Seris Aarons sat on a large boulder, glancing around before looking into the air above her, snapping her fingers. What looked like a heat haze appeared 10 feet over head before it faded away. The woman smiled proudly before reaching into her bag and pulling out a hard cover book. She opened 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' to a marked page and began reading eagerly, instantly lost in the words.
After about 10 minutes, Seris became aware of an odd tingle in the back of her mind. Her Intruder Charm was going off, warning her someone was getting closer. Her other charms to detect ill intent or concealment made no noise, so it was possible the intruder meant no harm. Still, Seris pretended to be calm and relaxed, still reading while secretly preparing a fire ball spell. She waited and listened, the sounds of forest birds and insects all around her. Wind blowing through leaves, a squirrel chattering over head.
Soon enough, all the birds and insects go quiet as someone can be heard, moving through the brush, muttering as they get caught on vines and branches. Seris locked onto the spot where the sounds were coming from. She still felt no warnings about attack or concealment, and noted that the figure made no effort to slow or quiet their steps as they moved. A pleasant surprise met Seris as the figure finally stepped out into the clearing, careful not to tangle their shirt or pants in the vines. They looked up and froze upon seeing Seris watching them.
He was a human male, mid 30's like Seris. He was slightly shorter than her, at only 5 foot, and skinny, his dark brown hair was sweaty on his forehead. He had a small beard on his chin and his dark blue eyes stared at Seris, as if he was transfixed, his mouth slightly open. He seemed surprised to see her, though not at all displeased.
Seris smirked, realizing that the man was looking her over with 'interest', which she was enjoying. She took note as his eyes traveled from her own light green ones to her fiery red/orange short but wavy hair, down past her red lips to the pale skin of her neck. As if drawn by some magic force, his eyes followed her neck down to her cleavage, carefully exposed by the sleeveless short and low cut orange vest, and to her midriff just above her short blue skirt and orange boots. He shook himself suddenly, and blushed as his eyes shot back up to hers, realizing too late, that he had been 'wandering'.
Seris only grinned, enjoying his glances at her body. She enjoyed it when people stared at her.~ It made her feel 'pretty'. It also helped that she herself found some kind of attraction to the man. There was a magical element to him she couldn't quite figure out...yet. Seris just shrugged, crossing her legs and resting an elbow on her left knee, while placing her chin in her hand to smirk at the man. She waited, deciding to let him speak first.
After a minute or two, the man seemed to come to himself. He at least realized his mouth was open, closing it quickly. He coughed nervously, collecting his thoughts, then returned her smile.
"Hello." He said softly, stepping forward, holding out his hand.
Still sitting, Seris shook it. "Hello.~ What can I do for you, Love?~"
He blushes at that. "Well, my name is Ubik. And I seem to be lost. Do you know where we are?"
"Well, I know we're on the plain of Gaia, and this forest is just outside of The Kingdom of Equestria. As to the exact location, near the Capital, I think." She shrugs.
Ubik blinks. "...Gaia? Equestria? Sorry, I've never heard of such places. Are they anywhere in Italy?"
Seris frowns. "Name the planet you live on."
"Earth, of course." Ubik replies, more confused.
"Ah, I see." Seris grimaces, understanding now why she felt magic from Ubik. "Well, which 'Earth'?"
"Pardon?"
"Yeah, I thought so." Seris sighs. "Hate to break this to you, but you are no longer in your own realm of reality. It seems like you passed through the Nexus, a connecting point for all Realities in the Multiverse. I assume you went through some kind of light show before finding yourself in the woods?"
He nods, looking dumbfounded. "Y-Yeah. All these colors and spinning sounds, then I came out into this clearing."
"You stepped through a warp tunnel and ended up here. Those things are tricky. Just count yourself lucky it moved all your pieces to the right place. I met a guy once whose top half made it here, but his bottom half went to a different universe."
Ubik groaned and seemed to collapse onto his knees, holding his face. "...What do I do? Where can I go?"
Seris stood quickly, moving over to him and placing a hand on his shoulder. She knelled and lifted his chin so he could look into her face. She smiled at him.
"Its ok. I promise you you'll be alright, or my name isn't Seris the Mage." She said boldly.
Ubik smirked a little. "Seris the 'Mage'?"
"Well, Seris Aarons, actually. And I'm not a real 'Mage', but I liked the sound of it. So, I named myself as such."
Ubik's eyes widened in wonder. "Does...Does that mean you're a magic user?"
She grins playfully. "Want to see?~"
Ubik nodded eagerly. Smiling at the sight, Seris stands up to her full 5'7 height, and raises her hand. She snaps her fingers and suddenly,
Ubik was hit with a feeling of vertigo, everything going blurry. Soon, his vision cleared and Ubik was able to stand again...Only then did he realize what happened.
He had shrunk less than 2 inches tall, struggling as he tried to remain standing as he was now in the palm of Seris' left hand. The fiery haired Mage herself was smirking softly at him, her palm close to her face for Ubik to get a good view. Each breath from her nose washed over him as he stared. When she spoke, it was in a soft whisper that was none the less clear and loud to the shrunken man.
"Tada.~" She giggled.
"You...You shrank me?" Ubik said, both alarmed and slightly excited.
She winks at him. "Don't worry. I can reverse it at anytime. Plus, you are completely safe in my care like this. You have my word."
Ubik watches her, uneasy.
"I make a vow to protect you while you travel with me." She promises. "If that is what you choose."
Seris waited for Ubik's answer, staring kindly down at him. Ubik glanced around nervously. He was scared, that was true. Lost, and seemingly in a land not his own, tiny in the hands of a stranger. That said, she was beautiful, and had been kind up to now. And, if he was honest, the idea of traveling with her like this did spark some excitement inside him. His eyes fell to her massive cleavage just below, and a smile grew on his face. Seris pretended not to notice.
"What will you do?" He asked.
"I'll take you with me. I'm meeting up with my brother, Drizzit, in Canterlot, a few hours walk from here. There, I can help you start to figure things out, if you'll have me." Seris smiles brightly.
"And, if I agree, will you leave me at this size? Can I...Can I pick where I'll ride?" His eyes lingered on Seris cleavage.
She smirked, bringing him right up to her giant lips as she kissed him and whispered softly. "I might, if you ask nicely.~"
Five minutes later, Seris was walking along again, book put away in her back, and a little 'passenger' riding in her top. Ubik's head could be seen poking out from between Seris' large, slightly sweaty breasts, held firm by them and her bra. She grinned down at him happily as she walked, the two sharing tales about each other and their interests as the 'giantess' and her 'rider' walked to the City of Ayonoree, and the Warehouse within...
