Magic is supposed to be the beating heart of Equestria, it's supposed to be in everything. It's a resource that can be used by nearly everypony, but what happens when that idea that was so fervently believed is destroyed? And by those you called friends? Magic flows with the gift of life, but it's never supposed to be cold.

She knew she probably shouldn't have took matter into her own hooves but no one listened to her, so she decided she would figure it out herself. The punishment, left her heartbroken and cold. Everything felt cold, her magic felt lifeless. This new land outside of Equestria didn't help either, it just reminded her of what she lost, what was stolen from her by those she trusted. She just knew one thing, spite is a very good motivating factor.
