After the events of the friendship games, you can tell that Twilight is feeling unnerved by the experience of her transformation into Midnight Sparkle. Sunset has helped her out but has seemed to forget to tell her about her experience as her demonic form.

Looks like it's up to me to let Twilight know that she's not alone and that she has others that can help her.

OOC: I came up with this idea a few years ago but have never really thought about writing about it. I don't know if anyone has done a human crossing into Equestia and then crossing over to the human version of Equestria but this story is coming from a person who is from Earth and has been transported to Equestria and thanks to Princess Twilight, can cross over to their version of the human world.
