It was the middle of the night, the museum was closed and featuring a brand new exhibit the next day. Archeologists had recently dug up a past ancient temple. It was filled with all sorts of strange statues and other things. One statue in particular, a very odd one was the main feature. Just more...pony-fied if you will. The archeologists had found the statue in an odd position. It was in the middle of a tall, circular room, it looked as if they had frozen in stone in mid battle.
The statue began to crumble, slowly, until a humanoid/pony crossover creature had emerged.
