Three sides clash against each other in a fight over territory while the same happens on another world. After an anomaly known as the merging of Terra, two planets from two different universes are turned into one and the same. Equestria's history turned from that of being founded through harmony, into a perpetual three way war for control. Terra Nova's history has taken a turn that is the equivalent of a renaissance, finding themselves having more resources to sustain not only their needs but to also sustain their fight against one another.

Lyra Heartstrings, a pilot recruited into MILICIA, is tasked to protect a base in a treacherous section of the Badlands. After an enemy encounter, Lyra finds herself on the warpath with the intent of vengeance. Piloting a Jager, Lyra goes on an adventure across the Badlands to find the enemy pilot that caused her grief.
