Beyblade: Metal fusion of friendship
Sunset walked around the forest in silence as she could hear other beys collide in the distance and the number of bladers that were still in the competition going down. Suddenly five bladers surrounded her and pulled out their launchers with beys attached. Sunset just sighed and pulled out her own launcher and attached her Variares to it.
"3...2...1...Let it rip!" they all shouted in unison.
"Go Variares!" Sunset shouted to her bey as it went in for a direct attack.
A few seconds later Variares had knocked out all five beys. Variares then jumped off the ground and was caught by Sunset as she continued walking through the forest.
The hours went by quickly as bladers of low level tried to take her very often. Though when the number went down to about 500 there wasn't so many anymore.
As Sunset walked through the forest looking at the sky through the branches she suddenly bumped into someone. She fell onto her back due to the suddenness of the impact and when she sat up she saw who she had bumped into. It looked like she hadn't bumped into one, but six others who had been distracted by something and hadn't watched where they were going. They all looked at each other with wide eyed expressions, though the one with the mask was hard to read.
"I-I'm sorry." the girl with pink hair said.
"Oh, it's okay darling. We didn't see where we were going." the curly haired one said.
"So you are all bladers?" the girl with rainbow hair asked.
This was followed by a round of 'Yes', though the girl with the mask nodded instead of talking.
"What are your names and what are your beys?" Sunset asked as she pulled out her Variares and the others did the same.
"I'm Pinkie Pie and my bey is Basalt Quetzalcoatl 125WD!"
"Rainbow Dash. My bey is Thermal Pegasus T125B."
"My name is Rarity and my bey is Earth Befall GB145ES."
"The name is Applejack. Mah bey is Rock Bull D125WD."
Everyone turned to the girl with the mask. She sat in silence for a little while before letting out a raspy cough. After that she began talking and her vocal cords sounded like they had seen better days.
"I'm Midnight and my bey is Phantom Zodiac B:D." the girl said before coughing a few more times.
"I-I'm....Fluttershy" the last said in a whisper.
"Her name is Fluttershy and she isn't a blader." Rainbow Dash
"Okay....Well I'm Sunset and my bey is Variares D:D." Sunset ended the topic.
Silence reigned for a few more minutes before Pinkie broke the silence.
"Hey why don't we all team up and face each other for the final battle?" she said like it was the best day of her life.
"Team until the finals you say?" a voice said behind Sunset. "I'm in."
Everyone turned to face a girl behind them.
"The name is Starlight and my bey is Galaxy Striker ED145B, though I removed the wings from the spin track." the girl said.
"Hey! That sounds like fun!" another voice said from the trees. "My name is Spike, my bey is Meteo L-Drago AD145MS." the voice said and a little boy jumped down from the trees.
The seven girls sat in thought a little bit.
"Ah reckon that's a good idea." Applejack said.
"Then it's settled." Sunset said as she stood up. "Team until the finals.".
Just after she said that ten bladers surrounded them.
"Well look here boys. Looks like we have nine bladers we can blow out of the competition." one of them said before all of them laughed.
Before any of them could do anything Midnight stepped out and prepared for battle.
"Just one of you got the nerve to battle? Fine! 3, 2, 1! Let it rip!" one of the gang members said as all ten gang members launched their beys.
Midnight didn't even say anything. She launched her bey and in just a few seconds the fight was over. All ten bladers were beaten.

Old enemy
The group wandered across the island talking and getting into fights as the numbers dropped swiftly. Eventually the number went down to 13 meaning there was only four more people left to fight which was a real bummer for all of them. They had become good friends. What was even worse was that three of the four other bladers stepped up to them.
"Your little winning streak ends here." one of them said as they pulled out their launchers.
"3. 2. 1. Let it rip!" they shouted in unison and launched their beys.
Before anyone could react a bey came rushing out of nowhere covered in black flames and sent the three beys flying.
"Blader number 267, 915 and 002 is out of the competition!" it came from the zeppelin above.
The bey jumped towards a bush and a man stepped out. His hair was black, his skin was grey, his eyes were crimson and he wore punk clothing.
"Well look who we have here. If it isn't the rest of the bladers. Just you left for me to crush." he said in a truly menacing voice.
"Don't underestimate us. We're pretty str-" Rainbow Dash said before Midnight interrupted her.
"I owe you some payback for last time Sombra." she said with her broken voice and pulled out her launcher and attached her bey to it.
"So you're still alive? Looks like I'll have to crush you once again." he said with a hint of anger.
"Enough talking. Take aim." Midnight said with hate in her voice.
"3...2...1 Let it rip!!!" they said in unison and the beys collided creating a massive explosion.
"Go Phantom Zodiac!" Midnight shouted.
"Crush 'em Nemesis!" Sombra yelled.
The two beys collided over and over again with incredible force. None of them were giving in.
"Looks like you've gotten stronger." Sombra said with a devilish smile. "But I think I'll end this right here and now. SPECIAL MOVE!!! LIFE ANNIHILATION!!!" he shouted and a massive pillar of purple fire erupted from the ground and rose into the sky.
Phantom Zodiac was slowly pulled towards the pillar of fire while everyone except Midnight backed away.
"Oh no you don't!!!" Midnight shouted. "Zodiac!!! Aquarius waterspout!!!" she shouted to her bey.
Phantom Zodiac immediately started going in circles around the fire pillar and before Sombra could understand what was happening water began coming up from the ground and spiraled around Nemesis' special move. Slowly, but surely the flames died down and so did the waterspout.
"WHAT?!?!" Sombra yelled in confusion.
"You underastimated my Zodiac. Unlike the last time met, Zodiac wasn’t created for science. Zodiac chose me. Now its time for some payback for last time. Go! Aries ram!!" Midnight said.
Phantom Zodiac then shot forward and rammed into Nemesis at high speed sending it flying.
"Not done yet! Roar of Leo!" Midnight called out.
Zodiac then let out a shockwave sending Nemesis up in the air again before it could land safely on the ground.
"Not good. Nemesis! Go hard! Show no mercy!" Sombra shouted.
Nemesis crashed into Zodiac with all it had, but it was in vain.
"Scorpio poison strike!" Midnight called out.
Zodiac then made an upercut attack sending Nemesis of balance making it wobble.
"Now for the big finale! Special move! Constellation chaos!!" Midnight shouted.
Zodiac gave off a bright glow that was sent high into the sky and formed the zodiac wheel which then sent a massive pillar of light downwards. The force itself shook the ground and when the light disappeared Nemesis had stopped spinning.
Sombra, who had fallen to the ground, sat up and saw his bey in front of him. Not spinning, but also severely damaged.
"I swear! One day I will have my revenge!" Sombra said as he picked up his damaged bey and walked past them.
A long silence followed before the group turned their attention to Midnight.
"That. Was. AWESOME!!!" Rainbow Dash shouted.
"You're a very strong blader." Sunset complemented.
The round of complements went on for half a minute before Starlight interrupted.
"Hey uh. Not to ruin the moment, but we're the only bladers left now." Starlight said and pointed at the zeppelin above their heads.
Nine bladers were now left.

The survival battle begins
The plane was high in the air soaring through the sky. On it 1000 bladers were sitting exited to participate in the survival battle. Flat-screens with the DJ of the WBBA was on and explaining the rules of the survival battle. The rules were the following: Every blader is your enemy (but you can team up with other bladers), you can fight in uneven battles (for example: 3 against 1) and you're not allowed to cheat (if you did you would immediately be disqualified).
"Now everyone please everyone take out the backpacks under your seats." the DJ said.
On cue everyone reached under their seats and pulled out a backpack which you had to strap on. Once everyone had strapped on the backpacks the seats suddenly disappeared and all 1000 bladers were sent soaring towards the ground.
One of these bladers were Sunset Shimmer. She reacted on instinct and pulled a cord on the backpack and a parachute came out alongside two handles she could use to control which way she was going. While she was gliding downwards she saw a few people who stood out from the others.
The first was wore a leather jacket like her, a purple t-shirt, grey jeans and a pair of black boots. Her hair was spiky and messy and covering her eyes and part of her face was a mask.
The second was dressed in a fancy blouse and a stylish skirt and had purple curly hair.
The third looked like she came from the wild west. The fourth was dressed in a chaos of colours she also had very puffed up hair. The fifth was dressed in a 'though girl' attire and had curly purple and teal hair. The sixth looked like she was going to have a heart attack out of fear, she was dressed in all natures colours and she had long pink hair. The seventh also had a though girl attire, though her hair was in all the rainbows colours. The last one was a younger boy with green hair and an attire that didn't really stand out.
Sunset directed herself towards a clearing in the forest. The landing was rough, but steady. She unstrapped the parachute and walked into the forest. The survival battle had started.
