Night shadow's eyes and jaw were open, he has seen a lot of ponies but something about this new one seemed interesting.

“What? What are you staring at?” The female pony asks staring back at Night Shadow.

“Oh Uhm, nothing... sorry,” he says and looks down being embarrassed, he never really looked at Ponies that way, he was fascinated by her.

“so Uhm... what’s your name?” Night Shadow asks as the female starts to get some food together.

“My name is Crystal Night,” the pony says “got any fruits you like more than other fruits?” The pony asks and turns around, she offers Night Shadow some fruits and he grabs an apple.

“I like apples,” Night Shadow says and starts to eat the apple “so, you think I can maybe stay over for this one night?” Night Shadow asks a little nervous.

Crystal Night looks over at Night Shadow “that is random, we don’t really know anything about each other, for all I know you could be dangerous and kill me in the night” Crystal Night says and puts the bowl of fruits on a table that could collapse at any minute if there were too much on it.

Night Shadow walks over and sits down on a couch “don’t worry, I won’t kill you, you have a horn anyway so you can defend yourself easier than me” Night Shadow says with a smiles.

The unicorn looks at Night Shadow and sighs “for one night!” She says annoyed. Night Shadow nods “so, any blankets? What about a pillow?” he asks with a smile.

Crystal Night sighs “I only have one blanket and one pillow, for my self!” She says and walks over to the bed “I’m tired so I’m heading to bed now so keep quiet or you’ll sleep outside!” Crystal night says almost yelling. Crystal night walks over to her small bed, she has turned her back to Night Shadow.

Night Shadow looks around the broken castle before heading to bed himself, the couch was cracked into half and the pillows were broken, it was the worst couch he has ever been in, Night Shadow kinda wanted to talk but kept quiet because he didn't want to annoy the female unicorn.

Night Shadow wakes up in the middle of the night by the light of the sky, he opens his eyes and sees the door to the castle open, he kinda panics: what if Timberwolves are inside, what is they are behind him right now! he turns around to find no one. Night Shadow gets up and goes to close the door, he notices that Crystal night are outside, he walks up to her and sits down.

"what are you doing?" Night Shadow asks and looks up at the sky, he sees that Crystal Night is doing something with the night, it was almost like seeing the northern night. No, it is the northern light.

"I'm making the night beautiful for whoever sees it..." Crystal night says calmly, it's almost like she has calmed down and maybe also forgiven.

"It's beautiful. I never noticed, by the time dinner is being served, I'm half asleep" Night Shadow says as he keeps looking up "I should get out here more in the evening" Night Shadow says and looks over at Crystal Night with a smile.

Crystal Night looks at Night Shadow but turns her head once he looks at her "its alright... no one rarely looks at my northern lights..." Crystal night says and lays down "ill sleep out here tonight," she says and closes her eyes.

Night Shadow lays down next to Crystal Night "I'll join you" he says with a smile "I wanna see more of this beautiful night" Night Shadow says with a smile and looks up at the beautiful night sky.

Crystal Night wakes up and was shocked to find herself snuggling into Night Shadow, her eyes widen and her face blushed. Crystal Night stands up quickly and walks inside the castle again to start making breakfast.

Crystal Night finishes the breakfast and walks out of the castle and out to Night Shadow. Night Shadow was still asleep when Crystal Night came back, she gently shakes him to wake him but it doesn't work, Crystal Night sighs and then kicks the sleeping stallion.

"Wake up sleepyhead!" Crystal Night yells and Night Shadow jolts up by the sudden kick and yelling, he sits up "is something wrong?" Night Shadow asks sounding worried.

"No idiot, I made breakfast," she says and levitates a plate of egg and hay in front of Night Shadow and he grabs the plate, Night Shadow starts to eat his breakfast.

"Mmm, this is delicious!" Night shadow says and stuffs it all inside his mouth. Crystal Night chuckles at Night Shadows reaction and starts to eat her own food, she has never had anyone telling her if her food was good, she only makes for herself most of the time.

Crystal Night stands by the sink as she cleans the dishes and humming to herself, Nigth shadow walks up to her.

"How did you get some of these things working, like the fridge?" Night Shadow asks and looks around at all the furniture.

"well, I'm a Unicorn so my magic keeps it running," Crystal Night says and finish cleaning the dishes, she levitates all the dishes back to their places, Crystal Night looks up at the sky to see what the time is "if you wanna get out of this forest alive, you should go now," Crystal Night says and looks at Night Shadow.

Night Shadow sighs "do I really have to go?" Night Shadow says and sits down on the couch but stands up quickly when he hears a sound coming from the couch "you seriously need to get a new couch tho" Night Shadow says "well... I guess this is goodbye then" Night Shadow says with a soft smile.

Crystal Night follows Night Shadow over to the door "You'll probably see me again, ill be in my cloak" Crystal Night says chuckling "oh. I'm sorry but I'm bad with names, what was it again?" Crystal Night asks and Night Shadow looks at her with a smile.

"I'm Night Shadow," he says before walking off "Be careful!" he says and runs into the forest and out on the other side. He quickly ran to the train station and got his wagon, he took the train home, and once he came home, the whole orphanage ran towards him and tackled him to the ground, the adults came up to Night Shadow "you have a lot of explaining to do young man!" they said sounding annoyed.
