The city of Maretropolis has been on the decline for the past decade. Corrupt cops, underground drug rings, and even super villains run rampant on the streets at night. The only ones that do anything about this are the 'superheroes', and even they don't deal any lasting damage. But that all stops, once and for all, for one hero, one man, has come to change that. He and his compatriots may not be the heroes the city wants, but they're certanly the one it needs.
