"Are you sure this is a good book for random book day?"
Twilight and Starlight had been looking for a good book to read for Twilight's favorite day. And this year, Starlight decided to help.
"Yup! Besides, if you read Daring do, then you can obviously read this! Besides, nothing can go wrong...... Right?"
To be honest, Twilight wasn't sure. This book: Love in the summertime, was a good book, however the book did seem a bit off to twilight. Still, a book is a book to Twilight, and she loves books with all her heart anyways. So without a doubt, Twilight agreed to read the book. At the same time, Starlight was in need to read a book as well.
"Ooooh! A daring do book! Squeeeeee! I've always wanted to read one of these books!" Starlight said with pure excitement in her voice.
"I'm glad you would like to read it Starlight! But...... Don't go to Rainbow Dash for spoilers. She's gonna tell you about all of these books, and trust me, your gonna have to strap your self in!"
"Don't worry! I won't!" The two of them laugh for at least a minute before Starlight leaves the library, leaving Twilight by her self. And so, without a doubt, Twilight began to organize all the books in the library, just for the fun of it.
Later, Starlight came back with the same Daring do book she had earlier in the day. She had a huge smile on her face, signaling to twilight that she loved the book. Twilight of course was happy about this like usual, so she gave Starlight the entire daring do series.
"Look's like I have more to catch up on!" Starlight said. Of course Starlight wanted to spend time with Twilight, but she wanted to finish up the series before proceeding to do so.
"Oh! Okay then! Go on Starlight! Let me know which one was your favorite!" Twilight had been spaceing out most of today, only because of one thought: she had feelings for Starlight. Starlight had grown worried for Twilight, so she put the book's down with her magic to talk to Twilight.
"Hey Twilight? Is everything okay? You haven't been your self the entire day. What's wrong?" Starlight asked with pure consern in her voice.
"I'm fine Starlight. Just ya know..... The usual. Nothing much really." Twilight was never a person to lie, but she did today, and she felt guilty about it. Lieing to her friend.... Not good for the princess of Friendship.
Starlight looked at Twilight with a saddened look. She wanted to help, but Twilight said she was fine when she clearly isn't, but went with the flow. So without a doubt, Starlight picked up her book's and left the library, leaving Twilight by her self.
Some time had passed since Starlight left Twilight in the library by her self, and Celestia's sun was setting and Luna's moon was rising. Twilight had been reading some book's to pass the time....... And to wash away the gult she had. She should have never lied to her, now, who knows what might happen?
The next day, Starlight had just woken up from a great sleep, but couldn't get this one thought out of her mind:
Why is Twilight acting so weird? She's never acted this way before...... Then again, this was Twilight she was talking about, and she can handle just about anything!..... Right? Even Starlight wasn't so sure as well. She wanted to help her friend, but Starlight can't help if she has doubts as well.
"I just hope she's fine for random book day tomorrow. That's her favorite day, and I can't see her sad like that....."
It was true, tomorrow was random book day, and Starlight can't bare to see Twilight so sad on that day. However, Starlight did promise to read the complete series of daring do, so she got out of bed and went to the bathroom to take care of some business.
Meanwhile.....
Twilight had just woken up to see Celestia's sun rise over Equestria. She still felt guilty for lieing to Starlight. Still, she was sure Starlight would understand. That she's just trying to hide her emotions for her. She needed help, and she wasn't going to get it anytime soon.
"How do I tell Starlight I love her without making it weird? I mean, there are alot of possibilities on how I should say it...... But will it work?" Load's of doubt's came into head, thinking that they are right. At this rate, Twilight thought she was gonna go crazy, so she decided to read a book. Typical.
Meanwhile.....
Starlight had just gotten out of the bathroom, ready to seize the day. She went down into the kitchen to find something to eat, grabbed a box of cereal, and had begain to munch on it. As she did so, she also begain to read the second book of daring do, cause Why not. But reading that book did give her some thoughts about random book day, but she decided to ignore them. Cause they were just thought's..... Right?
Still, Starlight did not want to interfere with Twilight. If Twilight is haveing some personal, that's Twilight's thing, not hers.
"I really wish I can help Twilight. She seems like she's in stress, but she won't admit it! Why?!" At this rate, Starlight was losing it, so she took some deep breaths. At least it helped.
"Remeber Starlight: Twiight's problem, not yours. I just hope Twilight okay..... She hasn't came down yet to eat......" At this rate, Starlight's concern for Twilight had grown so much, she can't even focus on the mere meal and book in front of her. She had lost totall consentration of everything in front of her, yet hoping the worst hadn't happen to Twilight Sparkle....
"Twilight, please come down...... Your scaring me to death..... Celestia forbid me from panicking....." Little did she know that Twilight was just fine, just trying to find out how to say to Starlight I love you....
