At Twilight’s castle, Applejack was feeling a little obsessive about opening some presents for Twilight and Fluttershy’s upcoming wedding and she was just on the verge of opening another present when Pinkie and Zecora both came in. Well, actually, Pinkie was the first to enter as Applejack froze and felt a little guilty as she was caught trying to open some presents.

“Ooh-ooh-ooh!” Pinkie said in excitement. “Are we opening presents?” Just then, she looked at Applejack. “Are you opening Twilight and Fluttershy’s gifts early?”

“No!” Applejack quickly lied. “No! I shouldn’t have even opened these! I mean I—Pinkie, I am out of control!!” She was on a panic attack as she wanted to know what the wedding presents are and their best friend’s wedding was coming up soon! She slapped herself, telling her she had to get ahold of herself. “Pinkie Pie, you have to do me a favor. No matter what I say, no matter what I do, please do not let me open another present! Okay?” She asked with worry brewing up in her voice.

Pinkie sighed, knowing she could trust her farm friend and that she was the most honest pony she met. “Okay.” she said in relief and rolled her eyes knowing that Applejack was just being...well, Applejack.

“Give me one more.” The farm mare said, unable to control herself.

“Okay.” Pinkie said, but then stopped herself. “No! I must not do it! No matter what you say and no matter what you do, I will not give you one!” Applejack’s ears just flopped down in disappointment.

“Hello, my little Ponies.” Zecora said as she entered in the castle to see her friends.

Pinkie sighed with relief that her lover was here because now, she had to get herself ready for this one moment. “Oh good, uh you’re here.” She said, giggling nervously and smiling. “Uh Zecora? Listen uh, sit down. I-I got something I want to say.”

“All right. It’s a delight.” The zebra rhymed as she sat down on Twilight’s throne to face Pinkie, waiting for what she had to say.

Pinkie knelt on one knee as she got out a tiny black box that was somehow part of the wedding presents for Twilight and Fluttershy. “Umm, now uh… It’s a scary world out there, especially for a single wife.” She said. “Y’know, now I always thought you and I had a special bond so…” she opened the box and revealed a diamond ring which shimmered in the light. This was it for her. There was no turning back. “Zecora, will you marry me?” She asked, smiling lovingly.

Zecora’s eyes widened as she smiled like never before. Her face lit up like a Christmas tree as she hugged her lover. “I will marry you, my Chickaboo!” She said happily.

Applejack’s eyes widened as she now knew why Pinkie got a black box that was somehow one of the wedding presents. “Oh my God!” she said in shock and amazement. “Pinkie!”

“I can and will marry you, Ms. Pinkie Pie!” Zecora whispered to her sweetly as she took the ring and put it on her.

Applejack was amazed that Pinkie had planned this proposal for some time. She walked up to her. “Wow! I didn’t know y’all rehearsed that speech, Pinkie!” She said. “You must really love her.”

“I do, Applejack.” Pinkie said contently. “I really do.”

“We’ll send you an invite to our wedding!” Zecora said happily as she and Pinkie skipped to my Lou outside the castle and onto the green grass.

Meanwhile, Applejack was shocked and excited that Pinkie Pie had proposed to Zecora! Only now, did that mean that she had to prepare to propose to her special somepony. “Well, I better get ready!” She said. “This speech won’t start itself.” She scurried about in the castle to search for her wedding ring.

And, Pinkie has proposed to Zecora! So far, three weddings will be happening! Applejack is currently scurrying for her wedding ring to propose to Big Mac! How will this proposal work out for her? Find out in the next chapter!
