~Eleanor's POV~
*Dream*

*Dream End*
I woke up with a gasp and sat up to catch my breath from the horrifying nightmare I just had. Chaos, madness and destruction rained upon Ponyville like someone's magic has gone array and turned Ponyville into their own version of their personal playground.
Cotton candy clouds. Chocolate milk rain. Over-sized apples. Crazy popcorn fields. Giraffe-legged bunnies.
"Ellie?" Twilight called my name, shaking my shoulder, "Ellie, wake up. You've gotta see this."
I got out of bed, joined Twilight at the window and looked outside. To my shock, all of Ponyville was surrounded by cotton candy clouds raining chocolate milk. Just like in my dream.
Who could've done this?
I turned to Twilight, "We've gotta help out."
Twilight looked at me and nodded. We got dressed out of our pajamas, into our casual attire. Twilight grabbed a book from the library. I woke up Spike. We exit the library and made our way to Sweet Apple Acres.
Once at Sweet Apple Acres, everything from my dream has turned to reality. Giraffe-legged bunnies were eating over-sized apples from the trees, including Angel Bunny. Popcorn covered the entire field. And the sky was surround by cotton candy clouds raining chocolate milk.
Fluttershy, Rarity and Applejack looked dumbfounded of what was going on. Pinkie Pie was drinking the chocolate milk rain. And Rainbow Dash was trying to keep the clouds under control, but to no avail.
"Don't worry, everyone." Twilight told everyone, making our presence known, "I've learned a new spell that'll fix everything."
She gave me the book and her horn lit up with her magical aura. There was an explosion of magic and once it faded... Nothing happened. Nothing returned to normal or anything. I rubbed my chin in thought. Whatever's doing this has some very powerful magic. Stronger that Twilight's magic.
"My fail-safe spell... Failed." Twilight gasped, dumbfounded. Then she turned to me and Spike, "What do we do?"
Spike rubbed his chin in thought, "Uh, give up?"
"Spike, Twilight will come up with something." Rarity assured, as she handed Twilight her umbrella.
Twilight rubbed her chin, thinking of a better way to calm everything down. I thought for a moment, then a light-bulb went off in my head.
I smiled, "I think I know what to do." I called to Rainbow Dash, "Rainbow, can you corral all those clouds in one corner of the sky?"
Rainbow recollected herself and saluted with a smile. She took off to the sky and herd the cotton candy clouds into one corner of the sky with ease. The clouds merged together into one large storm cloud.
I turned to Applejack, "Applejack, I need you to bring those high-strung storm clouds down to Earth."
Applejack nodded and grabbed her lasso from her belt. She used her lasso to grab the large cloud and pulled it down to the ground.
"Hey!" Pinkie Pie frowned, as the cloud moved away from her, "What happened?"
I walked over to Fluttershy and whispered to her what I wanted her to say, to lure the enchanted animals to the cloud.
Fluttershy nodded her head and spoke, "Oh dear. I hope none of the animals see these delicious chocolate-filled cotton candy clouds. I'd hate to have to share them."
Pinkie Pie smiled, eating from the cotton candy cloud, "You and me both, sister!" Suddenly, the enchanted animals rushed toward the cloud, pushing Pinkie out of the way, "Hey!"
"And when y'all are done with that, feel free to have some popcorn for dessert." Applejack offered, as everything started to calm down.
Twilight looked at me and smiled, "Good thinking, Ellie. You're starting to think like a Pony." I gave her a bashful smile, as Twilight turned to Spike, "You see, Spike? You should never give up. There's nothing we can't overcome if we all work together."
Suddenly, Spike burped a letter from Princess Celestia. Twilight picked up the letter and read it. She gasped and turned to the rest of us, "Come on, girls. Princess Celestia wants to see us all in Canterlot immediately!"
The Girls and I looked at each other in concern.
*Later, Inside Canterlot Castle...*
"Princess Celestia, we came as fast as we could!" Twilight told Princess Celestia, as we arrived at the main foyer of Canterlot Castle.
"Thank you, Twilight." Princess Celestia thanked, "Thank you, all."
"Is this about the weather?" Twilight asked, then bombarded with many other questions, "And the animals' weird behavior? What's happening out there? Why isn't my magic working? Is there–"
Princess Celestia raised her hand to silence Twilight and instructed, "Follow me."
She lead us to a hallway, covered in multiple stain-glass windows, "I've called you here for a matter of great importance. It seems an old foe of mine, someone I thought I had defeated long ago, has returned."
Fluttershy turned to a stain-glass window which depicted a picture of a mismatched creature causing disharmony upon Ponykind. The creature had a long serpentine body, a tail of a dragon, head of a Pony, right paw of a lion and left claw of an eagle. Left leg of a goat and right leg of a lizard. Deer antler and goat horn on top of his head and red eyes.
"His name... Is Discord." Princess Celestia continued.
Fluttershy squeaked in fright and dashed to hide beside me.
"Discord is the mischievous spirit of disharmony." Princess Celestia resumed explaining, "Before my sister and I stood up to him, he ruled Equestria in an eternal state of unrest and unhappiness."
Another light-bulb went off in my head as my eyes widen, "Of course. He was the one responsible for the disappearance of the humans in Equestria."
Princess Celestia nodded, "Yes. Luna and I saw how miserable life was for Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and Unicorns alike, so after discovering the Elements of Harmony, we combined our powers and rose up against him, turning him to stone."
"All right, Princess!" Rainbow Dash cheered.
"I thought the spell we cast would keep him contained forever, but since Luna and I are no longer connected to the Elements, the spell has been broken." Princess Celestia continued explaining, as we walked down the hallway.
"No longer connected?" Twilight raised a brow.
"This is Canterlot Tower, where the Elements are kept inside since all of you recovered them." Princess Celestia explained, as we stopped front of large double doors, "I need you to wield the Elements of Harmony once again and stop Discord before he thrusts all of Equestria into eternal chaos."
"But why us?" Twilight asked, "Why don't you-"
"Hey, look!" Pinkie spoke up, pointing to another stain-glass window, which told the story of how we defeated Nightmare Moon, "We're famous!"
Princess Celestia nodded again, "You seven showed the full potential of the Elements by harnessing the magic of your friendship to beat a mighty foe. Although Luna and I once wielded the Elements, it is you who now control their power, and it is you who must defeat Discord!"
The Girls and I looked at each other in uncertainty. Twilight turned to the Princess of the Day, "Princess Celestia, you can count on–"
However, Pinkie cut Twilight off by raising her hand, "Hold on a second! Eternal chaos comes with chocolate rain, you guys. Chocolate rain!"
I shook my head, "Chocolate rain may be a benefit, Pinkie." Then I pointed out, "But Eternal Chaos also comes with over-sized apples, giraffe-legged rabbits, abstract houses, everyone acting or looking the opposite and who-knows-what else."
Pinkie thought for a second, then nodded with a smile, "I see your point."
Twilight nodded and returned to Princess Celestia, "We'd be honored to use the Elements of Harmony again."
Princess Celestia nodded with a smile and walked over to the double doors. She placed her hand over the sun symbol in the center of the doors and lit up her horn with a magical aura. The door glowed in the magical light and opened to reveal a small, jewel-encrusted case.
Rarity smiled in star-struck, "Ooh. You can keep the Elements. I'll take that case!"
Princess Celestia picked up the case and turned to us with a smile, "Have no fear, Ponies. I have total confidence that you will be able to defeat Discord with these!"
She opened the case and the case revealed to be empty. Twilight and the Girls gasped in shock. Celestia saw the empty case and gasped in shock and horror, dropping the case on the floor.
Pinkie Pie shrugged her shoulders, "Oh, well." Then she started skipping how way outside, "If anyone needs me, I'll be outside in the chocolate puddles with a giant swizzle straw."
I acted quickly and grabbed Pinkie by her right wrist, "Oh no, you don't."
"The Elements!" Twilight gasped, "They're gone!"
"That chamber is protected by a powerful spell that only I can break!" Princess Celestia frowned, as she paced across the hallway, "This doesn't make sense!"
Suddenly, I gasped, as I felt a powerful presence within the room. Then a laugh was heard around us and echoed in the hallway, "Make sense?" The voice asked, "Oh, what fun is there in making sense?"
"Discord... Show yourself!" Princess Celestia shouted into the hallway.
There was another laugh, until the voice asked, "Did you miss me, Celestia?" The creature from the stain-glass window started moving and spoke, "I missed you." It flew over to the next stain-glass window, "It's quite lonely being encased in stone, but you wouldn't know that, would you, because I don't turn ponies into stone."
"Enough!" Celestia shouted, "What have you done with the Elements of Harmony?"
"Oh, I just borrowed them for a teensy little while." The creature answered. He snapped his fingers and the Elements of Harmony within the window vanished. Which indicated that he took them.
"You'll never get away with this, Discord!" Celestia growled at the creature.
The creature sighed and lounged on the center of the window, "Oh, I'd forgotten how grim you can be, Celestia. It's really quite boring."
The did Rainbow's temper, "Hey! Nopony insults the Princess!"
She charged toward the window, but the creature disappeared. Rainbow rammed into the window and crashed into it. She pulled herself off the window and recovered from the crash.
The creature reappeared and looked at Rainbow Dash, "Oh, you must be Rainbow Dash, famed for her loyalty, the Element of Harmony you represent."
Rainbow Dash nodded, "That's right! I'll always be loyal to the Princess!"
The creature disappeared once again, "We'll see about that."
Rarity shook her head, "I can't believe we're wasting our time talking to a tacky window."
The creature reappeared int the window closest to the white Unicorn, "The beautiful Rarity, representing the Element of Generosity, if I'm not mistaken?"
Applejack rolled her eyes, "So you know who we are, big deal."
The creature looked at Applejack and grew to take over the entire window, "Oh, I know much more than that, honest Applejack."
"You seem to know our strengths too." Twilight noticed.
The creature nodded, and teleported to another window, "Yes, Twilight Sparkle, and yours is the elusive Element, Magic. Fluttershy's is Kindness." Fluttershy's eyes widened. "Young Eleanor's is the Hidden Element; Empathy." I folded my arms and glared, "And Pinkie Pie's is a personal favorite of mine - Laughter."
Twilight turned to Pinkie, who was struggling to keep her laughter, "Pinkie!"
Pinkie burst into laughter and pointed at the window, "He's standing on your head!"
Twilight and I looked at saw that Pinkie Pie wasn't lying. The creature was doing a goofy dance on top of window's Twilight's head.
I couldn't help but smile in humor, "That is pretty funny."
"Stop stalling, Discord!" Princess Celestia shouted, ruining the mood, "What have you done with the Elements of Harmony?"
The creature sighed and rolled his eyes, "Oh, so boring, Celestia. Really? Fine, I'll tell you, but I'll only tell you my way." He disappeared from the window and moved around the other windows, "To retrieve your missing Elements, just make sense of this change of events. Twists and turns are my master plan. Then find the Elements back where you began."
With that, he returned to his original window and the presence vanished, with everything returning to normal.
"Can we go home now?" Fluttershy asked, taking hold of my hand and gripping it tightly.
"What do you reckon he meant?" Applejack asked, "Twists and turns and ending back where we started?"
Twilight rubbed her chin in thought, "Twists and turns... Twists and turns..." She walked over to a clear window, which looked over the palace labyrinth. She smiled, "Twists and turns! That's it! I bet Discord hid the Elements in the palace labyrinth!"
Princess Celestia nodded, "Good luck, my little ponies." She bowed her head to us, "The fate of Equestria is in your hands."
Twilight nodded with a confident smile, "Thanks, Princess. We won't let you down."
With that, Twilight, the Girls and I dashed out of Canterlot Castle and toward the palace backyard, where the labyrinth stood in the center.
"W-We have to go in there?" Fluttershy asked, trembling in fear.
"Nope!" Rainbow answered with a confident smile, "Dopey Discord forgot about these babies!" She flapped her wings, "I'll just do a quick flyover and we'll have the Elements in no time."
She took off into the air, making her way to the top of the labyrinth. Suddenly, I sensed the powerful presence again and it was really strong this time.
"Rainbow, wait!" I called, reaching toward the blue Pegasus.
However, within a flash of magic, Rainbow's wings vanished from sight. Rainbow fell on her back and she gasped, "My wings!"
The same happened to Fluttershy's wings. Fluttershy looked at her back and screamed.
Then Twilight Sparkle and Rarity's horns vanished in the same fashion, "Your horn! My horn! Ahhh!"
Suddenly, there was an orb of magic forming in front of us. Emerging from the magic was an older version of the creature from the stain-glass windows. My guess this was the source of the presence I've been feeling. The creature from my dreams. This was Discord.
Discord laughed and smiled at us, "You–You should see the looks on your faces. Priceless!"
"Give us our wings and horns back!" Twilight demanded angrily.
"You'll get them back in good time." Discord answered, as he teleported to Applejack, "I simply took them to ensure there's no cheating." Then he slithered past the rest of us, "You see, this is the first rule of our game: No flying, and no magic."
"The first rule?" Rainbow Dash repeated with a raised a brow.
"The second rule is everypony has to play or the game is over, and I win." Discord smiled, "Good luck, everypony!"
He laughed, then vanished with a flash of magic. With that, the presence was gone.
"Never fear, girls. We have each other!" Twilight assured.
Rainbow regained her smile, "Yeah! Like Twilight said, there's nothing we can't overcome if we all stick together!"
We walked to the entrance of the labyrinth. "All right, girls, let's do this!" Twilight encouraged.
We took our first step into the labyrinth, "Together!"
Suddenly, large hedges rose from the ground and separated us from each other. The Girls gasped and screamed.
"Stay calm, girls!" Twilight spoke up, "Everypony head to the middle as fast as you can, and we'll regroup there!"
"Moving out!" Rainbow Dash called.
"See you in the center." Rarity nodded.
"Yee-haw!" Applejack cheered.
"You got it." I agreed.
"See you guys there!" Pinkie smiled.
With that, we ran down our chosen paths to find a way to the center of the labyrinth.
*A Little Bit Later, Deeper in the Labyrinth...*
I followed the maze, on my own, taking the necessary turns I felt were right. As I did, I thought about Discord's riddle,
"'Twists and turns are my master plan. Then find the Elements back where you began'."
That was when I came across three mint leaves floating in the wind. I calmly approached the leaves, and they floated down a straight path. I followed the leaves and came into an open clearing, where there were numerous bushes and trees, shaking and whispering to each other. I looked around in curiosity, but then something hit me like lightning.
With my voice loud and clear, I concluded, "The Elements aren't here, are they, Discord?"
As a reply, I felt the powerful presence surround me and then there was clapping around me. Like a small applause. Then Discord appeared in front of me, clapping his paw and claw.
"Bravo. My, my. You certainly have a good head on your shoulders, Bright Eyes. You've solved my riddle before Twilight Sparkle. You surely are smarter than you look." He praised me, patting my head.
I waved his paw away from my head and cleared my throat, "I'm also not that easily fooled either. Why are you doing all of this?"
Discord looked at me and smiled, "To have some fun. Chaos is a wonderful thing, after all."
I shook my head, "No. Why are you really doing this? I've seen this behavior before. And this is just gonna make things worse." I put my hand over my chest, "I've been there. I know how you're feeling, Discord."
Discord's eyes widen and he glared at me, "Oh, really? And how do you think I feel?"
I looked at the Draconequus dead in the eye, "You're alone... Angry... Resentful. Someponies have treated you unfairly and you feel like you need to lash out at them." I gave him a small smile, "But you don't have to anymore. Things have changed from a thousand years ago. Let me help you, Discord." I extended my hand to him, "Don't let hatred and loneliness take over your life."
Discord looked at my hand, then at his claw. I could see conflict in his eyes, until he finally took hold of my hand and shook it. I gave him a friendly smile, until I noticed my arm was starting to grew soft, pale green fur. I let go of Discord's claw, but Discord still had a good grip on my hand.
Then other things about me began to change. My feet stretched and my toes fused together to resemble hooves. The green fur covered my entire body. My ears grew and moved to the sides of my crown. The lower half of my face stretched out and molded into a muzzle. My teeth sharpened.
I looked at Discord, he was just smirking at me, "Discord, what are you... Doing to me?"
Discord darkly chuckled, "Like I said. Everypony must play, or the game is over." Then he growled and glared at me, "Don't you ever dare think that you know me. You don't know anything about me." His eyes began swirling hypnotically, "Never will!"
I stared into his eyes, as I grew a long ginger-red tail with rusty red streaks and ombre, completing my transformation. As I stared, I felt something come into clarity. Discord was right. I don't know him at all. How can I know him? I don't even know myself. But what was the point? There's no purpose to this game anymore. There's no purpose in anything.
Nothing matters anymore...
With that, the bushes and trees vanished and Discord was nowhere to be seen. I stood up and tried to stand on my new hooves, but I ended up losing my balance and fell into the dirt.
"Ellie? Is that you?" A familiar voice asked from behind me.
I sighed and turned to the lavender Unicorn with a deadpan look, "Does it matter who I am?"
I picked myself up again and was able to take five steps forward. However, I was about to fall again. Before I hit the ground, Twilight caught me and gave me a small smile. I glanced at her, pushed myself up-right and continued down the path.
Does it matter what I say to Twilight? No. It doesn't.
Following Twilight, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and I walked down the maze, taking each turn and corner as they came. Twilight would always ask me which path to take.
Why ask me? My answers don't matter.
We came across a dead-end, until the wall lowered into the ground, and found Fluttershy.
Twilight smiled and ran toward the wingless Pegasus, "Fluttershy! I'm so glad to see a friendly face. This awful labyrinth is getting to everypony."
Twilight turned to the rest of us. Pinkie Pie blew a raspberry. Applejack growled. And I just looked away with a long sigh.
"Aw, boo-hoo-hoo!" Fluttershy snapped at Twilight, as she picked herself up, "Why don't you wave your magic little horn and make everything all right?"
"Uh..." Twilight stuttered, looking away in uncertainty.
"Oh, that's right, you can't." Fluttershy smirked cruelly, "You don't have one."
She walked away from Twilight, whipping her tail in the Unicorn's face.
"What is happening to my friends?" Twilight wondered, as Fluttershy passed Pinkie Pie and pushed her into a nearby bush.
Applejack laughed at Pinkie Pie's misfortune, and Pinkie Pie glared at the grey Earth Pony, "And what are you laughing at?"
"Chocolate milk." Applejack answered, looking away and scrunching her muzzle.
"Little help here!" Rarity shouted, as she struggled to handle the huge boulder she's been carrying.
Twilight and I looked at each other. I said nothing and walked over to join Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Applejack. Twilight sighed and helped Rarity pick up the boulder.
"Thanks, Twilight." Rarity smiled.
"You're welcome–" Twilight smiled, but Rarity cut her off with a glare, "But don't get any ideas about my gem! I know where you live."
Twilight gave Rarity an uneasy look, and they walked down the maze to catch up with the rest of us. As we traveled down the maze, Rarity thought to make her point clear, she gave Twilight the whole boulder.
"Must... find... Rainbow Dash." Twilight struggled under the weight of the boulder, "As a team... we're unstoppable. Rainbow Dash won't let us down."
Applejack looked up and smiled, "Well, looky there. Rainbow Dash is flying away. She's abandonin' us."
Twilight sighed and dropped the boulder, "Now I know that's a lie." She and the rest of us looked up and saw Rainbow Dash flying off. Twilight gasped in shock, "How can it be?"
Suddenly, storm clouds surrounded the sky and the ground started to rumble as the entire maze shrunk into the ground, like it never existed.
From the dust, Discord appeared, "Well, well, well. Somepony broke the 'No Wings, No Magic' rule."
He snapped his fingers and Twilight, Rarity and Fluttershy got their horns and wings back.
"Game's over, my little ponies. You didn't find your precious Elements." Discord smiled, then summoned an umbrella, and opened it inside-out, "Looks like we might be due for a big old storm of chaos!"
To Be Continued...
~Twilight Sparkle's POV~
Discord continued to laugh, rolling on the ground and his laughed, giggled and guffawed.
"And what are you laughing at!?" Pinkie Pie shouted in anger.
Discord wiped a tear from his eye, "Oh, you Ponies are just the most fun I've had in aeons."
"Well, quit it!" Pinkie shouted at him, "You'd better think before you laugh at the Pink...ie Pie!
Fluttershy smirked and raised a brow, "Oh, yeah?" Then she mockingly laughed, "Well ha, ha."
Pinkie turned to Fluttershy and shouted, "Quit it!"
"No." Fluttershy answered, then laughed again, "Ha, ha."
Pinkie covered her ears and yelled, "Quit it!"
Fluttershy smirked deviously, "No." Then laughed, "Ha ha-ha ha ha."
Applejack turned to Rarity, "Uh... Rarity?" She placed her hand over the large rock, "This here diamond of yours? Twilight said we should split it six ways since we, uh, found it together."
Rarity glared at Applejack and delivered a roundhouse kick, "HI-YAH! Try it, punk. He's mine. All mine!" Then she started kicking Applejack away from the rock, "Ya! Ya! Ya!"
I looked at my friends, who were fighting among each other, "Girls, why are you all acting like this? We need to stick together."
But nopony was listening to me. The only one that was staying away from the fights was Ellie, who just sat in a corner and sulked.
Discord chuckled, while sitting on a couch and eating popcorn, "It's just too entertaining."
I frowned at the Draconequus, "Stop it, Discord. You're not playing fair."
Discord raised a brow at me, "I'm not playing fair? Perhaps we haven't met." He stood up and walked toward me, "I'm Discord, spirit of chaos and disharmony. Hello?" Then he returned to his seat.
"How are we supposed to find the Elements of Harmony when you took away the labyrinth before we could get to the end?" I asked him.
Discord looked at me, "Oh, wait, did you...?" He laughed, "How funny! You thought the Elements were in the labyrinth?" He glanced at Ellie, "Wow, Little Eleanor is smarter than you."
I raised a brow, "What do you mean?"
Discord smirked and snapped his fingers. His magic transported me and Discord to the past, back in Canterlot Castle. The past Discord's words echoed in the hall.
"Twists and turns are my master plan. Then find the Elements back where you began."
Discord snapped his finger again and we were back where the labyrinth used to be.
"I never said they were in the labyrinth." He told me, "Eleanor figured that out a while ago."
I was lost for words, "But...but..." Then I gasped and turned to my best friend, "Ellie? You knew?"
Ellie looked at me, "Yeah. What of it?"
"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked her.
Ellie shrugged her shoulders, "What was the point?" Then she glared at me, "You never listen to me anyway..."
"Keep trying, Twilight Sparkle." Discord told me, then added mockingly, "Maybe the Magic of Friendship can help you." He turned to me, "Now if you'll excuse me, I have some chaos to wreak."
He snapped his fingers and disappeared in a flash of white light. Thunder clapped as a large group of cotton candy clouds came to the area and rained chocolate milk on top of us.
"Chocolate milk?" Pinkie frowned angrily, "I hate chocolate milk!"
I growled in frustration and tapped my temple, "Think, Twilight, think! 'Find the Elements back where you began'. Back where you began."
"Don't touch my gem!" Rarity shouted, as she tried to carry the rock, and Applejack hopped on top of it.
Fluttershy flew over and touched the rock with her hand, "I'm touching your gem, Rarity. Ha, ha."
"What 'chu laughin' at?" Pinkie shouted.
Ellie folded her arms and lowered her head, "Ugh. I just want to go home..."
I thought for a second, "Wait a minute..." Then clarity hit me and I smiled, "Home! 'Back where you began'!" I smiled at my best friend, "Great thinking, Ellie."
Ellie glanced at me, "Oh, now you listen?"
I turned to the path the lead to Ponyville, "The Elements must be in... Ponyville!" Then I encouraged the Girls, walking down the path, "Come on, girls. I'm certain this is what Discord's riddle really meant. If we get back to the library, I have a book that I just know can give us a clue."
Suddenly, Angel Bunny and his group of giraffe-legged rabbits stampede on top of me. Ellie looked over me and lightly smiled, "Okay. That was a little funny."
Fluttershy gave a cruel smile, "Good boy, Angel. Mama's so proud."
Suddenly, the sun went down and it was nightfall. Unfortunately, it was too dark to see anything in front of us.
"Wow, I can see so much better now." Applejack commented in sarcasm. She took a few steps and started slipping, "Whoa!" She lost her balance and slide across the path, knocking everyone down as she passed them. She stopped right behind me, "I meant to do that."
I tried to stand up, but the road was so slippery, I lost my balance and fell into the road once again. The sun came back up and we can see what Discord has done to the dirt roads. I frowned, "Discord's turned our dirt roads into soap!"
Discord came gliding across the soap road and smiled at me, "Beautiful, isn't it? This is the new and improved Ponyville, and these are only my first of changes."
Pinkie Pie came gliding past me like a figure skater. She frowned at me, "This may look like fun, but it's not."
I sighed in frustration, until Discord appeared beside me and picked me up to his height, "Picture it. The chaos capital of the world."
He held me up and the sun went down again, making everything dark again. I narrowed my eyes, "I can't picture anything. It's too dark."
Discord dropped me into the soap road, "Well, wait a few minutes and you'll see it in the beautiful light of day. Or not."
Then he disappeared in a flash of white light, leaving me and my friends in the dark of night.
I picked myself back to my hooves, and looked over to Ponyville, as my eyes adjusted to the darkness, "Ponyville, the chaos capital of the world? Not if I have anything to say about it."
"Don't worry, you won't." Fluttershy laughed, as she glide past me.
*A Little Bit Later, At Golden Oak Library...*
It took a while of struggling with the soap roads, but the Girls and I finally made it to the library. And it was daytime as well.
"Okay, we're here." I informed everyone, "Everyone please, please, please just go inside, please?"
Applejack was the first to enter the library, "I absolutely refuse." She turned more grey along the way inside.
Fluttershy was next, "With pleasure." Before she entered, she trampled on the flower bed near the entrance, turning more grey as well.
Pinkie Pie followed after, turning grey as well, "I hate libraries!"
Ellie followed after Pinkie Pie with a sad sigh. She turned more grey as well.
The last was Rarity, who was struggling to move her rock inside.
"Pleeeease, we gotta hurry!" I told her.
Rarity glared at me, "Forget it, Twilight. I know what you're up to. The second I go in, you'll have your little minion Spike come and take Tom!"
I raised a brow, "Tom?"
Rarity hugged the rock close, "Well, it's not going to work." She turned grey as well.
"You're not going in without him, are you?" I asked in a deadpan tone.
Rarity shook her head, "Mm-mm."
I sighed and picked up the rock over my back, "Fine!"
With that, Rarity and I made our way toward the library, but there was no way to get the rock into the entrance. I had to force a way in. I lowered the rock and kicked it into a wall. There's a way in.
Rarity gasped and hugged the rock, "Careful, Twilight! You'll ruin his beautiful finish."
I rolled my eyes and folded me arms, "Oh, for the love of..."
Spike walked up to me, "Twilight, what's going on? Why does everybody look so...gray?" Then he turned to Ellie and raised a brow in recognition, "Ellie? Is that you? Why are you a Pony?"
I shook my head, "Don't ask." Then I entered the library, "I need you to help me find something."
"Hey, Twilight, what's soaking wet and clueless?" Fluttershy asked me, carrying a bucket of water.
I rolled my eyes, "Fluttershy, I've had just about enough–" Before I could finish talking, Fluttershy dumped the bucket of water on top of me.
"Your face!" She smiled and dumped the bucket over my head.
"What's happened to everypony?" Spike exclaimed in confusion.
"I guess you just bring out the worst in us, Spike." Applejack answered.
I rolled my eyes and started looking around the bookshelves, "No time to explain. We've got to find the reference guide to the Elements of Harmony before..." I looked back at the Girls, "Somepony does something she'll regret!"
"The Elements of Harmony?" Spike smiled, "Oh, I know exactly where that book is." He climbed the ladder and pulled a familiar book out of the bookshelf, "Found it!"
But Fluttershy threw a scroll at his face and caught the book before it fell, "Hah!"
"Fluttershy, you'd better give me that book!" I warned her, getting really angrily frustrated.
"Keep away!" Fluttershy called in a sing-song voice, then she threw the book toward Applejack.
"Hey! Applejack, give me that book!" I told Applejack.
"I don't have any book." Applejack answered, as she threw the book to Pinkie Pie.
I dashed toward Pinkie, "Pinkie!" But Pinkie threw it back to Fluttershy, "You guys!" Fluttershy threw it to Applejack, "Stop it right now!" Applejack threw it back to Pinkie Pie.
Pinkie Pie threw the book back to Fluttershy, but Spike tackled Fluttershy out of the air and the book landed on the ground. I smiled in relief and was about to pick up the book, until Rarity scooped it into her arms and ran off, "Mine!"
I chased after her, "Hey, do you even know what you just stole?"
"No, but if you want it, I want it!" Rarity answered.
I tried to tackle Rarity, but she was too quick. My frustration an anger reached the boiling point and I yelled at the top of my lungs, "GIVE ME THAT BOOK!!!"
I chased after Rarity, dodging every obstacle she threw and kicked at me. Until Fluttershy picked her us and I rammed straight into Rarity's rock. I turned to Pinkie Pie and Applejack, "Where is she? Where's Rarity?"
"Beats me." Applejack answered.
"Lies!" I shouted, as I leaped into the air and got into a fight with Applejack and Pinkie Pie. Eventually, I was able to grab something and threw myself out of the fight.
I looked at what I grabbed and it was the Reference Guide to the Elements of Harmony. I smiled, but the Girls were slowly approaching me. Spike grabbed a scroll and leaped in between me and the Girls.
"Get back! All of you!" I told them, "This is my book, and I'm going to read it!" Everything went quiet and I opened the book. I looked inside and gasped with a smile, "The Elements! They were here all along!"
Ellie rolled her eyes, but said nothing. Then she rubbed her temples for a second with a small groan.
Spike smiled, "This is great! Now you guys can defeat Discord and put everything back to normal!"
I turned to the others, "See, girls? We did it! We found the Elements of Harmony! Together!"
But the Girls weren't interested. Rarity was polishing the rock. Fluttershy was flicking Pinkie Pie's mane, who was sitting with folded arms and an angry pout. Applejack was just lounging. And Ellie was sitting away from the Girls with a forlorn look on her face.
"You don't even care, do you?" I asked them.
"No!" All the Girls, except Ellie, answered.
I slightly frowned and lowered my head, "I never thought it would happen. My friends..." My expression turned angry and frustratedn "Have turned into complete jerks!" Then I used my magic to put the Elements of Harmony around my friends' necks, "Necklace! Necklace! Necklace! Necklace! Necklace! And... Big crown thingy!" Then I marched out of the library, "Come on, everypony, let's go!"
Spike ran up to me to speak up, "But Twilight, aren't you missing somepony?"
I shook my head, "Nope. We've got the liar, the grump, the nihilist, the hoarder, and the brute. That just about covers it."
"But what about Rainbow Dash?" Spike asked me.
I didn't have time to look for Rainbow Dash right about now. I have to find a substitute. And I know just where to find one.
I smiled and put the Element of Loyalty around Spike's neck, "Congratulations, Spike, you're the new Rainbow Dash. Now let's go!"
Spike gasped and then asked, "Me? B-b-but what if she finds out I've been impersonating her?" He moaned with a look of horror on his face, "That won't end well."
"Too bad, you're Rainbow Dash." I told him, "Now let's go defeat Discord, so we don't ever have to talk to each other again!"
Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Applejack cheered and exit the library. Ellie was about to follow, but she rubbed her temples again. She looked like she was in pain. But I didn't have time to be concerned. Rarity was struggling to push her rock out of the library.
"Move!" I shouted at Ellie and Rarity.
Then I used my magic to lift the large rock into the air, "Look out, here comes Tom!"
I threw the rock out of the library, almost on top of Pinkie Pie, but she moved out of the way before the rock landed.
Then Discord appeared in front of us, "Well, well, well, I see you've found the Elements of Harmony. How terrifying!"
I furrowed my brows and scowled at the mischievous Draconequus, "Discord! I've figured out your lame riddle. You're in for it now!"
"I certainly am." Discord answered, "You've clearly out-dueled me, and now it's time to meet my fate." He put on a pair of sunglasses, "I'm prepared to be defeated now, ladies." Then he created a target on his abdomen, "Fire when ready."
"Formation, now!" I told the Girls.
The Girls gathered behind me with deadpan looks on their faces, "Eh."
I turned to Spike, who was hiding behind Rarity's rock, "'Rainbow Dash', get over here."
Spike swallowed a lump in this throat and joined us. I nodded, "All right, let's get this over with."
The Girls and I closed our eyes and the Elements of Harmony started glowing. Ellie's body started glowing and levitating into the air, ready to become the rainbow. But, the glowing stopped and everyone fell onto the ground. Nothing happened.
"What's going on?" I wondered.
"Mine's workin'." Applejack answered, then glanced at me, "There must be somethin' wrong with yours."
"I hate the Elements of Harmony!" Pinkie shouted in anger.
Eleanor looked at her Element of Harmony and lowered her head with a sigh.
Fluttershy took off the Element of Kindness and frowned, "Hmph!" Then she threw it aside, "Garbage."
The Element of Kindness landed on the ground, and Rarity smiled greedily and picked it up, "MINE!"
Spike frowned and lowered his head, "Sorry, Twilight. I guess I'd better get back upstairs and clean up the library." He made his way back to the library, "Good luck with all this–" But Fluttershy hovered over and tripped the baby Dragon over with her tail, "Whoa!"
"Oops, sorry, Rainbow Crash." Fluttershy smiled mockingly and gave a cruel chuckle.
"Bravo, ponies, bravo!" Discord praised, clapping his paw and claw, "Harmony in Equestria is officially dead. Discord rules, Celestia drools."
I growled at the Draconequus, as he glided across the soap road, disappearing into the distance.
"It's your fault it didn't work." Pinkie frowned.
"Who are you talking to?" I asked.
"Any of you! ALL OF YOU!" She answered, then walked off, "I'm outta here!"
Applejack nodded and made her way back to Sweet Apple Acres, "I better go, too. I've got new better friends waiting for me at the farm."
Rarity said nothing but started taking her rock back with her to the boutique. Fluttershy nodded and flew off, "Yeah! I'm sick of you losers."
"FINE! Leave! See if I care! I don't need you guys either!" I shouted, "With friends like you, who needs..." I lowered my head sadly, "Enemies...?"
I guess I was wrong about my friends. I never belonged in Ponyville. I don't belong anywhere. Nopony wants me. Nopony needs me...
~Eleanor's POV~
I watched as Twilight's purple hue turn grey and dull. A tear fell from her eye and it fell to the ground in the form of a broken heart.
I raised a brow in concern, "T-Twilight?"
Another pulse of pain surged through my head, but I didn't bother to react. Since everyone was gone, it was time I left too. I don't care where. I just wanted to vanish from everyone's memory.
I entered the library and walked up to my room. I grabbed my suitcase and started packing my clothes and things. Until I reached for the bedside drawer and my journal fell to the ground. Curious, I picked up my journal and began looking through the pages. I remember these entries, I've written them during our time in Ponyville.
"Real friends don't care what your cover is."
"Friendship is a wondrous and powerful thing."
"And like the path cut through the orchard, there will always be a way through."
"The best thing to do is stay true to yourself."
"Everypony has a special magical connection with her friends. Maybe even before she's met them."
My eyes widen in shock and clarity. I can't believe I let Discord fool me into thinking that nothing matters. Everything matters! Even friendship and magic matter! How could I have been so blind and naïve! I have to find a way to fix this! But I can't do this alone! *Gasp* Twilight! Fluttershy! Applejack! Rarity! Rainbow Dash! Pinkie Pie! I have to save them!
I closed my book and looked behind to see Twilight. She had her suitcase on top of her bed and removed the Element of Magic from her head.
"Eleanor. Spike. Pack your things. We're leaving Ponyville." She told us.
Spike jumped in shock, "What?! Leaving Ponyville?! But this is our home!"
Twilight shook her head and put the Element in the trash can, "Not anymore."
I walked over to Twilight and rested my hands over her shoulders, "How can you say that, Twilight? We have friends here. Ponies that care about us. This isn't you."
Suddenly, my hands started glowing in a green aura. Twilight and I looked at my hands in curiosity. I looked at Twilight and noticed where I touched her were starting to turn purple again. With determination, I placed my glowing hands over Twilight's cheeks and pressed my forehead over hers. Memories of happiness and friendship flooded our minds and Twilight's grey hue vanished into purple, sapphire blue with pink and purple streaks and violet.
I took a step away from Twilight and she shook her head, "Wha? What happened? Where is everyone?"
I smiled and placed my hand over her shoulder, "Everything is fine now." Then encouraged, "Come on! We gotta find the others!"
Twilight smiled and followed me out of the Golden Oak Library. First of our list... Applejack.
*At Sweet Apple Acres...*
Twilight and I arrived at Sweet Apple Acres. Not much has changed, except for that Big McIntosh is now acting like a dog and Granny Smith is dancing with a cane.
We found Applejack talking to Granny Smith, "And so I tried to defeat Discord, but none of my so-called 'friends' would lift a finger to help me."
"Applejack!" Twilight called, "I'm here to fight for our friendship."
Suddenly, Big McIntosh emerged from the ground and licked me and Twilight on the cheek.
Applejack frowned, "Oh, now you want to fight. Where you went when I was battlin' Discord?"
I walked toward Applejack, forced her to turn to me and placed my hands over her cheeks, as they started glowing again, "Snap out of it, AJ. This isn't you! You're not a liar."
I pressed my forehead over Applejack's forehead and memories of her friendship and honesty flashed within our joined minds. I took a step back and Applejack returned to normal with a confused look on her face.
Applejack shook her head, "Wh-what happened?"
Twilight turned to me, "Where did you learn to do that?"
I looked at my hands, "I don't know. I don't even know what it is."
Twilight smiled, "I do. That is Order Magic. Very powerful magic that can counter Discord's magic. Only the most talented of sorcerers can control it. You must be a very powerful sorcerer." I smiled with a light blush.
Applejack turned to me and Twilight, "Ellie? Twilight!" She gave us an apologetic look and removed her hat, "I saw a vision of us feudin' and fightin'. I couldn't face the truth, so I started tellin' lies. Can you ever forgive me?"
Twilight smiled at AJ, "We already have." Then we ran off to the nearest house, "Come on!"
Applejack smiled and followed Twilight and I to Fluttershy's cottage. With her cruel behavior, Fluttershy fought back, as we tried to pin her to the ground. Applejack used her lasso and was able to bind Fluttershy's wings, arms and legs, so she couldn't move.
I placed my glowing hands over her temples and pressed my forehead over hers, using my new magic to restore Fluttershy back to normal. The spell worked and Fluttershy returned to her timid and gentle self.
"Oh no!" She gasped, "Twilight, Ellie, Applejack, I just had the worst dream!"
*Later, at Rarity's Boutique...*
Fluttershy, Applejack, Twilight and I arrived at Rarity's Boutique. Rarity saw us and glared, "What do you think you're doing?" She hugged closely to her large rock, as I walked toward her. She took an offensive stance, ready to fight, "Get away from my gem!"
Applejack and Twilight pinned her against the rock, as I put my hands over her cheeks, "Get away--!" I pressed my forehead against Rarity's and used my magic to return Rarity to normal. Twilight and Applejack let go of the fashionista Unicorn and she turned to see the rock.
Without a moment to spare, Rarity moved the rock out of her boutique, "Let us never speak of this again."
Later, the Girls and I found Pinkie Pie and returned her back into her bubbly and fun-loving self. The first thing she did was burst into laughter in recollection of her actions, "And I-I turned grey! Can you believe it?!"
Okay. Twilight Sparkle... Check. Applejack... Check. Fluttershy... Check. Rarity... Check. Pinkie Pie... Check. All that was left was Rainbow Dash. The Girls and I traveled across Ponyville to find Rainbow Dash's cloud-house. Since Fluttershy was the only one of us that can fly, she flew toward the house and looked through the windows for Rainbow Dash.
She gasped and informed us, "She's not here."
"Without Rainbow Dash, we can't use the Elements." Twilight summarized, as Fluttershy returned to us.
"She could be anywhere by now!" Applejack exclaimed, "We're never gonna find her."
Pinkie Pie looked up at the clouds and spoke up, "Yeah, we will, 'cause she's right there!"
The Girls and I followed Pinkie's gaze and found Rainbow Dash lounging on a small cloud. Twilight gasped, "Rainbow Dash!"
Rainbow Dash waved her hand, not looking at us, "Hey, guys!"
"We've been looking everywhere for you!" Twilight told the grey Pegasus.
Rainbow Dash nodded, "That's nice."
"Discord's still on the loose!" Twilight told her, "We need you to help us defeat him with your element, Loyalty!"
Rainbow Dash scoffed and waved her hand, "Loyalty, schmoyalty!" She turned to look at us, "Have you guys seen Ponyville? It's a disaster!" She returned to lounging, "I'm staying here in Cloudsdale where everything's awesome."
"How in Equestria can she think that tiny patch of clouds is Cloudsdale?" Rarity wondered.
"The same way he got you to think that cheap rock was a bona fide diamond." Applejack answered, teasing a smile.
Rarity glared at the orange farm-pony, "I thought we agreed never to speak of that again."
"Time for Plan B." Twilight smirked.
*A Little Bit Later...*
Using Twilight's hot-air balloon, the Girls and I elevated just above Rainbow Dash, as she slept on the small cloud, unaware of our presence.
Twilight turned to Fluttershy, "Okay, Fluttershy, you grab Rainbow Dash and hold her down." She glanced at Applejack, who was sitting on top of the balloon and waved, "Applejack will lower Ellie down from this rope so she can cast her magic on her."
Fluttershy smiled and saluted, "Got it!" She flew over to Rainbow Dash, ready to tackle her, but hesitated and nudged the grey Pegasus awake, "Um...I'm just wondering if it's okay if I hold you down against your will for a little bit?"
Twilight face-palmed and shook her head, "Ugh..."
Rainbow Dash flew up to Fluttershy and scoffed, "Nice try! Ponyville's your problem, not mine." With that, she grabbed the cloud and flew off.
I tied some rope around my wrists and lowered it to Fluttershy's level, "Come on, Fluttershy, we've got to catch her."
Fluttershy nodded, grabbed the rope and chased after Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash noticed us and began flying laps around us, showing off her speed.
I grabbed another piece of rope and threw it to Applejack, "Applejack!"
Applejack caught the rope and lassoed it toward Rainbow Dash. The lasso caught Rainbow Dash, but she continued flying faster. And the rope wasn't secured, so it wrapped around Rarity and Pinkie's hooves and launched them out of the hot-air balloon and flying close behind Rainbow Dash, "WHOA!"
"PINKIE! You were supposed to secure the rope!" Rarity shouted to Pinkie.
"Oops." Pinkie answered with a sheepish smile.
Luckily, the weight of the two Ponies was weighing Rainbow Dash, slowing her down. Applejack noticed and called, "Rarity, Pinkie, hold on! Y'all are slowing her down!"
But Rainbow Dash was still ahead of us, and out of our reach.
"Oh, Fluttershy, would you be a dear and FLY FASTER, please?" Rarity called to Fluttershy.
Fluttershy whimpered with tears running down her cheeks, "I can't!"
"If you can't catch her, Discord wins!" Twilight told her.
That triggered something in Fluttershy, as she growled in anger, "That big... dumb... MEANIE!"
Fluttershy flew at full speed and we were able to catch up with Rainbow Dash. I grabbed the last piece of rope and shouted to Applejack, "Okay, Applejack, last rope! Make it count!"
I threw the rope to Applejack. Applejack lassoed and threw the rope toward Rainbow Dash. Bullseye! Rainbow Dash stopped in her tracks and let go of the cloud. With Rainbow Dash finally caught, we can return to the ground and plan our next course of action.
We reached a clearing and tried a rope around Rainbow Dash's wings, so she couldn't fly away. Rainbow Dash struggled against the rope, going on all-fours and kicking the air, "Lemme go! I don't need you guys! Leave me alone!"
I placed my hands over Rainbow Dash's cheeks and pressed my forehead against hers, performing my magic once again. Rainbow Dash's color returned to her and she was back to normal.
~Rainbow Dash's POV~
I opened my eyes and rubbed my temples as dizziness and confusion filled my mind, "Wh-what happened?" The last thing I remember was... *Gasp* Discord!
"How's Ponyville?" I asked the Girls, "Where are the Elements?!" I tackled Applejack to the ground, "Did we stop Discord?"
"Good to see you back to normal, Rainbow Dash." A familiar voice spoke to me from the others.
I turned to the source and found it belonged to a strange Earth Pony mare. Her fur was a pale green with darker green nails, hooves, white freckles under her familiar hazel eyes, and white underbelly. Long ginger-red mane and tail with rusty red streaks and ombre. She wore a familiar white collared shirt under a dark grey sweater-vest and black khaki pants, that looked a little too small on her.
What was strange about her was that she had gills in her neck and a fish-like fin on her back. Like her tribe was in the aquatic nature. Like the Deep One Ponies from the Everfree Forest and the deep oceans of Equestria.
I looked at the green mare's hazel eyes and recognition came to me, "Ellie? You're a Pony? I thought you were human. What happened to you?"
"Discord happened." The mare, Ellie, answered with a frown. Then she smiled at me, "But we're gonna show him how it feels to have no friends."
With that, the Girls and Ellie cheered, gathered around me in a group hug. But our reunion was cut short, as we remembered Discord was still on the loose.
"Maybe it's a little early for a group hug." Twilight suggested.
*A Little Later, At Discord's Throne...*
~Eleanor's POV~
With our friends back together and back to their normal selves, the Girls and I gather the Elements of Harmony and made our way to Discord's throne.
Discord laughed, and grabbed a glass of chocolate milk from a cotton candy raincloud, "Chaos is a wonderful, wonderful thing."
"Not as wonderful as friendship." Twilight answered back with a smile.
Discord rolled his eyes, "Oh, this again?" He drank the glass, but left the chocolate milk. He threw it aside and it vanished in an explosion.
"That's right." Applejack spoke up, "You couldn't break apart our friendship for long."
Discord raised his paw to Applejack, "Oh, Applejack, don't lie to me." The Element of Harmony lifted Applejack toward Discord, "I'm the one who made you a liar." He raised his claw and did the same to the others, "Will you ever learn?"
My body glowed in a magical aura again. I teleported in the middle of the Girls and created a forcefield around me and the Girls. The forcefield moved us away from Discord and down to the ground.
"I'll tell you what we've learned Discord." Twilight told the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, "We've learned that friendship isn't always easy. But there's no doubt it's worth fighting for."
Discord's face twisted in disgust, "Ugh, gag. Fine, go ahead, try and use your little Elements, 'frenemies'. Just make it quick." He teleported back to his throne, "I'm missing some excellent chaos here."
Twilight smiled, "All right, ladies, let's show him what friendship can do!"
"Wait-wait-wait!" Pinkie shouted, as she drank chocolate milk from a cotton candy cloud nearby. Once she had her fill, she rejoined us.
The Girls and I closed our eyes and began calling upon the magic of the Elements of Harmony. The Elements' magic began shooting rays of magic toward Discord.
Discord raised a brow in confusion, "Huh. What's this?"
The Elements magic levitated my body into the air, ready to combine themselves with my newfound power. Discord grimaced, "No." I opened my eyes and fired a rainbow of Harmony and Order Magic towards Discord, "NOOOO!!!"
The magic hit Discord and turned him into stone once again. With Discord defeated, there was a large explosion of magic and light, and everything that the Draconequus altered has returned to normal. The magic subsided and I levitated back to the ground, with the Girls.
I looked over the fallen over petrified Draconequus and lightly sighed, "Well, so much for asking to be turned back to normal."
"Um... Actually... I kinda like you better the way you are now." Fluttershy spoke up with a small blush.
Twilight nodded in agreement, "It suits you."
Pinkie Pie bounced and threw her arms around me, "Pony Hug!"
Rarity nodded, "Of course. Your green coat really blends with your eyes and mane." Then she studied my form, "Speaking of your mane, it really needs to be styled. And that outfit doesn't look like it fits anymore."
I looked over my new mane and attire. I casually shrugged and smiled, "I guess." Then I looked at Rarity, "Rarity, would you-"
Rarity instantly smiled with stars in her eyes, "Oh, Ellie, I thought you'd never ask."
Then Applejack rubbed her chin in thought, "Well... Since you're a Pony now... We can't call you Eleanor Carter anymore." She looked at Ellie, "You need a Pony Name."
Pinkie Pie gasped and raised her hand, "I got one! How about... Minty Streaks? Or... Evergreen? No! No! Spring Breeze!"
Rainbow Dash stuck her tongue out, "Too obvious. It needs to be cooler." She looked over my new form and smiled, "How about Shamrock Mint?"
Rarity scoffed, "Too much, darling. I was thinking something more glamorous. How about Jade or Morgana?"
Fluttershy shook her head, "I think that is too simple. I was thinking something to fits her personality. Maybe... Harmony?"
I rubbed my chin in thought about the names and smiled, "I think they're all good names. But they don't feel right." I turned to Applejack, "What are your thoughts, Applejack?"
Applejack rubbed her chin in thought, "Well... I used to have a cousin named Ispywitch." She smiled, "Why not choose that name?"
I thought for a moment about the name, "Ipsywitch... Ipsywitch..." I smiled and nodded, "I like it, Applejack. I choose Ispywitch."
The Girls smiled and threw their arms around me. Welcoming me to my new life as a Pony. I smiled, but it gradually turned into a frown. What about my family? Will they be able to recognize me as easily as my friends have? Or will they disown me and never contact me again?
*The Next Day, In Canterlot Castle...*
The Girls and I entered the Main Throne Room of Canterlot Castle, as a large audience of Ponies gathered in celebration of our victory against Discord.
We stood in front of Princess Celestia, as she announced to the audience, "We are gathered here today to once again honor the heroism of these seven friends who stood up to the villain Discord and saved Equestria from eternal chaos."
The audience cheered and shouted in celebration. With her magic, Princess Celestia unveiled another stain glass window, showing our victory against Discord. The audience continued to cheer.
