In Ponyville, the peace-loving village that had been the site of many historical events; from Nightmare Moon's return to the battle against Tirek to the rise of the Princess of Friendship and her famous School of Friendship. Ponyville had seen it all, been through it all, embraced, and withstood everything several calamitous years had thrown at it and rose stronger than ever.
The perfect example of such strength was present in the form of the School of Friendship. A multispecies center of academic learning in the fields of Friendship. Some would say it was a trivial matter, something unworthy of praise, but when the literal Magic of Friendship was the one responsible for nuking one's enemies with weaponized rainbows, well, no one was arguing against it.
Probably the most important thing the school was creating, probably as a side effect and not at all planned ahead of time by one of the most intelligent and brilliant creatures in Equestria, was that the species barrier was being understood, studied, and broken down. Such was the case with six students in particular, renowned for their diversity, friendship, and saving Equestria from a demise none dared to fathom engineered by the ruthless Cozy Glow.

Silverstream relaxed at that, her expression shifting from worry to one of tired relatability. “Pffft, I know, right!?” She chirped. “There were so many battles and villains that the timelines can get very confusing! And don’t get me started on the stained glasses!”
“Ha! Yeah, no. I am not going to study that. I’d just end up more confused than I already are! Also, seriously, stained glasses?” He shook his head. “Maybe it’s because I’m a griffon, but I’d take bits or a trophy over a stained glass window, thank you very much.”

She giggled. “Thank you, Gallus,” sighing she threw herself back onto her bed. “Next exam is going to be so rough, I just know it.”

Silverstream considered it for a moment but then shook her head after a minute of deliberation. “How about we do something else?”
