The apocalypse is contained for now, to only near Canterlot and Ponyville, The Area is under Martial Law as the government orders a full scale evac of Ponyville of all that are not infected to Canterlot and Cloudsdale. This action has caused riots, but they have been convinced to stop. This, the overture, this is our great test, the Equestrian Government has devoted 40% of its industry to stop this Virus, 31% to its military to slow the advance, and 29% to the rebuilding of Shelters and infrastructure, especially trench networks...
(Keep in mind that they have ponified guns of ww1 quality. And equestria is like America, a sleeping giant, with the American Tech tree, M1917 Enfields, M1897 Shottys, M1917 Browning, and M1918 BAR)
“Move move move!” The Gaurd says to the citizens of Ponyville.
Rainbow Dash proceeds to hit a walker in the head, as it falls, ten more take its place.
“Rainbow there is nothing yall can do, We must retreat while we can!” Says Applejack.
“Oh come on, they are just walkers! Besid-“
Applejack grabed her by her wings, put her on her back and ran with the rest of the non infected, the train stop was defended by a small amount,
“Brains” could be heard.... they heard something else though, that was the train incoming, it was about 5 minutes away.
Discord popped up a radio, “What the hay is that?!” Applejack said?
“It’s the thing that will get us out of here” Discord says, he adjusts the frequency and says some stuff the rest don’t understand
“Coordinates at hyperspace (insert Cordinates) Nexus Route, over!” Applejack rolled her eyes.
“ALL FORCES REGROUP AT THE TOWN SQUARE” Said the Alicorn Twilight,
They all moved back, and Cadnece and Twilight put up a shield. Once they did, Pinkie pie made pies, and more food to keep the group going strong, they estimated the train would turn around, and a letter from Princess Luna confirmed that. The shield was placed permanently and could hold for an hour...
“May Celestia help us” Twilight said outloud.
“I couldn’t agree more” said Rarity....

After the Battle Of Umbara,
“This is General Kenobi, we heard a distress signal from a unknown region in the galaxy, Rex do you-“
“I hear it to sir! It’s in the Nexus Route shall we proceed?”
“I shall discuss this with the Jedi counsel, till then Admiral Yularen, gather a fleet of 6 Venator Class Star Destroyers and Acclamator 8 Class Assault Ships. I’ll get the 212TH Attack Battalion, Anakin, Master Windu and Master Yoda” Kenobi said.
“Yes sir, Torrent Company! Redeply on the Resolute when-“ just then the Resolute Appeared from the distance.
“Welp, Redeploy, in A hour Torrent Company is leaving!”
And with that they prepared, got onboard and meet the convoy.
“Negotiator incoming!” Said Kenobi. (The Negotiator was the flagship of General Kenobi in the Clone Wars)
“Resolute incoming! The 501st Torrent Company is in vicinity” (Resolute is the Flagship of General Skywalker)
“Guarlara coming in!”
“Endurance Ready and waiting for battle!”
“So is Triumphant”
“Defender incoming!” All 6 Venator Star Destroyers then 8 Acclamator’s came out of hyperspace. Once all ships were ready, they jumped to hyperspace...
Meanwhile
“The shield is gonna break!” Twilight and Cadence say.
“Discord hurry up!” Applejack said. Discord was simply waiting... patiently. “Discord!!!!!!” Applejack said.
Pinkie and Applejack were bucking walkers left right and Center while Rarity was using magic to halt there advance.
“Twilight, this it the end...” Cadence said. Then a miracle happens. They hear something above, Venator and Acclamators coming out of hyperspace they open their hangars under the clouds, the smaller Acclamators go just above 500 feat, they make sure that the LAAT get out first, they the jet pack troopers go in the and secure the perimeter, and start blasting back the hordes. The ponies watch in shock, horror and awe as the troopers start easily beating the zombies back, and with the help of Gunships, they clear the zone just enough for 20 Gunships to land.
“The leader here, who is it?” Asks Grand Master Yoda.
“For now, me” Cadence says,
“who are you?”
“We shall discuss that later, get everyone on hours and we shall head to your capital.” Master Windu Says.
Cadence Nods, and the Clone jet pack troopers help and put everypony in the LAAT Gunships,
“let’s go!” Says Anakin, The troopers go into the hangars of the Venators and Acclamators, once then get everyone inside they head towards Canterlot.
“Grand Master Yoda, of the Jedi Counsel, I am” Yoda Said. “Master Windu and Master Kenobi, they are” Yoda said
“Nice to meet you 8” Master Kenobi Said.
“Likewise” Starlight Glimmer Said.
“Please follow me to Bridge. Rex, Anakin, Ahsoka, Fives, follow us also.”
“Yes sir” Fives and Rex said.
Once at the bridge, the Ponies looked outside, the view was amazing.
“How has this galaxy wide war start. And how does one even have ships capable of exploring such far reaches. How d-“ Twilight asked.
“-if you don’t mind us asking, that is” Fluttershy cut her off.
“We should wait until we reach the Capital” Anakin Says. “Fleet, make a semi-circle to the Left of the Resolute and the Negotiator Venators, all others wait for further orders” said General Skywalker.
The Ponies talked the rest of the time to the capital to the Generals abut who they were, Ahsoka and Rainbow Dash Really got along. While Master Windu and Twilight shared the same no nonsense policy, so they got along, Captain Rex and Starlight Glimmer got along. Cadence and Anakin are each others favorite along also, while Fluttershy and Kenobi got along, while Rarity and Commander Cody round time together, Fives and Applejack found time also, after 10 minutes the all the ponies were Patched up and once they reached the Capital.
“Resolute and Negotiator send Troops on the ground” Kenobi and Anakin said.
“Yes sir!” Admiral Yularen and Commander Cody said,
“Secure the perimeter, Cody and Rex, with us” Kenobi added
“yes sir!” They said. As the ships appeared and in midair, launched their ramps and the clones help injured outside to the building, while after that they secured the perimeter.
Part 2
Once the Capital is reached, confused, and not wanting to escalate things, the Princesses Luna and Celestia give permission to evacuate everyone to the main cities...
“Skywalker, lead Half the force, 4 Acclamators, and 3 Venators, evacuate citizens to this area.” Yoda says.
Anakin Agrees and then says “Yes Master Yoda, Ahsoka, take to the south with 1 Venator and 2 Acclamators, you must go south, our scanners say the desert needs some help evacuating.”
Ahsoka nods, “Fives, with me, get a 3rd of Torrent Company please.”
“Yes Mam!” Says the Clone ARC Trooper Fives. He then rallies Torrent Company. “Sergeant Appo, get your men, your with me and the Commander! Finally we’re free of Krell.” The Sergeant nods and laughs.
“Now discuss politics, we shall, Ma’am” says Master Yoda...
Once they go through the hallway, many look at Commander Cody, Waxer and Boil a strange way, but shrug them off.
Once they reach the mess hall a Gaurd approaches and says “HALT”
“There with me Shining.”
“Yes Ma’am”
He lets them through.
The other Princesses are waiting for them.
“Now, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight, Gather Fluttershy, Discord, Spike, Starlight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, And Pinkie Pie, we shall Discuss this with them here to. Discord suddenly teleported them
“What the hay!” The princesses and ponies said in unison.
Discord simply Laughed!

“Good... “ Admiral Trench said, “begin the assault, land at those deserts, strategy... play it.. like The 2nd Battle of Geonosis..”
“Yes Sir! Commence attack, all Forces”

“The Galactic Senate or the Jedi Council has never heard of this planet, perhaps...” Kenobi states, “The Force has guided us here”
“Anyway, moving on, we are hear under the advice of the Jedi Councel, of the Grand Republic, here to restore balance to the Galaxy and stop this Galactic Civil War, known as the Clone Wars.” Master Winder said
“We respect that.” Celestia said. Now that we know why you are here, what are your terms? What do you want in return...?”
Master Yoda Anwsered with pulling a Holovid out, “Chancellor Palpatine, or the Grand Republic, this is. “ Yoda said.
The Chancellor discussed the details.
Our Terms include a Military base in your desert, us beginning mining operations on your world, only away from major cities, and you joining the a Republic, that is all. Sheev Palpatine said.
Celestia nodded, “We will discuss this with our Senate...” We will have an Anwser by the end of 7 Rotation’s.” (A rotation is like 1 day)
The chancellor sent his prayers and disconnected.
Yoda was about to explain but Celestia said, “We should tell you about this virus”
“Continue, Please” Master Yoda said.
“The Virus started out in a ladratory, one of our scientist’s started studding something, What we call the disease now, is “Necrona the disease infected his eye, and before you knew it, it was infecting everyone, it is only infectious to Ponykind all other animals have showed no symptoms” Celestia states “the area, Vanhoover has been infected since the start, and the disease caused riots across the globe... and we have only one lead, and that failed, we’re at a lost, but it only spreads through contact, and infected die after 4 days...”
Master Yoda was then about to talk but he sences something, Kenobi and Windu senses it to...
“This is Commander Tano! My 3 ships are in Close Combat with 6 Munificent Class Frigates and 2 Recusant Clas-“
“It seems the Patrol Force under Ahsoka has been attacked by Separatist Forces...” says Kenobi
“We have military training, let us go! Please!” Rainbow Dash says.
“Well...”
“You can only operate as snipers”, Says Kenobi, All ships besides the Defender, Reinforce them, besides from that, Cody, Waxer, Boil, prepare to help us support the 501st and the 212th Troopers soon.
“Yes Sir!” They all said.
Meanwhile
Ahsoka’s Venator Capital Ship was about to hit one of the bridge’s when another Venator, the Resolute flew and smashed the small fighter Plane befor it hit a few hundred feet away.
“Right on time! Master!”
“Arnt I always snips?”
“Right.. anyway, the battle is basically Entrenched warfare”
All of a sudden the Battle turned against the separatists as 4 more Acclamators and 3 more Venators appear.
“Well, 14 of us vs 10 of the separatists, and our ships are more armored, and our fighters are up in the air!”
“They still have the advantage with ground, right?” Celestia Asks,
“True...” for now,
“Bring in the AT-TE’s!!”

Celestia wonders “what are those?...” “excuse me but what are those?”
“All Terrain Tactical Enforcer’s, or just Walkers.” Says Kenobi
“And what are fighting Against?” Rainbow Dash said
“The Separatist Alliance, and their droid army” Master Windu said
“What is a droid?” Twilight said
“A machine, it is non living, and is build for a purpose, in this case, fighting against us, the Grand Republic.”
Part 3
War! On the Equestrian Deserts, our Jedi and Clone Hero’s find them in a battle where there 6 Venators and 8 Acclamators, Commanded by Windu, Yoda and Kenobi, with a the princesses on board the Negotiator, against 4 Providence Classes, and 6 Munificents, commanded by Admiral Trench, and Pours Tonith, witch means a Stalemate in the Air, meanwhile the Ground, Anakin, Ahsoka, Rex, Fives, and the Main 6, fight against the overwhelming forces of Grievous and Asajj Ventress....
“Master! What’s the plan! We’re stuck?” Ahsoka asked calmly in the heat of this battle.
“Master Kenobi, is there any air support?!, we’re stuck?” Anakin said into the mic.
“Negative, Anakin we have our hands full protecting the fleet and the prince- Kenobi Responded, But was cut off
“Sir! The shields are almost gone on the Defender, we have reason to suspect Trench and Pors Tonith are here!” A trooper said.
“Pull the Defender out to the Capital, Cody and I will head to the Capital with it.” Kenobi said
“Yes sir!” Cody said and they went down to the Hungar, got on a LAAT and they looked in horror as one of the
Venators, Defender, Damaged, had a bridge missing, and was being boarded by droids in the main hangar.
“Pilot get us down there! We’re going to help the troops in the Defender!” Kenobi said
“Yes sir!” Said the pilot.
Meanwhile on the ground
“Rainbow Regiment, let’s go...” Rainbow said As they flanked around the Trenchline they jumped in and demolished a droid.
“Wait, Something’s off, they arnt firing at us...” Rainbow said.
“Because they don’t even know we are here?” A solder asked.
“No, we’ve never confronted them before!” Rainbow answered, “Let’s go!”
One by one the droids fell, “TRECH CLEARED” the Jedi and clones moved up.
Meanwhile on The Venator Named Defender
“Cody, We must destroy those droids! You take care of the remaining once, meet us on the ground, we must capture those Command posts, if we want to board the enemy!” Kenobi said
“Yes sir!” Cody replied
“Anakin! Get those Command Posts, I’ll get Delta and Charlie with the 212TH, you get Alpha and Bravo With Rex and Fives, Ahsoka and the rest get and secure a landing platform for our LA-AT Gunships to take us to the enemy ship!” Kenobi ordered, Everyone followed the plan.
Meanwhile
“Commander! On your left!” Boil said.
Cody quickly turned and shot the droid dead in the Head.
“Thank you boil” Cody states, “Now let’s go finish those droids off!
Part 2: War: Battle, Breakthrough, Back to the stalemate.
Battle! Breakthrough, and Victory! The 6 Republic Venators and 8 Acclamators are holding the line in the Deserts against 6 Munificent’s, 1 Providence, and 2 Recusant Classes. Meanwhile soon at the Capital, Admiral Pors Tonith, who is in hyperspace with his 1 Lucrehulk Battleship, 9 Munificents, and 2 Providences, will Attack
“MOVE MOVE!”
“MAN DOWN!”
“WE NEED REINFORCEMENT-“
“SOS”
“ENEMY SPOTTED!”
“RIGHT SIDE!”
Those were the last words of 3 Troopers who were charging the bridge of the Admiral Trenches ship, The 2nd “Invincible” Providence Class.
(The Big Tower is not the bridge btw)
“Anakin! Rex, and Ahsoka, gather 1/3rd of the forces take the Bridge, we believe Trench is there, The rest, with me.“ General Kenobi Said.
“Got it Master!” Anakin Replied, “Torrent Company! We will depart from the 212th and attack the Bridge.”
“Yes Sir!” Rex said.
“Cody! Lead half the force of the 212th here to secure the Watch tower above!”
“Yes Sir!” Commander Cody replied.
“Let’s move!”
Meanwhile at the Capital
“Admiral, we are coming out of Hyperspace, we are approaching the capital.” A B1 Droid Commander said.
“Good... we will soon approach the target.”
“Prepare the Fighters.”
“Yes sir.”
“Also, Get me Trench”
“Yes sir.”
“Trench the attack of the Capital Shall commence.”
“Master Windu, go to the Capital, take 1 Venator, 2 Acclamators.” Grand Master Yoda said.
“Yes master.” Windu replied.
“Take Me, and these 8 with you, the Rainbow one is aiding in the Assault on the ship.”
“Yes ma’am.” Windu replied “Lets get on the Guarlara”

They them went on a LAAT Transport.

“We need reinforcements! Coordinates are in the Nexus Route!” Said Windu
“This is The Venators Dauntless, Pioneer, Renown, Guardian, and Unity, (all actual Venators) we have finished our missions, and will be there within the hour.”
“Ok...” Master Windu replied
“So what are our enemies?” Twilight asked
“The Separatist Alliance is a secessionist movement that fights to leave the Galactic Republic.” Windu Said. “Before this there was peace” “During this era of peace, heightening political tensions arose within the Republic a decade before the Clone Wars, such as when a group of usurpers on the planet Halcyon became discontent with the world's membership and wanted their world to be able to manage its own affairs. They kidnapped several members of Halcyon's planetary leadership and held them in a remote fortress where they prepared for assault while attempting negotiation with their hostages. Internal negotiations failed and led the Senate to eventually authorize the Jedi Order to intervene on Halcyon as mediators and enforcers if necessary.[8]”
“The Invasion of Naboo by the Trade Federationexposed the unwillingness and inability of the Senate to resolve the crisis, which ended only after the Gungans and Royal House of Naboo united and forcibly ended the occupation. This lack of action was a result of years of corrupt and ineffectual governance by the Republic that had became mired in bureaucracy and layers upon layers of increasingly complex legal precedents, treaties, and obligations. “Trooper, let’s make our way toward the Capital.” Mace ordered.
“Yes Sir” the Trooper Replied.
Can we hear about what I assume is the “Old Republic”, I’ve heard about it
“The Old Republic existed prior to the Galactic Republic, until approximately one thousand years before the Clone Wars. As it expanded throughout the galaxy, it became a more and more influential power. The Old Republic's capital was located on the urban world of Coruscant, and would remain there for thousands of years.” Mace said.
Meanwhile
“Fall back!” Anakin said
“Fall back to the ground! Our attack failed!” Ahsoka Said.
“Master Kenobi, what’s our plan?” Anakin said as everyone Fell back to the LAAT’s and got out the Providence.
“I don’t know” Kenobi said “But we’re back right we’re we started.”
Part 2
War! With the Republic Sending Master Windu, Celestia, And all Mane 6 but Rainbow Dash to the Capital to stop the Invasion in that area along with 1 Venator, the fleet of The Venators Dauntless, Pioneer, Renown, Guardian, and Unity, go through hyper space to reinforce the Republic fleet...
“So” Twilight said in a voice that was curious, “what parts does the ship use to stay up?”

The Venator-class Star Destroyer, also known as a Republic attack cruiser or Jedi Cruiser, was the wedge-shaped Capital ship utilized by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. The backbone of the Republic Navy, the Venator was a versatile capital ship able to fill the roles of both a warship, capable of ship to ship combat, as well as the role of a carrier with its impressive starfighter complement against the forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, in some of the most well-known battles of the Clone Wars, including those of Sullust, Christophsis [6]
Twilights eyes filled with wonder, her thoughts were interrupted by them nearing the Capital, she saw a fleet of ships that looked like those enemies early approaching above the clouds, above the capital.
Meanwhile at the front.
“Anakin! We are taking fire from that battery!” Kenobi said
“I see it Master!” Anakin replied.
On the intercom they heard they had limited time until the enemy gained enough of a opening to board the Venator, Guarlara.
“Anakin, you heard the news, you and Ahsoka will take the right side, Cody and Rex, suppress them with your troopers, while me and Rainbow take the left, we must not let the Guarlara be destroyed.”
“Yes sir!” Commander Cody said.
“Blast them! We must not loose this fight.” Kenobi said
Meanwhile at the Capital
“This is General Windu, scramble fighters and Y Wings, the Venator will take a defensive position near the Capital.” Windu said
The Venator turned and the sound of it turning scared Fluttershy.
“All fighters, target the Lucrehulk Battleship, we destroy that, we may win with these incredible odds.” Said Windu.
“Everyone, Battlestations! We are going into the fray.
The First salvo from the Munificents shook the ships, but all 8 of the Venators Dual Barrel Turrents opened fire on the enemy ships, but there was to many of them,
“Status Report?” Made asked one of the Clone Troopers on board.
“Not good sir, our sheds are down,”
“We’re going down sir”
“AHHHH”
“SOS I EPEAT SOS THE SHIP IS BREAKING IN TWO! I-“
“GET OFF THE SHIP!”
“SEPARATIST FORCES OVER THERE!”
Once they hit the ground.
“Alright, everyone, make a defensive position” Mace Windu orders the crew that survived to build fortifications, and fight to the last.
The Droid army came in force, and when they did, the Ponies knew this would be their last stand.
At the Desert Front,
“Master! There boarding the Guarlara!”
“No.... GET US UP THERE FASTER PILOT!” Anakin yelled from the back of the LAAT
“Skywalker? Where are your forces, we need backup, Bly and the troopers are defending the bridge, we won’t hold for long” Aayla Secura Said after slicing a droid in half.
“We will be there shortly”
The Guarlara started turning port side and was hit on the left bridge.
“Fighter Command is down!”
Rainbow looked in horror as the Starboard Bridge fell to the ground above the CIS Forces.
“We are boarding” Kenobi said
