Velvet is in estrus, and Night Light hasn't been touching her in bed. So she goes out for a shopping trip to Rarity's Boutique in Canterlot to pick up some new lingerie to maybe attract his attention. However on her way home, her bladder takes over. Wanting to get to a bathroom as fast as possible, she decides to take a shortcut home, and comes across a public bathroom.

The bathroom in question though isn't what she thought it would be and ends up being a good stop for her other urges as well.
