Chapters At the Sparkle family household in Canterlot City, there was its usual inhabitants, who are Night Light and Twilight Velvet, and their children Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle. Now, for the latter, she also owns a pet, who's a small purple dog with green ears and green hair. The dog's name is Spike. And currently, he wasn't in his best mood. Not ever since the recent events that happened and changed his whole life
'This isn't right! Why am I allowed just that? Why can't I have more? ' he thought. The reason for that was a big one: after the events of the latest Friendship Games, where his owner participated, magic coming from the Equestrian world infused on him. The canine gained several abilities uncommon for his type, such as an upgraded sense of smell, and most notably the ability to talk. Honestly, he liked it, no, he LOVED it! But he wanted more. He wanted to be like his owner and her friends, which means being a human just like her and everyone. He wanted that in a desperate manner and it was his biggest wish upon the day it will be granted.
'I'm still restricted to a specific diet, I'm not allowed to go to some places, and yet I'm able to talk! This is SO unfair! What has that Equestrian magic done to a little dog like me! ' he complained in his head. 'Why can't I be human just like my owner? Just like every student and staff member in that school! Just like EVERYONE in that big city! ' he added with fury in his mind. That latter thought comes back from some time after the Friendship Games, where he nearly ate a chocolate bar, until Twilight rushed to him and took it out of his sight, saying that chocolate is toxic for dogs, and also because despite his new abilities, he was still forbidden to enter from some places excluding Canterlot High and Crystal Prep, such as the library as well as the mall and the supermarket.
All of these thoughts were interrupted, however, by his owner calling him for dinner. The dog wasted no time and joined the others near the dining room, where his bowl was already filled with dog food, courtesy of Twilight Sparkle. Before beginning to eat, he takes a quick look at the surroundings. Only his owner and her mother were present, because Shining Armor was currently away with his wife, and Night Light was on his way to the house, coming back from his workplace, as it was now six of the afternoon on the clock. As Spike begins to eat his food, his thought comes back, but with something more this time. Something that makes him more determined than ever.
'If only there was a way that I can use to make my wish come true... ' he pondered. As he was halfway through his dinner, the memory of a smell comes to him. 'Hmmm, I can still smell him... YES! Why didn't I thought of that soon! I liked him when I was at Crystal Prep. Sure, he was Twilight's best friend, but he's an inventor! With his intelligence, he can build me a converter so that I can be human! That's the solution! I can be a genius sometimes! ' the later sentence was filled with pride in Spike's eyes, which also made his tail rapidly wagging.
Twilight's former best friend, and only friend, was none other than Finnigan Gwaii Canuck, who's member of a secret group calling themselves the Specialists. He's the brainy member of the secret team, and the only one of them that attends Crystal Prep, as the others attend Canterlot High. And from what Spike remembers when he was (and still is) at Crystal Prep, he loves making inventions, it was his main hobby at home, beside all the time he has been with Twilight to support her through her hard life before the Friendship Games. And right, now, that inventor became Spike's main objective. The main objective of the canine's big new desire.
After he finished all of his dog food, Spike looked once more at the dining table inside the dining room. Velvet and Sparkle were chatting together. 'Minding possibly their own business. Let's not disturb them. ' the dog thought once more. With a near-excited expression on his face, the purple dog rushes to the front door and waits patiently for Night Light's return. After five seconds only, the canine's patience is granted as the doorbell rings, followed by Night Light entering inside. 'Now's my chance! ' was Spike's final thought as he runs through the front door without Night Light looking as the latter still held the door open while greeting his wife and daughter. After the front door was closed, Spike was now outside of the house, freely roaming at the fresh air and staring at the sunlight for a short time. After coming toward the street, he has now the opportunity to talk, even if it is to himself, since now he isn't surrounded by anybody. A huge smile was plastered on his face.
"Now my quest begins!" he said. Taking a minute to smell where the Specialists live, since they live in the same place, as he remembers that fact too, Spike soon detects the odor. "The Specialist Grand Mansion is located west of Canterlot City! Not too far from here, but I can make it, I swear with all of my big mind! Even if I didn't see and visit it of my own eyes!" he declared himself with a determined expression on his doggy face. Following the so-called odor, and his long-time kept wish, Spike begins to run on the street toward west at full speed, not even looking back at his home while paying attention to his surroundings. After getting at least five miles away from the Sparkle household, a familiar quote escapes from the canine's mouth, the first said voluntarily by Spike himself.
"What could possibly go wrong?"

My second story! This time, I leaned myself on a HUGE problem that disturbed the brony community for a LONG time, the fact that SPIKE of all people is still a dog despite his new abilities. So, I wanted to make a remedy to that problem.
And also, I reintroduced my OC Finn Canuck from my latest story (which I realized wasn't very good from my POV ). And I also mentions his secret organisation which I call the Specialists, and who are ALL composed of OCs of mine. However, I will show him and the other members in the next chapters, because right now, it is the debut of Spike's quest. Hope the story will be very good!

It was now 6:30 and the rush hour at Canterlot City wasn't finished. As Spike was approaching the city center, but still oriented toward the west, his legs, due to his dog physiology, were starting to get tired. "Ten miles at feet, it wears, it wears! Ten miles at feet, it wears, it wears!" he sang to himself as a means of expressing his starting pains.
Truth to be told, it was the first time Spike was in the city by himself. Before, he was always able to be at the places he and his owner needed to go because of the latter's presence. But this time, he was alone. Alone because of his big quest that he still wants to fulfill. Even with his lack of experience, the determination still present inside the pup makes him easily say no to giving up.
Now, Spike was coming toward a parking filled with several recharging stations. The instinct that made him go there and not at a service station was for two reasons: the first because of the exhaust pains on his legs, he was still unable to run for a while and needed to simply walk, so he wanted a ride to make it fast as possible. The second reason is because of the fact that all of the Specialists' vehicles, at least Finn Canuck's car, were powered by electricity due to their strong respect for the environment, the nature and the ecology.
As those facts appeared one by one inside Spike's head, something in his eyes made the dog snap back to reality. What he saw after gave him hope in his eyes.
In front of him was a big navy blue pick-up truck, adorned with reddish copper, light blue, bronze and peach gold accents. On the sides were marked the words "Believe in Blueland" in white capital letters, as well as a blue and white hexagonal emblem on the front doors at each sides. On the hood was marked a bird in the same colors in a flying position to form the letter T, with three peaches surrounding it. And that same truck was about to be Spike's new ride, as its engine begins to start.
"Now's there's my ride! And it's a Specialist vehicle, hallelujah! It must surely go to the mansion at west!" Spike said as he jumped on the boarding ramp at the pick-up's back. As soon as he was in the vehicle's back, which were filled with some groceries and apples, the truck begins to head off to the main street, toward the west. "Put the speed on, driver!" was the pup's last sentence before he slowly begins to take a nap as he knows the travel would be a little long, but he was still met by a relaxing breeze billowing on him. And because of the pick-up back's height, there was no chance that the canine would be recognized by the other drivers. 'Choco, meat and cuties, my secret dream. ' he thought while still napping, nearly close to enjoying the sensation of success.
Halfway later, the Specialist pick-up truck was now reaching Canterlot City's western limit. Spike was still napping while suddenly, a banshee-like scream rudely awoke him from his nap. "Oh come on now! Can't even nap a bit before there's a problem?!" he rudely say as the pick-up was approaching a forest, still on the main west road. The purple pup turn his head to the front, and as he thought on, it wasn't the driver. "The Specialists are all males, there's NO WAY they could generate a scream like that. Maybe Finn, but he's not here now. But that's not important as soon as I am in that vehicle. Now I just have to pray that this mysterious Specialist driver makes it in time." was Spike's whole answer to the unknown scream as he resumes his napping.
Ten minutes later, Spike starts to have a standing feeling. As he wakes up from his well-deserved nap, he saw that he was in a front yard surrounded by a huge metallic fence, with a huge forest and a road behind it. Looking at the truck's back, the dog sees a big double front door, with a high-tech camera at each of the two columns surrounding it. On the door was a big hexagonal emblem, but partially visible through the wires, with a crossroad filled with three stop signs behind the front doors. When he hears the sound of a closing vehicle door, Spike immediately jumps from his ride and goes behind him. As the truck was going away, probably toward an indoor garage, what the purple dog sees next in front him makes him completely amazed.
It was a big three-story mansion, much longer and bigger than the Sparkle household but still smaller and shorter than Canterlot High. The outside walls were painted in navy blue with gold accents, and the twin roofs were red. At the middle of the canopy, between the roofs, stood a domed structure with what looks like a telescope partly emerging from it. On the roof standing above the mansion's nicely decorated wooden double front doors, a blue, grey, gold and white flag with the same hexagon emblem in the middle was floating through the wind.
"Finally! It's the Specialist Grand Mansion! I'm here! For the first time of my own eyes!" Spike said with big joy and a huge smile on his face while happily bouncing toward the mansion interior, thanks to the wooden doors being still opened. As soon as he is inside, he gasps in admiration at the main hall's appearance. It was like the Sixtine Chapel, but with the paintings representing the Specialists and their ancestors instead. "Wow, it's beautiful! Even Principal Cadance would be jealous of it" the dog added to his happy mood at now seeing the marvelous beauty.
But, something unusual for Spike happens now after. Not even before he moves one of his front paws again, an alarm suddenly beeps, the sound echoing inside the whole mansion.

Two chapters in one day? Wow, new personal record (even though the first was done at midnight)! Anyways, now Spike has arrived to his expected destination. Now, he's halfway toward realizing his wish! Life can be very cool sometimes. My concept for the Specialist Mansion came from multiple inspirations.
CLIFFHANGER! Mwahahahaha! How couldn't I be evil? I finished that chapter with the beeping alarm to add a surprise effect. And also, pop quiz! Who made the banshee scream if it's not the driver? I leave it on you dear Bronies to find the answer.

Introduction to the Specialists
Back in the Specialist Grand Mansion, the noisy alarm continues its beeping. Spike didn't move, however. Five seconds later, he hears someone coming.
"All hands! Intruder alert!" a male McGrath-like voice said in high alert. Soon, a teenager pops out of one of the left doors at the ground floor level and rushes to the main hall towards Spike. He is soon followed by five other teenage boys. The six of them stood around Spike in defensive positions, before one of the five boys break the silence again as the alarm stop its buzzing.
"Guys, it's not an intruder!" said the other man. His voice was very familiar to Spike, and for the purple dog, it was the same voice tone he heard before during his Crystal Prep years. "It's Spike, my ex-bestie's pet dog! I've met him at Crystal Prep and he's liked me ever since that!" he continued.
Spike was feeling like he should reveal his talking ability. Looking toward the familiar-like Specialist, he greets him with a wave. "Hey Finn! Long time no see! How 'bout you introduce me to your new friends first, I've never seen them before!" he joyfully says. Now knowing that Spike wasn't an intruder, all of the Specialists stop their defensive poses and approaches the purple pup with curiosity in their eyes.
Deciding that it was time for introductions, the guy with the McGrath-like voice, who showed up the first, comes to greet Spike. As soon as he is in Spike's full view, the dog could see his full appearance. From Spike's look and comparison, he is the shortest of the six in terms of height. The human's skin color is coastal blue, and his body is muscle-toned at the torso and slightly pudgy at the belly. His face is rather square-like, with deep pacific teal eyes and black slicked hair with brick red and cyan highlights. His outfit consists of a black t-shirt with a brick red and black sock in the middle, which has a cyan eye with a black pupil on it. Over it was a brick red jacket with a cyan and black Northwest-stylized fish that also has the same brick red color on the upper left part, facing a gold and black "C" patch that is on the upper right side. Under the C is written "Sock My Face" in black capital letters. It also has cyan and black stripes near the waistline and cyan water-styled marks on the sleeves with black lining. He also wears black jeans with a cyan belt that has the blue and white Specialist hexagonal emblem as the buckle, as well as brick red and cyan sneakers. "My name is Sock Eye, new recruit! I am the Specialist leader and it is very nice to meet you, Spike!" he said in his signature voice while slightly shaking his right hand on Spike's right front paw. The dog already knew about Sock Eye's position due to the gold "C" that the human wears and shaked back his hand.
Moving to Sock Eye's right stands a dude who is much taller than Sock Eye, and who's currently regurgitating some chocolate and candies, but quickly hide it in his clothes. Unlike Sock Eye, the other man has light storm grey skin and is more muscular than his leader, though a little bit pudgy. His head is slightly rounded than Sock Eye. On the left side of his mouth is a scar, his eyes are heathered red, and his spiky hair is red, black and white with grey highlights, the black frontal part having a mohawk-like shape. He wears a red T-shirt with hurricane warning flags with a black sleeveless jacket over it, that has the words "Take Warning" written in white and capitals in a fast pencil-like style, as well as a red, black and white hurricane emblem with gray lining on the upper left side and red and black warning flag striping patterns on the sleeves and the lower base. A belt with the matching flag striping is around his black jeans, and just like with Sock Eye, it has the Specialist emblem as a buckle. To complement the outfit, he wears red and black sneakers with white soles. He takes Spike's paw and shake it at a fast pace. "Name's Harry Cane. It's very very nice to meet you! Up for candies and choco?" he said with a fast pace. Spike's right arm become a little numb from Harry's pace and it took Sock Eye to stop it. "Sorry," was the excited dude's reply.
"No problem. On to the next!" Spike replied too, still with an enthusiastic mood on his face as he moves on to the third guy. That same guy, as soon as he approaches Spike, reveals his all-too familiar features, which are a snow white skin color, royal blue eyes, royal blue hair with kelly green and scarlet red highlights, and his signature widow's peak at the front. It is none other than Finnigan Gwaii Canuck, who's simply called Finn by his friends. He is the tallest, thinnest, and smartest out of the six Specialists. However, his attire is different from what Spike has expected. Instead of the Crystal Prep uniform, it is a white T-shirt with his family motto, "We Are All Canucks" written in royal blue and capital in the middle in the Agency FB style, under his signature emblem of a deep blue orca jumping out of a blue ice block with kelly green lining, to form the letter "C". Alongside it are blue jeans and royal blue and kelly green sneakers. Over the T-shirt was his signature royal blue, kelly green, red and white jacket, though the two orcas, with one in each side of it, are in a different style, with aggressive grins instead of open mouths. The shoulder patches are re-colored Wondercolts logos instead of the purple Shadowbolts ones. And on the right sleeve are marked in white and capitals "Canterlot High Strong" instead of "True to Crystal Prep", while on the left sleeve are the words "For Science!" written in the same style, which was obviously kept from the previous one. The only thing Finn retains from his old Crystal Prep uniform is his green belt with Haflinger Gwaii markings like on his jacket sleeves, and the Specialist emblem buckle. He is very pleased at seeing Spike once again.
"No introduction needed, but I'm so glad to see you again!" Finn said while shaking Spike's right paw with his right hand.
"Me too, my old friend!" the pup replied with the same joyous face.
At Finn Canuck's left hand side is a short guy, slightly shorter than Harry Cane by one foot but much taller than Sock Eye. His skin is colored volt green, his body was well-toned, not pudgy like his leader, but with a teensy bit more fat than Harry Cane. His eyes are blue and his hair is black, blue, volt green and white that are all spiked up toward the front and jagged like lightning bolts. That Specialist is clad in a deep blue t-shirt with a white lightning bolt on a white circle, alongside a black sleeveless jacket with volt green buttons and stripes that also has a blue and volt green rhino head facing right with a lightning bolt on his main horn, on the upper right side, and the word "BOLTS" in white capitals with blue lining. He also wears blue jeans with volt green and white lightning bolt striping on the sides, with a belt around his waist that has the similar colors and striping alongside the Specialist emblem buckle. At his feet are black and blue sneakers with white soles and volt green lightning bolts on the sides. He gets curious at approaching Spike and fist-bumps him. "Lightning Charger, what's up?" he questions with a friendly mood.
The pup's only answer is a paw-bump with Lightning's fist. 'He kinda reminds me of Sunset Shimmer, ' he thought while doing the gesture, but soon chases that thought out of his head. Soon, Lightning motions toward another male at his left hand side.
Next to Lightning Charger is a man with a distinctive copper-colored boss-of-the-plains hat on his head, and by Spike's look, his height and weight are exactly between Lightning Charger's and Harry Cane's. His skin has a unique bronze color, his eyes are colored in a beautiful light blue and his hair is in a reddish copper color, with midnight blue and peachtree gold highlights, all hidden under his hat except for frontal bangs and back hair that reach the middle of his neck. He also wears a red neckerchief around his neck, as well as a reddish copper t-shirt with a midnight blue long-sleeved denim jacket over it that copper wing marks with peachtree gold lining on each sleeve. On the right upper side is represented the familiar bird-and-peaches emblem that Spike saw on the pick-up, as well as the words "Believe in Blueland" on his right sleeve and "Rover Forever" on his left sleeve, all written in the same letter style and colors like on the pick-up, which means that he's the truck's driver. Alongside his outfit are midnight blue jeans with a Southern-styled copper belt with patterned peaches and the familiar Specialist emblem buckle, and copper medium-sized boots. "Howdy there, partner, name's Thrasher Rover," he said with a hat salute. "I guess that I was the one who made you being there while coming back from the orchard where I works." he added in statement. His voice is similar to Finn Canuck's, but with a Southern accent.
That surprised Spike, but his expression completely changes back to his happy one. "Thanks for the ride, my new friend!" he replies. Thrasher Rover fist-bumps him in agreement.
The last Specialist introduced, behind Spike and between Thrasher Rover and Sock Eye, is a boy who is the second-shortest of the group and has a nice and kind look on his face. He is only taller than Sock Eye, his skin is also colored snow white like Finn Canuck, and his eyes and hair are in a simple royal blue color. His attire consists of simple a royal blue shirt with a white stylized maple leaf on it, with the words "Honor, Pride, Courage" written on the left sleeve, and "Ready, Aye, Ready" on the right sleeve, all in white and capital letters, though slighly smaller than on the other Specialists' outfit. Alongside the shirt are royal blue jeans with a white belt around the waist that has a maple leaf pattern on it, and like for the others except Spike, the Specialist emblem is the belt buckle, surprisingly with matching colors, and blue and white sneakers to complete the outfit. Instead of hand-shaking Spike, he slightly hugs him. "Hello, Spike, my name is Maple Leaf. We'll take care of you, don't worry," he gently said to Spike. His voice tone is also similar to another Specialist's, like Lightning Charger but more smoother, gentle and softer.
The purple pup replied with nuzzling his head at Maple Leaf's chest, much to the Specialist's fondness. After being released from the hug, a growl can be heard from his belly. "So, now with introductions out of the way, who's up for some dinner? All that trip makes me hungry now." Spike said. Thrasher Rover and Sock Eye gain confident looks on their faces.
"Don't worry, partner, 'cuz I brought some nice food, as well as fresh organic apples right from the orchard!" Thrasher Rover answers.
"Let's go already!" Sock Eye adds finally. Soon, the Specialists and Spike all goes to the huge dining room on the mansion's left side for a well-deserved dinner. The canine couldn't contain his huge joy as he adds another thought in his mind.
'This will be the Best. Day. Ever.!!! '
Author's Note
Here it is! The Specialists' introductions, complete with their whole appearances from head to toe. They are now Spike's new friends as of that chapter.
This is so far the story's LONGEST chapter. Woo, that's a lot of words!
Their emblems (except Sock Eye's) are all based, and even are, on NHL teams and logos (I'm a very big NHL fan, can't help with that). I even added some features to represent the cities on some Specialists, such as the peaches on Thrasher Rover as a nod to Atlanta. As for Sock Eye, his emblems come from concept logos that I found on the net.
DISCLAIMER : All logos and names are the property of the teams and the league. All rights reserved.
Another pop quiz! My Specialists are also all based on a familiar group of characters, and even have similar personalities like them. Try to guess who that group is. There is even a clue to help you this time. Also, did any of you managed to find out who did the banshee-like scream? I'm ready for the answers!

Great Dinner and Spike's Humanization
At the Specialist Great Mansion HQ, is is now 7:30 PM on the clock and the sun is slowly setting to let the moon rise and shine. Inside, the dining room is currently buzzing with lots of chat. A great variety of food stood on the nice-shaped rectangular hardwood table.
And for Spike, it is the first time he is given normal food instead of dog food. In his plate stood fresh 100% organic pony meat. The idea of giving meat to Spike came from a rather simple fact said by Finn Canuck that meat is a dog's natural food because canines are carnivorous. And the purple pup is currently enjoying his well-deserved dinner with a heavenly mood. "This is the luxury life. No restrictions to crappy dog food, just the benefits of nature." he said while chowing down his grilled meat slob.
Sock Eye takes curiosity at Spike as something reappears inside his mind. "I know that it slipped off my mind, so I have a question. How did you've managed to gain the ability to talk?"
That question sparked the dog's curiosity. "Well, it happened after the Friendship Games, when that mysterious Equestrian magic came sparkling around as a result of my former owner turning into an intimidating demon. I was chasing a little device when it came floating around me, and that's what gave me the ability to talk." he explained.
Sock Eye now has his mind feel complete. "Thanks for the reminder, newbie!" he says.
"No problem. Anything for my new friends!" is the pup's reply while he finished his meaty meal. Just after, Spike smells something between sweet and sour, coming from the nearby kitchen. "Is that what I think it is?" he questions with an excited mood.
Soon, Finn Canuck and Harry Cane come from the kitchen, the latter with a tray filled with delicious chocolate chip cookies and double-chocolate brownies. Finn looks at his buddies, and toward Spike after. "It is. Delicious cookies and brownies, all filled with chocolate! And the best part, the chocolate has 71% cocoa, which is safe! At least for a magical dog." the brainiac explains.
At the sight of the treats, the purple dog licks his tongue at a fast pace. "You have no idea how long I wanted to eat chocolate! My ex-owner would always forbid me from eating it, even after the Games, all because it's maybe toxic for dogs! For normal dogs, I understand, but I am no normal dog at all. So that means now I am able to eat chocolate! Now, let's dig it!" Spike gushes with a big grin.
His new friends don't waste time for the sweet moment. "You said it, bud!" is Harry Cane's last reply before the dessert.
Soon, they all begin to eat the cookies and brownies, while keeping some bits for the next day. And during all of that time, Spike is the most happiest of them, now finally able to eat what was forbidden to him before.
After everything was cleaned up from the table, everyone went into their own ways of relaxing. Spike hears the dining room doors open, and to his hope, it is Finn Canuck. "So, do you have the Hu-manimal Converter 905 ready? I am so excited!" Spike gushes.
"Well, it is completely operational now. Do you want to follow me so that I can show you the awesome place that is my lab?" Finn replied with an excited mood.
"Oh yes I want!" the dog added. Soon, the inventor gestures him to follow. After climbing up the stairs to the second floor, they approaches a metallic door with a keyboard beside it. It opens up automatically as soon as Finn and Spike approaches. After they are inside, the lab lights open up. The dog stares in amazement at how that place has the most advanced technology ever. A super computer is present in the middle of the room. Multiple inventions decorated the place, as well as tools and working tables.
Finn Canuck, seeing Spike's look, wastes no time to show the lab. "Welcome to Finn's Grand Laboratory!" he introduces. Then, he activates a nearby robot that looks strikingly similar to the T-series tactical droids from Star Wars . It has a navy blue, kelly green and tan color scheme with white inverted trapezoidal sensor eyes and the Specialist emblem on his chest. At the side of his head is marked "TK-77". "Spike, meet TK-77, He's my lab assistant."
"It is a great pleasure to meet a new friend of my creator." is the drone's reply while looking at Spike.
"TK-77, prepare the converter. That purple dog here is ready for the experiment." Finn says to his metallic assistant. Soon, TK-77 go into another metallic door. As for the Specialist scientist, he turns his head to Spike with a excited grin on his face. "Are you ready to fill your biggest wish and be like all of us?" he asks the pup.
"Oh yes I am! Everything to fulfill it!" Spike replied with an excited grin. Both of them enter the door, and it closes automatically after everyone's inside.
3 Hours Later
It is now the middle of the night. All of the Specialists, excluding Spike, are in the living room and they discuss together. By their looks, the topic is entirely new and surprising.
"I'm not sure if we are going to do this." Maple Leaf begins with a slightly worried look on his face.
"We will do it. What happened yesterday may be slight to hear, but we will go further to investigate it, men!" Sock Eye replies with a commanding tone. After all, he's the leader.
"But how we will do it? I hope there's not trouble." Lightning Charger adds.
Finn Canuck soon steps in with a calm look. "No, no, everything will be fine. Plus, we Specialists are now all complete. We have now our seventh member. We have SPIKE!" he says. A flash appears and Finn's lab, at least one hour and a half before the meeting, is shown. More specifically, the other lab room, where Finn and his assistant drone are behind a big glass protection window, with several screens, touchpads, buttons and levers in front of them. In front of the window stand multiple tubes and glass containments with what appears to be human organs in a special liquid inside, alongside electrical wires, all connected to two rays standing above Spike who was on a chair in a sitting positon. "I've humanized him" Finn adds while explaining. The rays soon shoot blue bolts toward Spike. Back to Finn and TK-77, the screens show all of Spike's informations. They begin to tap on various touchpads. Soon, after Spike has been completely scanned, the screen shows "READY". Finn pulls a lever, which activates an electric coil inside the experiment room. All of the liquid is sent toward Spike and a flash of light shines brightly. After, the word "SUCCESS" is shown in green on the main screen as Finn and TK-77 high-five each other, proud of their successful experiment.
"Now he will be with us forever" is Finn's last quote to his Specialist buddies for the night, before they all head to their beds for some deserved sleep, with Spike already doing it in a bedroom of his own.
Author's Note
I'm BACK! And this is it, the time where Spike is no longer a dog and gets humanized! This was probably the most anticipated chapter so far. But lemme tell ya somethin', the story's not finished! I will add an epilogue much later.
I strongly recommend to the readers to listen to "Bolt Transforms" from the Bolt movie soundtrack during the Specialist night discussion and experiment. It is very fitting with Spike's humanization scene.

Epilogue: A Brand-New Specialist Life
It is now a nice Saturday morning at the Specialist Great Mansion. As the sun's rising, its rays hit the window of Spike's bedroom, and it also causes an alarm clock to buzz, which is soon shut down by a purple hand. As Spike wakes up and goes to the mansion's bathroom, after finishing his "duties", he looks at himself in the mirror for a short time. A purple-skinned human with beautiful forest green eyes, green spiky hair, and a short stature, half an inch shorter than Sock Eye, making him the shortest of the now seven Specialists. This is due to his age, because as a human, he's now fifteen years old, making him the youngest of the Specialists.
Spike is also wearing new clothes given to him by his new friends, consisting of a purple short-sleeved jacket with the words "SPIKE UP" in dark green, above a green T-shirt with a purple dragon at the center, all alongside long deep blue jean shorts with a green belt representing dragon markings and the blue Specialist hexagonal emblem belt buckle. and purple Converse-style sneakers with white soles and green laces, each one with a purple and green dragon-styled S. "Time to start my very first day as a human." Spike said while winking at his reflection. After he quit the bathroom, Spike make his way to the dining room, and gets surprised at the sight.
"GOOD MORNING SPIKE! WELCOME TO THE GROUP!" the six Specialists chants in unison to greet their new member. Spike also see the huge breakfast on the table that has its favorites. He doesn't wait to take a seat on a nearby chair and begins feasting like a human, to the joy of his buds.
"This is so GOOD!" the purple teen says after eating his breakfast. Soon, Finn Canuck approaches him, and Spike suddenly hugs him. "Thank you so much for making me human!" he says.
"You're very welcome, new friend." Finn replies. "Hey! How about a nice stroll at Canterlot City in our van? It's Saturday and we should take the opportunity of the sun!" he adds with curiosity. The Specialists go to their garage, where a futuristic-style van is parked. As soon as everyone is aboard, with Finn Canuck at the steering wheel and Spike at his side, the Specialist Mobile quits the mansion and its surrounding fence. Taking advantage of the opened roof, Spike raises his arms up in the air as he gazes at the marvelous surroundings. As soon as the Specialist van approaches Canterlot City, Spike shouts, but not very loud, a sentence that he will never forgets at all.
"I LOVE BEING A HUMAN AND A SPECIALIST!"
Author's Note
This is the epilogue to Spike's humanization story! I know it's fairly short, but I didn't forget to add every description of Spike, from body to clothing. I've also took some inspiration from the morning scene in the first Rio movie as it is a little similar. Also, that scene's music (Morning Routine ) can also be put while reading that chapter as it matches perfectly the moments.
Time for some revelations: First, the Specialist emblem is in fact the Separatist emblem from the Star Wars series. It is a perfect logo for my secret OC group. (disclaimer: the CIS emblem belongs to Star Wars)
Second, speaking of OCs, all of my six Specialists are in fact based on the Penguins of Madagascar, just like Dr. Hooves is based on Dr. Who. You may have noticed some of the similarities, like Sock Eye's McGrath-like voice and leader position, Harry Cane regurgitating and Finn Canuck being the smartest of the group. This is because they are strikingly based respectively on Skipper (Sock Eye), Rico (Harry Cane), and Kowalski (Finn Canuck). As for human Spike, I make him based on Private. (Disclaimer: I don't own the Penguins, but I own the Specialists except Spike)
That's all for the revelations.
And I'm giving you a big clue for who made the banshee-like scream during Spike's trip: it is a well-known Mane 7 member.
Also, keep in mind that while Spike's human debut story may now be finished, he and the Specialists will be in my next fics with new missions at their hands!
Finally, I want to thank you all dear Bronies for your strong support in my story. It has been very grateful for me and I will never forget it.
Keep calm and Brony on,
