Where was she? How was she here? She felt..an comfortable feeling beside a warm, rather fuzzy body. She raised her head, softly rubbing her head against the body of whom she was on. She did feel some other body lying right beside her. She couldn't exactly feel who it was, but it felt like..an unknown feel. An pang of an uncomforting feel shot up through her stomach, making her twist and squirm. What was that? Why did it have to feel painful? It made the other body beside her squirm, but she didn't really that much notice. Her body shook and her mouth opened wide, letting out a loud cry of hunger. She really didn't like to feel. Then, what she felt was when she felt her body lifted. It felt odd and completely unnatural. Her cries became more and more louder. Her body obviously demanding itself to go back to the comforting, warm fuzz of..whatever it was. Her cries were endless, the little filly shrieking more. Her cries were interuppted from something popping into her mouth. Oddly, she had the feel to suckle, so she went ahead and did. A warm, honey taste trickled down her throat, slowly making her hunger feel satisfied. After probably a few minutes, the honey taste was taken away from her. Luckily, she was full and satisfied, now she wanted to be with the fuzz that was comforting and warm. It seemed her prayers were answered, her body softly landing of the pile of warm fuzz below her. She snuggled her way onto the fuzz, her eyes becoming more heavy than they already were. Her body slowly turning itself off as she slowly went to sleep.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A smile drew across her face, Windy Whistles wrapped softly around her two fillies. "Welcome to the world my little ones.." She whispered, her magenta eyes remaining on both of her little ones. She loved them dearly, she would do anything to make them feel loved in the future. But, one thing caught her eye, of how tiny they both were. It didn't seem like a problem to the cyan colored filly, but..to the dark blue one though, it seemed like it was. The mare looked at the sleeping little blue filly, her magenta eyes trailing down her small, rather scrawny body. It made her worried slightly, it looked like...it was enough for her to die. No, it isn't possible, she won't die on her sight. She looked strong enough to her that she wouldn't. Windy shook her head towards the such tremendous thoughts, curling her arms a little more tighter around her two fillies, her eyes becoming heavy with sleep. Suddenly, the sound of the door opening interrupted her, making her look up to see the doctor. Who's face should be looking happy, but the rather opposite. It was worry. He looked down at the clipboard he had in his grip. "Mrs. Whistles. I came in here to tell you something..you may not like. It's about your recently borne newborn filly. She is shown to be way too tiny for her size, and may not make it through the night." This just made the mare's heart shatter, one of her little loved ones was gonna die? Tears stung her eyes like a bee sting, making her breathing unsteady. She will have to accept this...or not? "No." The doctor's eyes glanced right on over towards her, as in confusion. "What?" "You heard me." Windy's voice was stern, but cracking with sadness her magenta gaze trailing over towards his. Her eyes still giving out fresh, rather small stream of tears. "I said no." The doctor didn't respond, only just look over like she was dumb. He then shrugged, walking out and not even bothering to finish his statement. Windy Whistles' tears still formed, making rapid falls. She forced herself to suck them up as she replaced herself with an happier thoughts. She will survive. She could just...feel it. Making a small smile as her fillies moved on her chest. The dark blue one raising her head, and opening her eyes slightly, making the mare gasp softly. They were blue. Impossible She thought silently towards herself. Her filly somewhat inherited one of her great-grandparents eye color blue. It could of just been something with genetics or somewhat. Windy shook her head, giving another small smile to her. "You'll live my little one.." She muttered, keeping her close. Her daughter, obviously didn't know what she said, but just let out a tiny little yawn, before falling into peaceful sleep once more, Windy also going to sleep as well. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Stars were erupting from her rather light violet colored coat, the tall, unicorn's pink gaze glancing down upon the newly born blue filly. She seems to look like no other. I can see it. she thought silently, the starry mare looked down upon them still. "You have been looking at that foal for quite some time Skylight, is there something interesting about her or somewhat?" A strict voice rang in the wise mare's ears, making her smile. "Ah, Crimson Flight. Yes I have been looking at her for quite some time. Is there a problem with that?" She turned, looking at the red pegasus mare, whose green gaze looked more strict than ever. "Yes, yes there is." She muttered, the back of her red colored fur slightly bristling. "You heard the doctor, that filly will possibly die and then join our ranks in Pinahar." Skylight didn't look offended, only just smiling. "Or so he said. He isn't certain that she will die though." She calmly stated, raising a hoof and swirling around the starry skies above them both, forming dust around them and seeing the future around them. "You see, I see a future for her..power and heroism." Crimson Flight just gave the unicorn mare a dumbfounded look, obviously not even impressed by this. "No, there is no way you see a future for a filly that will die!" Skylight just gave her a glance, the mare just sighing, "You always doubt nearly everything I say. Whatever I say comes out true Crimson Flight. I can see it you know, she will make it." The mare shut her eyes, giving out a soft sigh. Suddenly, a dark aroma feel surrounded them both, making them immediately look around with fear. "The Redwoods?!" Crimson Flight yelped, her fur bristling slightly as she looked around. Skylight did the same, her violet eyes looking around before making contact with an dark green mare. whose body was a dim, dull color. As in she was slowly starting to become forgotten. "Well, if it isn't my old friends Skylight and Crimsy." She cackled, her dull green gaze looking over at them, a large grin across her face. Crimson Flight's eyes narrowed at the sound of that nickname. "Don't call me that." Skylight just nodded, giving the mare a glance. "Mint Flight, how did you get past the barrier between the Redwoods and Pinahar?" Mint Flight's grin widen, her voice sounding more malice than it already did. "Well, let's just say it reopened itself slightly. especially at the sound of an new foal being the representation of Pinahar." At the word foal, she gave a glance at the pool they were looking down at to see the new dark blue filly. "As in, this one?~" She smirked, giving them a dark look. They both just glared at the murderous mare. She had corrupted a group and forced them to rule under her leadership. "Mint Flight, get out of here. You don't belong on Pinahar's spirit fields and your NOT going to possess this life." Skylight ordered, her starry coat bristling as her eyes narrowed. The mare just gave them a look. "Oh, i'm not here to possess. I'm here to give a little gift before I go." She then made her way over towards the pool, saying some sort of enchantment. I look down at this foal below me. Here I say this. Once this foal grows older, her luck will slowly start to perish, making slowly go insane. She will not be able to hold this back, having to accept the future that holds ahead. The two other mares looked in horror as red dust erupted from those words, landing in the pool, making the young filly shake and somewhat look a little pained. Mint Flight just grinned, looking at it before giving them an glance. "Hope you enjoy what will come towards her." She started to make her way towards the barrier, disappearing rather quickly as she made her way on over. Skylight stood still for a moment, taking a moment to process what exactly happened in here, before she made over towards the pool, sitting down in front of it. She then muttered under her breath, "Besides the whole fiasco, this foal will be known as.." Hurt"Bluesky!" The small filly's ears were blocked out to hear her mentor yelling out her name. A large smile was on the blue filly's face. Bluesky jumped up, trying to catch a small puff of cloud that was high above her. "Come on...stupid cloud I will get you-" "BLUESKY!" "Okay, okay! Coming! Gosh.." The filly retorted, getting up and running right on over towards the large gray pegasus stallion ahead of her, Storm Sky. "I'm here now." His blue gaze started sternly at hers, making the young filly slightly lose her grin. Was he mad at her? He then sighed, before giving out stern instructions. "Now, since this is your second day of learning how to fly. I want you to spread your wings, make sure they are in the perfect angle." Bluesky went ahead and did what she was told, angling her wings in the perfect direction, making sure they weren't out of placed or such. Storm Sky studied the angle of her wings, before giving a small nod, his eyes softening a little. "Good, now try to fly with them." She softly flapped her wings, making her slowly lift off the ground, her body shaking as her body was slightly lifted from the ground. She flapped them a little harder, making her fly. Slowly, the filly started to make progress as her wings gave out tiny flaps, her back starting to ache from flapping her wings so much. "Come on, you need to flap harder than that! You're not going to be able to fly at this rate if you continue to flap your wings like that!" The filly gave him a look, her eyes slightly narrowed. She wanted to spit out some sour words at her mentor but she forced herself not to, it would just make her get in trouble. A sudden loud swoosh sound ran through her ears, making her look up. Was that..Rainbow Dash racing against one of her bullies? Interesting! Suddenly, she didn't see where she was going, bumping right into a pole and immediately falling down, landing softly on the cloud floor. She easily heard the rude laughter of the other pegasi foals, making her get up with embarrassment and walk off. She just made herself look like a fool! The loud sound of her mentor's exasperated sigh overheard her. Making her look up at his stern gaze. She gave him a small childlike grin. He just looked down at her like she was stupid, a harsh look forming on his face. "What were you THINKING?! You possibly could of hit you're head against that pole and make yourself pass out!" She flinched from his words, making her curl up and look up with pure fear. Was she really stupid? Was she really an idiot? Looking around with some shakiness, she noticed some adult pegasi looking at them with some concern or confusion. "May you tell me why you acted so foolish and ran into that pole?!" Bluesky jumped a little, her blue gaze locking nervously into the stallion's other blue gaze. "I...I-I d-" "STOP STUTTERING!" he screeched, raising one of his wings. Unexpectedly, he smacked her in the face, making the young filly shriek and jump back. "W-what?! What was that f-for?!" She squeaked, blood trickling down from her eye, making small puddles on the ground. She had her right eye tightly shut, her left eye looking up at him. Sudden guilt traced Storm Sky's face, but he looked away, giving out rotten words. "Go. Get out of my sight. I don't wanna see a pitiful youth in my face at all." The filly just gave out a small cry, getting up and running off. She ignored the sudden foals laughing at her, more tears just forming as she heard their stinging words. "Oh look, it's Tiny!" "Oh my, her eye! I guess she is One Eye now!" She could hear their laughing becoming more and more serene..her spirit felt like it was getting crushed to it's very core. She made her way back towards home, forcing herself to go inside and hide herself from the cruelty of the world. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "That's what happened mom, Storm Sky was being a meanie and gave me these!" She squeaked, some more tears flowing from her eyes as Windy was carefully washing the blood off her eye. The older mare sighed, what was she gonna do about this? "Look, Bluesky...he possibly didn't mean to do it." Bluesky's ears went flat against her head, her own mother didn't even believe her! "But, don't you believe me mom!?" Windy just gave her a side glance with her magenta eyes. "Look, Storm Sky wouldn't ever do that to a foal, heck never even mine! Just..please sweetie go up to your room.." A sudden pinch of betrayal hit the filly like a lightning bolt, making her go upstairs and go into her room. Her room was just as normal as any other room could be..except with some pictures of her family on the walls and such. She also kept her great-grandpa's notebook, reading through the pages multiple times usually. She was always super interested in that notebook, there are multiple times where her great-grandpa had stated times where he had fought in many wars, and protected his home. She wanted to grow up and be just like him! She went over towards the window, watching out through it. It was already starting to turn night, so she had decided to stay awake though since it was a weekend night. Soon, the sky looked like it's beautiful night-time self, making the filly smile wider. It was always so pretty to look out and watch the stars. Suddenly, she heard a voice..it sounded like..a ghost or something.. "Your life lays a path ahead of you.." Suddenly, a small path formed on the ground outside, she watched as it was leading towards a trail. The glowy trail made her tilt her head, once again she heard the strange voice. "If you say, "Come come, gold path, show me what lies ahead. It will come..goodbye Bluesky." "Wait! How do you know my name!?" She squeaked, looking around, trying to find the voice. Nothing replied..it seemed that she was gonna have to find out for herself what this path is in the morning. HelpA sudden flash of sunlight hit through her window, making her eyes wince. Guess I better get up now.. Bluesky silently thought to herself, giving a small sigh she went ahead and got up, her hooves trailing her downstairs. She looked over towards the kitchen. It looked like no one else was up yet. Great. "What a way to make my day better.." She muttered, making her way towards the door. She is espoused to wait for her older sister to wake up before she would go out. But this time.. She was gonna break some rules. Putting a small hoof on the doorknob, she turned it and pushed it, the warmth of the sun trailed over the young filly's back, making her give a small smile to the warmth. She noticed a tall gray silhouette in the distance, making her fur ripple along her back. "Well..I do have to train today." She grumbled to herself, making her way towards it, her ears down. The scars she had recently the day before gotten still stung, but she had to push through it. The gray stallion gave her a glare, grumbling underneath his breath. "Took you long enough.." He sounded not pleased, making Bluesky shrink to the ground, her ears more pinned against her head. "Look..I h-had to-" He immediately interrupted her, his fierce blue gaze making contact with hers. "Does it look like I care that you had to do something? No. Now let's get started or i'll make sure that is not the only pain I gave you." Bluesky slightly flinched from his sudden sharp response, making her nod shakily. "Y..Y-yes sir.." She got up, making herself stand up straight and tall. She wasn't going to make herself look like a fool in front of him again like she did yesterday. Storm Sky went ahead and instructed her to angle her wings a bit, so she did, tilting them toward the angles he told her to. He studied the angle of them, giving a slight scoff after. "Good..but not good enough. Now go ahead and try flapping your wings, and see if you can fly." Bluesky grunted, but when ahead and did so, her body feeling light as she flapped her wings softly, flying up and up into the sky. She was actually doing it! A sudden burst of happiness flown through her as she soared around..not even watching where she was going. The small filly suddenly crashed facefirst into somepony she didn't even notice! "AGH!" She yelped, her body freezing immediately when she realized she had hit an ADULT. It could of been anything else..but it just HAD to be..an adult mare. Bluesky immediately looked up at the orange pegasus mare, whose brow was raised. "Um..hey there little filly." She gaped, her aqua gaze looking away. "What are you doing up here? Aren't you espoused to be training?" Bluesky immediately looked away, her ears flooding with embarrassment, she had forgotten all about Storm Sky! She gave the older pony a grin. "Oh yeah! I am! I just..erm..forgot about it! Do you mind if I ask for your name ma'am please?" The mare just sighed and nodded, "It's Amber Cloud, now run along now. You don't wanna keep him waiting do you?" Do that and I might get my wings chopped off.. Bluesky thought bitterly, before waving goodbye to Amber Cloud and immediately swooping down to an rather...angry looking stallion. Oh boy. Storm Sky gave out an exasperated sigh, before forcing out his words in a straight sentence instead of an hiss. "Why didn't you come back when I called your name?!" What?! She didn't hear him call her name! Or at least say it! She opened her mouth to argue, but he stopped her with a fierce glare, making her shut her mouth. "I called it at least well..THREE times and YOU didn't listen!" He growled, his gray tail lashing with pure rage. The small blue filly immediately flinched, putting her head down as she listened to him letting out his aggression on her. "I didn't want to do this, but I might as well as punish you." Bluesky immediately knew what he meant by punish..he was gonna hit her again like he did yesterday. Immediately shutting her eyes, she awaited for the time for when he was gonna strike. But.. He didn't. What? She opened her eyes slightly, looking over and noticing Amber Cloud immediately in front of her, growling at Storm Sky. "Leave the young filly alone, she did nothing to you." Storm Sky just scoffed, giving the other mare a glare with his fierce yellow gaze. "Oh? Then take the unwanted brat anyways..try to train her yourself Amber Cloud. You'll see how difficult it is to train a filly as feather-brained as her." Amber Cloud sighed as she watched the stallion walk off, looking at Bluesky with a smirk. "So, you ready to be trained the real way you need to be trained?" Immediately, the frightened filly bolted up, giving the older mare a large, big grin. "Would I?! I would LOVE to!" When Amber Cloud started to chuckle and walk off, she followed her right behind her. Today wasn't going to be bad after all! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It felt like hours had past, and soon Bluesky had finally learned the proper way to fly. She wasn't that great at it yet, but she was gonna get there. Looking up at her new mentor, she grinned, "Thank you Amber Cloud! If it wasn't for you getting that big lousy meanie out of there I wouldn't of known how to fly properly!" The older mare just gave out a chuckle in response. "What can I say, he did sound like he had a tree stuck up his flank. It was probably pretty up there if he was that grumpy." Bluesky immediately snorted, before she noticed it was already starting to turn dark. "Oh no! Sorry Amber Cloud! I could meet you tomorrow if you like!" The mare nodded, "Sounds like a deal, night kiddo!" She waved, starting to fly off. Bluesky gave a quick wave back before starting to run. But as she was running, she noticed the trail again along the ground. But..I didn't say it?.. She decided to step closer to the trail, it started to glow brighter as she went close to it. She looked down at the trail then back up at the clouds above her. If she was gonna follow this trail..she was gonna have to abandon her only home she had. She sighed, putting a hoof to her chest. "I'll follow you trail, and I will see where you are taking me!" Immediately, she started to follow the trail, it disappeared quickly right behind her as she ran. She had to fly her way down to the ground to follow the rest of it. When she landed on the ground though..it felt so much harder than a cloud did. She was not used to this! Looking forward, she noticed the trail leading her into a forest. She gave out a small gulp, she made this decision and she was not going back. Ahead of her..was a journey to make fourth. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The sounds of birds and leaves whistling in the air filled her keen ears. It surely smelt different here than she was used to. Looking down, she had gotten pretty far on the trail and wondered if she could possibly get more far than she has already gone. Unfortunately, it lead her to a river. The water was flowing fast and going down the stream pretty quickly. If she didn't find anything to cross the river. She would have to go on the river and swim. That made her gulp, and start to shake rather quickly to the feeling of wet water being all over her fur. She looked around the river. A sudden smile formed on her face when she found a broken tree that was able to be used as a bridge was on the water, so she went ahead and tried to climb on top of it..until. SPLASH! She fell straight into the water, the tree breaking apart and becoming logs. Her body was immediately starting to get infested with icy cold water, and she was trying to kick her legs. She started to panic, her body obviously small enough to be light..BUT HOW WAS SHE GONNA GET OUT?! She looked around panicking for anything to hold onto. She tried to swim to a nearby log, and hold on tightly to it. Her fur was soaking wet..as well as her wings..she could possibly get killed out here! She desperately was holding onto the log for dear life, her heart pounding desperately as she looked around. Only for one thing to engulf her and the log.. A gigantic wave of water coming from the river itself.

She squeaked, blood trickling down from her eye, making small puddles on the ground.
