One rainy day in Canterlot, Rainbow Dash wistfully wishes the rain would go away. The next day, a long drought begins, which Applejack holds Rainbow Dash responsible for. Now, in order to save her hide, Rainbow Dash must bring on a cloudburst.

The only problem being she doesn't know how.
