Sunset At World's End
Chapter 5
Previous ChapterNext ChapterSurrounded by a soothing warmth that made him tingle all over, Spike believed it must be a dream. The angelic woman before him radiated with white hot intensity, bare feet hovering above the reflective polished floors, her beatific smile trained on him. A glowing horn protruded from her forehead, her hair swirling above her, her bared shapeliness illuminated.
“You've taken care of me,” said Sunset who stroked his cheek. “Allow me to do the same.”
He peered around the white void. “The others...?”
“To them we appear to be asleep. Which isn't entirely untrue. We're in a shared daydream, of sorts. Celestia always warned me I have to be careful how I use the power I borrow from her, or else I could place the whole world under a peaceful spell. Sometimes I'm tempted, but I wouldn't want to rob mankind's freedom, no matter how cruel many of them are.”
She crawled atop him raked her nails down his muscles, gently pushed him back. “I don't feel like I usually do,” he said.
“I've soothed your dragon instincts. That way you won't lose control. Consider this a form of...hands on healing. Therapy, if you will.” She was straddling him, her hot womanhood pressed to his crotch. “By the time we're done, you'll shrink back down.”
Spike grinned. “And all we have to do is make love? I'm down.”
Sinking down onto his equipment, she closed her eyes with a subdued moan and slid his twins into her. Her breasts pressed flat against his pecs, and his claws dug into her buttocks, her hips rocking into him. She tenderly clawed back at his scales, and the surprisingly soft leathery skin below. She crushed her lips to his, the couple playfully nipping at each other.
Gradually she shifted atop him, his wings curling about her, his tail tickling her back, starting at the dimples of her bottom and tracing up her spine. “I know it's a little soon, but...I love you, Spike. I've never connected with someone so fast.”
“Well, we've both lived pretty secluded lives.” His hot breath fell on the inside of her ear, which he playfully nipped at, his palms running over her soft, squishy asscheeks, tracing around her stomach, up to the swell of her plush tits.
He couldn't wait to introduce her to the rest of his lovers, and hoped they would take to her, too. He'd noticed tension between some of them but nothing that couldn't be overcome with work. His claws wrapped around her midsection, lifted her up and pushed her back down, burying himself fully into her. She smiled with a blush, easily able to take him completely.
Her lips met his snout, his long tongue wrapping around her own, her palms wandering over his firm pecs and his scaly ass. She squeezed down on him, moaning with him, drawing into his wingspan and pressing to his chest, her sweaty breasts swinging and slapping into his muscles with a wet slap. “Oh fuck,” she cried when he picked up his pace, her eyes closing as she yelled.
Her dam shattered on him, her cascade drenching his groin, down his strong legs and tail. She trembled in his grasp, gritting her teeth, and he grunted under the pressure, soon loosing back into her with explosive, messy spurts that impacted her walls.
Trembling in his grasp, she admitted, “I never want this to end.”
“It doesn't have to. You'll have every day with me, if you want it.” He caressed her hair, using his arms, wings, and tail to press her close to him. “Is it done? You've helped ease my baser instincts and I've removed the 'evil' from you, right?”
“Yes, but...where will it go? I need to hurry out of this dream and cleanse it.” With some reluctance she willed herself to awaken, certain that Luna would sense her need and carry them back to reality.

“The lovebirds are back,” noted Cadance with a titter. She and the sisters watched the pair who were intertwined in a bundle of blankets spread across the floor. “Sweet dreams, I take it? You two certainly appear pleased.”
“Yeah...” Sunset flushed, her nude curvature laced in perspiration. “So, about the darkness I exorcised-”
Luna nodded. “We had best act quickly, sister.”
Celestia said, “It has to go somewhere. Evil cannot be destroyed, merely contained. Actually, I also created this palace to be a prison for darkness. All we need to do is locate it, and-” She and Luna stared wide-eyed at a black mist that descended.
“Too late!” Sunset pursed her lips when she spotted the eerie miasma, and mentally summoned her blazing white sword of flame and armor, golden wings jutting from her back and floating off the ground. Two-handed strokes bit into the inky wisps, scattered them, but the sins she'd cleansed from so many were innumerable, and threatened to swallow them up.
Spike was instantly at her side and scattered some of the darkness with his own fiery breath, smoke pouring from flared nostrils. Yet the couple could only watch, helpless, when Celestia and Luna were enveloped in a bleak shroud, unable to move.
“Why isn't effecting us....?” Cadance stared at the Fire Ruby in her hands and sucked her lower lip in understanding. “It's protecting us! But something in Celestia and Luna is resisting its protection! They must have some unresolved issues!”
The gloomy cloud swirled from the sisters, who had undertaken new appearances, standing taller and bolder than ever. A sea of stars made up Luna's mane who announced, “CALL ME NIGHTMARE MOON, PEASANTS!”
Celestia's hair blazed like the sun who announced, “AND I AM DAYBREAKER! JOIN US, CADANCE!”
“I-I won't!” Cadance took a step back and kept the Fire Ruby clasped to her warm bosom.
Nightmare Moon scoffed. “YOU'VE ALWAYS PREFERRED CADANCE TO ME!”
“NONSENSE, SISTER! JEALOUS, ARE WE?” The siblings stared each other down, wrapped in blinding, burning light and cold, empty darkness, the building soon shaking under the power they radiated. Cracks spread across the floor, fragments of the cracked ceiling toppling with clinks, until the top crumbled with thuds and the pair took skyward to do battle.
They watched them speed above in the skies, leaving trails behind them, the heavens quaking under the explosive magic they unleashed, shouting and raging and hurling abuses from all the pent up feelings they'd tried to suppress.
“YOU THINK MY JOB IS EASY? ALWAYS HAVING TO PRETEND I'M PERFECT?”
“YOU FAIL TO APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE!”
“ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF? YOU'RE SECOND IN POWER TO ME, AND IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH! WHAT DO I HAVE TO SHOW FOR MY POSITION/ MORE RESPONSIBILITY?”
“EVERYONE'S EYES ON YOU WHILE I LANGUISH ALONE!”
“WHAT ABOUT YOUR LITTLE CULT? I'M THE ONE WHO HAS TO LIVE ALONE, WATCHING OVER THE WORLD!”
Cadance shook her head. “I thought they were finally past this. Please, will you save them? I'd do it myself, but-”
Sunset studied the Fire Ruby. “You have to focus on that or we'll end up corrupted, too. I understand.”
“Don't worry. I've got your back,” said Spike who unfurled his wings. “I'd offer you a ride-”
“Not necessary,” replied Sunset who shared a grin with him. “Time was I would be sent to slay the dragon. Glad I found something better! Let's go!” She hurtled skyward with him, explosions rippling when the supposed Goddesses wrestled for dominance.
The darkness fed on their negative emotions, amplified them, until they were reduced to forces of nature.
Celestia picked me to be her champion. I can't let her down again. And with someone like Spike by my side, I won't. It's nice to finally have someone I can share my burden with, who can fight with me as an equal.
Together, the sisters would be unstoppable. They'd tear the planet apart. We have to stop them before they team up!
