One hour earlier, as the chaos continued in Canterlot City, three mysterious figures wearing clothes colored dark red, blue, and green flew over to the city and landed on the rooftops.

“Well what do we have here, girls?” The orange-haired girl with a ribbon asked her pals.

The blonde twin-tail answered, “A city in turmoil.”

The black spiky-haired girl salivated, “Yeah, yeah, I want in on the action.”

The orange-haired girl told her, “Save your strength, we'll get our chance. Right now, we need to find the source of this chaos. And then, he or she will beg us for mercy… or not. And soon, we'll take over this city and claim it as ours.”

The three girls sinisterly laughed and flew off with dark aura surrounding them.

“No. We need more. More numbers in our army.”

“How?” Spot questioned.

The Shadow King suggested, “By giving Canterlot a taste of evil.”

“What do you mean?” Fido said.

“What I mean is that we are going to mind-control all of the citizens of Canterlot.”

“Ooh, I like your idea, babe. How are we going to do it?” Nightmare Rarity asked.

“Follow me,” Shadow King ordered and his gang followed.

They arrived back at the forest and entered back into the mansion. But, the group noticed the three girls inside already.

“What the?” Demon Rover wondered.

“Who are you and how did you break in to our lair, you little brats?” The Shadow King interrogated.

The black-haired girl gritted her teeth, but the orange-haired girl restrained her until her pal calmed herself down.

“Our apologies,” The blonde twin-tail girl answered. “We were just looking around the place until you showed up.”

The orange-haired girl then noticed a dark aura surrounding the Shadow King’s group, similar to her team. “Interesting. You're evil just like us.”

“Glad you noticed, Captain Obvious. Now back to my question.”

The black-haired girl abruptly interrupted the Shadow King, “Who cares! Now take this!” She used her power to throw a punch at the Shadow King, but he blocked it with his own power, making her submit. She struggled as the rest of her gang came to her aid with their super speed, but Nightmare Rarity used her power to make the other two girls submit. The three girls struggled as the Shadow King and Nightmare Rarity laughed.

“That's some power you got there, girls. But you've just wasted it and it's time to meet your end.”

As the Shadow King was about to execute them, King Sombra whispered, “Stop!”

“What now?”

King Sombra continued, “I saw these girls before.”

“What?”

“I gave them powers yesterday and gave them your location.”

“And why would you do that?” The Shadow King questioned him.

“I just wanna surprise you, but more importantly, you need the strength in numbers.”

The Shadow King thought about it for a minute until he sighed. “Seems like you girls got some evil inside you. In fact, I got a proposition for you three. You three are going to help us take over the world and strike down our enemies or I will...”

“Stop!” The orange-haired girl shouted. “We'll do it!”

The Shadow King smiled and freed three girls go with his dark magic.

“No need to go on, sir. We know how to deal with our enemies.” The blonde girl stated.

“And it will be our pleasure to take care of them,” The black-haired girl said and clenched her fist.

Nightmare Rarity smirked, “Excellent.”

“Uh, don't we get a say in this?” Demon Rover asked his boss.

“Too late for that. Now, follow me.” The Shadow King ordered.

Everyone followed the Shadow King to the back of the mansion.

“So who are you three anyway?” The Shadow King asked.

The three evil girls introduced themselves.

“I'm Raging Riot. The red Power Brat.”

“Bratty Siren. The blue Power Brat.”

“And I'm Rockhard Savage. The green Power Brat.”

Shadow King commented, “Interesting names you got there.”

Everyone entered outside until they saw a big black pot on the campfire with lots of buckets of apples.

“Is that a witch’s pot?” Rover asked.

The Shadow King answered, “It’s something like that, but I planned on creating an army of mind-controlled citizens with the use of Canterlot’s finest apples right before we left. Sorry that I kept this in the dark from all of you.”

Fido nodded, “It’s cool, dawg.”

“How long has it been there?” The blonde twin-tail girl raised her hand.

“I was going to say the same thing,” Spot said.

“I need you to stop talking and start pouring the ingredients into the pot. Capeesh?” Shadow King ordered.

The two answered in unison, “Yes sir.”

After that, Shadow King planted his scepter on the ground and grabbed a spoon as his evil gang grabbed their buckets of apples.

The Shadow King enchanted, “Wicked ways beneath the skin, let all who taste it now join in.”

Everyone sinsiterly laughed and poured the apples into the pot and started singing.

Soon, some of the citizens who locked themselves inside of their homes took a bite out of their apple and they officially turned into Shadow King’s mind-controlled minions. Few minutes later, the Shadow King, Nightmare Rarity, the Diamond Dogs, and all of the mind-controlled citizens started dancing and singing on the streets with the Dusk Ninjas and Shadow Bots joining in. Everyone threw rocks at the glass of every store. Then, Spot played DJ with the turn tables while everyone danced until they all grabbed pipes and played a tune as the Shadow King and his gang head towards CHS. Then, Shadow King and his gang, the Shadow Bots, Dusk Ninjas, and every one of Shadow King’s mind-controlled citizens danced and sang. Everyone gathered around CHS with the mind-controlled CHS and CPA students and started dancing. After the song was over, Shadow King spotted three girls spying on him and ordered the mind-controlled citizens to pursue the three girls. After that, the Spectacles ran away from the mind-controlled citizens and the Shadow King sinisterly laughed out loud.

The three girls ran to the window of the storage room and entered the museum without being spotted by the mind-controlled citizens.

"That was close," The pink-haired girl exhaled in relief.

"Yeah. We should be safe here for now," said the blue-haired girl.

"Shhhh." The orange-haired girl shushed as she leaned towards the door and heard voices coming from the other side.

"What is it, Melodia?" The pink-haired girl asked.

"We're not alone, girls," said Melodia. "There some people in the museum too. Let's go meet them and find out what they're up to."

Melodia opened the doors and investigate while her other two friends followed. Twilight and her friends were discussing until Adagio spotted a familiar trio approaching towards them.

"Well what do we have here?" Melodia said.

Twilight and her friends were interrupted by the trio as Adagio approached them. "Melodia, Harmonica, Cappella. What are you three doing here?"

"You girls know each other?" Lightning Crash asked while Harmony bumped him on the arm, telling him not to interrupt. "Ow."

“We were chased by some crazy people outside until we found an open window to the back of the museum and that's how we got here,” Melodia told them.

Casey shrugged, "Hmph. Fair enough."

The Shadow King used the dark magic from his scepter and placed a spell on the knights in display. The possessed knights engaged in battle and as a result, the unlikeliest of allies stood together in battle against the possessed knights while Spike and Lucky Shot ran to Belle Harmony at the hallway for safety while the Shadow King sinisterly laughed as he watched them battle from his scepter.

(Night Falls)

Soon, everyone started dancing with the possessed knights as the Dazzlings and Spectacles continued singing. The spell was broken and the possessed knights were defeated.

The Shadow King angrily yelled, "NO!!!"

Back in the museum, Harmony Belle and the two dogs raced to Twilight and her friends. "You did it!"

"Thanks to the help from the Spectacles," Twilight said.

Melodia scoffed, "Don't thank us. Just because we help you doesn't mean we are friends."

"Oh c'mon. Can we at least help each other out until this whole mess boils down," Sonata suggested.

"She's got a point," Harmonica noted.

"What do you think?" Cappella asked Melodia.

Melodia sighed, "Alright, fine. But when this is over, we go our separate ways. Got it?"

"Fine," Adagio answered and the two girls shook hands.

Harmony spoke up, "Great. Now with that's settled, we should get out of here."

The Spectacles, Twilight, and her friends agreed and searched for a way out of the museum with its doors sealed shut.

Author's Note

• The three evil girls are based on the Powerpunk Girls, an evil version of the heroic team from the hit cartoon show, The Powerpuff Girls. They were exclusive in the comic books.
• The musical number is a mashup of two songs from two Disney movies, Descendants and Descendants 2, and the dance is based off from Dancing with the Stars.
• Twilight and her team along with the Color Strikes and Spectacles sang the song, Night Falls, from Descendants 3.
