"i don't need your help!"

While running away from the town I accidentally ran into another pony and fell back once I looked up at who I ran into I saw it was another filly but she looked weird in a way, she had a red coat and a pink Mane with white stripes going through it and the same went with her tail.

Once I got up I went over to her “are you alright?” I asked but she didn’t look at me instead she just looked up “I’m fine.” She said still not looking at me “hey why are you looking that way? I’m over here.” I said

“Well sorry but I’m blind as you can probably see.” She said getting up and turning herself to where icy’s voice had come from, and icy felt bad for not recognizing earlier but another question popped into her head “why are you out here all alone?”

“Because I want to be.” She said and I facehoofed “I mean since your blind won’t you need help?” I said and that seemed to anger her a bit “what just because I’m blind that means I can’t defend for myself?!” She said

“Well yes.” I said then she tried to swing at me but missed “I don’t need anyone’s help,I’m fine on my own!” She yelled it was then I realized that she was like me a filly who didn’t want help no matter who offered it “you’re just like me.” I said

“What do you mean?” She said then I came over and put a good on her shoulder “no matter what anyone says you want to prove that you don’t want or need their help.” I said and she was surprised “is that how you feel to?” She asked

“Yes it is.” I said and she felt better she had someone who understood her “my name is cherry candy what’s yours?” She asked “icy jewel.” I said then she put her hoof on my shoulder after feeling for it “hey want to team up we can be our own independent group.” She said

I put a hoof on my chin thinking about it for a bit “alright sure why not.” I said then I put her hoof up in the air as we hoof fived “it’s you and me against the world, we’ll show those other ponies that we have what it takes to survive on our own!” I said as cherry nodded then I guided her back to ponyville and to a backup alleyway I had just in case somepony discovers my first one ad we laid down and went to sleep.
