Author's Note

Okay I decided to just merge the dark rooms into one chapter as when I checked the wiki I knew the first two of the segments is basically red light green light. And the Fun time foxy one was like the game. I just didn't expect plush baby being practically a Night like the previous segments so it meant I didn't have to be as detail oriented as I thought until the next segment parts and services. Eight tapes to go before we hit the Halloween dlc of help wanted.

Darkrooms

I smiled as it seemed sunset and the others took two full days to return. Apparently they were working on making my endoskeleton at the school using my magnetic latch lock idea so it’s a safer wearable animatronic. Apparently sunset is rich enough to get the supplies she needed and start constructing. She had vanny’s help with basing it off her. Though I said in no uncertain terms we were replacing vanny’s spring locks with the electromagnetic latches. Why was she a springlock suit in the first place!

Still I had to warn sunset of what to expect here.

“Okay sunset we are going to go through the dark rooms three out of four are actually from the games fnaf 4 and sister location. The last one is actually completely unique to this game. First dark room is plushtrap minigames. It’s practically red light green light where you use a flashlight to have plushtrap stand on an x on the ground. That’s the win condition. The next one is nightmare balloon boy for the same and that guy is from the Halloween update to fnaf 4. After that is the original minigames involving new characters called plush baby. They come in three variants red, yellow and blue. The last one is directly from sister location with fun time foxy. We have to sneak past him in a dark room and blind him with an industrial light if needed. Hopefully Afton put in the same strobe reset function to the fun times as the toys had” I said.

“Okay so where is the tape we need to get” asked sunset.

“There’s two one held by a plush Freddy in the plush baby level and actually taped to the wall near where a scooping room is in fun time auditorium. What I’m worried about is the blacklight levels. For those we are shrunk down for plushtrap and nightmare BB. Plushbabys are everywhere and we need to tell the moving ones apart from the actual plushies. And fun time auditorium has clones of fun times Freddy and foxy plus Elizabeth and lolbit also appears in the blacklight level. A fax coin drops in nightmare bb’s level if you look up to see the fan. Plush baby is practically the same as the previous three segments we went through. Difficult is putting it mildly” I said sighing.

“Well we need to get through that if we want to get you out of here” said sunset.

“I’m more worried about the next segment which is parts and services it’s not repairing the animatronics it’s the elevator one. We will be dealing with ennard and vixen with that one. That’s when you will see what a normal endoskeleton is like to help you on your project” I told her.

“I saw vixen’s so I’m already way ahead on that” sunset said.

“Remember first two is practically red light green light and needs good hearing then a survive to six, and finally reach the exit without bumping into fun time foxy” I reminded her.

Entering the games well it was easy as apparently the rabbit ears wasn’t for show as I told sunset when they made it to the x and getting the faz coin so we handled the plushbabys and met up with my newest personality fragment that turned out to by a cyan version of me who resembled a plush. Turned out she was my cute side. She got the timing of the plush baby’s down letting sunset drive them away from the prize corner. And we saw the girls from the prize corner cheering us on with vanny and toy chica looking awkward at each other.

Going through fun time auditorium we met my next personality which was apparently my sense of showmanship and looked like a Fun time version of me so with that done we went through the black light levels and the three of me kept the clones off sunset. Reappearing at the hub we sighed. “Luckily for us the dark rooms are more easy” I said as compared to the past three segments the dark rooms are a walk in the park.

Entering the tape room we got ready to hear tapes 7 and 8.

Jeremy complained of nightmares when he came in this morning. He wasn’t talking about it like someone telling a friend about his dreams though. He was pale. Looked like he hadn’t eaten in days. He spent an hour talking in Dale’s office. But it didn’t look like he was given much sympathy. When he came out, he went directly back to the testing room. He doesn’t even jump anymore. Nothing scares him. He just stands there like he’s talking to someone. Sometimes he rocks from side to side. (Coping mechanism, often used when feeling stress(I do this)) We were told to leave him alone. I knew I was in line to do the testing next. They’d been prepping me for it. I guess they knew that Jeremy would need to be replaced soon.

“Christ that should have put up red flags that the game was going to drive people insane” said sunset horrified.

“You won’t like the next one” I said as Cute merged with me making my Halloween like outfit more cutesy in look extending the skirt to a proper maid like one and made me look like a French maid like witch. I deadpanned as rarity looked over the outfit and got a gleam I knew as a sign of inspiration for her.

You can always tell when a company is getting ready to fire someone. They start giving out written warnings for silly things, making sure to make a paper trail and make a case for firing. Things that normally no one would care about suddenly become grave offenses, all worthy of being written and documented. I guess it works two ways, because it also encourages a person to quit rather than be scrutinised so heavily. I think Jeremy was too far gone to consider that option though. The thing about it is, that I don’t think they were going to fire him because of anything he was doing wrong. They just knew he’d seen something. They needed to discredit him.

“What in the world that’s bad” said sunset wide eyed.

“Yeah but notice older vanny said Jeremy was too far gone. And remember the guilatine slicer? Jeremy went and committed suicide because Afton drove him insane” I said grimly as Fun time me merged with me turning the outfit like I was a witch dressed as a French maid performer of a circus which confused me on why my outfit was taking on traits of the personalities now and not forming separate outfits.

“Now I see why you said I might not like this one with that implication” sunset said wincing.

“Next up is parts and services and thus ennard” I said sighing. Returning to the hub and switching to that segment the hub switched to the sister location and Afton chuckled as he leaned against a wall.

“Oh this should be interesting don’t worry after you beat my segment the game won’t let me kill you so for now I’m just an observer” Afton said as we glared at him.

We entered the games hoping to be ready for this. We had two segments after this and then we beat the game.
