SPOILERS FOR SEASON 10, AKA THE CLIP SHOWS!

Starlight Glimmer & Spike, two of Twilight Sparkle’s closest friends, know that their friend is moving away from Ponyville and back to Canterlot to start her new role as ruler of Equestria. So, because they want Twilight to remember her friends while she assumes her new position, the two decide to make a memory book and have the rest of the Mane Six collaborate on the project so that a part of them will always be with the princess of Friendship.
