A Guard's Dreams

Iron Feather spent the day attempting to relax, but his mind kept wondering to the night before. It made it hard for him to fully relax. Having realized that his time with Luna the night before was most likely with the actual princess caused him to be shaken.

Once the late afternoon had arrived, Silver Guard knocked at his door.

Letting his friend in, Iron watched as his friend flopped down onto his couch.

“Rough day guarding?” He asked.

“I got stationed in an area where Blueblood decided to spend the entire day in. Listening to him prattle on and on really grates on one's nerves.” Silver answered.

“Well at least you didn't have the princesses still having their fun.”

“Oh. Do tell.” Silver perked up.

Sighing Iron went to the fridge and grabbed some beers. Handing one to his fellow guard he states, “Luna put either me in Celestia's dream or her in mine.”

Silver nodded at the story.

“You know when you wake up but are still dreaming? I went from being with Celestia to waking up in bed with Luna. With it being a dream I got into it.”

“Come on don't skimp on the saucy details.”

Iron Feather just shakes his head.

“Anyways, so I always close my window before bed since I don't like the breeze the tends to come in. When I woke up the window was open.” He finished.

Silver Guard was stunned for a moment. “Are you saying Luna snuck into your bedroom?”

Iron Feather just nodded.

“You need more rest than I thought if you are confusing dreams and reality. Messing around with a guard in the palace, or in his dreams is one thing but I doubt she would physically enter one's home to have her fun.” Silver remarked.

Iron glared at his friend.

“If you doubt me that much, then stay the night. She'll probably show up tonight as well.” He challenged Silver.

“Sure, I don't mind spending a night drinking your booze and eating your food and watching out for the big scary princess.” The other guard said jokingly.

The two friends spent the evening hanging out and chit-chatting about various topics. Once it was late enough Iron went to bed. However, he did put up a small note asking that Luna close his window if she comes in through it again.

Iron was in his bed as he felt the mattress shift from weight. Opening his eyes he catches Luna as she is attempting to slide into his bed.

Sighing he lifts up the blanket to help her get under the covers. Luna pauses slightly before climbing fully into the bed.

Letting the covers drop over them Iron snuggles up to her.

“I hope you're not putting off anything vital or important to be here.” He mumbles as he falls back asleep.

His dreams that night were oddly absent of any Princess and quite relaxing.

Waking up well before the night ended, he felt his erection rubbing against Luna's back. He nuzzles her neck and lightly nibbles her ear.

It twitches away from his mouth but her eyes flicker open.

“Mmmm, not going to give me any rest huh my eventide escort.” She says huskily.

Luna rolls over and lets his member rubs between her teats. Reaching down she guides him into her.

He leans down and starts planting kisses on her neck. She warps her wings around him pulling him down onto her as she rolls onto her back.

Thrusting into her he quickly builds them both to a mutual climax.

Luna lays him back onto his bed as he falls back to sleep.

Waking up to the sunlight coming in from the closed window Iron stretches. As he climbs out of his bed he notices something odd on his coat.

Silver woke to something tickling his nose causing him to sneeze. Looking up at his tormentor he sees Iron holding a purple feather in his mouth.

Noting the colour and that it is larger than a normal pegasus' his eyes go wide.

“So have a nice good, deep sleep there o mighty Guard?” Iron asked sarcastically.

“So I guess the princess swung by last night then?” Silver replied apprehensively.

“Yeah, and I was quite glad my good friend was able to let her know that I was resting and not available.” Iron said with a huff. “Not that it really matters I guess.”

“If it's really bothering you I can ask one of my friends in the Lunar Guard to help out. One of them should have the next night or two off.” His friend offered.

“It'd be nice if the person supposedly keeping watch could actually stay awake.” Iron remarked.

When evening rolled around, Silver returned from work with a bat-pony mare in tow.

“Hey Iron, this is Starwing. She volunteered to help you tonight.” He introduced her.

“Silver said something about having some kind of issue with your sleeping. If it'll help you out knowing someone is in the next room on guard duty then I don't mind.” She said, making her way over to the kitchen, finishing her words by putting her head into the fridge.

Iron watched the lithe mare walk across his apartment before shaking his head slightly.

“I made some plans with the guys so I'm going to go and hit up the bars with them.” Silver said as he left.

Starwing sat down on the couch holding a beer with a hoof and a wing around a bowl of grapes.

“So whatcha got to entertain a lady all night?” She asks, darting her eyes over Iron quickly before looking around the room.

Iron Feather nods at his bookshelf, “I have a few books and crystals. Just once I go to bed, try to keep the noise down.”

“No problem, my hearing is better than yours so I can have it quite low and still hear it well enough.” She states as she moves to inspect her options.

Iron heads into the kitchen for his own beer before flopping down on the couch next to her.

“So how long have you been a guard?” He asks.

“I finished training just over a year ago. Though my family is basically all guards so I essentially lived the life from birth. You?” She explains.

“I've been in for almost 6 years now. My family has a history of serving our time as well.” Iron says.

“I've heard some talk amoungst the Solars about you. Is it true that the Princesses are … um... relieving stress with you?”

“Yeah. Part of what's going on is Luna seeming to use my dreams to keep the fun up, and if I wake up partway through, she's physically climbed into my bed. Kinda why I asked Silver to stay over, thought having someone else here might dissuade her somewhat.” He sighs.

“So a bit of a sci-fi nerd huh? I've heard good stuff about Webherd. His series about the mare in the space navy has been suggested to me a few times. I tend to go more fantasy though. I have an OnO group I play with where I have a griffon rouge.” Starwing rambles a bit.

They talk and get to know each other for a few hours until Iron yawns.

Seeing him get tired Starwing pushes him towards the bedroom, as she closes the door she leaves it open just the slightest crack.

Iron wakes up from a dream about a bat-mare in a space black naval uniform to Celestia and Luna grinning at him as barely audible music drifts into the room.

Starwing was reading through one of Iron's book when her ears prick up. Shutting out the music she hears a feminine moan.

Carefully and quietly setting the book down and sliding off the couch she inches her way towards the door.

Forcefully opening the door she barges into the room.

She makes eye contact first with her Princess of the Night Luna. Then she takes in her positioning with Iron. Finally she sees Iron's member as Luna slowly slides towards the flare and Celestia with one of his balls in her mouth.

She turns her head taking in the room as if scanning it for a threat. Pretending not to see anything she quietly backs out and closes the door fully.

The next morning Iron walks out to Starwing having made breakfast. She sets out two plates.

The two eat silently, Iron looking like he wanted to ask her something the whole time.

As she finishes Starwing yawns.

“Is it okay if I crash on your bed?” She asks.

“Yeah. Um about last night...” Iron starts.

“Yes I saw them, but I couldn't bring myself to interrupt. I mean, if you barged in on Celestia with somepony, would you try to? We threstals see Luna in the same kinda way others see her.” Starwing interrupts.

Iron looks a bit flabbergasted at first before nodding in understanding.

Starwing walks past him, though before she is fully past him, she trails her wingtip along his side and down his flank.

“If you think you'd be up for it, I wouldn't mind seeing what drew the attention of the Diarchs.”
