Big Mac is sweet, like a...apple, I guess? Yeah, that works. But who would enjoy sex with an apple? Sorry, I’m getting off subject. I saved myself for after the ceremony, my friends from Our Town told me all the details about going all the way with a stallion, nudging me and calling me a lucky mare for bagging a “big” stallion. They made sure to emphasize that part.
Was I disappointed after? Well, I guess I would be writing more of a mini-erotic novel if I wasn’t. The ones where the mares would feel the stallion’s muscles before being “roughly taken,” as the novels said. Big Mac kept asking if I was okay after the ordeal, I kept nodding my head, kissing him anywhere but his lips before I turned over in bed, staring at the wall. It’s okay, not all mares like being “roughly taken.” Right?
Month Six
I wondered why I waited nearly five months for my first time. Surely a mare is ready to jump their husband on their honeymoon? I miss the days where I hung out with Night Glider in Our Town, before Starlight Glimmer showed up. She’d try my goodies, fend off the stallions that came my way, and that night when we drank too much…no, that was only experimentation. I can’t go back to that. I’ll make breakfast for Big Mac tomorrow, apple pancakes. That’ll shut him up.
Month Nine
I can’t do this anymore. I feel like my body is being violated. How do I tell him? He only does it when I give my thorough consent, but he thought this would be different. We both thought this would be different. He didn’t mean to do this, right? Should I hate him?
I don’t want to write anymore, it feels too real. Maybe I should take the counselor that Cheerilee suggested.
Month Nine ½
I talked with Cheerilee some more, she thinks I should look into my past with Night Glider. Why? We were great friends, I never wanted to leave her side, and that night we shared was one of the best nights that I’d ever...oh.
Oh no.
Month Nine ¾
After my epiphany, I started researching on papers that I will be serving to my husband. I’ll be in contact with some lawyers, but until then, there’s another plan on my mind.
Apple Bloom had dragged me to the School of Friendship, telling me about what her and her best friends do there. Any trip without Big Mac was a welcome one, so I came along and spent the whole day there. It was when Apple Bloom and her friends took me to lunch in the cafeteria that I saw a creature much bigger than the rest of her friends, with sharp horns on the sides of her head, and a bushy brown body that caught my gaze. Until my sister-in-law waved her hoof in front of my face. Looking at her once more, I had asked Apple Bloom what kind of creature I was looking at. She told me that she’s a yak named Yona. Yona, I said the name out loud, shivering at the feeling of the word rolling down my tongue.
I walked with Apple Bloom back to Sweet Apple Acres, looking her in the eye, with a fire in my chest, as I told her of my interest in becoming a student at the school. Apple Bloom grinned as she ran ahead, calling for her brother. I smiled as well, following her at a slower pace as my heart danced to the image of my latest attraction.
After eating another bland apple pie, I wrote a letter to Pinkie Pie about the faraway land she mentioned earlier, and a letter to Twilight Sparkle. If everything falls into place as I expect, I’ll become a student by the end of the month. And before our anniversary, I’ll serve the papers and move out. With or without her.
He will get what’s coming to him.
