*DISCLAIMER* This story takes place four weeks after the events of Friendship Games.

After the tumultuous events of the Friendship Games, Rainbow Dash, overwhelmed from that event's ramifications, is in desperate need of some R&R. Along with Sunset Shimmer, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, and surprisingly, Sonata Dusk, they set off on a three-month long trip of rest and relaxation. On the way there, Rainbow's car's radio begins emitting a high-pitched frequency, affecting everyone in the car. Unfortunately, they have all just been forced into a journey of absolute mind-numbing horror in what is known as STEM, a machine being worked on by the devious organization MOBIUS. As they traverse the mind-bending and reality-warping areas inside the machine, they come face-to-face with demented killers, vicious monsters, and a horrifying secret that threatens to bring the shadowy MOBIUS to its knees. Will they be able to get out with not just their lives, but also with their minds fully intact.
