Pinkie and Derpy's Camping trip to Celestia's Island Megafortress Prison
"Alright Derpy are you ready for our very first Summer Camp?" Pinkie asks while carrying the rest of their luggage on her back. Pinkie has decided to list the rest of their supplies for the trip after learning that Derpy can't carry and deliver bigger stuff like a bed or cabinet. "She should probably stick to mails and small packages for now". Pinkie thought to herself.
"Oh boy would I! I've never been to Trottingham before!" Derpy chirped as they got off the carriage and into the docks while waiting for the ship that will take them to their destination. "Come on Pinkie! We have to get moving or we will miss the Summer Cruise Ship!" Derpy says as she runs off to the edge of the docks and pulls out a pair of binoculars to spot their ride. One of the rare times where Derpy's eyes starts to alight when focused as she looks out to the ocean.
"1... 2... 3... 4....5..." Pinkie counts the Bits as she hands the fare to the carriage driver who probably charged them extra after having stacking up heavy packages on top of the carriage, box after box of food and more knick knacks that Derpy probably want to bring along like her Mr. Muffin plush.
While Pinkie Pie was counting the Bits to pay the carriage driver and Derpy looking off into the other direction, A large cruise ship heads for the docks as Miss Cheerilee, The Cutie Mark Crusaders, Diamond Tiara, SilverSpoon, Snips and Snails as well as other fillies and colts trot inside the fancy cruise ship as it sails off to Trottingham where the Summer Fun Camp was.
"118... 119... 120! Well that's your fare and the tip Mister Driver ! Thank you very much!" Pinkie waves off the driver on the seat as well as the six stallions pulling it as they ride off, a long way back to Ponyville. "Anything for you Pinkie!!" Shouts the driver and six stallions, happy with Pinkie's tip. As Pinkie Pie was paying off the driver, a large gray prison ship arrives at the docks as a long line of stallions wearing shackles lined up to board the sea ride, wearing striped prison uniforms, complete with hats.
"Oh hey look! Our rides here!" Derpy exclaims as she flies off inside the prison ship, oblivious that this is not the summer cruise ship that they were waiting for. "Race you to the ship Pinkie! Last one's in is a rotten egg!" Pinkie runs off to join her friend for a ride when she suddenly stops in front of the warden, A large muscular earth pony with red eyes, a brown coat and a black mane. He wearing dog tags on his neck which is his Cutie Mark.
"Why hello there Mister Camp Instructor Sir! My name is Pinkie Pie! What's yours? *Gasp!* But never mind that! I'm sure that we would all get to know each other sooner or later on this summer funny fun fun trip! Toodles!" Pinkie Pie gives him a large briefcase but not before she turns back to the warden and throws one bit at his hat. "The rest of our stuff is over there! Oh i almost forgot the tip! Hehehe silly me!"
The warden growls and gets so angry that his eyes burned through the wooden briefcase that Pinkie tossed to him. "WE'RE TAKING OFF!! MOVE!! MOVE!!" The warden throws Pinkie's briefcases into the ocean as he rides in the prison ship off to Black Skull Island.
Pinkie Pie looks out on the barred window and sees the fancy cruise ship and she and Derpy are supposed to be on. "Boy, that looked like a boring boat to be on, huh, guys?" Pinkie starts bouncing on her hooves and smiling but the prisoners are not. They're sitting there, on benches in the middle of the room, with annoyed-mean expression on their face. A light bulb is swinging around in the metal ceiling of the ship. "Guys?" Pinkie asks the prisoners with a confused look on her face.
Lightning strikes as the prison ship arrives at Celestia's Island Megafortress Prison. A small island, filled with rocky, pointy-edged, rocks that seem it would kill you if you touched it. There's a giant fortress in the middle, with barbed wire at the top, and an open room in the middle.
"Move it pony dweeb! Youv'e been smelling like smoke bombs ever since we got into this grease trap!!" Gilda growls in annoyance as she pushes Trixie to get a good distance from her. "Well i hope your satisfied that Trixie is calming her nerves right now because if it wasn't for these prison chains, Trixie would cast a banishing spell on you!!"
As the prisoners are herded off to the corner and the door slams opened, the prisoners watch in silence, with sweat dripping down on their faces but Pinkie and Derpy are having that same look. Pinkie and Derpy have their mouths shaped like an "o", with them looking at the Warden in amazement.
The warden trots over to inspect the prisoners giving them the stink eye, as every heavy step he makes makes a small crack in the ground. "Welcome to Black Skull Island! Specifically Celestia's Island Megafortress Prison!!"
"Woohoo!! Alright!!" Pinkie jumps into the air as she fires off her party cannon causing confetti, balloons and cupcakes to fly away. "Oh yeah!! Oh yeah!! Uh huh!! Uh huh!! Take that and that! Yeah!!" Derpy exclaims as she dances in the air with Pinkie who has now the party canon on her back much to the surprise of Trixie, Gilda and Tempest who were also wearing striped prison uniforms.
"What in the borders of Equestria just insulted my ear drum!? Could that had been an unrequested sound-off? Well, it must had been my imagination! And you can all thank your lucky stars that..!!" The warden trots over to the captured ponies and gets into the prisoner's faces as he crushes a stone under his hoof causing the prisoners to flinched back. "I have a very active imagination! Because it so happens that it is my sworn duty to think of fun things to do with the trash that society has thrown away!!"
Derpy whispers to Pinkie "I had always preferred to recycle." Everyone starts to snicker, except the Warden who blows his whistle once more causing all of the captures ponies to stand in attention as the warden gets into Pinkie and Derpy's faces, glaring at them.
"Sweet Celestia!! We got ourselves a couple of "rabble rousers." What's your name lassie?!"
"Pinkie Pie!" The Pink Mare says it very happily bouncing up and down on her hooves.
"And are you a rabble rouser?"
Pinkie still oblivious of what's happening just chuckles. "Hehehe! Funny you should ask... once I had..."
"Well, I hope you aren't, because you sure look mighty tasty. It isn't too soon after breakfast for me to want to chew somebody's head off!"
"Actually, I am a little hungry." Derpy whispers to Pinkie.
"Hungry?! Vice Warden, fetch these two poor hungry souls a snack. On the double!" The Vice Warden then comes back and throws cement blocks in front of them. Pinkie and Derpy takes a good look at the cement blocks and starts eating them much to the shock of the prisoners.
"Ohh. These guys are tough!" One prisoner says to his cellmate who just nods in return.
"The food coma is setting in." Derpy exclaims as she lets out a loud burp while wiping her mouth with a handkerchief.
"Yeah. I could use a nap." Pinkie replies with a yawn, getting ready to settle down when the Warden comes up quickly, and startles them. "Did you just say nap?! Well, I know the perfect place for you two to go digest that meal."
Pinkie and Derpy smiles as they were both led by the crowd of prisoners in a hole in the ground that's shaped like a cube, and with a barred window-like door at the top. "A couple days in the hole never hurt anypony hahahaha!" The warden keeps laughing maniacally as the prisoners close the door as Pinkie and Derpy are laying on a variety of corpses.
"This camp is very upscale!" Pinkie exclaims as Gilda, Trixie and Tempest are forced to carrying a metal tub labeled "sludge" on it. At the top some sludge is dripping out as the sludge has a bone, shoe, and an eyeball in it. "I'M SORRY... IM SORRY..!!" Tempest whispers to Pinkie and Derpy as she quickly regrets doing this dastardly deed after everything that Twilight and her friends did for her. Gilda and Trixie also had looks of pity for the two ponies as they thought that this was too low even for them since Gilda already reconciled with Rainbow Dash in Griffonstone and Trixie is has been best friends with Starlight ever since.
"I had no idea that they had a hot tub!" Derpy chirped.
"Alright! Let them out!!" The Warden says with a commanding tone to his voice as the Vice Warden opens the door and the Warden looks at the prisoners. "Now pay attention, worms. Watch the way they crawl out on their bellies, begging for mercy, and see what's waiting for you, next time you fell up to same way these two did!!" The Warden takes a look at Pinkie and Derpy who are all chubby but perfectly fine nonetheless, much to the disappointment of the Warden with a facehoof.
Trixie, Gilda and Tempest all looked at each other with a nervous look on their faces but as they saw Pinkie and Derpy look completely fine, The three prisoners breathe a sigh of relief.
"So it looks like Pinkie and Derpy survived the torture after all. I've been getting really worried for the twerps". Says Gilda.
"Meh... They've been through worse." Tempest replies with a shrug.
Trixie looks at Pinkie and Derpy as a tear rolls down her cheek. "You can really learn a lot from those two.. Friendship really is magic..!" Trixie says as she wipes her tears and blows her muzzle with the tissues. "Lets promise never to leave each other ever again!"
"Agreed!" Says the trio of reformed villains as they gave each other a hoofbump/fistbump.
"Woweee! That hit the spot" Pinkie says as she lets out a small burp creating brown bubbles in the air. "It was quite an enjoyable soap, but it wasn't until this girl got thirsty and decided to drink the bath water!"
"Not bad! Except for this aftertaste". Derpy lets out a huge burp as her breath reaches its way to the Warden and the Warden smells it. His eyes get big in disgust and the prisoners are now coughing, because it smells so bad much to the growing irritation of the warden.
The warden quickly cracks his whip so loudly that the force cuts a large stone in two, silencing all of the prisoners who quickly stand in attention. "Cut your traps, all of you!! Because of that little outburst, I am going to treat you all to an activity so heart-wrenchingly boring, it physically exhausting, that it is guaranteed to render your souls broken beyond repair!!"
"Yay!!" Pinkie and Derpy jumped for joy as Pinkie Pie blew her party cannon much to the irritation of the warden.
After being lined up for inspection once more, the prisoners are at a mine where they are forced to mine the rocks. They all look bored, except for Pinkie and Derpy.
"Hey look! Its Tempest, Gilda and Trixie! Lets say hello!" Says Derpy as Pinkie quickly trots over to where the three reformed villains are mining rocks much to the disappointment of Trixie by this act of slavery.
"This is too low of a punishment even for me.. The Great and Powerful Trixie shall not be subjected to this!" Trixie exclaims as she wipes off a sweat from her brow.
"Hey mining rocks is decent line of work! Thats how my family earns a living!" Pinkie says as she was slighty offended by Trixie's words as she grew up in the rock farm.
"Oh sorry Pinkie! Trixie would like to apologize if that offended" Trixie says giving Pinkie a sheepish smile on her face.
"Oh its okay Trixie! Here have a cupcake!" Pinkie pulls out a chocolate and vanilla cupcake from her mane and gives it to Trixie who ate it in one bite, having the biggest smile anypony has ever seen for its been a long time since she last ate a sweet treat from Sugarcube Corner.
"So this is what it feels like to get subjected to others on a whim.." Tempest says as she stopped for a moment to catch her breath before levitating the pick axe again to mine more rocks.
"So what are you girls doing here anyway?" Asked Derpy.
Tempest sighs as she looks at Trixie and Gilda who are being subjected to this torture. "W..Well it all started when the three of us were hanging out at Donut Joe's and Prince Blueblood entered the confectionary... He cut in line and act like he owned the place.. He was being a jerk and..."
"HEY!! YOU THREE THERE!!! GET BACK TO WORK!!!" Shouted a nearby guard as everypony and everycreature quickly get back to mining more rocks, cutting off the conversation.
Pinkie Pie was happily mining the rocks with great speed and putting the contents in the mining cart as the two were having a contest on who could mine more rocks for the day. Derpy on the other hoof was mining rocks on the other side by using her wings to hold two pick axes.
"This reminds me of home when i was growing up in the Pie Family Rock Farm! What is a pretty fun camp game, huh Derpy?" Asked Pinkie.
"Yeah!!" Cheered Derpy with a smile.
"It's made it even more fun and challenging by the fact that we're wearing these heavy ankle weights". Replied Pinkie Pie with a grin as lightning flashes in the sky and thunder loud cracks indicating that the storm is getting even worse.
"Good night, ladies!" The warden greets as he slams the metal door of the entrance to the jail cells as the prisoner's complaining echoes and gets louder and louder in the background, and then Pinkie Pie pats her pillow, grabs it, and notices that it's made out of paper. Pinkie gets on the side of her bed and sighs.
"What's wrong, Pinkie?" Derpy asked feeling concerned for her friend as she pops out on the bottom bunk of Pinkie's bed.
"The other campers just aren't having as much fun as you and me." Pinkie replies with a dejected look on her face.
"Yeah Pinkie.. If only we could think of some sort group activity that we can all do together, then we would all be having the same amount of fun as each other. Good night!" Derpy greets before she rolls off to sleep on the bottom bunk of the metal bed.
"That's it! We'll show him we can be self-starters!" Pinkie Pie exclaims as an idea light bulb pops out of her head.
Pinkie is at a desk, typing on a typewriter, with a lamp on. The clock says 9:00 and we then see Pinkie from the typewriter's point of view, and there are mounds of typed paper as Pinkie is pushing the typewriter keys one by one, with one hoof each.
At 7:30 in the morning Pinkie then gets in front of the door labeled "Warden", with her pile of papers in front of him. Pinkie then slides each paper under the door, one by one, until the whole thing is inside. Pinkie then goes to the place where the prisoners sleep including Trixie, Gilda and Tempest before the pink mare heads back to her own jail cell for some last minute rest.
The Warden barges into the room of jail cells slamming the door open and blowing the whistle loudly as all of the prisoners quickly gets in a line in front of the Warden who was now red in anger "Now, which one of you vile, low-down, vile miserable wretched swine left this pathetic, worthless, horror and meaningless..." *Breathes deeply*
Pinkie then raises her right arm, and points with hoof up. "Uh... abomination?"
"Who said that?!" Asked the Warden who scrunches up the paper in front of the pink mare in anger.
"Me, sir!" Pinkie waves with her right arm, while being perky.
"It's a play, for our amusement, and inspiration!" Pinkie chirps with a grin as the Warden backs up, and looks like he's in shock, and then ponders.
"Good. Well then, I'll watch your play, and I will enjoy every act of your pathetic, meaningless, ridiculous, production. You know why?!"
"Uhh...because you cherish the fine art of thespianism?" A guard asks.
"No!! Because this will be the last act you will ever perform in your pathetic lives! So, get to it! And I'd better be truly entertained!!"
"Cool!" Pinkie replies as she hums the smile song while bouncing on her hooves away from the warden and the other prisoners with Derpy flying by her side.
Later on Pinkie and Derpy are working on building a steam-powered boat, while the others are mining more rocks.
"Kid's wasting her time." Gilda shrugs off to mine another cart of rocks but stops when she notices that Pinkie and Derpy are making a boat.
"All done!" Pinkie exclaims proud of their work after Derpy finished painting the supposed contraption.
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" Asked Tempest.
"Hmmmmm..." The random prisoner tries to think of an answer as he starts trailing off in his mind, being distracted to answer.
"It's a boat, you simpleton! What do boats do?" Tempest shouts getting in the prisoner's face with her eyes narrowed.
"Umm... make smoke? Asked the prisoner scratching his head.
"No!!" Tempest slaps the prisoner making him reel back in pain. "You knucklehead! They float..." Tempest exclaims with a wicked grin on her face.
"Away from this island" Gilda chimes in, Intrigued with what Tempest was thinking.
"With all of us on board!" Trixie says with an evil smile as she trots over with an army of prisoners behind her back.
Tempest, Gilda, Trixie and all of the other male prisoners huddle up as they begin to think of their escape. "Now, here's the plan..." They whisper their schemes and they then turn to the boat. "Hey Pinkie you need some help?"
"Really?" Asks Pinke.
"Sure..." Replies Gilda.
At Opening Night there an actual red curtain and stage lights at the dock. There are 3 chairs in the front of it where the Wardem, The Vice Warden and their assistant all sit down.
One of the guards is holding popcorn and the Warden is holding a program that's labeled, "Time to be awesome!". The curtain then rises as Pinkie Pie operates a projector showing the events of the "Mane 6 singing with Captain Celaeno and her Sky Pirates on the ship" as the other prisoners act as backup dancers and moving around props in the stage.
"Get ready!" Tempest orders.
"Umm... Oh right!" Trixie exclaims as she fixes up her striped prisoner hat and the prisoners suddenly become happy.
The Curtain goes down, and the show end as the Warden and the guards are now clapping and screaming with joy. One of them is throwing roses at the stage as the Warden starts to cry. "I-I-I had never seen anything so beautiful..." The warden keeps crying as he hugs the guards.
"Okay, let's do it!" Gilda exclaims as they start to sail away.
"Gilda? Trixie? Tempest? Uh... Hey, guys! What are you doing?" Pinkie asks concerned.
"We're breaking out of here Pinkie" Gilda exclaims.
"Yeah, that's what! Escaping!" Tempest chimes on
"Oh, uh and thanks for the convincing stage craft!" Trixie says with a wicked grin on her face.
The prisoners start to sail away while the Warden and his guards are seen again and are still clapping.
"Encore! Encore! Encore! Do it again!" The warden cheers as the curtain raises by itself, revealing the boat is gone, and Pinkie and Derpy are standing there, all by themselves and seeing the prisoners escape.
"WHAT THE?!!!"
The boat starts to sink, as they sail away. "Turn the ship around!" orders Gilda.The other prisoners starts turning the ship. The other prisoners then notice that the boat isn't complete, as it only had one side. The ship sinks.
The prisoners keep shouting for help as they start drowning. "Help! Somebody save our lives! We can't swim!" Shouts Gilda, Tempest and Trixie as Pinkie and Derpy bow on the stage.
As all of the prisoners are standing in line, all wet. The Warden keeps walking back and forth with a whip in his hooves.
"I'm stuffed. I can't even begin to imagine a punishment appropriate for what has happened here tonight! Bert cannot attempt to describe the disgusting, vile, th-th-the complete disregard for the story tradition of musical theater. So, starting this very moment, every one of you will be sentenced to..."
"Ahoy!" Miss Cheerilee quickly rowing on a rubber boat as the Warden turns around and sees her through his binoculars "Hello? Yoo-who?"
"What in the name of... " Miss Cheerilee goes up on the deck, and coughs for swimming hard. "For Celestia's sake girl, speak English!"
" I'm... I'm Camp Counselor Miss Cheerilee from Trottingham!"
"Your who-what?" Asks the warden.
Well, I was doing roll call and discovered two of my campers was missing! I came to take her back with me. A-e Pinkie Pie and Derpy?
The Prisoners suddenly then get an idea, and pretend to be Pinkie Pie and Derpy but the prison warden quickly cuts them off.
"Enough!! So tell me Counselor, just what do they do on your Summer Fun Camp?"
"Well, we uh make macaroni art..." Miss Cheerilee exclaims with a smile on her face.
"Egad!!"
"And we sing campfire songs!"
"Ahck!"
"Oh and we help and support each other". Miss Cheerilee smiles as the Warden's head explodes with these scary thoughts.
"These heinous activities sound like torture too severe for even the lowest, filthiest, undeserving... Ohh nevermind... Maybe i really do need a vacation... Hey Wait a minute! I have a brilliant idea!"
At Sugarcube Corner We now see plates with glue and macaroni on them. The prisoners are making noises in response to what they're doing. They hate it as a random prisoner made a smiley face out of it.
"Oh, that is very good, Bruiser!" Miss Cheerilee compliments his Paper Plate Macaroni Art as the other prisoners are complaining and crying while Pinkie and Derpy sigh.
"Derpy...?" Asked Pinkie Pie
"Pinkie...? Replied Derpy with a somber mood to her face.
"You first" Says Pinkie.
"I... I like the other island better!!" Shouts Derpy as she starts crying loudly.
"Me too!!" Pinkie exclaims as she starts crying and later on both of them were sobbing uncontrollably much to the confusion of Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Trixie, Tempest and Gilda who were eating free cupcakes and drinking milkshakes, courtesy of Princess Celestia as apology for her nephew's mistake.
"Um.. Guys should we worry about those two..?" Tempest asks concerned pointing to Pinkie and Derpy sobbing loudly.
"Oh don't worry about it Sugarcube, They're gonna get over it sooner or later.." Applejack replies as she cuts an Apple Pie for everypony in their table. "Yep.. They're gonna cry themselves out of it... Just give them a few minutes! Trust me, I've learned that the hard way..."
"Hey look! Derpy!" Lets go join our friends for some Apple Pie!" Pinkie quickly stops crying once she smells Granny Smith's World Famous Apple Pie and trots over to where all of her friends are eating an enormous amount of treats to celebrate the end of this little misadventure.
"Hey wait for me! I hope that have my favorite muffins!" Derpy says as she quickly flies to their friends for a sweet feast.
