This story is based on the Lady (un)Luck Casino series by Blue64

The Desert Oasis Casino is the most successful casino in Las Pegasus, despite its short period of time in operation and apparent habit of turning away some employees before the end of their first month working there. All the female staff members seem to be busty and buxom, and those that don't seem to be that way turn out that way before week's end. The enigmatic owner, only known by the moniker of Sphinx, is usually only seen by a small number of visitors but apparently seen often by the staff. The head card dealer seems to have an issue where she wants to say something but a magical restriction holds her back, not that anyone really minds because she's pretty popular to play with, and her knowledge of card games is far greater than most visitors seem to realize.

The one running the game floor appears to be a certain Changeling Queen that says she became an employee because she lost a bet with Sphinx, several other members of the casino's staff have similar statements about their employment with Sphinx. How does losing a bet mean longterm service for Sphinx? Just what were the terms of the bets? Who cares!?! You'll only get glimpses of that when you get a peek at what they're all doing, most of this story will be the goings-on in the casino, occasionally getting a period when things focus on the experiences of a single character.
