Chapters Years ago...
A 7 years old boy named Flash Sentry with blue spiky hair was wearing a black hoodie, a white shirt and blue shorts and pair of sneakers with lightning bolts on the sides.
He was playing his little guitar that he got from Christmas when he heard someone crying. Without hesitation, he decides to check on the source of the crying.
“I hope no one got hurt”
When Flash finally found the source of the crying, he saw a boy who is a year younger than him with green spiky hair was wearing white shoes, little brown shorts, and a purple short sleeved shirt curled up and crying while leaning against trash cans. Flash notices blood on his knees and pulled out some bandage and comfort the young boy.
”Hey kid, what’s wrong? Did you got lost?” he gave him a comforting smile as bandaged the young boy’s knee.
A younger boy looked at Flash who is still sobbing.
“No....... My parents died in a car crash and I got no places to go! I’m lonely! Nobody want me because..... because......” younger boy begins, only for Flash to cut him off by hugging him.
“I may not know about you but I can tell what you went through” Flash let go of him and look at him with a serious expression, “If nobody want you, just ignore them! They don’t deserve you! If you got no places to live, you can live with my family” Flash put his hand on younger boy’s shoulder
”You want me to live with you and your family? But what if they don’t want me?” Boy asked Flash in a concern tone.
“Trust me, they will love you no matter what”
Younger boy stop crying as he feeling better “Okay”
”Name’s Flash Sentry, what’s your?”
“Spike Drake”
Flash extends his hand “Let’s be friends”
“Yeah!” Spike took Flash’s hand
10 Years Later
At the hallway, A 16 years old Spike Drake is being chased down by Garble and his goons.
“Come back here! Give us our eggs back!” Garble demanding Spike
“You’ll never take me alive, copper!” Spike stick his tongue at Garble which pisses him off
“That’s it!” Garble with flame on his eyes run faster than his gangs who are way too tired to catch up with Garble.
“All yours, Garble!” Clump panting before he and others passed out.
Garble continues of chasing Spike down in order to get his precious eggs back from him.
“I said “Give us our eggs back!” You Power Ponies-loving boy!”
“Never!”
Spike open the door and he went through the soccer field while Garble continues to follow him. Before Spike can do anything, Garble tackle him in the field while the eggs landed safety.
“Gotcha!”
Garble restrains Spike as he grab Spike’s hair and put his face in the grass.
“This is what happens when you mess with the wrong people!” Garble keep Spike’s face on the grass, “Why did you steal our eggs?! If you don’t give me a damn answer right now, I going to make you to eat mud until you give me an answer!” Garble laughs at him
“Spike!”
“Huh?” Garble turn around and before he can respond, Flash tackle him causing Spike to get up and grab the eggs.
“What are you doing to him?!” Flash angrily glares at Garble while holding him down.
“That punk stole our eggs!” Garble tries to justify his action.
“No! You stole those eggs from Fluttershy! She was taking care of them until you and your goons steal it from her!” Spike angrily glares at Garble.
Garble was going to yell, only to stop himself when he see Principal Celestia, Vice Principal Luna and Fluttershy coming and he thought ‘Oh shit, here’s come the goddesses of the school’
“Garble! You dare to try to steal Fluttershy’s eggs?” Celestia asked Garble in a stern tone
“Just because you are so high and mighty doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want” Luna scolds Garble
Fluttershy get into Garble’s face while Flash hold him down “What were you and others going to do with my eggs?”
Garble attempt to lie “Well, me and others were thinking......” but he notices intense flame on Fluttershy’s eyes who use her stare on him and he gulped before he finally give in, “Okay, we stole your eggs so we can smash to pieces”
Hearing this cause Fluttershy to slap Garble
“Ow! What did I do?! I told you the truth!”
“You big jerk! How dare you of hurting animals like that?!”
She huffed before she smiled at Spike who is holding her eggs.
“Thank you, Spike for protecting my eggs”
“Don’t thank me, thank Flash! He’s the one who stop Garble before he can hurt me and your eggs”
Flash let go of Garble and approached Spike “Come on Spike! You deserve this! I could never take credits from you! You are the hero”
Spike blushed “Please, I just helping a friend out!”
Flash smiles “Yeah, me too”
Spike look at his smartphone “Oh shoot! Look time the school is over! We should get back home before your parents get all worried about us”
“Agree”
He and Flash walk away together while Celestia and Luna scolding Garble for his actions and suspends him and his gangs for 3 weeks for their actions of stealing and attempting to destroy Fluttershy’s eggs.
At Spike and Flash’s home, Both of them are playing Mortal Kombat 11 with Spike playing as Scorpion and Flash playing as Sub-Zero. While Flash do play video games, he wasn’t good as Spike who is dominate at video games.
“Jesus Christ, Spike! Go easy on me!”
“Sorry Flash but I don’t go easy on anyone when it come to video games!” Spike smirked before he curb-stomped Flash’s character and the screen appear
FINISH HIM!
Spike push Back Down Down 1 buttons and Scorpion kills Sub-Zero with “You’re Next” fatality
FATALITY!
Spike laughs while Flash fall in knee and raises his arm up as he yell ”NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” in the most dramatic tone, “Curse you Spike Drake! I will get my revenge on you!” Flash playfully threatens Spike as he throw his pillow at him
“Relax, Flash. It’s just a game! You will get back at me someday!” Spike chuckles before he lay down on his bed. He turn to Flash, “How your romantic relationship with Sunset, Flash?”
Flash sighed “It didn’t work out”
“What? What happens?” Spike is surprised about this
“Me and Sunset thought it’s best to be friends than lovers since we constantly getting arguments with each other, we are on better terms with each other by the way”.
“Sorry to hear that, buddy”
“What about you? you and Rarity broke up with each other?” Flash asked Spike in concern tone.
“How did you know that?”
“Sweetie Belle told me about it” Flash notices sad look on Spike and walk toward him, “Why didn’t you tell me about you and Rarity breaking up each other?”
“I was just still upset of how the way Rarity broke up with me. She thought the idea of her and me together wouldn’t work because she’s a popular girl and I’m an Average Joe-type guy, she’s straight up told me that I’m so out of her league and I got pissed off of hearing that and I walk out on her” he sighed in sadness “I can’t believe I wasting my time on chasing her even though she would pick a handsome guy over me.” Spike lay down the bed more “From now on, I won’t be in love anymore! Loving a girl give nothing but pain to me”
Flash comfort Spike “Come on, just because a girl doesn’t love you doesn’t mean you should give up already. There’s a lot of beautiful girls out there who deserve you more than Rarity!”
Spike sighed, “I don’t know, if I try to fall in love with any girls, what if they rejects me? Why would a beautiful girl fall in love with an Average Joe who have a pudgy fat? I am not worthy to be dating any beautiful girls” Spike frowns before Flash grab him and hugging him tightly
“Don’t say that! You don’t know if a girl rejects you or not! Don’t be so hard on yourself! Being upset about Rarity won’t get you anywhere! You can’t let one break-up prevent you from dating another girl! Just have faith on yourself! Please, Spike! Do it for me..... buddy” he pleaded
At first, Spike is unsure but he eventually smiles and hug Flash “Thank you Flash for the advice.... I need it after the break-up”
Spike and Flash parted the hug
“Flash, when I get married, you will be my best man” Spike smiled
“Same for you, Spike.” Flash smiled
Flash get up and about to left the room when he looked at Spike
“When you do fall in love with another girl, I will show my support for you, buddy”
“Thank Flash, I will do same for you”
“Goodnight, Spike”
“Goodnight, Flash” he replied
Flash walk off and close the door while Spike lay down on his bed.
He thought ‘I hope the girl I fall in love will be the one I been looking for’
The Next Day
Spike and Flash walk together to the school and they notices the big crowds at the school.
“Hey Flash, what’s going on here? Did something happens?” Spike asked Flash
“I don’t know but I never see this so crowded, let’s check it out, buddy!” Flash ran off while Spike trail behind him
“Hey wait up!”
Both Spike and Flash go through the crowd to see What's all the commotion about and when they finally got to the one where they can see.
“Okay guys, can someone tell me what’s going on her-“ Spike didn’t finish his sentence as he was distracted by the figure and his eyes wided “Oh my!”
Flash is worried “Spike? What’s wrong?” He turn his head around to see what’s Spike is looking at and his eyes wided “Oh my!”
What standing in front of them is a beautiful girl had long dark purple hair with a single pink streak in it. Her outfit included light purple shoes with matching socks, a darker purple skirt with start patterns on it, and a blue buttoned up shirt. The girl is around Flash’s age but is one year older than Spike.
Principal Celestia approached in front of the crowd “Everyone, please welcome to our new student..... Twilight Sparkle!”
Spike is so amazed by Twilight that it cause him to hallucinate a hammer hitting his head with a lot of heart coming out of him.
Goes same for Flash as he also hallucinate a cuckoo clock coming out of his stomach with heart on the cuckoo’s eye
Twilight wave her hand to the crowd as she went to the entrance, everyone except Spike and Flash who are still in their hallucination follow her.
20 Minutes Later
Spike and Flash are still in their hallucination until both of them finally got out of it!
“Woah! What just happened?” Spike groans
“I think we are being charmed by that goddess!” Flash exclaimed
“Impossible! How could we charmed by her?! We just went through bad breakup especially me and yet I somehow charmed by her?!” Spike wonder how did he got charmed by Twilight of all people.
“I don’t know”
Spike turn to Flash with a smile on his face “Flash.... I think I am in love with her”
For few seconds, Flash doesn’t respond to Spike until he turn his head with a confused expression “WHAT?!”
Spike sighed and look at him with a serious expression “Flash, for all this time, I always thought Rarity was for me but at the end, she wasn’t the girl I looking for...... now, I finally found her and her name is Twilight Sparkle!” Spike exciting jump around like a lover boy “Flash! I must ask her out!”
As Spike about to leave, Flash grab Spike’s shoulder and forcefully him to look at his twitchy eyes “Oh, no, you’re not! I’m the one who saw her first, Spike! So that means Twilight is the one that I am destined to be with!”
Spike shrugged off Flash’s hand out of his shoulder “Flash, you promise me that when I fall in love with someone, you would show your support for me! You promised!” Spike glares at Flash who apparently went back on his promise
“Yeah, I promise! sorry to disappoint you, Spikey but I think Twilight would rather want to be with someone who can guarantee her protection unlike you!” Flash turn away from Spike “Now, excuse me. I going to ask Twilight out”
As Flash about to walk away, Spike tackle him and glares at Flash who have an angry expression toward Spike “Oh, no! Just because you look handsome doesn’t mean you can steal her away from me, Flashy!”
“Oh really? This is how you treat your own friend, Hum Drum?” Flash use his strength to set himself free from Spike who land on a bush.
Spike continually to glares at Flash “You wanna fight over her, Flashy?! Alright! From now on, we are officially mortal arch-enemies! The friendship between us are over!”
Flash glares at Spike “Fine!” He spit at Spike who dodge it
“That’s so low of you, Flashy! You won’t be smiling when Twilight pick me!”
“No! Twilight will definitely going to pick me, Spikey! After all, why would a beautiful girl like her fall in love with Average Joe like you?”
Spike huffed at him as he walk away.
Flash glares at his former friend who is walking away from him “This means war! Spike!”
Spike and Flash are no longer friends anymore as they become mortal arch-enemies who despises each other.

You may wondering why I came up the idea is because I always wondering what would happens if Spike and Flash become bitter arch-rivals and compete with each other to see which one Twilight will go out with.
I’m promise I won’t be playing favorite as both Spike and Flash will get even with each other.
In the hallway, a 17 years old girl named Twilight Sparkle is walking to her class while everyone follows her which disturb the young teenager.
‘Jeez, why is everyone follows me? They don’t know about me at all! I need to get to my class at once!’ She thought
Twilight start to walk faster to avoid from the crowds and they tries to catch up to her but someone stand in their way.
“Vice Principal Luna?!” They yelled in unison
She looked at them with a stern expression “Alright, leave the new student alone. This is her first day of the school and all of you already made a bad expression of yourselves, why are you follow her?”
One of student spoke up and his name is Bulk Biceps
“Because Twilight Sparkle happens to be daughter of a wrestling legend, Night Light! He’s also my idol too!” He squeaks excitedly “I just want to tell her that her dad is my hero!”
A shorter student named Snips also spoke up
“Not to mention that Night Light once took down Iron Will at ease! I mean despite Iron Will being taller and more muscular than Night Light, he ended Iron Will’s undefeated streak!”
A skinny student named Snails put his hand on his friend’s shoulder smiling
“I mean this is a golden opportunity to ask Twilight about her old man”
Luna sighed and look at the crowd with a disapproval look
“Just because she’s the daughter of your idol doesn’t mean you can stalk her.” Luna responded with very annoyance “If I catch all of you stalking her, I will suspend all of you for 2 weeks. Do you want to end up like Garble?”
The crowd sighed “No, Vice Principal Luna”
Her disapproval look changed into happy expression “Good, have a nice day” she smiles at them
Flash Sentry stomping his feet like an angry child as he’s walking to his class while angrily thinking about that cursed Spike.
‘If Hum Drum want to pick a fight with me, then by the god, I’ll give him one!’ He thought as he keep stomping before he ran straight into someone knocking them both over.
“Ow! Watch where you're going, you-“ he stopped at himself when he looked at who he had crashed into and his eyes went wide seeing it was Twilight Sparkle!
‘Oh shit!’ He thought panicked as he quickly get up and run into Twilight who is on the ground, “I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean it! It was that blasted purple dragon who blinded my eyes!” He trying to come up with an excuse which cause Twilight to look at himself awkwardly.
“What?”
Flash realizes what he just did, he clears his throat and offering his hand to help her up “Sorry, I didn’t pay any attention to the surrounding”
“Yeah, I can tell” she’s amused by his action
Flash blushed and thought to himself ‘Come on, Flash! You can do it’ he look at her with a confidence look “The name’s Flash Sentry! What’s your?”
“My name is Twilight Sparkle” she smiled before she look at him with a serious expression “You’re not one of those crazy fans of my dad, are you?” She asked
“No! I don’t watch wrestling!” He chuckles sheepishly before he point his finger at something “Twilight, look, a talking pony!”
“Where?” She look around for this “talking pony”
While she look around, Flash quickly grab his “Night Light” watch and throw it in the trash can, he sighed in relief and he thought ‘Close call, Flash’
“I don’t see a talking pony”
“Sorry, that was just my hallucination! Just my hallucination, my bad!” He chuckles
“Okay?” Twilight respond in confused tone
“Anyway, I want to ask you something”
“Fire away”
Flash was about to ask her out when he get distracted by Twilight’s beautiful face ‘Oh dear, I think the goddess is using her charm on me! I must quickly ask her out!’ He about to open his mouth when his hand shut his mouth and hide away from Twilight ‘No no no no no no no no no no no! I can’t ask her out for a date! She barely know about me and if I ask her out, she’ll think of me as pervert like those anime that Hum Drum watched!’ Flash slapped himself “Put yourself together, Flash! This is your opportunity to ask her out! Come on!’ He breath in before he turn around to ask Twilight “As I was saying....” but to his surprise, instead of Twilight, he find an empty space, “Twilight?” His eyes become intense flames and his whole body is filled with flame as he angrily punch the locker and kick the trash can “I CAN’T BELIEVE I BLOW MY CHANCE TO ASK HER OUT! DAMN YOU, HUM DRUM!”
What Flash doesn’t know that Spike was watching him failing to ask Twilight out in a shadow background, he burst into hysterical laughter “Oh Flashy! You never fail to amuse me! It’s your fault! You blew your chance! And now, this will be my chance to ask Miss Twilight Sparkle!” He rubbed his hand like an evil genius.
At the school’s cafeteria, Twilight got her lunch and is finding spot for to eat, However, she couldn’t help but her first encounter with Flash make her feel odd about him.
‘What is up with him? He seem like a nice guy but for no reason, he starting to acting like a crazy man’ she thought before sitting down on an empty table as she proceed of eating her lunch, ‘Maybe, he just nervous’ she ponder on Flash’s erratic behavior.
Unknown to Twilight, behind the cafeteria’s door is Spike spying on her with his binocular while his eyes are filled with hearts.
“Look at this beautiful angel. How could she eat those burgers and yet still look hot?! Unlike her old man, she doesn’t seem as an athletic-type person.”
Spike suddenly to hallucinates Twilight looking at him and she point the finger to herself
“Spike, I want to make love with you” she smiled
“Oh Twilight, you are the most beautiful girl i ever meet!” he salivated at Twilight
“Ah... Spike?” Came another voice.
The voice cause Spike to come out of his hallucination and he find himself salivated at the cafeteria’s door, he turn around and the person standing in front of him is Thorax, his best friend (Beside a now former best friend, Flash)
“Thorax! Don’t sneak up on me!” Spike scolds Thorax
Thorax chuckles “Sorry, Spike” he grinned, “Hey Spike, why were you salivating on the door? Who does?”
Spike starting to sweat before he put on his confidence face.
“No one and I wasn’t salivating! Get to the program, Thorax!” He chuckles sheepishly
“Okay, why do you suddenly sound like my teacher?” Thorax teasing Spike
Spike scowls at Thorax
“Are you calling me old?!” Spike feeling insulted by Thorax’s joke
“Relax Spike, it’s just a joke! Can take a joke?” He chuckled
Thorax notices a binocular on Spike’s hand
“Spike, why do you carried a binocular? We’re not at the jungle!“
Before Thorax can say anything, Spike placing a his hand over his friend’s mouth and look around to see if anyone watching them if he act like a super spy agent or a fugitive who is on the run!
“Hey Spike! Let go of my mouth!” Thorax muffled due to Spike’s hand cover his mouth.
Spike removed his hand from Thorax’s mouth as he clear his throat.
“Listen Thorax, if you are not aware, I am in love with the new student, Twilight Sparkle!” He smiled
Thorax personally looked at Spike in a state of flabbergast for few seconds before he burst into hysterical laughter.
10 Minutes Later
After the whole ten minutes of Thorax laughing, he finally calm himself down and look at Spike if he was telling a joke
“Man, Spike! You know how to make me laugh!” He couldn’t help but continues to laugh more at Spike’s “joke”
Spike frowned at Thorax
“I’m serious, Thorax! I really do love her!”
His statement stop Thorax’s laughing
“You’re serious, Spike?” He looked at Spike and he realizes Spike is serious about this “I mean, it’s very unrealistic for someone to fall in love with the person they barely knows in one day, you just can’t!”
“Don’t doubt me, Thorax! Twilight is my soulmate!” He smiled before he frowned “But there’s an obstacle that try to prevent me to be with Twilight and his name is Flash Sentry.”
“Flash Sentry? But Spike, he’s your number one best friend!” Thorax yelled in disbelief
“Not anymore.” Spike said coldly
“But why? What happens between you two?” Thorax asked
Spike sighed “Well....”
While Spike telling Thorax about what leads to the friendship between him and Flash falls apart, Twilight is sitting alone at the table while eating her lunch.
“Hey, you seem lonely”
Twilight look up and see Sunset and others standing in front of her.
“Hi, my name is Sunset Shimmer and this is Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie” she extended her hand to Twilight Sparkle.
Twilight curiously look at them with a raised eyebrow
“You’re not part of one of those crazy fan clubs of my dad, are you?”
Rainbow looking at the ceiling whiling blowing a whistle
“Maybe” she muttered before Sunset nudge her shoulder
“None!” Sunset assures her
“Good” Twilight shook Sunset’s hand “Twilight Sparkle”
Pinkie Pie get between Twilight and Sunset and shaking her hand with Twilight....hard
“MY NAME IS PINKAMENA DIANE PIE! But you call me, Pinkie Pie and I can’t tell you that we are going to be bestie friends!” She rapidly shaking her hand with Twilight causing Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Fluttershy pulled her away from Twilight who is feeling dizzy
“Go easy on her, Pinkie!” Applejack using her strength to pull her away
“I think you ate too much sugar, Pinkie” Rainbow joke
“Just because she’s your friend doesn’t mean you can go crazy on her!” Fluttershy scolds Pinkie
“I’m sorry but I couldn’t help it!” Pinkie couldn’t contain her excitement about making Twilight her friend.
After feeling dizzy, Twilight regains her composure and Sunset put her hand on her shoulder
“You’re okay?” Sunset asked
“Yeah, I’m fine”
“Get used to this, Pinkie love to get exciting over everything . They don’t call her the resident’s party planner for nothing”
“Right” Twilight deadpanned
Out of the group, Twilight notices one particular member who look downer and her name is Rarity.
“What with her?” Twilight asked Sunset
Sunset sighed “Rarity still feeling guilty for what she say to her ex-boyfriend”
“What happened?”
Not wanting to bring up bad memories for Rarity, Sunset drag Twilight to the trash cans so Rarity wouldn’t have to hear about her bad breakup.
“She told him off by saying he’s out of her league because she thought the relationship between her and him wouldn’t work out. After he left her in rage, Rarity realizes what she have done and she felt very guilty for what she said to him.”
Twilight cover her mouth
“Oh my god” she gasped
“Yeah” Sunset give a comfort face to Twilight “She’s not the only one who go through breakup, I used to be in relationship with someone but we end up get into a lot of arguments to the point I lost count of how many times we get into the arguments. I told him that it’s best to be friends because I didn’t want to destroy the bond between us.”
Twilight is surprised that Sunset took her breakup well and to Sunset’s surprise, she hugged her.
“Oh, Sunset! I’m really sorry for what you and Rarity go through.”
“It’s okay, Twilight.” Sunset reassures her as she hugged her back, “Sometimes the relationship don’t work out the way we wanting to be, we just have to deal with reality.”
They release each other before heading back to the table.
After Spike told Thorax about what happens between him and Flash, Thorax looked at him in disbelief
“He tried to spit at you?!” Thorax gasped
“Yup”
“Why would a kind kid like him would do so despicable! Very low of him! I hope Twilight doesn’t pick a scumbag like Flash Sentry”
Spike grinned “Don’t worry, Thorax. I will make sure Twilight pick me over him” Spike turn around and about to walk in the cafeteria before he turn his head and look at Thorax
“Hey Thorax, make sure to inform Ember. I don’t want her to be locked out of the loop regarding this situation”
“Are you sure?” Thorax seem hesitant
“Yes, she’s my number two best friend after you, Thorax. Best friends don’t keep secrets from each other” he grinned
“Okay, that’s your wish” Thorax left to inform Ember
Spike look at the cafeteria door and rubbing his hand together as well cracking his bone-neck.
“Showtime.”
He walked in the cafeteria to ask Twilight out but he stopped when he see Rarity sitting with Twilight.
“Oh great! Twilight is sitting with Rarity of all people!” He whined, “Did Flash pay her to sit down with Twilight so I wouldn’t be able to ask her out?!” He blame Flash on this even though Flash have nothing do with this and he walk through the cafeteria door angrily and look at the ceiling if he was looking at the sky.
“GOOD LORD! HOW YOU FRUSTRATE ME, FLASH SENTRY!”
He angrily stomping like an upset child and walk away from the cafeteria to be away from Rarity.
“Plan B!” He say to himself
At Sentry’s home, Spike is packing his stuff as he doesn’t want to be near toward Flash Sentry and taking all of his video games with him while Flash angrily glares at his former best friend.
“Where do you think you going, Hum Drum?” Flash angrily asked
“A place that is far away from you, Flashy!” Spike retort
“You know Mom and Dad won’t be happy of you leaving the house”
“Who care?! Your Mom and Dad are on their vacation! They don’t give a shit about this situation! They probably are having wonderful times of dancing, partying and kissing! I wouldn’t be surprised that they wouldn’t notice I move out once they come back from their vacation!”
“Don’t you dare talk about my parents, Hum Drum!” Flash snapped “Plus, do you know a place to live at?!”
Spike glares at Flash as he finished packing his stuff “Yes, I know someone who would support me more than you, liar!”
Spike grab his suitcase and walk away from Flash, not even bother to look at him and he grab the door and he say his final words to his former best friend
“I hope Twilight pick me cause I wasn’t acting erratic toward her unlike you, Flashy” he give a smug face to Flash before he exit the house.
Flash angrily walk away from the empty room of his now arch-nemesis and walk to his room and land on his bed.
“So that’s how he wants to go down”
Flash grab his smartphone and calling one of his best friends
“Micro, I want you and Sandalwood to make me gadgets. Why? Because I got a pest to deal with” he give a smug look and rubbing his chin like a crazed supervillain.
Spike arrives at the house with his suitcase on him.
“I hope he will take me in”

I was thinking about incorporating Flash’s parents in the story but I didn’t want to use characters from Banshee531 especially Trail Blazer and Misty Veil since those characters are his babies and I don’t want to mess up his babies. So, I decide to leave the parents out of the story since this is about the rivalry between Spike and Flash Sentry.
I am very tempted of whether or not to have Scootaloo to be Flash’s sister since Banshee531 already used that idea, so I am tempted about this idea.
To those who are wondering why I made Night Light a wrestling legend, well if Twilight is going to be popular girl, I want to find a reason for all students followed her because I didn’t want a generic “Oh! She’s so hot! Let follow her!”. Plus, is there’s a story where her pop is a wrestler? I mean I read a story where he’s a director of research center and is more important than Celestia of all people! I’m reference To Build a Winning Formula by https://www.fimfiction.net/user/335340/Snow+Fire . You should check on that story!
Also, to set up the climax of the story too!
The reason why Sunset doesn’t mention the name Spike or Flash Sentry to Twilight when she told her about the breakup that she and Rarity went through is because she doesn’t want to give bad name to Spike and Flash and she think Twilight will act hostile toward them if she mention their name to her.
I made Rarity feel guilty because I worried that people would get upset how I made Rarity like a bitch in this story and I don’t want that! So I try to make her feel if she went too far on saying things to Spike.
The first meeting between Flash and Twilight play same by crashing into each other but I made one change where Flash acting erratically toward her cause everything have to be different!
“What?” Discord asked in bewilderment
The man standing in front of Spike is in his mid-sixties who happens to be a good friend to Spike. He know Spike when he was 10 years old and he become very good friend with him but for unknown reason, Flash have an issues with him; just says there was an incident that cause Flash to be very distrustful toward Discord. He he he he he he.
Spike get on his knee and groveling before Discord.
“Please, Discord! Take me in!” Spike cried with a lot of tears “My family kicked me out of their home! Flash told me that he never want to see my face again! It’s horrible, Discord! Even his own baby sister wouldn’t look at me! Scootaloo told me that I’m annoying to her and she told me to get out of her sight before she called me “An annoying lizard!”, I even got a slap from her!” Spike continues to cry while grabbing Discord’s leg, “Please, Discord! You’re the only one I have! I beg of you! Please! Let me in!” Spike keep on crying more which irritates Discord and he have enough.
“Okay! Okay! Fine! You can live with me! Just please stop crying!” Discord respond with slight annoyance
Spike quickly stopped sobbing and surprise Discord by hugging him.... tightly .
“Oh, thank you! Discord! You will never regret this!” Spike smiled
“Yeah..... you.... welcome” Discord trying to escape from Spike.
While Discord is not looking, Spike sports a mischievous grin ‘What a fool! He doesn’t know that the whole thing was a big FAT lie!’ He thought as he quietly chuckled.
“Spike.... can.... you.... let.... me..... go....... please?” Discord noted
He released Discord who constantly breath in and breath out as he’s trying to find air to breath in.
“Discord, are you okay?“ Spike asked
Discord look at Spike as he finally breath again “The next time you tries to hug me, go easy on me! Are you trying to send me to my own grave early?” He asked sarcastically.
“No”
“Alright then, come in” Discord lead Spike to his house
Spike walk in the house and to his amazement, he could describe the living room if it was build by Willy Wonka like a rainbow-colored couch, a GIANT HD tv with a remote with multiple buttons and a jigsaw-puzzle-styled dinner table next by the kitchen.
Spike is impressed of the design of Discord’s house
“Wow! Not bad for a wrestling manager who call himself “Mr. Chaos”” he chuckles as he see an old pictures of younger Discord with a lot of wrestling legends he manages..... well, most of them were heels and the audience would boo Discord and any heel wrestlers by throwing tomato or any objects at them but Discord doesn’t mind as he loves to troll the audiences.
“Discord! Dinner’s done!” Came a feminine voice that Spike recognizes
“That voice, I heard her voice before!” Spike is curiously about the voice came from the kitchen and he decides to walk to the kitchen, wanting to know the identity of the voice but when he went to the kitchen, the voice he heard is none other than......
“PRINCIPAL CELESTIA?!” Spike yelled as he see the principal of his school wearing a cook pink apron.
“Spike! What are you doing here?!” Celestia asked in surprise
Discord walk to the kitchen as he explain to the flabbergasted young teen and Celestia.
“Discord! Why’s the principal is doing at your house?!” Spike asked in very confused tone
“Well, Spike. The principal of your school is happens to be my own wife” Discord responds as he walk toward Celestia and gently rubbing Celestia’s shoulder whiling grinning at her. Celestia smiles at her husband.
“Your wife?! But you‘re old enough to be her own father!”
“Hey! I’m not that old!” Discord took offense to that.
Celestia suddenly give a serious expression to Discord
“Discord, why Spike’s here?” Celestia asked in stern tone
Discord give an enormous gulp “Well, it seem the young boy got into a rather nasty fight with his own family and he thought it best for him to give them space by living with us..... temporarily” he speak nervously as he doesn’t want his wife to go royal on him.
Celestia sternly look at Discord and then look at the young boy who is sweating because his friend is married to the principal of his school.
‘Oh crap, I can’t believe he’s married to her! If she find out about my whole story of being kicked out by my family is a lie, no doubt that not only she’s going to call Flash’s parents about this situation but I am sure she will expel me for my action! I’m too young to get expel! I rather get scolding by his parents than get expel from my own school! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!’ He screams mentally.
Celestia walk toward the young boy and look at him with a stern eye, Spike close his eyes to prepare for the worst but to his surprise, Celestia embrace Spike.
“Poor boy! It must be awful for you get into a fight with your own family! Families shouldn’t fight each other” Celestia hug Spike tightly which arouses the young boy while Discord give a jealous look to the boy and his face is like boiled hot tea or in other words, his face is filled with red with smoke coming out of his ear.
‘Principal Celestia may be in her mid-forties, she still look good in her age’ he thought
“Until you and your family find a way to reconciliation, you can stay with us” Celestia smiled as she ruffled the boy’s hair much to his amusement.
Discord with a jealous look walk to them and separate them from each other.
“Okay! That’s enough! Time to eat!” He yelled as he glares at the young boy “You eating too!”
Spike, Discord and Celestia sat at the dinner table as they’re eating the foods.
“Hey Celestia, where’s Luna?” Discord asked
“She said she will be running late to deal with other stuffs at school” Celestia answered
Spike almost choke on his food “Vice Principal Luna lives with you guys?” Spike asked them
Discord give an annoyance look “Yes, after we move in together, Celestia told me that Luna was beginning to feel lonely without her sister and it took her the whole day to convince me to let her to live with us even though me and Luna don’t get along with each other”
“Not to mention she haven’t found her soulmate” Celestia added
“But why? Why she haven’t got married? Your younger sister is in her mid-thirties! You guys made it sound like if she was suffered from Christmas Cake!” Spike noted
Discord and Celestia look at Spike if he was acting crazy.
“Christmas what?” Discord and Celestia asked in unison.
Spike sighed in annoyance “Christmas Cake! You know when a woman past 25 and no guys want to married her as she become less attractive and rendered her as “unmarriageable”.”
Discord and Celestia look at him with an expression that read “We still don’t get it”
“Let's just says that Luna will eventually become an “Old Maid” if she doesn’t find her soulmate” Spike speak with slight annoyance
“Oh! I get it! You basically saying that if Luna unable to find her soulmate, she'll end up as an old hag? Oh my! Sweet Christmas!” Discord chuckles before Celestia slapped him, “OW! What did I do?” Discord asked as he rubbing his cheek
“That’s for calling my sister “an old hag” and she’s not even old yet!” Celestia said angrily
“Sorry” Discord apologizes to his wife before he started giving her the puppy eyes.
“Oh, no! Your puppy eyes won’t work on me this time!” Celestia tried her best to look away, determined not to give in.
But Discord’s puppy eyes grow bigger to the point Celestia’s unable to stand the way he was looking at her and eventually, she finally relented.
“Fine! You win! I thought I would overcome your puppy eyes but I guess not” Celestia accepts the defeat before she smirked at her husband “But can you overcome this?” Celestia went to Discord and start to tickling his neck, much to his dismay.
“Please Celestia! Not in front of Spike!” Discord doesn’t want Celestia to embarrass him in front of the young boy
“Let him look” Celestia teasing him while make a purr sound.
While Celestia keep tickling Discord, Spike is trying to cover his mouth to prevent him from laughing at Discord being embarrassed by his own wife.
5 Minutes Later
Celestia finally stop tickling Discord and Discord glares at his wife for embarrassed him in front of Spike “You’ll never get away with this!”
“But I already have!” Celestia laughed
Celestia and Discord resume eating their dinner.
“Hey Discord, when did you met Principal Celestia?” Spike asked
“Oh, you don’t have to call me “Principal” in our home, just call me Celestia. You’re not at school, Spike”
“Alright, when did you met Celestia?”
Discord smiles “About 22 years ago, I was still managing a wrestler named Torch and oh boy! He was a fierce fellow! So fierce that he cause any wrestlers to shit their shorts when he roared” Discord chuckles
“Torch? That Ember’s dad! I didn’t know he was a wrestler!” Spike’s puzzled of why his good friend didn’t tell him about her father is a wrestling legend.
“Well, after he brutally humiliated that bastard, Filthy Rich in front of everyone including his own future wife! Oh man!” Discord grab a photo of young Filthy Rich being slapped by Spoiled Rich for Spike to see “Look at her face! She was boiling mad for her husband embarrassed himself in front of everyone! Me and Torch was laughing as hell of seeing her get so upset! It was indeed catharsis, my dear boy”
“Wait, I thought the audience despises you” Spike asked
“They do but they despised Filthy Rich and Spoiled Rich even more and the audience were basically rooting for us to win and wiped the smug look of the Richs!” He laughed more.
“But Discord, what does this have to do with you meeting Celestia?” Spike asked
“I was getting to that point, young boy” Discord answered with slight annoyance
Celestia laughs “Let him finish”
Discord clears his throat “After the match’s over, Torch went to the locker room while I went to outside to celebrate our win and this is where I meet Celestia when she and her sister was being harassed by two scumbags who keep stalking them”
Celestia sadly nodded as she remember that terrible day when she and Luna are being harassed by 2 guys who viewed them as prizes since she was in her twenties while her sister was a teenager back then. Discord put his hand on his wife’s shoulder to comfort her.
“They tried to ignore them but they keep on harassing them and I was getting sick of watching them harassed my future wife and her baby sister, so I decided to confronting them and asked them to leave them alone”
“Confront them?! But what if they have knife or even guns?! There’s no way you can possibly survive that!” Spike gasped
“But I did survive, so after they refused to leave them alone, I said “Okay, but first! Shake my hands!” I put both of my hand for them to shake and the next thing after they shake my hands, both of them got electricity by my own buzzer!” Discord hold his hand up and there’s a buzzer in his hand, “After I shocked them, I throw chocolate cakes at their faces and to add insult to their injuries, I let Celestia and Luna to delivers a devastating kick to their crotch! So hard that one of them talk like one of those chipmunks and keep on screaming like a chipmunk!” Discord and Celestia burst into hysterical laughter which Spike joins in.
This may give Spike an idea ‘Hmmmm, I will kick Flashy’s crotch someday’ he thought
“After that, I called police and has them arrested so they wouldn’t bothered Celestia and her baby sister again.”
“Well, that’s what they get for being scumbags” Spike agreed with Discord & Celestia nodded
“Celestia and I became good friends for about 2 years before we realizes we love each other and.....” Discord was about to go on the dating/married life before Spike cut him off
“Okay! I was just asking about how you met Celestia! Not a lovely dovey story! I think I got a picture!” Spike panting as he doesn’t want to think about Discord and Celestia’s love life
Discord look at Spike “Alright” before turning to his beloved wife and grinning at her “That’s how I met Celestia”
Celestia smiled and leaning to her husband as she about to kiss him when.......
“Sister! I’m home!” Luna opened the door interrupting their moment as Luna walk to the dinner table and notice a young boy with them “Did I miss anything?”
Discord lead Spike to a room that he’s staying at
“Here’s the room you staying at” Discord open the door and Spike walk in the room and he wasn’t surprised when the room is almost empty with an expectation of a bed and an HD tv.
“So, which room is this?” Spike asked
“This room used to be our son, Illusion’s room before he left the house for college” Discord sighed in sadness as even though he’s happy for his boy’s success, he still missed his baby boy.
“Illusion? Who was he like?” Spike asked
“He’s like me because he loves of messing with people like I did with wrestling’s audience! Although, it did get him trouble with his mother but I personally always told him that I proud of him” Discord smiled
“So you were giving him “Chew-Out Fake-Out” thing?” Spike asked
“Yeah” Discord answered
Spike put his suitcase on the bed
“The food that Celestia made taste very good” Spike give compliment to her cooking
“Yes, I let her cook foods but not Luna.... Definitely NOT Luna.” Discord have a traumatized look on his face
“Why?” Spike asked
“Because the last time she cooked a food, Her pancakes almost poisoned me! Celestia has to called hospital to save me! After that, I never let Luna cook any food anymore!”
Spike is disturbed after hearing about her cooking almost killed Discord “No wonder why she haven’t find her soulmate yet, I will feel bad for any guys who might end up with Luna since they going to eat her food for the rest of his life...... I think I should go to sleep to not think about her cooking” Spike lay down on the bed before turning to Discord “Goodnight, Discord”
“Goodnight, Spike” Discord close the door
Spike look around the room and he’s planning his thought about tomorrow
‘Tomorrow, I’ll definitely ask Twilight out and if Flashy tries to get in my way, I will kick his crotch if I have to!’
At Flash’s home, Flash is on his bed playing guitar when he look down on his crotch
“Why do I have a feeling someone want to kick my crotch?” He asked himself before he shrugged it off and resume playing his guitar.

I know Discord and Celestia is controversial for some people and while I don’t mind Discord and Fluttershy, here’s things.
In this universe, Fluttershy is a teenage girl and Discord is in his sixties and I really don’t want a “Harold and Maude” situation between them. (Plus, Discord sound too old to be a young man and I don’t think there’s a fanfic where he’s depicted as a young man-ish)
So please go easy on me, I really don’t want to cause a war.
Regarding the age difference between Celestia and Luna, Luna sound very younger than Celestia and “A Royal Problem” episode let me know that she doesn’t care about royalty stuffs and the only thing she’s cared about is the field trips for young kids since she loves young kids.
That’s why I made Luna a 5 or 10 years younger than Celestia in this universe because the show never really said about the age difference between them.
Let’s hope Luna found her soulmate or else she will become an “Old Maid” like those anime shows.
I was going to have a Discord throw pies at scumbags but I change to him throwing chocolate cake at them since he made a chocolate rain in the show at some point..... don’t ask how he got chocolate cake from, it’s Discord! He doesn’t call himself “Mr. Chaos” for nothing.
The chipmunk scene is a reference to a scene from Inspector Gadget movie where Inspector Gadget grabs a man’s crotch causing the man to sound like Alvin and the chipmunks’ character.
As for Filthy Rich, I need someone to be a hate sink wrestler that wrestling fans would boo at and rooting Discord and Torch and i picture him as Ted DiBiase and JBL-type wrestler while Discord is your typical heel manager like Jimmy Hart. (You guys didn’t watch old WWE?)
Now, I am debating on whether or not having Scootaloo as Flash’s younger sister. Should I have her as his sister or just focus on Spike and Flash’s war with each other? I still debating on it.
My apologizes to those who reading this chapter since this one contain a lot of crotch kicking stuff, I may focus too much on it.
