It was a nice day in Canterlot for Starlight Glimmer. She was learning how to make friends thanks to Twilight giving her a second chance after she nearly inslaved everyone. However out of all her friends one caught her attention the most.
That girls name was Rainbow Dash the tall girl with big magenta eyes and long flowing rainbow hair just mesmerised Starlight. For some reason she's been feeling so weird around Rainbow her heart alway beat a little bit faster when she was hanging out with her in fact she's been feeling this way for a long time now but she just couldn't tell why she felt this way.
As Starlight entered her Apartment she went upstairs to her room and sat on her bed to think about this ("Could it be that I like her") Starlight said questioning herself as she sat there she decided to call one of her friends on her phone.
(" Hey Twilight can we talk i need your help with something").
Twilight Sparkle The Canterlot Librarian had a worried look on her face ("Is something wrong?") she asked
Starlight just chuckled ("No I just want to ask you if you could tell me more about Rainbow Dash") Starlight asked hoping that Twilight Sparkle the so called "Smartest Girl in Canterlot" would know Rainbow Dash better then anyone.
Twilight smiled ("You have a crush on her don't you") Twilight said with a smug smile on her face, Starlight's eyes went wide ("H....how did you") Starlight was cut off by the sound of laughter
("I'm not stupid I see the way you look at her") Twilight said her laughter dying down.
Starlight was not laughing however ("look I gotta go but I'll tell you this just ask her out to a sports game if there's one thing she likes it's sports") Twilight said hanging up the phone leaving Starlight to her thoughts.
THE NEXT DAY
Starlight knocked on the door of Rainbow Dash a few minutes passed before Rainbow finally answered ("Oh hey Starlight what's up?") Rainbow asked with joy seeing her friend
Starlight took a deep breath ("Hey um....Rainbow do....do you want to go to the wonder bolts game with me?") Starlight asked.
Rainbow Dash blushed a little ("Do you mean like a...date?") Rainbow asked curiously, Starlight just stood there frozen in thought until she finally spoke ("Yes...Rainbow Dash would you go on a date with me?") Starlight asked hoping to god that she would say yes and that Twilight's advice would work .
Rainbow Dash remained quiet
("So....is that a n..") before Starlight could finish her sentence Rainbow Dash pulled her in for a passionate kiss
it didn't take long before Starlight started kissing her back
the kiss was intense and lasted for about 5 minutes before Rainbow and Starlight pulled back for air.
("Wow that . was. amazing") Starlight said Rainbow Dash just smiled
("Yes it was, Now about that game").
(WOUNDERBOLTS GAME AT NIGHT)
("And it's a Goooooal") The Announcer said as the WounderBolts scored a game winning soccer goal
Rainbow Dash cheered as loud as she could which caused Starlight to smile at her ("you really love the WounderBolts?") Starlight said already knowing what the answer was going to be but just wanted to see her dates excitement.
("Yeah I do they are the BEST!") Rainbow said with a huge smile on her face
as the game ended the two girls left the stadium and were now walking all the way to Starlight's Apartment
Starlight looked at Dash wondering if she should say something to make it seem like she cared about the game cause truth was Starlight didn't know anything about The WounderBolts
but she didn't want Rainbow Dash to know that so she tried her best to make it seem like she knew.
("Wow that game was pretty good wasn't it") Starlight said while she was still walking with Rainbow Dash
("Yeah it was cool but you don't have to pretend I know you're not into sports") Rainbow Dash said
Starlight was shocked Rainbow knew she was pretending so quickly
("Oh you know that already") Starlight said with an awkward tone.
("Well yeah of all my friends I'm the only one really into sports well except for Applejack seeing how her and I always compete") Rainbow said as they finally reached Starlight's Apartment
("I had fun tonight") Rainbow said as she grabbed Starlight's hand squeezing it a little while looking into her blue eyes.
Starlight also looked into Rainbow Dash's eyes as they lean closer about to kiss again until *RING, RING, RING*
Rainbow Dash's phone went off interrupting the moment
Rainbow looked at her phone in annoyance ("Oh come on") Rainbow complained answering the phone
("Hello") Rainbow said
("Hi sweetie it's Mom just wondering how your date went oh did you kiss her yet") Windy Whistles said as load as possible.
Rainbow blushed ("MOM quiet down please I was kinda in the middle of something") Rainbow said trying her best not to let Starlight hear her mother talk about them ("Oh sorry dear carry on love yooou") Wendy Whistles said
Rainbow groaned and tried her past to speak as quit as possible ("I love you too bye") Rainbow hung up the phone and turned around to see Starlight chuckling.
("What are you laughing about") Rainbow said with a blush so red she almost looked like a tomato
("Oh nothing Sweetie") Starlight said with a smug smile on her face
Rainbow walked up to her and grabbed her by her shirt (" Your lucky your cute you know that") She said as she pulled Starlight in for a passionate kiss
Starlight kissed back wrapping her arms around Rainbow's Shoulder's
they broke the kiss breathing heavily
("I love you") Starlight said looking into Rainbow's eyes.
("I love you too") Rainbow said as she gave Starlight a quick peck on the cheek and walked home waving good bye to Starlight in the process.
This truly was a great date and Starlight Glimmer couldn't of spent it with anyone better ("I gotta thank Twilight for this") Starlight said as she entered her Apartment went upstairs and went to bed dreaming of what was next for her and her new girlfriend.
