Long chapter and hope you enjoy it because this took a lot of inspiration searching and time to make, my apologies that it took so long needed to get in the writing mood.

Okay so back at the White House, I just approved of the construction of the hall of independence it looks just like the old historical one and I love it rebuilding American history one building at a time, in other news I am to see the summit again to discuss the annexation of the recently old Aquileia republic, yes we annexed all their territory and officially gave them statehood so now we officially have 13 states and renamed them to fit old American colonies so we are gonna have to take back 50 states in historical order. Maybe I might make the 13 commonwealths of America like in fallout universe.

But that’s for much later in the future, right now I’m just thinking about the absolute insanity the people have right now. Let me explain a bit, you see I just got done giving a speech for the people for the new and the old Americans.

And at the end I said this as a joke.

President Aramis: with all that is and how good a job I’m doing I am confident I will win the next election, heck why not hold a vote that if everyone wants me to be in office indefinitely, ha ha ha ha ha. “ I laughed but surprisingly everyone looks like their actually considering it.

And on November 8 I get a paper that says and I quote.

‘ do you want our current president to hold office indefinitely and no elections to be held? ‘

Yes 90.00%

No 10.00%

And if that’s not enough I read in todays paper.

“ President Aramis wins vote every confirmed legal citizen of The United States have voted in favor of all power to our dear President who is tirelessly working to make our grand country even better, and more good news our President has generously brought all taxes down to 4% and has cut regulations back further so local businesses are growing faster and better then ever and is lowering inflation our dollar is now worth more, prices in all consumer goods are at an all time low, rate of unemployment is also at an all time low.

Many are referring to our Commander in Chief the best in history, only time will tell if our president will live up to our expectations. “

Yeah I meant that as a joke but apparently they took it seriously so now I’m stuck in office permanently, well It’s still business as usual it’s just that My job just became permanent now so you know business as usual just don’t have a time limit. But I will bring back elections at a later date.

Right now I need to take a small break from the paperwork when I hear grunting coming from the gym and I get curious so I take a look.

( Ignatius pov )

Sweat drips from my forehead as I do another pull up with enchanted weights strapped to me, you see I learned from my dad that you don’t need to be big to be strong, so by weight and strength training I can be the strongest dragon in the world while looking like a martial arts master, which is what I was going for as I study and practice any form of fighting I can find, be it martial arts to wrestling to kickboxing and just boxing and mixed martial arts.

“ 77…78..79…80. “ I huff and drop to the ground landing on my feet, sweat drips from my body but I don’t rest I up the weight on them from 40 lbs to 80 lbs and these are strapped to my arms, my legs and my back and also I keep these on as I’m practicing.

I am so gonna Impress daddy when he sees just how strong I am going to be, I am going to train so much I will be able to breathe a fireball so strong it will be like a Tsar Bomba went off in the center of town and that will be my weakest attack.

I dream big and I work very hard to live that dream for my father, my priceless treasure, and I will destroy anyone who threatens him!.

So I huff and puff as I strike the practice dummy’s that are made of steel that swing back at me, while I strike I dodge and strike again, I train till I drop, every day, my body looks really toned nice sized leg and arm muscles and 4 pack abs getting a 6 pack soon and my back looks shredded I also do some yoga for flexibility reasons.

Anyway after struggling to get up after another intense workout I had a feeling I’ve only felt when my dad watches me, so I need to do better, pushing my self up and using to weight to 140 lbs and practice my martial arts again and throw in some fire breathing training and a little endurance training.

Lots of sweat is coming off me but I don’t care I must make daddy proud. This feeling I get fills me with energy dad said it’s a dragons growth thing.

He explained their are 2 types of dragon growth, Need growth and Greed growth, need growth is when I have the feeling I NEED to do this or do that, this makes my strength and my firepower grow stronger at a faster rate though I will not get bigger in terms of how tall I get.

Greed growth is the opposite as I only get taller and somewhat bigger in mass because I WANT this or that so I should avoid this type of growth, plus with need growth my eyes shine a brilliant FireRuby red which is cool.

And with so much energy I roar as I tackle my new workout, I’m ready for round 2.

Oh yeah another thing I should mention I scare people, no really I’ve gotten a reputation of being Without mercy and a sadistic so when people see me or hear me I make them very afraid as they should be, because if I find they are plotting against dad I’ll make them beg me for death.

And speaking of that I found a griffon plotting to kill dad after the people held that new vote so I’m gonna have some fun with that chicken after my workout maybe he’ll like a sweaty surprise I have in store for him.

( President Aramis pov )

I watched as my son works harder then ever and As always I’m proud of him, not even 4 years old and he’s already tougher then most people, oh yeah his Birthday is on the 26 of March gotta take him fishing again something we haven’t done in a long time.

Anyway I feel I have a few minutes to watch so I do and I record him training, I swear you could drop a big rock on him and the rock would shatter completely and Ignatius would not even flinch in fact someone did do that and that’s what happened if not for the dust on his shoulders he never would have known someone dropped a big rock on him, and the rock was Chiseled to the size of an official sized football ( American Football, Not the other ) but not official weight ( anyone get that reference? ) so not knowing where it come from he just whipped the dust off and continued to walk with me as if nothing even happened.

Crazy right well my few minutes are up and it’s back to the desk for me, at least instead of paperwork I managed to get my personal computer in office so the work load is easier to deal with.

Now I shit you not, I am pissed, no really, right as I’m about to sit down chief of Army Edward Sallow comes in with news. ( NV reference #1 )

Edward Sallow: sir the archon of the griffon empire just declared war on us.

I sat down and face palm “ you’ve gotta be fucking kidding “ ( postal dude reference ) I look at him with an annoyed face.

“ send in Marshalls Grimclaw and Lanius and send in my son Ignatius to the field and deal with them and send 72 power armor divisions 24 under Grimclaw 24 under Lanius and 24 under Ignatius and make sure each division has 125 troops and each and everyone are equipped with the standard T-45 power Armor and their Standard Laser Rifle and Gatling Laser weapons also send in air support be it transport or otherwise.

Edward nods and leaves to do his task while I smirk, you may be wondering why am I smirking, well the answer is simple because this war is only gonna last a year at most and a few weeks at least.

Also I should summarize the armor and weapons going by fallout 4 albeit modded so they do more then ballistic weapons.

Take a modded institute laser rifle with an overcharge capacitor, improved long barrel, full stock, reflex sight, and a fine tuned beam focuser. This would do 81 damage without a fully maxed out rifleman perk which gives double damage so that’s 162 damage nothing to laugh at better then a standard laser musket or rifle or pistol at least with the right mod.

Base game it only does base institute weapon does 15, worst laser weapon in game without mods which doesn’t make much sense as they are the most technically advanced faction so surly they have the better laser weapon but no they have the worst.

Any way back to the point that’s the standard for us the big 162 that is standard the T-45 armor on the other hand is still being worked on to be better I know what about the X.01 MK VI well we’ve got a very very long way to go before that.

Well I know Ignatius will be excited as well as Lanius and GrimClaw well she’s indifferent but that’s fine, well I’ve got more projects to look over so back to work.

Ahh back to war we go, my favorite thing is killing power hungry megalomaniac dictators and the archon I’ve had his name on my list for a while all I can say is this is gonna be fun, not to mention I’ve been improving my diet to enchanted gems and enchanted obsidian now my scales are a shiny black same with my spines.

Anyway I’ve also improved my balefire breath it has the strength of a hydrogen bomb so using that on a enemy city will definitely demoralize them and my wings are looking good to go for flying the distance, father wants these chickens to fear us in a way that will show the world we are a superpower once again.

Now time to work so ordering half my troops to stay behind while I fly to the city of cloudberry for the balefire ball, I wonder what people will think when they see the giant mushroom cloud that will soon to be what was once a city.

( President Aramis pov )

After I managed to finish up most of my work for the hour I had some free time to myself, I look out in the distance from the balcony that Abraham Lincoln stood as a spectator to the battle for the White House and got his hat shot off his head,

* BOOOOOOOMMMMM * a massive shockwave could be felt and in the far off distance I see a ruby red mushroom cloud.

Ignatius must have used his balefire breath and holy cow is it big, thankfully we are safely outside the blast zone, well I can imagine archon realized he made a big mistake and the press is gonna have a field day with this.

One day I will be the Emperor of the griffon empire but as of late for both aunt Gabriella and I well I’m worried for our lives especially after witnessing a big bomb in cloudberry, the big kaboom and a massive shockwave could be felt all the way from here.

I hear my auntie ask but it sounded like it was more to herself then to me.

“ who did the archon piss off? And why? “ she looks scared more so then me but I put my right claw on her back to ease her worries a bit.

“ don’t worry too much auntie I’m sure we will be okay in the end, I hope “ I muttered that last bit to myself and look at the field of battle, my father told me often who bloody battles of old were but this is clearly one sided, what’s worse is that our crossbows do little to nothing against those walking tanks from what our spy’s report, at least the very few who were not captured.

I’m sad that I will not be able to continue my fathers work and be the next emperor but I have hope that just maybe by some minuscule Chance I might be able to and carve my name in griffon history for all time and for my future descendants like my dad did for me.

But for now I will wait and sit on the extremely comfortable throne that my father and grandfathers sat on for generations and I swear to Boreas himself I feel as if that they here with me standing by my side smiling with pride, especially my father.

I cry a bit more since it’s been 8 months since his death but I wipe the tears away remembering my promise to my dad.

I will make my mark on history and be known as Grover VI the Great. I will rise one day like a mighty griffon but until then here I will wait for the ruler of this Country, I look over the reports and decided to read some of the books brought by the spy’s sent.

One specific book caught my eye it was titled An oversimplified version of America and her history.

With interest I decided to read it to pass the time and judging by its title alone I can feel the pride of whoever made this has a strong sense of love for his or her people and the preservation of their history so maybe this will be a good read.

I was wrong about my previous statement and would like to amend it, in the few pages I finished reading and it looks to keep going, this was not a good read. This is a masterpiece, a wonderful read. I’m hooked on this and want to finish it so badly, I want to know what happens next, it turns out that this book is a historical guide of the enemy country and man does it have a Tartarus of a history I mean it stared out as a colony under a king and it had no chance of winning but it did win against all odds and now from what I’m reading president Abraham Lincoln is leading his nation through a Civil war but I am a bit heartbroken over his son’s death as that’s an awful thing to happen to such a great man.

My father would have loved to meet this president Abraham Lincoln he and my father would have gotten along greatly,
At least I think they would. Anyway back to reading apparently it’s the almost the end of the civil war with a union victory and its here I learn something amazingly powerful.

When America was founded it had a thing called a Constitution and with it a constitutional republic was born, and the rights it protected made me happy that it was all for the well-being for the people.

Well I think I’ll keep reading I can’t wait to see what’s next.

( timeskip a few weeks later, president Aramis pov )

It’s an amazing sight and honestly we should move our capital here in griffonhiem the capital of the griffon empire, but honestly the idea of being in a castle has always been a dream of mine since I was a boy.

I and my secret service guards and my son walk up to the big castle door and open them up the interior is breathtaking and when we arrive in the throne room it’s even more grand, and there sitting on a throne is the child that would be emperor with the archon beside him. And under the child’s talons is a book.

“ so at last we meet face to face your majesty and we will talk more later, Archon Eros VII your war against the United States of America is over and you have lost, surrender is your only option let no more blood be spilled today. “ I said and he looks mad so he charged and was shot to death by my guards.

I walk to the child on the throne with a calming smile.

“ well that was unfortunate but we have time to ourselves I believe introductions are in order I’m President Aramis Courter of the United States of America “ I reach out for a handshake and his little talon clasp with mine as we shake.

“ I am Grover VI the future emperor of the griffon empire, so what happens now? “ he asked and I see he was reading that book of mine about our history.

“ now the empire will be annex as part of the states but the town names will be kept the same as to not erase their identity or culture importance, it is important to respect and preserve history after all, in the meantime i made a presidential decree that elections will be held either after my death or resignation, and anyone can run for office as long as they are a legal citizen of the United States so Grover my young friend I hope you enjoy you new life with any remaining family members. “

With that I leave the young griffon to his own devices.

I know my adopted son will outlive me in age and the child emperor is innocent and has my respect as did his father, but in my time I feel like I should resign in a few more years, I can retire and maybe just enjoy the manor I built the Courter manor is a nice big home with everything a person could want.

Think the Wayne family manor from batman but a little bigger.

Well back in the White House and the paperwork on my desk is still sizable so best get back to it.
