At Castle of Friendship, Spike is at the library to find a book to entertain himself
“Man, After a long day of helping Twilight with her works, I think it’s time for me to read more Power Ponies books! I hope this library got a latest book of Power Ponies” he smiled
Spike walk around the library to find the latest book of Power Ponies but all of the books he found are boring!
“Let’s see, Boring! Boring! Boring!” He grab a white journal and look at it, “Rarity’s diary?! Why her diary is at Twilight’s library of all places?” He question about the placement of his crush’s diary but he look at the diary with temptation on his look, “As much I want to read her diary, it would invade her privacy if I did read her diary.” He throw the diary on the table and proceed to searching the latest book of Power Ponies.
5 Minutes Later
Spike went through all books and he’s unable to find the new Power Ponies book
He sighed in disappointment “Man, what am I doing? I wasting my time of finding the new Power Ponies book and look like we don’t have one!” He hit the wall with his face which cause a mysterious comic book land on the ground
“Huh? What’s this?”
Spike pick up a comic book
“The Lethal Dragon?”
His eyes widen when he see himself in the cover of the comic book.
“That’s me! But why do I look like human? And why do I dress in black?! Is that a human head I holding on?!”
Spike notices the comic book depicted him as a human who wore black clothes and not only he carrying a human head but wielding a giant sword that would make Dante jealous.
“Wow! This book made me look awesome! NO! I take it back! It made me a legit BAD-ASS “ he grinned
And then he notices the book also show Twilight and Rarity as humans holding on Spike’s legs
“Twilight? Rarity? Okay, this book got me curious even more!”
Not wanting to wait anymore, Spike open up the book and to his dismay, he learn that himself in the book is considered to be outcast in the school and constantly being belittled by everyone and no one want to be his friends.
“Geez, comic book! Go easy on me! Why do everyone hate me?! What did I do to deserve their hatred toward me?! Did I kill their pets?! Why am I letting myself get bullied by Cranky Doodle Donkey?! If I see that donkey, I'm going to give him a piece of my mind!" Spike cluthing a fist but he calm himself "Well, at least Twilight in this book is kind to me as well as Rarity”
Spike continues to read the book and he get annoyed by the book version of himself constantly being angsty of himself.
"He say "Everything is my fault! My parents are not here because I let them die! I am a terrible son! I don't deserve to be part of this world!" Dude! Grow up! Yes, I know I have issues with myself but god damn, you have a lot of serious issues! What is up with this book making me so angsty?!" He criticizes the book's depiction of himself in very annoyance before he realizes something, "Am I that angsty?" He question himself before continues to read the book.
Spike's eyes got bigger when he see himself taking a sword and literally decapitation his bully’s head.
"Oh my Celestia! Did I just killed Garble?! I mean, sure I understand he has to saved Thorax but woah! That’s too far, man!” Spike is starting to feel sick from seeing himself behead Garble but he proceed to read the book.
Spike is surprised by himself’s jerkass behavior toward his teachers and the staff including Principal Celestia.
“Why he have to be dick to the staff? I mean I understand he doesn’t like Cranky Doodle Donkey but do he really need to be asshole to Principal Celestia? If this book suck me in, I would beat the crap out of myself for disrespecting Celestia and Luna too!” He call out himself for his behavior toward them.
20 minutes later of reading the book
Reading Lethal Dragon cause Spike to lose his mind as he watched himself killing anyone who done him wrong including Cranky Doodle Donkey after they transform into demons and he starting to sweat, A LOT OF SWEATS.
“After killing all demons, Spike stand in front of their corpses as Twilight and Rarity rubbing his chest and Twilight say “Oh Spike, I want you to make love with me!” And Rarity say “Oh no, Twilight! My Spikey-Wikey will make love with me first!” Both Twilight and Rarity confronting each other to see which one Spike will make love to until Spike interrupted them and say “Ladies, I got a solution..... I want both of you make love with me!” Twilight and Rarity look at him and they’re unsure about this until both of them say “Okay””
Spike briefly put down the book to try to processing the whole thing that came out from the comic book.
“Oh. My. Celestia.” He gulped before he continues to read the last part of the book and what he doesn’t know that the last part contain the.... sex scene.
He look at the last part and he quickly close the book as he desperately covered his mouth with his claws to find a place to throw up, he rush to the window and open it to start vomiting it.
“OH MY CELESTIA!!!”
He continues to vomiting
“OH CRAP!”
After the 5 minutes of vomiting, Spike finally no longer vomiting as he leaned against the wall and he’s still traumatized by that last part.
“Oh my Celestia! When they said about making love with each other, I didn’t expect that kind of love making! EWWW!!!!! I just hope Twilight find a coltfriend before she tries to make love with me like that book did.”
“Make love with who?” Came a voice
Spike gulped and he see Twilight standing in front of him with a puzzled look
“Spike, you’re okay?” She asked in concern tone
He sweating “I’m fine, Twilight!” He laugh nervously
“Okay” Twilight was about to walk away, only for something to grab her by her back leg. She looked down and saw Spike tightly her back leg “Spike?”
“Twilight, I got an question for you”
“Okay, ask me any question” Twilight with a confused expression.
“Am I that angsty?”
Twilight is surprised by this question “Well......” she was about to give her answer, but was cut off by young purple dragon
“AM I?!” Spike cried in despair.
“No! You’re not angsty, Spike! Sure, you do cry sometimes but I know you are definitely not angsty” Twilight give a comfort smile.
Spike sighed in relief by her answer “Thank you Twilight” he smiled before grabbing Lethal Dragon book so Twilight wouldn’t look at the book.
Twilight notices a book in Spike’s claws “Hey Spike, what book you got in your claws?”
Spike looked at her with an expression that describes as a dead person “You really don’t wanna to read the book, I’m serious, Twilight! YOU DON’T WANNA TO READ THE BOOK!”
Twilight is scared by Spike’s zombie-like behavior “Relax, Spike! I was just asking”
Spike walk away from the library and his walking is like a zombie before he look at Twilight with his eyes shrink to tiny eyes.
“Twilight, tell Rarity that her diary is at this room” he talked in a zombie tone.
“Her diary? Why her diary is at my library of all places?” She asked in confusing tone
“I don’t know but if anybody needs me, I’ll be in my room for the next 20 years to think about myself and I think I need to take a shower to clean myself”
He open the book but he stopped himself
“Twilight, if you see that Flash pony, spend more time with him.”
“Why?” She’s starting to get more confused by Spike’s behavior
“Just do it!” He yelled at her
He slammed the door which once again confuses Twilight more
“O.......K” Twilight rubbing her mane.
In his room, Spike look at the comic book and he breath in and unleash his fire breath to destroy the comic book. The book turn into ashes.
“Let’s never speak of this abomination!”
Author's Note
This is short story BTW.
I was inspired by many fanfics that depicts Spike as angsty emo teen and I keep wondering why do everyone made Spike so angsty? Did he cry a lot in the show? (No offense to any writers who wrote Spike’s angsty story)
I don’t mind those stories but I wonder what would Spike react to himself being angsty emo teen? So that’s why I made this story.
Poor Spike.
I guess the comic book traumatizes him so much that he doesn’t see Twilight in same way anymore.
