A few weeks later,

"Gotcha! maybe I'm not such a bad actress after all" Celestia sassed Twilight.

Fluttershy laughed along with her closet friends, feeling the warmth of their closeness right by her side, the curtain behind her, the glow as bright as Celestia's sun. Yet, She was feeling quite tired. Luna's moon was perching proudly above the playwrights, the backdrop of the normally shyest mare of the group moving with surprising haste.

"Are you going so soon?" Celestia asked.

Fluttershy simply nodded, and showed her somewhat sunken face as proof she needed sleep.

"Could I help you?" Celestia offered.

"If you want to." Fluttershy accepted.

Celestia brought Flutters into the chariot, and begun their ascent.

"Before we get back to Canterlot, could we stop by Fluttershy's cottage?"

"Yes, princess." The left pegasus answered.

The chariot moved with him, which was toward the Everfree's outskirts.

"So, how's it going with Discord?" Celestia asked.

"Good." Fluttershy somewhat sheepishly responded.

Fluttershy looked to the sky for a moment. The brilliant stars were quite a sight, tiny little patterns plotting the sky like a planned paper of unquestionable scale. The blues of the night not ever matching with one another, even if only slightly. Luna seemed more and more well reasoned to think that ponies not looking at her crafted sky was a sign of disrespect toward the princess every second the smaller mare looked toward the sky.

"Anything unusual happen?" Celestia questioned.

"Well, I didn't mention it to him, but he's started to laugh at strange moments." Fluttershy confessed. "I think he's nervous about something, but I don't want to talk about it until I can confirm this." she continued.

Celestia didn't know exactly what to think of that, since Fluttershy and Discord were already together, yet she had a few ideas, namely either that Discord was planning something against Fluttershy, or wanted to have children with her.

"Is that all you wanted to know?" Fluttershy mused.

"No, Fluttershy." "Have you seen any sign of him acting disharmonious to an extent that you would deem... unacceptable?" "Dangerous, has he been acting dangerously around you?" Celestia told.

"No, but what would make you worry about that?" Fluttershy wondered.

"When you said he's been laughing nervously, did you ever consider that he may be lying to you?" The question was like a bomb for Fluttershy. That Celestia would accuse him of that. She knew him...

Did she?

"n...no." her confident streak ended as she begun to think about that. Why? Why would he? if not... to remove her from her friends and disunite the elements. But, he was over that, right?

Thankfully, her cottage was in sight, and she could knock on discord's door to find the answer for herself.

The night, brilliant before, seemed bare as she begun her investigation. She summoned all the courage she required after opening her wooded door and feeding bunny.

"Discord," Fluttershy begun

"What is it, dear?" Discord begun planning for the worst as she read Fluttershy's face. The stare was coming if he didn't play it exactly right.

"Have you been lying to me?" Fluttershy asked with a hint of aggression.

"What would ever make you think that, Fluttershy?" He knew what was coming. The tidal wave, the storm, whatever you called it, it was coming.

"Celestia and I talked about you" Fluttershy begun

"Why?" Discord interjected.

"Could you please stop interrupting me?" Flutters asked.

"Yes." Discord answered.

"Celestia and I were talking about you because she wanted to know if you were doing anything dangerous, in her own words." Fluttershy begun

"Why would she think that?" Discord asked

"I said not to interrupt me, Discord." Fluttershy enforced.

"Okay." He gave a nervous chuckle.

"Celestia thought that because of that chuckle." "I wasn't going to talk about it since I thought it would be a good idea not to say anything about it unless you approached me." Fluttershy finished for the moment.

"And, Celestia suggested something about that behavior, like me planning to do something dangerous?" Discord mused.

Fluttershy shook her head in disagreement.

"No, she suggested to me that you might be lying to me."

"What?" "I'd never do such a thing!" Discord promised. He chuckled.

"I would believe you, but I need more proof."

Discord snapped his hands and formed a shotgun that shot magical bullets that could kill him.

"This is your gun now" Discord told.

"Why the hell do you think I want this?" Fluttershy asked.

"This gun shoots bullets that can kill me, so if I truly did not trust you enough to lie to you, would I give you this gun?" Discord metaphorically shot himself in the foot if this went wrong.

Discord stopped time for a moment to tell me, "I heard that." "Now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place."

He then unpaused time.

"...no." Fluttershy agreed as she looked down upon to herself, and then the gun.

Fluttershy grabbed the shotgun at first with confusion, and then a comfort that Discord felt a little frightened by as she went outside to aim at a tree. She stood there for a moment, lining up everything, hoping not to harm anything, the gun slipped a little as her hoof moved to the trigger. By mere coincidence, her shot was perfect, and vaporized the tree.

"W-woah" She stammered as she finally lost her grip on the gun.

"I've never shot a gun before." She recovered the gun and kept it to her side.

Discord looked at the perfect hole in the tree Flutters had made. It was not an inch off, and almost had the look of a drawing. He promptly fixed the tree was a snap.
