The Darker Side
Twilight- Requested
Previous ChapterIMPORTANT NOTICE- I am embracing the dark side of writing, this chapter contains disturbing parts, do not read if you are squeemish, or easily spooked. Viewer Discretion is advised... Oh, and this was inspired by an idea that A Mess gave me, though I twisted it quite a bit. I will also be writing a one shot based more realisticly on the idea.
Everybody has a dark side, even the smartest of people have one...
Twilight Sparkle looked in a mirror. Her mane was straight and well kept. Her reflection stared back at her, the reflection was spattered with a strange red liquid, her hair a bit messy.
"Why am I out here?" Twilight asked the reflection.
"I don't know." The reflection replied.
"Why do I feel so... curious?" Twilight asked.
"I feel like that all the time, I need to know everything, I need to learn. I even learn about the things that ponies don't try to learn. Under my bed there is a box, it contains my studies, the ones that nopony wants to learn about. The things that would make most ponies think I'm crazy." The reflection smiled sadisticly. All of a sudden there was nothing other than the box and Twilight. She stepped towards it, and began falling...
"Ouch" Twilight got up slowly, rubbing her head. She had fallen out of bed. She looked around, and saw thaat Spike's bed was empty. 'That's right, he's at Rarity's tonight.' She thought to herself. She looked at the darkness beneath her bed and debated. She pulled the box out, and stuck her horn in a hole on the top, pumping in some magic, it came unlocked and popped open, revealing a cat. At least, what's was left of the cat. It had been sliced open and skinned, all of the body parts were protected by magic so they wouldn't rot. Twilight began to pump magic into all of the vital organs, causing them to begin to work, as if the cat was still alive. But while the body was working, the soul was gone. As she did her testing, basic thoughts ran through her mind, but only one was loud enough to be heard.
She felt satisfied.
She felt satisfied.
She felt satisfied.
She felt satisfied.
She felt satisfied.
She felt satisfied.
And slowly her sadistic smile began to fade with the satisfaction of her tests, but one thing was for sure.
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
She felt satisfied
And the satisfaction was gone, for the tests that could be done on the cat, were over. Twilight sighed as she put the box down, locked it and shoved it under the bed. Only one thing was for sure.
She felt curious.
NOTE- Okay, I wanted to write down some gore, and I did, the gore part was kind of my idea, but the idea of Twilight's dark side being curiosity belongs to A Mess. So yah. I guess I'm a bit of a sicko.
