The new age of friendship and magic that would’ve been birthed had that Sonic Rainboom come into existence has now been replaced, by one where marvelous heroes and scientific progress defend Equestria from any threat which dares crosses it’s path. A world where Twilight Sparkle never became a princess, and that the Elements Of Harmony remained a lost relic of old times.

However taking their place is a group champions, who were responsible for helping bring King Sombra’s tyrannical rule to an end. They are known as The Avengers, led by Celestia herself. Existing as a symbol which inspires both hope and change across this land which once lived many centuries without strife or conflict.

However, for one young filly living in Manehatten. Patty Parker, an orphan with a genius mind and a passion for chemistry. Finds herself tangled up into a web filled with danger, excitement and responsibilities unlike anything seen before. What you will experience here today true believers is her story, about her gift… And her curse. Just who exactly is she, you may ask? Well, she’s none other than…

THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MARE!

A reimagining of the beloved web-slinger’s mythos taking place in Season 5’s Sombra!Verse, making this non-canon as you could tell by the description above with comic elements interspersed in. Taking inspiration from many differing continuities, such as Sam Raimi’s trilogy and Brian Bendis' Ultimate Spider-Man just to name a few. Obviously, I do not own these stories or characters being Marvel and Hasbro’s intellectual properties. This is my first actual Fimfiction, so criticism and advice is heavily appreciated!

Also, expect stuff like death and violence to be prominent within the story. However, it’s not that heavy as it’s mostly for action purposes. After all, this is a superhero story! So ponies are gonna be beating the snot out of each other, but fun enough for the whole family! But remember, don’t try any of what you read at home!
