Chapter 1: How to be a girl
Sunlight was peacefully sleeping in his bed when his clock alarm woke him up. He jumped out of his bed and walked in direction of the bathroom and looked at the mirror. What he saw almost made him have an heartstroke: He was a girl. Somehow...and that was troubling. Sunlight started to hyperventilate and slapped himself to see if that was a dream. He was not dreaming.
“Okay, don’t panick, do not...Panick!!" He said. "There must be an explanation for that!!”
Sunlight removed his clothes and looked at his new body.
“Whatever, i still need to take a shower” he said.
He removed the rest of his clothes and jumped in the shower. He then finally get out 15 minutes later.
“Well, that took longer than usual..I wonder why?” he said, whistling innocently.
Sunlight checked in his wardrobe and found a dress he made for Sunset Shimmer but was never able to give it to her for some reasons. That was a sexy red dress with red heels. As he put the dress on, someone knocked at the door.
“Not now!!" He said with his girl voice. "Oops!! My voice!! I forgot that i am a girl!!”
Sunlight finished dressing up and opened the door. That was Flash. That one got a serious nosebleed when he saw Sunlight wearing that red dress.
“Is that you, Sunlight?!" He asked. "Why are you a girl...AND why are you so sexy?!”
“I don’t know" he answered. "And you really find me sexy? Uh...i mean...I don’t know!!”
Flash was trying to calm down.
“Hum, who else know that outside of me?” asked the blue haired guy.
“No one” answered Sunlight.
“First thing first" said Flash. "We need to find you a girl name...What about...Uh...Sunny...Flame?”
“Sunny...Flame" answered Sunlight. "I like it!!”
Sunset arrived upstair and saw Flash talking with a girl looking a lot like her brother.
“Oh, Sunset!!" Said Flash. "I didn’t saw you arrive!!”
“Who is that girl?!" She asked. "What is she doing in my brother’s chamber!! And why does she look like him?!”
Sunset pushed Flash out of the way and touched Sunlight’s arm.
“Sunlight?!” she said.
“Yes...” answered Sunlight.
“How did you turned into a girl? A cute, sexy girl?”
“Well, i don’t know how i turned into a girl" he answered. "And second. I was already attractive as a man, so it would be normal for me to sexy as a girl...Beside, for now on, call me Sunny Flame...and talk of me as a she”
“If you want" she answered. "Uh, Flash? Are you...having a crush on my brother...i mean sister...I mean brother turned into a girl?”
“Nope!!" he answered. "Okay....Maybe...But he is totally desirable as a girl!!”
“I can’t deny" said Sunset. "Look at his ass...He have the body of a mannequin!!”
“Don’t touch" said Sunny Flame. "This booty is a private property!!”
Sunset touched it anyway.
“So...Thicc!" she said. "Count on me to keep that ass safe...”
“Okay, stop, girls" said Flash. "You two are starting to get awkward”
Later in the day, Sunset told her friends what happened to Sunlight. He showed himself to them.
“Holy shit!!" Said Rainbow Dash. "You are a girl?!”
Rarity had a big smile on her face. Applejack was indifferent, Pinkie Pie was smiling like she does normally. Fluttershy was covering her mouth with her hand and Twilight was cleaning her glasses.
“You know what that mean, girl?!" Asked Pinkie. "Now, we can invite Sunlight to our Girls Night!!”
“Hum, i was wondering about that" asked Sunset. "You are a girl on the outside, but what about in the inside? I mean, in your head? Do you still a guy under this body?”
“Hum, hard to say honestly" answered Sunny Flame. "I'm still a guy in my head, But...”
“But what?” asked Sunset.
“Soon or later, i will probably start to act and think as a girl against my will” answered Sunny Flame.
“I would not mind having Sunlight as a girl for the rest of his life” said Rarity.
Everyone stared at her.
“What?” she said.
“We need to find a way to turn you into a guy again" said Twilight. "First, we need to find what or who turned you into a girl...That could take days, even weeks, or months...”
“What?!" Said Sunny Flame/Sunlight Blaze. "I don’t want to stay a girl for that long!!”
“Relax" said Sunset. "We will teach the basics of being a girl...And you know what that mean?”
“A montage!!" Answered Pinkie. "Alright, cue the generic pop music!!”
“Oh no...” said Sunlight/Sunny Flame.
“Being a girl have a lot of advantages, let us show you what they are!!” said Sunset.
Sunset brought Sunlight/Sunny inside the school’s girls bathroom
“Wow, it is so clean...” said Sunny Flame.
“Yes, my dear, women bathrooms are the cleanest, said Sunset, on a singing note. The floor is clean and the toilets are white, and you smell that?”
“Hum, it smell...Lavender” answered Sunlight/Sunny. "So, the rumors are true!!"
“Exactly!! Said Sunset. And we have even a coooouch!!”
“Really?” asked Sunlight.
“That depends of the places, she answered. But yeessss!!!”
“Please stop singing” said Sunny Flame.
“Why? You will soon be singing too!!” she answered.
Sunset passed Sunny Flame to Rarity, who brought her in her shop.
“When you are a girl, you can do a lot of things!!" said Rarity. "You, see, i can sew this dress while drinking tea and talking to you!! Only girls can do multiple things at once!!”
“Guys are also multitask!” said Sunlight/Sunny Flame.
“Yes, but not ALL of them, Darling!" said Rarity. "Let me show you the biggest advantage of being a girl!!”
She whistled and a group of nerdy boys came.
“Now, take a cute pose, ask them any request and see the magic happen!!” she said to Sunny.
She/he took a cute pose and ask to the guys to find him something to eat. The boys left and came back two minutes later with tons of food.
“Wow, uh...Thank you?" Said Sunny Flame. "You guys are really nice!!”
The nerds smiled and blushed.
“This is nothing" said one of them. "We would do anything for a cute girl!!”
The boys left.
“This is the advantage of being a cute-looking and beautiful girl!" said Rarity. "Boys will do everything to have our attention and affection.”
“Hum, i am not feeling really fine about abusing others like that” said Sunny Flame.
“You’ll get used to it!" answered Rarity. "Anyway, i’ll pass you to Applejack!”
Applejack brought Sunny to her farm.
“Don’t do like that diva Rarity" said A.J. "But yes, guys are willing to do anything for a girl they find pretty. But there is more to being a girl than using boys as tools. As a girl, many men will see you as weak and release their guard. That work for Fluttershy, and you are as cute as she is, albeit more confident and sociable”
“Hum...Give me an example” said Sunny Flame.
“Well, suppose you are fighting a criminal or a tug" explained A.J. "You could pretend to be hurt, or cry and most of them will feel bad. They will let their guard down...”
“And that will let them vulnerable for a rapid strike” said Sunny.
“Okay, my turn!!” said Rainbow Dash, grabbing Sunny at superspeed.
“Hey!!" Said Applejack. "Come back here!! I was not done with her!!”
“There is more to being a girl that playing cute and be pretty." said Rainbow Dash. "Let’s talk about physical advantages. First, we girls, are more agile and light, so, faster than men in general”
“Hum, interesting...What else?” asked Sunny Flame.
“Well, girls can kick a guy in the balls to incapacitate him" she said. "Girls don't have that weakness and we get away with this easily. Well, Fluttershy, you are next!!”
“No, that’s enough!!" Said Sunny Flame. "Enough singing! I am going to the library!”
“Nevermind, Fluttershy." said Rainbow Dash. "She left”
“Oh" answered Fluttershy. "Well, in that case, i will return to the animal shelter.”
Sunny Flame, meanwhile, was already at the Canterlot library and was starting reading books talking about woman anatomy, psychology, physiology and sexuality. A few hours later, she left the library with the books and return home. In the way, she bumped into Flash Sentry, who was going the opposite direction.
“Oh, i am sorry." said Flash. "Let me help you get up!”
“No, thanks" answered Sunny Flame. "I can get up myself.”
“I really need to get rid of this habit of bump into magical girls" said Flash to himself. "This is starting to become awkward. By the way, can i know where you are going?”
“I return in my room" answered Sunny Flame. "I have tons of book to read. And you, where are you going?”
“Oh, i was going to the instrument store" answered the guy. "I need to have my guitar repaired. Would you come with me?”
“Uh...Well, Let me think about it" answered Sunny Flame. "Hum, No, Sorry”
“That’s fine!" said Flash. "I’ll see you later!!”
”Ugh, why does he need to be so...Ugh..." asked Sunny to herself. "Is he hitting on me? I hope not, he should realize that i am a guy inside”
Sunny Flame bumped into another person, this time, it was Sunset Shimmer.
“Oh, there you are!" she said. "So, you went to the library?”
“Yes" answered Sunny Flame. "Where you looking for me?”
“Uh, yes" said Sunset. "But now, i found you. So, i suppose you are going to read those book you borrowed from the library, right?”
“Yes" answered Sunny Flame. "I may have for the rest of the day to read all of them.”
“Well, i am going with my friends walking in town" said Sunset. "Have a good day”
“You too” said Sunny.
She arrived in her room a few minutes later and started reading a book. Many hours passed and when she finished reading all the books, the sun was getting low. But at least, she knew her body a lot more now, as well as other girls psychology. She received a text message from Sunset telling if she was interested to go at Pinkie’s house for a girl night.
“After reading all day" she said. "I think i could have some fun with my friends.”
She answered yes and left her room.
“Well, that’s official" she thought. "Tomorrow, my life as a girl will start officially.”

Sunlight/Sunny Flame was sleeping in her bed peacefully, at the sides of Sunset and Pinkie Pie. The evening of yesterday had been wild. He never had so much fun with his friends before. She wake up and went to the fridge picking something to eat.
"Seriously, who need that much whipped cream? she thought. Oh well, i will just eat a fruit. Does Pinkie Pie at least have fruits in her kitchen?"
She looked for fruits, but didn't found any. By chance, she found a box with granola bars. After eating 3 bars, she returned in the room, picked her stuff and left the house.
"Oh no, she thought. Now that i think about it, the week will start again tomorrow and that mean i'll have to go in school. But nobody know that i became a girl except my friends. And nobody else need to know about that. First, i will need to justify my male alterego absence, should not be that hard. Secondly, i need to convince Luna and Celestia to take me as a new student. It shouldn't be too hard to."
While she was lost in her thoughts, Sunny Flame didn't saw Flash and bumped into him.
"Oh, really?! again?! She asked. I am beginning to think you do it on purpose."
"I swear i don't bump into girls on purpose" said Flash.
"Right..., said Sunny, doubting. Don't stay immobile and help me get up!"
Flash obeyed and helped her got up.
"Wait, why do i asked your help?" said Sunny Flame.
"I don't know, he answered. But if i would think of an answer, i guess you are starting to mentally act like a girl."
"What? she said. Oh no, I need to find the cure for this the sooner possible! I refuse to stay a girl forever!!"
"Woah, calm down, said Flash. I am sure you will find a cure, and beside, what could you complain on the fact of being a girl?"
"First, those heels are a burden for my feet, she answered. Then, there is the fact that you obviously have a crush on me and that make me feel uncomfortable. I am still a guy in my head, you know. And last, stop looking at my breast, would you?!!"
"Sorry, said Flash. You are just so cute looking that i forgot you are still a boy inside."
Sunny Flame started blushing.
"Cute looking?! she said. And why this compliment make me blush?!"
She freaked out and teleported in Sunset's room, Sunset was playing a video game and was surprised by that sudden apparition.
"Sunlight? she asked. I would appreciate if you could use the door to enter in my room. I could have been naked or doing something intimate. Hum, are you okay, why are you blushing? You look panicked."
"I can't take it anymore, said Sunny. One of my best friends have a crush on me and this make me feel uncomfortable!"
"Ugh, Flash again? asked Sunset. I swear this guy have a serious fetish on unicorns. Me, then Twilight, then You...And now that i am thinking about it, he did flirted with Lyra, Bonbon, Trixie, Starlight and Rarity once."
"It just need to stop, said Sunny. I don't want to date someone who was my best friend when i was a guy. It just doesn't feel right. If Starlight, Trixie or Twilight turned into a guy, would you date him if he asked you?"
"Hum, i see what you mean, answered Sunset. But i am bisexual, so i would not mind dating one of my friends if they turned into a guy. Hum, You are a guy in the body of a girl. Tell me, have you ever explored your sexual orientation?"
"Uh, to be honest, not really. said Sunny Flame. As a colt and stallion, I never had a crush on someone or explored love. I trained myself to seal deep inside me any emotion related to love. Learning magic requires lot of concentration, so i had to left any desires asides."
"But why continuing holding back your desires? she asked. This is not like you need to learn more about magic anymore!"
"I don't know, she answered. I guess i just got used to do it naturally after a moment. But now that i am a girl, i have a hard time controlling them. When i was a guy and girls complimented me, it didn't even get to me. But when Flash complimented me, i felt my heart beating faster and i blushed."
"Hum, asked Sunset. Could it be possible you have feelings for Flash? I mean, before being turned into a girl?"
"I didn't have feeling for him when i was a guy, said Sunny Flame. Maybe the fact of being turned into a girl start to affect me emotionally now."
"Maybe, said Sunset. In fact, you and Flash have a pretty solid friend relationship, right?"
"Hum, we passed a lot of time together when i was a guy, said Sunny. We had fun together, playing Ogre and Oubliettes, telling bad jokes at each other, watching p... Uh i mean, action movies...Let's just say we are close friends. So maybe i developped some kind of affection for him. But don't tell him or anyone i told you that"
"I won't, promised Sunset. Hum, so, what are you planning to do for the rest of the day?"
"Lock myself in my room and don't get out until you found a way to turn me back into a guy" she answered.
Sunset looked at him, visibly looking pissed.
"Uh, i could also go to Equestria and ask Twilight if she know a way to help me, said Sunny. Can i count on you to cover my absence in school tomorrow? It could take a while to find a solution to my problem."
"I will do my best, said Sunset. When are you planning to leave?"
"Right now, said Sunny. See you later!!"
She vanished instantly out of the room.
"I fucking hate when he does that, said Sunset. Well, whatever, i should probably see what my friends are doing right now"
Sunny Flame was in front of the statue. He gave a last look to the school and disappeared through the portal. At the same time, Sandbar was wandering not far away from the room where the magic Mirror was. He suddenly heard a loud crashing noise and entered the room to see what caused the noise.
"Did you just come out from that Mirror? asked Sandbar. Hum, who are you, by the way. You look familiar...Did i saw you somewhere before?"
"It's me, Sunlight, you idiot" said Sunny Flame.
"Sunlight? he said. Wait, are you not supposed to be a guy?"
"I am, said Sunny. For some reason, i have been turned into a gir...Uh, i mean a mare. I went here to ask for Twilight's help."
"Wow, how it is to be a female, asked Sandbar. How do you feel?"
"First, i feel pretty irritated, and second, those heels were starting to get on my nerves. Glad i can remove them now."
Silverstream, Gallus, Ocellus, Yona and Smolder suddenly arrived a few moments later. Sunlight immediately teleported away to avoid more comments on his appearence.
"Hey, Sandbar, what are you doing in here? asked Smolder. Hum, looking at this mirror, i see, if i am not mistaken, this is the portal leading to this alternate world Headmare Starlight talked us about"
"Hum, said Gallus. Twilight also showed us some of the pictures she took there. Did you guys think what i'm thinking?"
"You want us to go in this other world? answered Smolder. I am so down to do it"
"Wait, guys, said Ocellus, The portal could affect each of us differently. I mean, Spike went with Twilight in this other world and was turned into a dog."
"You think i would be turned into a dog? said Smolder. Doesn't bother me, i wonder what race of dog i would be...Maybe a Pug!! or a Beagle, or a Retriever!!"
"So far, said Ocellus. We know Ponies turn into humans in this other world, and that Dragons turn into dog. But what about me, Yona, Gallus and Silverstream?"
"Hum, you and Silverstream are hybrids, said Sandbar. You, Ocellus, are half pony, half bug and you, Silverstream, are half-pony, half-bird. The Sirens were half Ponies, half-seahorses and they were looking the same as Twilight and her friends. So, my theory is that me, Ocellus and Silverstream would be turned into human and Smolder, into a dog."
"What about yaks?" asked Yona.
"And griffins, while we are at it" asked Gallus.
"Well, there is only one way to be sure" said Smolder.
"Should we not ask Starlight or our kingdoms leader before doing that? asked Ocellus. Remember what happened last time we left without telling anyone?"
"We will leave headmare Starlight a note, said Sandbar. Just hope she will find it."
"I am so excited!! Said Silverstream, i wonder what i will wear or what i would look like!! Let's do this, everyone!!"
She jumped into the mirror and disappeared. She was followed by Gallus, then Smolder, Sandbar, Yona and finally Ocellus, who hesitated a few second before joining her friends. Sunlight, in the time, was talking with Twilight about the situation he was in. She was surprised at first when she saw him as a mare, but quickly recovered.
"Hum, i can't find a cure if i don't know what caused your transformation in the first place. I am pretty sure magic have something to do with that. And if there is someone who know a lot about magic, beside me, it is Starlight. I am sure she will help you. Now if you excuse me, i have a meeting to attend, Spike!! do you have the list of discussions subjects i wrote yesterday?"
"Yes!! answered Spike. Oh, and you really look cute in this form, Sunlight! Rarity and you would have a good time together..."
For only answer, Spike received a book in the back of the head coming from Sunlight.
"Okay, i may have deserved this one" said Spike.
Meanwhile, back to C.H.S, Sandbar and the group landed on the ground loudly. Sandbar looked at himself and saw his hooves had beem replaced by feet and hands. He looked at Smolder, who was a Retriever, then at Silverstream and Ocellus, who were also looking like him. Then, he finally looked at Gallus and Yona, who were surprisingly looking like him, Ocellus and Silverstream.
"So, you are all human except me, said Smolder. Grrr, fucking magic mirror"
Everyone, except smolder, were having some difficulty to stand on what was called "legs". But a few minutes later, they were finally able to stand up and walk.
"Oh, i see a school!! said Gallus. From what i heard, A great friend of the princess Twilight and the Headmare Starlight frequent this school. I think her name was Sunset...Something."
"It's Sunset Shimmer, said Sunset. I saw you coming out of the portal. Do your teachers or parents know you are there?"
"Uh, we left a message, answered Ocellus. We were just curious to see what the world our friend Sunlight living in looked like."
"I knew that day would come, said Sunset. Well, if you listen to what i said and follow my directives, i will cover you when Starlight or Twilight will find out."
"Sound good to me, said Ocellus. What about you, guys?"
"What choice do we have anyway" said Gallus.
"First, said Sunset. I will tell Twilight and Starlight that you are with me at C.H.S. Better told them now that let them discover it by themselves."
She opened her book and started writting to Twilight about the situation.
"There, she said. She will read it eventually. I just hope she will gobble the excuse"

Chapter 3: The Young 6 meet the Main 7
Sunset, Sandbar and the rest of the group arrived to a parc where a lot of girls looking like their teachers were waiting,
“These are my friends” said Sunset to the students.
“They look kinda like our teachers” said Gallus.
“This is because this world and Equestria are parallel to each other. Everypony in Equestria have a human counterpart in this world. That include Twilight, her friends, Starlight and myself probably, My brother Sunlight, Celestia, Luna, probably Discord, Sombra, Chrysalis...And i pass.”
“They look totally our age, said Gallus. Time to see if my charming abilities improved since last time.”
“Calm down, Casanova, said Sunset. You are not here to flirt with my friends.”
Sunset’s book suddenly started to glow and vibrate and she opened it.
“Oh, it’s Twilight, she said. And she is not pretty happy about it.”
“What did she wrote?” asked Smolder
“Hum, answered Sunset. It said: «I would have loved that you prevented us before taking Starlight’s students on a field trip in your world. But at least, you did good to told it to me by yourself. I will send you Starlight, after all, she is the one in charge right now. I have other things to do. I know you can handle them, love you. Signed your friend, Twilight.»”
“Oh, there is Starlight coming right at you, said Silverstream. And she doesn’t look happy.”
Starlight was approaching rapidly and dangerously from Sunset.
“Hi, Starlight!” she said.
Starlight stopped in front of Sunset, angry.
“I can’t believe you took my students with you without preventing me before” she said.
“Well, about that, said Sunset. Uh...”
“It’s not her fault, Miss Glimmer, said Ocellus. She didn’t took us with her.”
“We found the portal in the castle, said Sandbar. And we couldn’t resist to the temptation of crossing it. Sunset almost immediately spotted us. Sunset Shimmer did nothing wrong, She was even willing to cover us to you and Twilight so you wouldn’t get mad at us.”
Starlight calmed down and looked at her students, then Sunset.
“Why did you covered them, Sunset? Asked Starlight. You barely know them...If they were your friends, it would be understandable...But...I am just surprised you were willing to put the blame on you rather than them.”
“It would have been rude to just return them like that, answered Sunset. Plus, i was thinking they could learn a couple of lessons in this world.”
“And how long do you want to keep them with you?” asked Starlight.
“How about a whole week?” proposed Sunset.
“Where will they sleep, what are they going to do for a whole week here?” asked the Headmare.
“Well, i am sure my friends will be more than happy to invite them to sleep in their houses. She answered. And for what is the schedule, I am sur Principal Celestia could allow them to be temporary students of the school if i explain her the situation. So, they would still following classes, only in another school.”
“Hum, not a bad idea, she said. Plus, the school of Friendship will be closed for the next 2 week due to uh, an infortunate incident implying a magical trick gone wrong. You can keep them with you until the school is repaired. I know i can trust you”
“Why don’t you stay with me, said Sunset. If the school is closed, then you have nothing to do, right?”
“I still have friends, you know, said Starlight. And i have a lot of paperwork to do, and have to tell to your respectives leaders about the situation so they don’t start a war with each other. But yeah, if i have free time, i may pass a few days with you and your friends.”
“Nice, said Sunset. Oh, is by chance Sunlight with you?”
“Yeah, she answered. One of my attemps to help her...destroyed almost half of the school. I will keep him to my castle a few days. Hope that doesn’t bother you.”
“No, not at all” answered Sunset.
“Fine then, said Starlight. In this case, i have to return to Equestria. I’ll see you later this week!!”
“Are you going to told Twilight the real reason why they are here?” asked Sunset.
“Was she mad at you?” said Starlight.
“No, she took my excuse very well” answered Sunset.
“Then, she doesn’t need to know, said Starlight. Goodbye, i love you!!”
“I love you too!” said Sunset.
She then looked at the student group.
“Well, i see Applejack’s Honesty classes really influenced you, she said. You were not forced to told her, you know”
“We just could not support seeing your friend be mad at you for something you didn’t do, answered Sandbar. It was nice of you to cover us, by the way.”
“Well, how about we meet your friends, now? Asked Smolder. They are waiting for a moment, now.”
“Right” said Sunset.
Meanwhile, at the castle of Friendship, Female Sunlight was consulting desesperately for a spell that could reverse the curse casted on him.
“There is no reason to panic, said Sunlight. There is still plenty of books to look at.”
“Oh, i like your new appearance, said Discord, who appeared in the room suddenly. This dress is really cute on you.”
“Shut up, said Sunny Flame. I know you are behind this.”
“Me? Oh oh oh, he answered. I am afraid you are wrong. I was planning to turn you into a female for the April Fools’ Day, not now.”
“So, you can’t do anything to undo the spell?” asked Sunlight.
“Only the person who casted it on you can remove it, said Discord. Have you been somewhere else than C.H.S recently? Touched or consumed something odd?”
“Hum, now that i think about it, I did visited the Crystal Empire two weeks ago, answered Sunlight. Cadence, Shinning Armor and Me took a drink at at bar. Could Cadence casted on me a spell to turn me into a female, or put something in my drink that could have turned me into a mare?”
“Why don’t you ask her about it? Said Discord. I can bring you instantly to the Crystal Empire”
“I have teleportation too, said Sunny Flame. I can get there by myself. But before doing that...”
Sunlight left the room and felt nose to nose with Starlight.
“Oh, there you are, said Sunny Flame. I am going to the Crystal Empire for a few hours. I have the feeling Cadence might know what caused my transformation.”
“Alright, do you want me to go with you? She asked. I haven’t seen Cadence in a long time.”
“Feel free to do so” answered Female Sunlight.
Starlight and mare Sunlight disappeared and reappeared at the doors of the Crystal Empire. They told the guards they were coming to see Princess Cadence. They obeyed and allowed them to pass. The two mares headed toward the royal castle were they were stopped once more by some guards.
“Access to the royal castle is forbidden to everyone not of the royal family” said one of them.
“Can i ask you why?” Asked Starlight.
“We can’t reveal that information to you” said the other guard.
“Alright, said mare Sunlight. Can we at least know when we will be able to see her?”
“Maybe next week, or even longer” answered the guard to the right.
“Sorry, we can’t wait this long, said Sunlight. I am sorry for what i am about to do”
Mare Sunlight used his air magic to choke the two guards until they lacked of oxygen and felt unconscious.
“Let’s get in” said Sunny.
“Let me cast on them an amnesia spell, said Starlight. I don’t want to get banned from the kingdom because of you.”
Sunny waited for her to cast her spell and when it was done, the two entered in the castle. Using an invisibility spell, Starlight and Sunny made their way throughout the castle without being seen.
“Princess Cadence’s room is near, said Sunny Flame. I don’t see why the guards didn’t want to let us in. The castle seem to be quiet.”
“Wait, stop, i am hearing noises coming from her room, said Starlight. Let’s see what they are.”
The two walked near the entrance of the door and neutralized the two guards keeping it. They heard Cadence scream and they immediately opened the door. What they saw was so shocking that Starlight lost her concentration, thus cancelling her invisibility spell. In front of them was Cadence getting busy with a dozen of stallions, which included Shinning Armor and 11 royal guards. All of them looked at Starlight with ashamed and surprised eyes.
“Oh, my, now i get why the castle was forbidden to everyone not royal” said Sunlight, who revealed herself.
“Starlight? Asked Shining, what are you doing here? I hope this is important enough to justify interrupting our orgy.”
“I will cast on myself the amnesia spell to forgot what i saw, she said. Uh, well, i think we will let you finish uh...What you were doing.”
“No” said Sunlight, as she casted a spell to put Shining and the royal guards asleep.
“You know you two play with fire, said Cadence, pissed to having been interrupted. Tell me one reason why i should not send you to the dungeons or banishing you from the kingdom.”
“Calm down, pretty princess, said Sunlight. You will soon be able to continue doing what you were doing after answering to a few of my question.”
“Hum, fine” said Cadence.
“Tell me how to get back to a stallion, you nasty b...Uh i mean, you thot” said Sunny

“Hum, You are not funny, said Cadence. Okay, yes, i am responsible for your current...Situation. I put in your meal an elixir that can swap the sex of an individual. And to make it permanent in time, i casted a spell on you.”
“That was almost 2 weeks ago, said Sunlight, and it started to take effect only a day ago.”
“Hum, it was supposed to take effect after one day, said Cadence. I suppose your constitution is to blame for this.”
“Just tell me how to break the effect of the potion, asked Sunlight. And while you are at it, why turning me into a girl in the first place.”
“I figured that as a mare, it would be more difficult for you to hold back your desires, she answered. As you may know, in general, girls are more «Invested» in love than boys. “Hum...Said Sunny. It would make sense. Well, thank for answering my questions, and sorry for disturbing you. Oh, and this conversation never happened, okay?”
“Wait, can you at least break the spell you casted on my husband and my guards?”
“I already cancelled it, she answered, You can wake them up when you want.”
The two left the room and then the castle. Starlight was still pissed about the situation Sunny put her in.
“Well, i am sure you know the way to the castle of friendship, said Starlight. I am going back to Ponyville and try to forget about what i saw earlier.”
“I am sorry, said Sunlight. But you are the one who insisted on joining me, i could have went there alone, you know.”
“Right, she said. Well, goodbye.”
She disappeared. Sunlight sat near a boulder and started thinking.
“So, in order to break the curse, she thought, i need to reveal my feelings to a guy i like, and kiss him with love. And the love part need to be in both ways. Ugh, fuck you, Cadence. I swear i will get my revenge on you after this story is over.”

Chapter 4: Breaking the curse
Sunlight had returned to the castle of friendship and entered in the portal for C.H.S, to realize it was almost nightime. Once he was back, he immediately returned in his room and stayed inside for a couple of minutes.
“Well, first, i have to told what i’ve learned to Sunset. I wonder where she is right now, i will send her a message.”
Sunlight sent her a message and Sunset replied almost immediately, saying that she was hanging out with her friends at Pinkie’s house. Sunlight dressed herself in a more appropriate way, with jeans and a t-shirt. Then, he/she teleported at the entrance of Pinkie Pie’s room. He opened it and was surprised to see Sandbar and his friends from the school of friendship talking with Sunset and the others.
“Hum, can i know what they are doing here, in this world?” asked Sunny.
“Headmare Starlight allowed us to stay here for a week as part of a school trip, answered Gallus, and can i know who you are? You look familiar...”
Sunny pointed at her hairs.
“How many people do you know have this color palette?” she asked.
“Hum, only one...Sunlight, he answered. Wait, don’t tell me you are...Sunlight?”
“Yes, it’s me, she said. Don’t let my appearence fool you, under this body, i still a guy.”
“That’s awesome!! Said Silverstream. Tell me, how does it feel like to be a girl?!”
“Uh, are you not a girl too? Asked Sunny Flame. You should know how it feel like.”
“Oh, right!” she answered.
“Hum, said Sunset. I thought you said you wouldn’t come back home before becoming a guy again.”
“I will explain it to you later” said mare-ified Sunlight
“No need to, she said. I can read it for myself.”
“Wait, don’t, said Sunny Flame. You don’t want to see what i saw earlier this day. Trust me.”
“Fine, i won’t, she said. You will told me later. If you want to stay with us for the evening, feel free!!!”
“Well, i have something else to do, said Sunny. I feel that this room is too small for one more person. See yah later!!”
Sunny Flame left the house and walked for a few minutes, before she sat on a bench near the park and got lost in her thoughts for a few moments. Suddenly, He feel something on his legs. It was Spike, who spotted her while he was trying to hunt squirrels.
“Are you okay, Sunlight? He asked. You seem very perplexed right now.”
“I am not perplexed, just stressed, and peeved cause of that” she answered
“What bother you? You can tell me! He said. I promise i will keep this secret.”
“Ugh, why not...He said. I know who is responsible of my transformation and how to reverse it”
“Cool, so what is bothering you, then?” asked Spike.
“Well, this is complicated, he answered. In order to break this curse, i need to love kiss a guy i am attached to, and he need to do the same”
“Oh, and you are worried because there is no guys meeting these conditions?” said Spike.
“No, there is one that might meet the conditions” she said.
“So, what are you waiting for?” asked Spike.
“That guy is Flash, she said, but i don’t want to kiss him. This is probable that at the moment i will kiss him, i will turn back into a guy and when Flash will realize it, he risk to be disgusted. And also, I don’t want to break his heart.”
“Hum, yeah, i am pretty sure Flash is into girls, said Spike. But there might be another way. That Princess Cadence said that you need to love kissing a guy you like, but it might work on a girl you had a crush on while being a boy...”
“Hum, Cadence said that had to be a boy, but she could have hidden some details from me, Love is love, no matter what sex the person you love is.”
“So, do you know a girl that like you?” asked Spike.
“Well, you mean every girl in school? Answered Sunny. Sure.”
“Hum, said Spike, and among them, is there one you have feeling for?”
“...I do like one, she answered. But i am afraid of the reaction somes might have about it.”
“You mean your friends? Asked Spike. They will understand.”
“Yes, she answered, but also of certain people that love her and would get mad at me for that.”
“And who is that girl? Is it Rarity? Or is it Fluttershy?” asked the dog.
“No, it’s neither of them, answered Sunny. It’s...Hum...Trixie.”
“Wait, you have a crush on Trixie? Said Spike. Seriously? What can you find interesting in her? She is egocentical, self-centered and way too unstable emotionally”
“This is just a decoy, said Sunny Flame. A shell. I know underneath all her pride, ego and bitchy attitude, hides a girl that want someone to love her, a shy, uncertain girl who just want attention and love.”
“Well, good luck breaking that shell of her, said Spike. But does she like you?”
“She does, said Sunny Flame, I know it because i read her diary...”
“Wait, what?” asked Spike.
“Uh, forget i said that!!” she said, embarrassed.
“Hum, did my ears really hear what they heard?” said a voice he recognized too well.
“Sunset? Said Sunny Flame. Since when are you listening to our discussion?”
“Let’s just say i heard all your conversation, she said. I didn’t know you had a thing for Trixie...And that you actually read her diary...”
“Let’s just forget i said that, said Sunny. The thing is, how am i going to get Trixie to kiss me? She is not into girls from what i read. I can probably convice her that i am Sunlight Blaze beneath this appearance. But her and me are not in good term since i accidentally stole the show last time we worked together. I will have to gain her sympathy again.”
“Hum, But what about Flash? Said Sunset. He would be more easy to get that Trixie. After all, he seem to like you a lot. But yeah, if that kiss work and you come back to normal, it would be awkward for him to realize he is kissing a guy that was a girl a few seconds ago.”
“She is right, said Spike. Have you at least tried to talk with him?”
“No, I didn’t, she said. I am too afraid of how he would react after the curse break and we still kissing each other. He would be disgusted forever and...”
“So what? Asked Sunset. Do you want to become a guy again or no?”
“I do, answered Sunny. You are right, it is time for me to have a talk with Flash. Sometimes, a hero need to take risks. Thank you, both of you, i will call you later if i manage to turn back to normal.”
Sunny composed Flash’s number. After a few moment she felt on his voicebox.
”Either he went in town without his phone or he is busy at home” she thought.
She looked in his room first and saw that his phone was left on the bed. She suddenly heard noises from the bathroom.
”Oh, he is taking a shower, she thought. In this case, i’ll wait for him to finish and get dressed. Or i could just...Scare the shit outta him....He he he. He would not expect me to wait t’ill he leave the bathroom and scare him”
The shower stopped and she heard step noises. She turned invisible and opened the bathroom door slightly.
“Uh? Said Flash. Is someone here? Hello?...Meh, must be the wind...Wait, did i let the windows open?”
He finished drying himself up and put a towel around his waist. He left the bathroom and saw that his windows were closed.
”Okay, calm down, Flash” he said to himself.
He went to his closet and suddenly, Sunlight/Sunny became visible again and jumpscared him. Flash screamed, walked back and bumped against his desk chair to finally fall on the ground.
“You should have seen your face!! Said Sunny. And that scream too!”
“Why?!” asked Flash.
“You didn’t think i wouldn’t get my revenge for that time i was taking a shower and you replaced hot water by cold water. Didn’t ya? She asked to him. You know i hate cold.”
“Right, said Flash. Tell me, why are you here?”
“Get dressed first, said Sunny. I refuse to speak with you when you are only wearing a towel.”
“Can’t handle such a beautiful body?” he asked.
“I can, she answered. After all, i used to wake up everyday with a body like that, before, you know, turning into a girl. But you, can you handle mine?”
“Good point, he said. Can you just leave the room the time i get dressed?”
“Sure” answered Sunny.
She left the room and Flash started dressing himself up.
“What does she want, he thought. She said she wanted to talk. But about what?”
Flash finished to dress up and opened the door.
“I am done, you can enter” he said.
She grabbed him and threw him with herself on the bed.
“Oh, i am sorry, she said, getting away from his body. I have much more difficulty to hold back my desires and emotions”
“It’s okay, he said. I like it rough”
“What?” asked Sunny.
“Uh, you wanted to talk with me, i am listening.”
Sunlight took a deep breathe.
“I discovered a way to break the curse that turned me into a girl” she said.

“I have to kiss someone i am very close too” she answered.
“And?” asked Flash.
“That person is you” she answered.
“Me?” he said.
“Yes, i like you, Flash, she said. And it is not just the female me that said it, it is also the male part of me as well.”
“Wait, he said. You are telling me you might be...Bi? Like Sunset?”
“Yes, answered Sunny. Like my sister. I find you attractive, to be honest, you are cool, nice and funny. But do you feel the same way toward me? Tell, me, you realize i am still a guy deep inside, right?”
“Of course i do, he said. Ugh...I also like you as well, Sunlight. You are cool, calm, smart, strong, almost perfect in every way”
“So, tell me, asked Sunny. If we kissed and i turned back into a guy while still kissing....Would you be shocked?”
“To be honest, if it can help you solve your problem, i don’t care, he answered. I am not gay, but for you, i can make an exception...”
Flash put his hand below Sunny’s chin, making her and him blush.
“Do it” said Sunny,
Flash kissed her with passion for a couple of seconds and then stopped. A few more seconds passed before Sunny started to feel weird. She was suddenly wrapped into a bright light for a few minutes and when it faded, revealed Sunlight, who turned back into a guy.
“It worked!! Said Flash!! It worked!! I am so happy for you!!”
Sunlight looked at himself with relief and hugged Flash gently.
“Thank you, he said to him. I promise to make it back to you”
“You are welcome, said Flash. This is what friends are for. But uh, can you release me now? I start to feel uncomfortable right now”
Sunlight stopped hugging him and blused of shame.
“I guess i still have a bit of feminine side in me” he said.
“So, what if we go announce the good news to Sunset?” said Flash.
“That can wait, he said. I have someone to see before.”
“In that case, i won’t tell Sunset until you came back” said Flash
Sunlight teleported in front of the statue and jumped in the portal, once arrived on the other side, he felt nose to nose with Starlight, who was cleaning the place.
“Sunlight? Wait, you are not a girl anymore!?!” she said.
She invited Sunlight to explain what happened around a cup of tea. Afterward, Starlight told him she had projects with Trixie for the evening. Sunlight teleported at the doors of the Crystal Empire and the guard surprisingly let him pass without problem. He went straight for the castle and entered in the princess’ room. Her and Shinning Armor were playing with Flurry Heart.
“Oh, i was wondering when you would come back, she said. See, i didn’t lied to you about the way to break my spell. That being said, i am sorry for using such an extreme way to make you learn a lesson.”
“I know, he said. And i am sorry for breaking out into your room sooner today. Know that i learned a lot today.”
Cadence took a scroll and a pen.
“I listen” she said.
“First, he said. I have learned that love is not as bad as i thought i was. There is some good sides to it. It took a gender swaping spell to open my eyes, and my heart. Now that i have seen what love is, i can’t unseen it. I also learned that keeping his feelings deep inside is wrong. Sometimes, you just have to talk them out to someone. For now on, i swear that i won’t hold back my feelings.”
Cadence sent the letter to Twilight by magic.
“Now i can turn the page, she said to him. Knowing that i succeeded to teach you a lesson. And by breaking the curse, you also unlocked a power you should like using”
“What it is?” asked Sunlight
“Now, you can swap gender at will, she said. All you need to do is to think about being a girl and you’ll become a girl”
“Uh..Okay...” said Sunlight.
He thought about swapping gender and effectively turned into a mare
“I am sure that will be useful soon or later” she said.
Sunlight thought about being a male and turned back into a stallion.
“Hum, one last thing, asked Sunlight. Do you think you can teach me the spell you used to curse me?”
“I can’t, but i think i might have one that have the same effect. Let me check...Oh, found it!! This spell will allow you to swap someone’s gender at will, just said the magic incantation and the name of the person you want to «curse». To cancel the spell, you can say the incantation at the bottom or wait 24 hours for the spell to end.”
“Hum, is there a time limit at my own transformation?” asked Sunlight.
“No, so have fun!!, she said, Plus, you are bi, so it is a double advantage for you....Hey, stop looking at my husband like that”
“I am just playing with you, said Sunlight. He is not my type...”
“Well, you should probably told your friends that you turned back to normal” said Shining.
“Right, said Sunlight. Well, have a good night, and thank you again for the spell, your Highness!!”
“You’re welcome!! She said. Come back at anytime!!”
Sunlight returned in front of the mirror once again and jumped through. He came back to Flash’s room and together, they headed to Pinkie Pie’s house to announce the new to their friends. Sunset was happy to see her brother back to normal as well as the rest of her friends and they spent the rest of the evening together...
