Because celestia refused phantomlope went to the moon he fight the dragon fearcely and by luck he defeated the dragon he went to Luna and kiss her. The cursed on Luna was broken but they didn’t know that the mane six will attack Luna so phantomlope and Luna went to canterlot at least they Made it to the castle phantomlope told celestia about Luna and he broke her curse. Celestia was happy to see her beloved sister again but luna wanted to ask phantomlope out a date so phantomlope agreed for tomorrow morning and that’s how Luna found her first Love.
