Chapter 1 The Union Of Light
It was a beautiful morning in Ponyville. Princess Twilight Sparkle and Spike were walking out of the Castle of Friendship for some errands. They looked around and watched as all the residents were going about their daily lives. Fluttershy had joined them as she needed some things as well. Then they looked up at the sky, just in time to catch Rainbow Dash flying by and leaving her trademark rainbow streak. After seeing the three below, Rainbow Dash quickly changed direction and came to a soft landing before them.
"Hey Twilight," Rainbow Dash greeted happily, "Hey Spike, hey Fluttershy."
“Hey Rainbow,” Fluttershy replied in her soft voice.
"Hi Rainbow Dash," Twilight Sparkle smiled, "What's up?"
"Just on my way over to Sugarcube Corner. Pinkie's got some new recipes for a cupcake she wanted me to try out."
"Does she now?" Twilight inquired.
"By any chance it's got gems?" Spike drooled.
".... Maybe," Rainbow turned in Sugarcube Corner's direction, "So whaddya say? You game?"
Spike was about to answer, when Twilight quickly replied, "Sorry Rainbow, but me and Spike have to..."
Twilight was interrupted at the sound of loud buzzing. The four looked up to see the sky being clouded by an army of changelings.
"What's happening?" Spike asked.
Then, there before the changelings and all the ponies, stood the leader of the changelings, Queen Chrysalis. But she looked different. She had red markings on her body and mane and her eyes were a fiery red.
"Citizens of Ponyville!" she said in a booming voice that's almost as loud as Princess Luna's Canterlot voice. "I, your new ruler and the League of Darkness, shall take over Equestria. But, I'm a fair queen, and I listen to the ponies. Those who do not want me to be queen of Equestria, raise your hooves."
All of the citizens of Ponyville instantly raised their hooves up.
"GET THEM!!"
And less than six minutes, everypony were all captured.
Rainbow Dash was the first to charge into battle, but was quickly held back by Twilight, who pulled her into an alley with Spike and Fluttershy.
"Let me go Twilight!!" Rainbow growled as she tried to break free. "I can take her on!!"
"Rainbow Dash," Fluttershy said trying to calm her friend down. "This isn't a battle you can win. You know that."
"But even you know we can't let Chrysalis take over Ponyville and all of Equestria," Rainbow growled.
"We won't," Twilight explained, as Rainbow stopped her struggle. "But we can't stop her without a plan."
"Well then, you're the egghead," Rainbow began. "What's your plan? Or do you even have one?"
While they were talking a changeling drone found them and using his magic teleported the four out the alley and into the open.
“What happened?!” Rainbow shouted but before she or anyone could say anything else, they’ve noticed that Chrysalis was staring at them with fiery eyes.
“Changelings attack!” The Changeling Queen commanded.
Suddenly, a green portal materialized behind them, and three vehicles came racing out. Twilight sort of recognize them for the human world but what happened next no one expected it. Two of them (a blue motorbike and a green jeep) suddenly transformed into robotic-like beings, which in turn started firing at the changelings. Shooting them down like duck hunting.
“What’s happening here?” Spike said confused.
The third vehicle, a yellow car, drove up and stop next to the four. The passenger door open and in the driver, seat sat the last pony Twilight could think of. Or should that be person.
“Get in now!” Sunset Shimmer yelled as the four wasted no time and jumped in.
“Sunset? What are you doing here? How are you still human? Why are there giant transforming robots? Why…” Twilight was cut off by a finger on her snout.
“Don’t worry Twilight,” Sunset replied with a chuckle, “Your questions will be answered.”
What about the rest of our friends?” Spike asked, “Can we not go back and get them?”
“Sorry Spike but it’s too late for that,” Sunset answered with sadness in her voice, "floor it Bee", she then yelled.
The two robots started to run back still shooting the changelings down.
“Hold on!” Sunset called out as the yellow car drove back through the portal followed be the blue and green robots.  
Changeling drones shot forward after them. As the green robot went through the portal, it close behind him. As a result, the Changelings missed and landed on the ground with a thud.
Chrysalis gave an angry snarl as a Changeling brought her a chair and with her magic, chrysalis slammed the chair on the changeling’s head.
“You’re all useless,” Chrysalis expressed as she flew off.
Autobot Base
Inside a lab, the car and robots came running out the portal that brought them there. Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Spike got out of the car as it transformed into a robot as well. Then, green one spoke which the ponies and dragon weren’t not expecting.
"Wow that was wild," The robot said. "I’m glad that we’re back at home-base."
"Really Hound," the blue one said as she came up next to the green and a look, "That was easy."
“Optimus, we’re back, and we got the ponies!” the yellow one shouted.
Soon, a giant red and blue robot came walking in follow by a group of colour characters of different shapes and sizes. One group was led by a purple dragon. Another was led by brown robotic bear. A group was led by a char coal black dinosaur, another by a red and grey giant, another group by a human wearing red and blue overalls, another by a blue hedgehog, a red monster with fire on his head, a brown dinosaur and a creature with no arms or legs.
"Greetings, I mean you no harm," The giant robot spoke with a deep but soothing voice, “I am Optimus Prime, Leader of the Autobots and welcome to the Union of Light”.
The plumber, hedgehog, dragon, fire creature, dinosaurs, a giant with blue crystals on his body, robotic bear and armless being walked up to Twilight to greet her.
“Greetings Miss Sparkle,” The Ultra giant said before a bright light engulf him and a human about Sunset’s height took his place, “I’m Hikaru Raido, but I’m also known as Ultraman Ginga.”
“GGGRRRROOOOWWWWLLLLLL!” the two monsters calmly growled.
“They said, ‘I’m Godzilla and Gomora,” Fluttershy translated.
“Hi, I’m Rayman,” the armless being said.
“Hey dude, Flain’s the name,” the fire creature said pointing one of his ‘thumbs’ at himself.
“Hey there, I’m Spyro,” the dragon responded.
“I’m-a Mario,” the overalls man said.
"I'm Sonic," the blue hedgehog said as he came up next to Mario and gives the ponies and dragon a thumbs up, "Sonic the hedgehog."
“And I’m Freddy Fazbear,” the bear replied lastly.
“Well, I’m Princess Twilight Sparkle, “Twilight smiled, but that smile changed to a frown when she three girls at the back of the room she hoped never to see again, “What are you three doing here?” She asked angrily while pointing at the Dazzlings.
As the leader of the trio, Adagio Dazzle stepped forward to confronted to Princess of Friendship.
“Well Twilight Sparkle,” she began, “we found Sunset Shimmer in a fast food place alone because her friends abandoned her due to this Anon-A-Miss thing so as she helped us let go of the evil which was holding on to us, we decided to help her.”
Twilight turned to Sunset who had start to cry just by thinking of what her friends had said. Twilight walked up to her, Sunset waste no time and wrapped her arms around Twilight in an embrace.
"Okay," Rachet called out, before he brought everyone to a huge computer screen as Zoffy started, "All right, everyone. Now that you're all here, me and Optimus will bring you guys up to speed on what's happening. It all started with Hikari's latest invention, the Universal Portal Machine. It's a device that lets us travel to other worlds."
The computer later shows an image of an evil Ultraman, wearing a red cape, and had a scar on the right side of his face. "Ultraman Belial had sent a group of aliens to our planet and stole the machine. Me and my Ultra Brothers have been tracking the portal and discovered that he's been visiting your worlds."
The computer shows other villains. One was a dark portal master named, Kaos. The other was Queen Chrysalis. Another was a Robotic pirate named, Razorbeard. The next was a fat man, wearing a red coat, black pants, a pair of goggles, and a moustache named, Dr. Eggman. There was also giant grey robot with a gun on his right arm, named Megatron. Another one was a golden three-headed dragon named, Ghidorah. There was silver beaver named, Chipper’s Revenge. Another one was a black king with a golden crown named, King Nixel. And the last was a dragon-like monster with spiked shells, and orange hair named, Bowser.
Optimus then took over as he explained, "And in every world he's been to, he's found a friend, and they've teamed up to form the League of Darkness. It seems that he has used what the Ultras call it Kaiser Blood to make them work for him."  
The computer shows The League’s troops and everyone's enemies stealing energy, from Kaos absorbing energy into his portal to Bowser collecting power-ups, to Queen Chrysalis stealing energy from all the captured ponies, to the others with their captured friends.
Ultraseven then took over as he explained, "They've combined their powers to create an army of Darkness troops, and they're stealing energy from each of your worlds. We don't know why they're stealing this energy, but whatever it's for, it won't be good!"
"Don't be a such a science nerd," a light blue bunny named Toy Bonnie said. "When you think about it. This is amazing. It's like one of me and my friends' fantastic adventures and missions."
"Toy Bonnie, this is a lot more serious than yours and your friend’s adventures" Sonic said, "I thought about adventures the same as you do. And it almost got Sally killed. And now, our friends, families and homes lost their magic because of the League of Darkness, and they won't be able to do anything until we stop the League of Darkness!"
"Sonic's right Toy Bonnie" Ultraman said. "We must work together to stop the League of Darkness. I know you've each defeated these guys before. That's why we brought you all here. If we combine our knowledge, we can beat them."
“So will you all help us?” Optimus Prime asked out to everyone.
The room was filled with a loud ‘yes’ as everyone shouted it at the same time.
“Good,” Optimus nodded with a smile, “But first you’ll need something to eat and then some sleep. I’ll pair you into groups so you can get to know each other better.”
Two Hours Later
Twilight was being Led down a hallway by a robotic dinosaur named Grimlock, she hear Optimus call him that.
“So, Grimlock was it?” Twilight asked trying to start up a convocation.
“Yes, me Grimlock,” he replied in a caveman-like dialect.
“Ok, so what’s your job here?” She asked.
“Me and other Dinobots like Juggernauts, at least that what Rachet says,” Grimlock said looking to the floor, “me nice bot though.”
“Aw, I bet you’re a great ‘bot’ Grim,” Twilight said patting his leg.
“But cross me, Grimlock and I break you,” Grimlock glared at her.
Soon Twilight arrived at her sleeping quarters, she thanked Grimlock and walked in. To her surprise she was put with Mario, Sunset, Spike, Godzilla, Rayman, a man in a leather coat, a robotic fox, a red echidna, and green dinosaur and a green rabbit.
“Twilight,” Sunset said aloud causing everyone to look in her direction.
The man walk up to her leaving his coat on her bunk-bed.
“So you’re Twilight that Hikaru told me about,” he said reaching out his hand to shake Twilight’s hoof, “I’m Gai but my team call me Orb, Ultraman Orb.”
“Nice to meet you,” Twilight responded shaking his hand.
“Twilight, this is Yoshi, Knuckles, Foxy and Springtrap,” Rayman said showing her the four he pointed out.
The four walked up to her and greeted her.
“Right guys,” Gai called out, as he got in his bed, “lights out, night.”
Twilight and Sunset, Mario and Rayman, Foxy and Springtrap, Gai and knuckle and Yoshi and Spike got into their beds while Godzilla laying on the floor being too big and heavy to sleep in a bed. Soon all of them were sound asleep. Until Spike started snoring.
Back in the main room Optimus and his Autobots were preparing for the up coming war. Optimus could sense that something was wrong in the balance of light and darkness.
“We need to prepare for the worse,” he said as he and Ultraman tried to think of the best place to start.
Unicron
Meanwhile, high above in space, millions and millions miles away from earth lay the dormant body of the monster planet Unicron he hadn’t been active since the fight against the Lord of Light Primus. Although as he body was stuck in planet mode, inside of him a deadly being was looking out into the endless universe and thought soon it will be his. The Dark Giant hear footsteps come from behind him, he turned around to see his Ten Dark Generals all cursed with his Kaiser blood.
The Dark Generals all bowed down to the emperor, “All hail Kaiser Belial!” they mindless declared as Belial looked down on them.
“How was your mission, Commander Chrysalis,” Belial spoken in a deep voice.
“I captured all of Canterlot and Ponyville and soon all of Equestria will be ours my Lord,” Chrysalis replied revoltingly.
“But…” She growled.
“But?” the Dark Emperor repeated.
“But four got away,” She replied hoping that Belial would spare her.
Belial smirked and turned back around to the window.
“It-it won’t happen again sir,” Chrysalis replied with nervousness.
In his right hand he held the Giga Battlenizer, he brought it up and shot a beam right over Chrysalis’ head. The changeling queen quickly bowed in fear, she looked up to see the blood red eyes of the Dark Emperor.
“Dark Lugiel!” Belial shouted.
Almost instantly a dark giant with red eyes and chest walked in. Dark Lugiel was Belial’s second in command.
“Yes my Darkness Lord,” he slyly said.
“Are the Spark Dolls ready?” Belial asked, evil dripping out his mouth as he spoke.
“Yes, my Lord. Alien Zetton has tested them so now the height the same as Megatron”.
Belial sinisterly smirk as his Giga Battlenizer glowed with raged.
“Commanders,” Belial said with a sinful tone, “gather your minions and prepare for battle.”
The Dark Generals bowed again and leaved.
“Ready or not Ultramen,” Belial snarled, eyes glowing with rage and hatred, “Here. We. Come.”
Author's Note
This is my second project I have in mind however this is how far I how thought ahead so if there's a big delay between chapters it's because I don't know what or how to continue it, and I do have other projects in mind. Plus, I still got Equestrian Engines to continue. (Chapter 3 will be up as soon as I can)
