with a wide smile. “Good afternoon, dear. My name is Nurse Redheart and I’ll be treating you today.” Reaching into her uniform’s pocket, she fished around for a few seconds before pulling out a glass syringe full of a dull red liquid that seemed to glow faintly from within. She held it up to Vinyl’s face for inspection, leading to her cringing away from the sharp point of the needle as best she could. “We’re going to start your treatment off with a little injection. Well, a pair of little injections. You might feel just a teeny pinch as the needle goes in.”
Vinyl’s eyes widened in sudden understanding as Redheart reached not for her arm as she had expected but for her breast. “Nh! Nh! Dhn't!” she cried as best as she could, her words heavily muffled by the gag. Without hesitation, Redheart securely gripped her nipple between her thumb and forefinger; with her other hand, she slid the needle of the syringe smoothly forward, piercing the sensitive nub of flesh. Her thumb pressed down on the plunger, sending the mysterious red fluid into Vinyl’s body. It burned like arcs of liquid fire forcing its way into her, lighting countless nerves ablaze. “Hhgh! Hw, thht bhggnng hhrtf nhh bntgh!” she cried out.
Redheart continued her work with clinical efficiency, making no acknowledgment of her patient’s protests. She swiftly administered a matching injection into Vinyl’s other nipple, earning a second round of muffled complaints. “You’re such a brave girl, Vinyl,” Redheart cooed in the syrupy voice normally used to reassure petulant foals. “I know it hurts right now, but it will wear off in a few minutes.” She placed her latex-gloved palms over top of Vinyl’s stinging nipples, rubbing them in wide, gentle circles. “This is just a little something to help make you more sensitive.”
Under Redheart’s gentle ministrations, the sharp and biting pain of the needle and the searing pain of the injection gradually gave way to a growing sense of warmth. A pleasant, tingly sensation slowly built up, centered in the nipples and spreading outwards a tad. The more Redheart rubbed, the more sensitive to her touch they grew. Soon, Vinyl found herself moaning lewdly. She lost track of how long Redheart spent simply toying with her, but eventually she stopped and the gentle motions halted. “That should be enough for you to start feeling the effects. I have to step out to pick up a few little . . . implements. Don’t worry, I’ll be back in a minute or two.”
Vinyl turned her head to follow the latex-clad nurse as she walked out of the room, her soft pink tail swishing around the corner before she was gone entirely. Left alone with her thoughts, she had little choice but to await her caretaker’s return. As the seconds ticked by, however, she became increasingly aware that the serum injected her was continuing to work. The sense of warmth she had previously felt continued to intensify, slowly morphing into a burning heat. Vinyl groaned and writhed in the straps that held her, but it was futile.
After several agonizing minutes, Redheart returned to the room. Vinyl watched her grab a wheeled stool and pull it over beside the bed before sitting down. She carried a steel tray in her hands, its contents hidden from sight by a white cloth. “Is the sensitizing treatment settling in?” she asked, reaching out with gloved hands to squeeze her patient’s nipples between her fingers. Vinyl yelped and bucked as the cool surface of the latex closed around the sensitive flesh and squeezed firmly. Redheart chuckled. “I’d say that’s a solid ‘yes,’ hmm?” She peeled back the layer of white cloth from the tray and removed something, keeping it carefully concealed within her palm. “Fair warning, this is going to hurt just a bit. Be brave and I know you’ll get through it.”
With that said, Redheart revealed a glistening stainless steel alligator clip grasped within her fingers. With practiced ease, she squeezed the prongs on the bottom and forced the jaws to open, revealing a row of dull metal teeth. Vinyl’s breath caught in her throat and she thrashed in her restraints again, though it proved just as futile as before. Her electric-blue mane whipped back and forth as she frantically shook her head in denial, a muffled cry of “Nh! Nh! Nh!” making itself audible.
“Oh, yessss,” Redheart breathed,” as she intentionally moved with treacle-like slowness to align the clamp with her patient’s nipple so that they could both savor every mounting second of anticipation. One waited with dread, one with excitement. At length, she eventually placed the device correctly and slowly released her finger’s pressure, allowing the jaws to squeeze shut. Her eyes focused on Vinyl’s face, eager to take in every second of her captive’s experience.
First came the initial shock of pain as the cruel teeth bit into the sensitive nipples. It prompted a strangled cry out of her throat, but it didn’t last long. Vinyl’s eyes widened and her pupil’s dilated and her breath hitched. After a few seconds, a single tear leaked out of her eyes and her face twisted into a grimace.
Satisfied, Redheart pulled out a second clamp, twin to the first. Ignoring Vinyl’s pleading, she promptly fastened it to the other nipple, sending a second spike of pain into her patient. She didn’t bother drawing it out this time; it wasn’t fun repeating the same trick twice.
“Isn’t pain fascinating?” Redheart asked rhetorically, running her fingers lightly across the clamps, causing Vinyl to tense and try to flinch away. “Countless tiny little nerve endings respond to the stimulus of pressure by producing a lovely little chemical reaction – which makes you more sensitive to pain, by the way – and also produces an electrical signal. That little signal travels faster than you can even think from where the pain started to the spinal cord, then to the brain stem, and then to the rest of the brain.” Her latex-clad fingers gave up their attention on Vinyl’s nipples and began roaming all over the surface of her ample breasts. “Your brain’s cortex actually catalogs and responds to your pain, letting you know what you’re feeling.” She sighed happily. “It’s a lot more complicated than all that, honestly. I could sit here all afternoon and talk about neurotensin and A-delta fibers and piloerections.” She wriggled on the seat, rubbing her thighs together even while the telltale signs of a warm blush spread across her face. “You can have a lot of fun with pain, you know, once you stop being afraid of it.”
Vinyl only registered part of Redheart’s impassioned speech. Too much of her brain was aflame with the dull throb of pain radiating outward from her nipples, sinking deeper into her core with every passing minute. “Nhh'rm bhggmd hp,” she mumbled.
Ignoring her, Redheart grabbed hold of the metal clams and twisted them sharply, pulling at Vinyl’s aching nipples even more. Vinyl moaned and writhed at the fresh wave of pain washing over her but, unlike the clamps, the hurt never got a chance to settle down to a more manageable level. Redheart continually tugged, twisted, and pulled her flesh in every conceivable direction and with ever-varying force. One second, she gently pulled them to the sides, giving rise to a slight ache. The next she twisted them so hard that Vinyl screamed, certain she was being ripped apart.
Then, just as Vinyl was convinced she couldn’t take a second more, it stopped. She peered through eyes blurred by tears and whimpered as Redheart rolled her stool over so that she could look face-to-face with the captive mare. “Such a good girl you are,” she whispered, stroking the tear-matted fur on Vinyl’s cheek. The pleading expression and whimpers went unheard as she continued. “I’m going to have to take these off now. As much fun as they are, they do risk causing damage if they stay on too long.” With a shove, she pushed her rolling stool back down the length of the table, stopping to grab hold of the clamps. “Now, don’t get your hopes up. Removing these is going to actually hurt worse than putting them on.”
Redheart released the jaws and removed them. Seconds later, she was proven right. Coming hard on the heels of the initial relief of having the pressure removed, the painful sensations suddenly spiked to breathtaking levels. Blood rushed back into the abused nipples, jump-starting countless nerve endings that promptly screamed their agony. Vinyl threw her head back and wailed. “Hhww! Bhgg, bhgg, bhgg! Hhgh!” Tears streamed down her face in earnest now and her chest heaved with her sobs.
“Oh, poor baby, I know it hurts,” Redheart cooed, rubbing her hands over the stinging flesh. “It’ll all be better soon, I promise.” Vinyl mewled meekly in protest, but the pain did indeed gradually subside as seconds passed by and then minutes, and as Redheart continued her ministrations. In fact, as the hurt faded from her awareness, a sort of mental fog crept in in its wake. She felt like she was floating in midair, calm and blissful. Beyond the pain, a small wave of pleasure began to build as the stimulation continued. Watching the expressions on Vinyl’s face, Redheart noted the moment when the tension started to drain. “The endorphins should be setting in about now,” she said with a smirk. “This is the reward you get for putting up with a bit of pain. I’m sure you’ll find it’s worth it.”
Inside Vinyl’s brain, pleasure and pain slowly entwined, merging and fading into each other. Eventually, she could no longer distinguish the two. Instead, there was only one powerful feeling building with her. It ramped up with unbelievable speed, quickly becoming unbearable while every muscle in her body strained with a desperate need for release. Then, in the space between her heartbeats, the bottom fell out of her stomach as if she had crested the top of a rollercoaster and the barely-contained force exploded inside her, driving a spike of pure ecstasy into her brain. She shrieked through the gag, in pleasure this time, as she rode out her climax.
This was different than the pleasure she usually got from playing with herself, or from having fun with her marefriend. Normally, her orgasm took forever to build up and felt like it lasted just as long. This one hit her like a jackhammer, wrung her out, left her breathless and gasping, and simultaneously had her aching for and dreading more.
“Well, Vinyl, I think that about concludes your treatment,” Redheart said, standing up from the stool and leaning over the table. “I hate to run, but I have other patients who need me.” She deftly released the straps, freeing Vinyl. “I trust you can get yourself dressed and find your way back to the desk where you checked in.” And with that, she was gone.
Breathless, spent, and aching, Vinyl could only watch her go.
Vinyl bit back a groan as she made her way back to the check-in desk. Every slight motion made the fabric of her shirt rub against her sensitized nipples, sending shivers running through her. As she drew near her goal, the young mare who had helped her earlier looked up at her and promptly wilted, ears folding back. “Um, ma’am, I’m sorry, but there was a slight error with your visit. I, um, we, that is, we sent you to the wrong exam room.”
“Yeah, I noticed,” Vinyl grunted, her voice hoarse and husky.
“You were here for your checkup, but we sent you for a treatment scheduled for a patient with anorgasmia. I, um, we, that is, sincerely apologize for the mistake.”
“Don’t worry about it, kid. I’ll call back to reschedule my checkup. For now, I’m going home.”
“Um, ma’am, are you sure you’re okay?”
Vinyl shrugged. “I’m still working on that. Considering I kind of liked what that weirdo nurse did to me, I guess I need to spend some time figuring myself out a bit more.”
