I honestly don’t care the enough to plan a party, not even in a reunion. Gladly, my family already did a plan, and they do pretty good parties. My bedroom was relatively simple, a bed ( where i was whining at the moment), a small desk for my homework, aside was a small TV. The walls were white, and the floor a midnight black, my favorite combination of colors. I sat on my bed and from my side, I brought a backpack where my laptop was in, took it, turned it on, and saw if there were updates on the fics i am reading. Sadly, there were not, I brought up some games and went that way until midday. I turned it off and went to a walk at the park, gladly, walking is one of the few things that pulls me out of the boredom. After a few laps around the public place, I went straight to home. It was like 7 o'clock pm or something like that, I didn’t have a watch. There, at the front of my house, a two-story building with a metal fence, big backyard, white painting, gosh I love white too much. I moved from my parents house a month ago, the decision of me going wasn’t theirs, was mine. I stepped inside, and went to the restroom downstairs. I looked at the mirror, a slightly tanned skin, unbrushed, dark brown hair, eyebrows and eyes of the same color, a white and black shirt, the black only covering the upper arms, and pants with the same pattern, and shoes with the same colors -damn I love them- black on the unershoe and on the tip. Then, a sudden headache appears, “ARGH”, I shouted, I did long breaths to ease the pain, total success. After washing my face to ease the pain even more, I went upstairs. My laptop was not where I left it, it was slightly hidden under my bed. With the most confused face I have ever had in my life, I crouched to grab it. A small blast, like a bubble paper being popped was heard behind me, I left my computer inside the backpack and went to see what happened. I was so shocked, a portal was open before my eyes. At the other side, I saw an unusually green valley, but if the shock of the portal itself wasn’t enough, i recognized where it was going to... EQUESTRIA. I couldn’t move a muscle, I was slack-jawed, and having a big fangasm. What was left was that I squee’d because of it! But the happiness was over when the portal started to suck like a black hole, bringing me and my computer into it. Trans-dimensional travel is no fun, really, when it touched the portal, I blacked out in pain, every neutron, proton, and electron of my body being violently ripped of me and put back in another place. Like before, no. Fun. Before being completely unconscious, I heard voices, familiar voices. Able to see a little, I saw three bumps heading my way. I knew what will happen, and I didn’t like it. And with golden ribbon to close this, I passed out. I woke up on what looked like a bed made out of hay. I moved around, I was not tied up. Looking at my surroundings, it was the place I expected, the barn at Sweet Apple Acres. What a cliche. I thought as getting up. I went quietly to the doors. Looking through a small hole in the big red doors I saw another cliche, the mane six with Princess Celestia and Luna. That last thing made it less cliched. At the corner of my eye were wooden boards. I leaned back quietly, the less attention, the better, and my brain clicked. Okay, exit has a barricade, the princesses and the Elements of Harmony are on the other side, and on top of all, who knows what they’ll do to me. Yep, I. Am. Fucked. the thought was sadly true. I had like a habit to think ahead of time, most times, greatly it happened now. I will just be nice, not doing anything that could annoy and/or make them punish me. There are three ways on how Equestria knows about humans. One: they don’t know a shit, two: know us as a myth, or three: they terminated us in the events of the past generations of the show. They’d be more guarded depending on the case, being the third the highest fully knowing what I am capable of. A click snapped me from my thoughts looking back, an energy blast caught me, electrifying me, like a tazer. My instincts made me fight the current, and... I succeeded, standing up at full height. I threw my arms up in the air and shouted, “Don’t hurt me, I haven’t done anything bad. I surrender, I am going to lay down on the ground, but please DON’T hurt me”, I laid on the ground, upside-down, and waited for anything. Surprisingly, I got levitated from the ground and made me stood up, I gently turned my head. The ponies I named earlier had faces of shock, except of Celestia with her trademark poker face. "Uh, hello?" “S-so” Fluttershy spoke, weird I know right? “y-you are n-not going t-to harm us.” I felt bad, surely she was almost at the blink of dead by a heart failure. I sighed and said i the most comforting voice possible “You’re right, I will not harm you. Ahm, I am sure a backpack came with me, can I see it?” Celestia motioned Twilight to go outside with her, they’re talking for a full minute (felt like it) and returned with my backpack, handling it to me with magic. “Thank you” I grabbed the bag and inspected its contents, everything like I left it, just my laptop, a pair of headphones and the laptop's charger. I put the bag on, and something hit my head, metaphorically, “Ups, sorry, I haven’t introduced myself, my name’s Horacio, nice to meet you!” I held a hand up as a sign to shake it, Pinkie Pie, as always, appeared out of nowhere and shook it rapidly, and the grip itself hurt! “Hi, I am Pinkie Pie” No way, I thought, “and this are my friends Applejack, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash!” she said motioning her hoof to each one of them as their names were said “These are Princess Celestia and Luna!” motioning to the respective ponies. “Charmed” I said, bowing as a way of respect. “Oh please don’t do that.” Celestia said. Everypony except me saw her with the same shocked expression “What? It gets boring when you see that every single day!” she gave a chuckle. “Uhu, ah okay, now that introductions are done, what else is left to do?” I said clapping my hands. Twilight stepped out, trembling a lot Shit, I gave a big scare to them. “C-can I ask you some questions?” her voice filled with curiosity and fear. I crouched to her eye level and said with a voice so kind Fluttershy could be jealous “Sure! The interrogationOkay, as for the number of votes and because I was bored, I give you the second chapter in advance. Enjoy Upon hearing my last word, Twilight gave me a confused look and told me "Human? Never heard of such species before." Okay, they don't know anything about humans, good opportunity to give a good impression, as I don't want to be sent to the moon or fried in Tartarus. I thought with relief, gave a sigh, and said "Interesting, well, I am sure you want to know about it, don't you?" Her face lit up "Yes please!" the mare happily said. I took a seat on the ground and said "Where should I start? Humans have a lot of history behind." I thought about it for a second, then continued "First, I lived in a far away land, as far that not even the current transport technology from there even could get me here." "Wait" Twilight interrupted me "you are saying that you don't have any mode of transport to get yourself here, but you ARE here!" she said with a hint of anger. Not good I thought and said "Yes, I am here, but I said my species doesn't have that technology, which gives me the hint that something else transported me here; and, behind everything, there is a reason." Twilight gave me a glare that said 'touché' in neon lights, thought a little bit, and said "Okay, as you said technology, how advanced is your species?" "Lemme see... we developed internal combustion engines, rockets, supercomputers, we went to the moon once, sent robots to another planets; the internet, a giant network of interconnected computers. Hmm, what else..." I trailed off to think of more technology advances, excluding weaponry for reaaally obvious reasons. I took a look at the ponies to see them with shocked faces, including Princess Celestia. The Alicorn of the Sun stood forward and told me "Your species went to the moon? I thought that only a power as strong as mine with the Elements of Harmony was capable of doing that." "Well, it wasn't easier for us either, it was like aaah 43 years ago, if i am correct." I said, then asked "Sorry, but, how long was I unconcious?" Twilight spoke up "It was yesterday when we found you. Regarding your statement, 43 years? Why is it that your species couldn't go again?" "As I said earlier, it was a great challenge, and the resources we used in such trip are to difficult to get in the proportions needed. Any more questions?" "Yes, how many are of you?" "Like more than seven million people." As that last line was said, a loud gasp was heard from Twiiight "Seven million? How is your land supporting them?" "It is not, the planet is slowly dying, efforts to help the planet have helped in small amounts, either way, the extintion is yet to come." "That's dreadful!" Rarity screamed fearfully. "Tell me about it." I finished laying on my back with my hands under my head. "How are you going so easy about it?" Twilight asked with the same amount of fear in her voice. "Because sometime we'll all die. Yeah, your Princesses are inmortal, but you and I aren't." I let a sigh and continued "Let's move to another topic, shall we?" Everypony nods in agreement, then, Pinkie Pie walks infront of me, mane a little bit straight and dark. I knew what that meant, and believe me, I didn't like it either. "Can we ask you about your life?" Odd question I thought and said "Well, my birthday is tomorrow." Pinkie got into her normal self and said "Omygosh, I need to plan everything, but now!" and she began to run to Ponyvile to do such, but a magical grip stopped her mid-way; and by the color of it, was Twilight's. "One does not simply do a party to an unknown being! Especially not knowing how everypony else will react!" the lavender unicorn said. "She's right" I said "unless you got like way that can make me a pony, I don't find how you can make a party for me without the whole town freaking out." "Hmmm, I think i have something like that." Twilight told me, touching her chin. "But haven't really used it." "I think is worth a try, but first close the doors, anypony could watch me being transformed and blow the cover even when it haven't started. Call me paranoid, but you can't say no that it would happen." "You look like you thought about this months ago!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed, with a big hint of suspicion in her voice. Fuck "Look, I have the ability, or habit for matter of fact, to think ahead of time. Such thing let me to that conclusion." I said, Rainbow gave me a look that said 'you win this time' and 'I am watching you'. The group complied with my terms and shut the doors, now, the interesting was going to happen. Twilight began preparing the spell and shot it, a lavender beam struck my heart first, then, the energy went through all my body. It was a great pain, barely stood against it. I saw Twilight getting weaker, and Celestia witnessing this, she gave her student some of her own magic, making it easier for her. A pair of minutes passed and the transformation was complete. I was very weak, barely handling my stance. I felt a thing on my head, telling me I was a unicorn. I looked over to Twilight, asleep, even with Celestia's help, the poor thing couldn't handle the spell. The alicorn took her on her back and looked at me, something in her look made me freeze in fear. Everypony went outside, me included. It was warm outside, nor too cold or to hot were i lived, just right. I watched the sky, cloudless, beautiful. Then the orchard at my right, the apples were too delicious-looking for me. Then, to Ponyvile, one of the dream places of a brony, were everything went good, calm, and beautiful. I just left my rear-end fall to the ground with an thump to feel more comfortable. I felt a soft bump on my side, taking me out of the beautiful of the scenery. I looked at where the bump came from, it was Applejack. She nodded to my left, were Twilight was regaining consciousness, I went to see how she was. Gladly, she stood up and woke up completely. She smiled at me looking at the result of her work. I gave a sight and said "Well, the transformation was a succes. Now, what to do?" "Well" Applejack said " the day is still fresh, and Ah could use some help in the orchard." "I can show you Ponyvile!" screamed Pinkie Pie with her usual joy. "I have an order for suits for stallions, and you just seem the right size to fit in them! You could help me as a living model." Rarity said. "I know" I said "let's go like this, I first go with Pinkie for a quick tour, then I help a little with Rarity's out fits, at last but not least, I finish helping Applejack with anything she needs. What about that?" I got approving nods from the three mares and set of to adventure! Here, I finished chapter two early. Think of it as a treat for the good feedback i got from the first chapter. It was like forthy minutes since I went with Pinkie to see Ponyvile, in such time she managed to show me half the town. We finished at Carousel Boutique, where my next task was located. We said our good-bye's and split directions. I knocked at the boutique's door, from the other side I heard Rarity saying she would be there in a moment. After such moment, she opened the door. "Hi Horacio" she said "thank you for taking your time in helping me with this suits." "It is not a problem, Miss Rarity." I said with the most formal and badass voice I could come with, why? Because WHY NOT? "Let's begin with this, shall we?" "Why, of course, come in!" we entered the store, me following her. Walking as a pony wasn't too difficult to learn, but still I haven't mastered it. And with that, I fell face-first on the floor. After checking I was allright we started with the suits. Basically the only thing I was doing was trying the outfits and pose for Rarity to see if it was perfect. The job itself was boring, but the suits were too comfortable that made not give a damn about it. On the corner of my peripheral vision I saw a mirror where I was able to look at myself. I was basically a clone of Shining Armor with black mane, tail, and eyes, also blank flank. I wonder why that physique. I asked myself. "Uhm, Miss Rarity." the fashionista put her attention on me "Why is it that you knew that I could fit this suits perfectly?" "To be honest with you, I think it was my fashionista sense" she said chuckling "and by the look of it, it was just right." "Agree." Seriously, that's the best you could come up with, argh. "Well, that is the last suit, again thank you for helping me." "And again, not a problem Miss." I said. I took off the clothes, gave them to Rarity and went in direction of Sweet Apple Acres. In my way I went infront of the Golden Oaks library, there I heard somepony say my name. I looked behind me to see Twilight waving at me. I went to her and said "Hi Twilight, how is it going?" "Good" she said "well, after you left I went to home to rest. That spell was too far away from my reach." "Hey" I said as putting a hoof on her back "at least we both made it haven't we?" she nodded "So why to be sad!" I patted her on the back, she blushed a little, but enough for me to see it. "Well" I said "time for me to see if Applejack needs any help, also to ask if I can sleep at the barn." "O-okay, see you later." she said with what looked like afraid or ashamed to tell me something. "Something is bugging you Twilight, what is it?" "N-no, it is nothing." "That blush in your face is telling me another story Twily~." I said teasingly, making her blush harder. "Okay! I thought that you could come and sleep in my house. If you want, of course!" she said unconfidently. "Sure, why not? You made me capable to blend here, I would be honored in accepting your offer." with this said, her face lit up with a grin that could rival Pinkie's. We said our good-bye's and separated trails, again. It was almost sunset when I arrived at Sweet Apple Acres. I asked Applejack if she needed anything, she said that everything's done, but that I could come there early to start applebucking. I said that I will be there and went back to the library. I knocked at the door and Spike opened the door. "Hi!" I said. "Hi, you are who Twilight found yesterday, are you?" "Eeyup." I said mimicking Big Macintosh. "Well come in, your bed is upstairs." he said with a smile on his face, but something on my head told me he wasn't very comfortable with my presence. As I came in, Twilight was going down-stairs. We saluted each other and, if could have been worse, my stomach grumbled. I haven't eaten all day except for a few cookies in Sugarcube Corner when Pinkie gave me the tour. I blushed a little and asked if I could eat anything, gladly Twilight said yes and showed me where the kitchen was. I just grabbed some cereal and milk. After finishing my dinner, I went upstairs. As Spike said, There was a bed waiting for me. At the far end of the room was Owlicious waking up. I said hi to him and went to bed. Remember earlier when I said how comfy those suits were, it was nothing compared to the comfiness of the bed! We all said our good-night's and went to sleep. I find myself on a dark room, devoid of all light. Then, out of nowhere, Shining Armor's face shows up, sending me on my back. The hologram I will call it like that, deal with it cleared his throat and told me "You are Horacio, am I right?" I nodded "the Princesses told me about you and felt like looking after you for a bit, but look what I see." he shows images of me with Twilight when I made her blush. I have said it earlier and I will do it now I. Am. Fucked. I mean, the captain of the royal guard brother of Twilight is angry at me! or looked like it. "I am not going to tell you to stay away from my sister, because she's so happy with you, but remember my words; you do something to her, you will regret it, ok?" I nodded like a maniac. Also, remember when I said about Celestia's gaze at me that made me freeze? His voice in this moment scared me shitless. The world faded to black again, telling me to wake up. The next day I barely woke up, as a thing of everyday, more with that dream. I was resting over my right side and decided to turn to my left. When I did so, I came looking at Twilight's face centimeters away from mine, like, kissing range. I suddenly screamed and moved around crazily, I got trapped like a burrito with the covers and fell from the bed's side face-planting. The sudden thump woke up everyone else. I lifted my head a little and said "Help over here please." I got levitated from the floor, undone the burrito-cover trap, and let me standing on the floor "Thanks." "No problem Horacio" said a sleepy Twilight, she yawned and went to sleep again. I was going downstairs when a half-sleepy half-annoyed Spike got on my way and told me in a hushed voice to not wake up Twilight "What were you doing there?" I continued with a hushed voiced "I haven't done anything, so please don't be mad at me." I checked to see Twilight, she was still asleep Good "Right now I promised Applejack to help her at the farm, ok?" he slowly nodded and let me go downstairs. I sighed and thought Great, Twilight has feelings for me, that will be good and bad at the same time., I went to serve myself a cereal and got to Sweet Apple Acres. I saw Applejack resting on a tree, surely waiting for me. When she saw me she stood up and went to me to say hi, but she noticed something wrong with me and didn't hesitate to ask me "Is there anything wrong, sugar cube?" "No; well, yes, there is a problem, but I don't feel in the mood to talk about it." I said trying to change the subject. "Okay, if ya don't want to talk about, fine, Ah'll not try to force information out of you." she said with a reassuring smile. "Thank-you, Applejack." I said sighing, smiling back "So, let's get going!" Why am I having the feeling a shitstorm is brewing at the distance. I thought while going to the orchard to start harvesting. Ah, my inspiration is in high levels! Well, I will be updating more frequently when there isn't a votation. Relax, everything will get along with you two, trust me. Fine. I worked with Applejack the whole morning. She told me that my help was very useful, that we finished hours earlier than when I haven't. I said good-bye and went for a walk. The dream was still haunting me, Shining Armor was basically spying on me. I shook the thought off and went to Twilight's house to rest a little. Getting to the location I knocked at the door, the lavender mare answered the door and motioned me to come in. "Hello Horacio, how are you?" she asked with a grin and a small blush. "I am good, I guess." I said rubbing the back of my neck "Can I talk to you Twilight? In private." "Yes Horacio." she walked to the basement. Once we both got there and closed the door, she spoke up "What is what you want to talk about?" "Well, your brother spied on us and knows you have feelings for me, and basically I am stuck between the sword and the wall with him." "Argh, why does he has to snug on my personal life!" she exploded, really angry. "Woa woa woa, easy there. Can I tell you something?." I asked. "Yes" she said, now more calmed. "I got a little sister too, and I got her in the same situation we're right now." I chuckled. She gave me a 'Are you serious' look and I continued "I did that with the same reason as him, because I am worried about my lil' sis. Don't be mad at him." I finished patting her back smiling. "Okay, okay." she said hanging her head. "Also, I had this question." she perked up her ears and looked at me "Do you know why I look like your brother?" "It is maybe because I was thinking of him when I did the spell." she blushed and chuckled. Damn it, the cuteness! "Well, that checks out that question." I thought for a little bit and continued "Is there anything else to do?" "I ran out of tea, and I was going with my friend Zecora to get some more. You could walk with me over there if you want." she said rubbing her fore hoof with the other, still blushing. Dawwww "Sure, let's go." I said with a grin. We went upstairs to start the trip to Zecora's hut. Once everything was ready, we said good-bye to Spike and left for the Everfree forest. The trip was boring, except from a few parts we chatted, but everything else was much boring. We made it to the zebra's hut and knocked on her door. Moments later, Zecora opened the door. "Oh hello Twilight." she said, then looked at me and continued "Who is this stallion at your right?" "A friend of mine I met a couple of days ago." she said, blushing a liiiiiiittle"We have come here to know if you have some tea for me." "I am afraid I have none" the zebra answered "but come with me to get some." "Okay, just tell us when you are ready." Zecora nodded and motioned us to follow her. We walked into a clearing in the forest, it was marvelous. I looked around slack-jawed like a kid in a candy store until my vision locked into a blue tumor-like thing. It had a sky blue color and glowed, it also had small tendrils waving, even if there wasn't any wind. It was strangely familiar, but I couldn't get the word. I called Zecora to see if she knew what was this, she shook her head. I asked Twilight, same answer. The blob started shifting, growing spikes, one of them was fair larger than the rest and was aiming at Twilight. My instinct kicked in and made ma tackle Twilight. The spike launched itself like an arrow. It hit me instead of Twilight, piercing my heart. The impact from the shard threw me a couple of feet away. I was on my back, barely breathing. Twilight and Zecora quickly came to me to see if there can be any help. That's what I could remember until I faded out. DAMN, the cliffhanger :P. I am planning something bigger next time, keep the faith on me, please. I muttered, standing up. "I am unconscious, but not death, I think." I began to recall what happened before "What was that blob, I remember seeing it elsewhere...". My face became filled with fear at the realization. "No" I said "no, no, no no nono nononononononononono!" I started panicking, that thing WILL become a problem. "Why phazon!? Why?" I said between hyperventilations "Okay, calm down, that clearing isn't touched by anything else except Zecora, that would help it for not spreading." A light appeared infront of me, getting closer and closer every second until engulfing me entirely. I didn't know what it would do to me, but I also didn't give a fuck about it. I barely opened my eyes, and my vision at the moment was too blurred, only could see outlines. There were... six? no. Seven? maybe. Eight? hmm, better. I blinked a few times to see better, there were the mane six, a doctor, and a nurse. All of them, except Dash, had worried expressions which lowered a little seeing I am waking up. I gave a grunt and tried to sit down, but a quick pain and the doctor pinned me down. "You have to lay down, you haven't recovered fully yet." the doctor said. "Okay." I said, grunting in pain. Twilight hugged me, and for a unicorn who only spends the time with books, she had a strong grip. "I was so worried about you." she said, at the edge of sobbing. "Sh sh sh shhh," I hushed like you would hush a baby "Everything is okay, no need to worry." I hugged her and patted her back in a comforting way. After some time, she broke the hug and sat on a side of the bed. She had a small smile on her face. "You know how much time I have left here, Doc?" I asked. "Well" he started "your recovery is way too faster than expected; and, because of this, this will be the last check until you can go." "Good." I said. I looked at the clock, 6:50 pm. I went to Twilight's house by 1:30 or so, then walked for a good 10-20 minutes. I passed out like 5 hours. I looked at my chest, the doc said my recovery was fast, but it this was insane. There wasn't even a scratch, like it never happened. "Uh," I said "Where is the shard that almost killed me?" The doctor looked away from a file has reading and said "Well, you absorbed it." "Huh?" This can't be good. I thought. "As I said, you absorbed the shard before we could even touch it." "O-okay." I said. I looked at the mares and said, a bit more calmed, "How is it going?" "Well," Rarity spoke up "away from the 'accident', the day has gone pretty good." "Same here." Applejack said. "I couldn't give you your birthday party because of it!" Pinkie shouted. For her not been able to make a party is serious buisness. "Chilax Pinkie." I said "Remember, there are a lot of days where you can make me that party." She calmed a little bit, but she was still kind of annoyed. I looked at Fluttershy. "What about your day?" The shy pegasus hid under her mane and said "W-well, everything has been alright before, you know." "No need to be shy at me, I am not dangerous." Everyone knows as I, a brony, already knew about her behavior, but couldn't risk of appearing I knew too much. "She's like that, a problem with that?." Rainbow said flatly. After a few minutes of awkward silence, the doctor came close to me and examined me. Some time later he finished and said "Everything seems alright, you can go." "Good to know." I said smiling. I tried again to sit, better result. Now, to stand on firm ground. It took a while to stay firm, then I nodded that we should go. "Uhm, Twilight." I said. "Yes, Horacio." she answered. Her eyes sparkled at me, that got me hypnotized. Then, she looked at me, like I was doing something dumb and said "You allright?" "Huh? Oh yes, hehe." I quickly snapped from my trance ashamed. Then I said in a more serious tone "It is needed that the princess knows of what attacked me. I actually knew what was it, but remembered until now." "Huh?" she seemed surprised. "So, what is it?" "From where I come from it is called phazon. A radioactive bio-mineral with strong mutagenic abilities, extremely dangerous." "Wait," the lavender mare said "If it is that dangerous, and you absorbed it. Why anything is happening to you?". She now looked more worried. "I don't know, to be honest with you." I said "Just let's be thankful anything bad happened. I also need to ask to quarantine the zone of the mineral." "Let me see what I can do." "Good, thank you." I finished. I sighed and thought Thank everything that nothing wrong will happen. The girls and I walked to the entrance of the hospital, said our good-bye's (except me and Dash), and went everyone to they respective homes to rest. Getting at the tree-house, I went to the kitchen to make something to eat. Spike was ordering some books, when he saw me he waved saying hello. I waved back. I just ate some cereal and went to bed. As I made my way into my bed, I just felt as I needed to sleep now. I did it, falling quickly into slumber. I woke up easier than usual. I yawned and stretched. I looked at my left to see a Twilight looking at me with a covered plate, "Good morning sleepy-head." she said, snuggling on my forehoof. I smiled, it was the first relaxing moment I had in three days of hell I received, and I was sure as hay I was going to use it. "Good morning, Twi." I said, yawning again. I looked at the plate and asked "What you got there?" "Some break-fast for you." she smiled "You saved my life, and decided to give you breakfast in bed!" She put the plate on a nightstand at my left "But that's not all, I decided also to let you rest all day and give you anything you need!" "Well," I said "for now I just want to eat this break-fast. If there is anything else I will make you know it." "Okay." and she trotted away from the room, humming happily. "Wait!" I shouted, Twilight stopped and looked at me. "What about the phazon?" "Well, I sent the letter when I arrived. Then, a quick response came saying that the situation will be taken care of." I sighed and said "Good. Sorry for my sudden outburst, I am really worried about that thing." She went straight to me and kissed my cheek. I felt a sudden heat on my face and a warm sensation on my chest. "Don't be sorry, everything is going to be alright." "Okay." I said dumbly, still recovering from the blush. Twilight just giggled and went downstairs. Holy shit, what was that? I moved the top from the plate to reveal some scrambled eggs and pancakes, with silverware at the side. Using my magic I lifted the knife and fork and began eating the oh-so delicious break-fast ( not sarcastically, it was damn good). After finishend the greatness of break-fast, I decided to just sleep more, because why not? After a nap, I saw some gifts on the nightstand. Looking at them, I saw they were from the girls except, wait for it, Rainbow. I sighed Why she has to be so hostile at me. Well, sooner or later I will make her at least be ok with me. I opened the gifts, starting with the nearest one, from Twilight. Taking the wrapping paper, it was revealed a spell-book, it had a note that said: 'Dear Horacio, If you want, I can give you magic lessons. With love, Twilight <3 ' I smiled. Yeah, I thought. Later I will ask her to teach me some magic. I went for the next gift, it was Pinkie's. It was some cupcakes and a note. I put the cupcakes aside and looked at the note, which said: 'I was negotiating hardly with the author about my fourth-wall breaking in this fic, and he let me tell this. You have something called 'Eagle vision', one of the effects phazon had on you. To activate it just think of that you want to see though walls, you will get what I mean. This is for you, reader. As long there isn't much solid information known about the phazon. This is kinda valid.' I read the note with a confused look. Wait I thought. If it was pinkie, this is legit. I did what the note said, thinking I wanted to see through walls. A blinding light came to be. I blinked as a reflex. The world became blue and everything was transparent, still able to see its borders. I looked down, I saw a shining outline of a pony, Twilight. But, the range of the Eagle vision wasn't that much, blurring at the point of blindness a few meters away. When I looked to his left, Pinkie's note was lit up. I missed something I picked up the note, it was stil legible, even with the glow emanating from it. I looked from the other side, at first glance without the eagle vision I didn't see anything. Now, a fully legible hoof-writing that said: ' To turn off eagle vision just think of the world with normal eyes. Eagle vision, as other things, changes with the level of phazon corruption. When the corruption gets higher than 20% percent, giving enough focus, you will be able to hear what somepony says, at 75% even read his/her thoughts. Wow I thought. Somewhat OP at the moment. I turned off eagle vision, and went for Rarity's gift. As you levitate something with magic, you still fill how heavy it is; and this, was heavy. I opened it to reveal some clothing, unfolding it showed an outfit similar to my clothes as a pony, but this one had a jacket with a hood. Let me tell you, when I was on Earth, I thought of it as my outfit as a pony. I tried it on, perfect. I looked at myself in the mirror, like a badass. I gave a small chuckle at the thought, took out the outfit and hanged it in the dresser. I decided to look myself on the mirror again, something changed. My eyes, instead of a deep, midnight black; were bright, glowing sky-blue. The corruption I thought. It is starting to affect me. Out of all of the ordinary, two portals appeared on my right. From where a pony per portal came out. One was a light blue unicorn stallion, brown mane and tail, with a magnifier and telescope cutie mark. The other was a white pegasus with green mane and tail, same gender, also some freckles on his face, he was blank-flank. I just stared at the bodies and thought, the only thing I could get in my pony brain the rest of this faithful day: What. The. Actual. Fuck. That wraps up this chapter. Other spells like summoning, conjuring stuff, metamorphosis, combat magic, or gender-bending were either I requested Twilight to teach them or learned by myself. When I learned the gender spell she was very puzzled in why I wanted to learn such spell, even how I got my hooves on something like that. In response, I just shrugged. We spent the rest of the night practicing the spells. With the metamorphosis spell, I was able to change between human and pony form (with clothes, obviously). I tried doing spells in human form, to everypony's surprise, I was able to do so, but only basic stuff like telekinesis. Spike was watching us practicing the spells, giving same reaction as Twilight at the same events. On a side note: A thing I sure liked is that I have been getting better with him during my time here. As dinner time arrived, Spike made us waffles. I adorned them with strawberries, whipped cream, syrup, the rest I'll leave it to your imagination. We devoured the waffles with happiness and cream plastered on our faces, enjoying every bit of them. Rainbow's POV Okay, I thought as housing these two guys as a good idea, now I truly regret it. I had to do it because I couldn't just let Twilight housing three strangers of another dimension. Something that took me by surprise is when Horacio, or Mex as his friends called him, asked me to give Cloud Flash flying lessons. I haven't even said anything about my flying abilities and now he asks me for flying lessons; even though I just treated him like he was a dangerous guy. Also that his friend got to excited about me teaching him, that's just strange. Maybe they just saw at first glance how awesome I am to ask me for such a thing, I don't really know. But the matter at hoof right now is how these two acted when they are together. When we arrived at my house, the first to do was bringing Semper up here, it wasn't a big deal. Then, bed distribution, they decided to share the bed. They just act like they were a couple, all sappy and stuff. Cloud is more, uh, how to say it? Intimate? Whatever. All of this just made me want to vomit. Don't get me wrong, they were cool and nice, so was Horacio. Then, why did I treat him like that? Now I feel bad, I will ask for him to forgive me tomorrow. Through the night we just had small talks between us, but a big awkward silence was predominating the time. Then I remembered Twilight saying that tonight was going to be beautiful. I brought them to the balcony, then I just leaved them alone and went to my bedroom to see the spectacle alone. I gave myself a time to think, and some things crossed my mind, but nothing as these two thoughts: What crossed Cloud and Semper's minds, and more importantly... How Horacio could have a hold on his sanity with these two. Horacio's POV Before we went to sleep, the three of us went to the balcony. Twilight said that Princess Luna was going to make a great night this time. So, why not watch? Even though we haven't seen the start because we're practicing the spells, we saw some very interesting stuff. The moon was full, really big and shiny. The stars making beautiful constellations which Twilight named one by one. All of this just made me happy, and not regular happy, but a type of happy that is above everything. After the night show, we just slept on the balcony, Spike using Twilight as a pillow and she using me as a pillow. I was the last one to fall asleep, looking at the sky. And I just thought, Beautiful, isn't it?, but then another thought snuck its way in, I haven't tried to make Rainbow not hate me, I'll do it tomorrow. I sighed and fell asleep. Sorry for short chapter :( Have a video for a change :P Video... Mindful shenanigans pt 3I have thought it a little more, and better I correct this after I finish it. I am bored. Anyway, let's go. Horacio I just went for it. Pressing the gas pedal, I went at full throttle through the opening. The next went in slow motion: cops turning to go for the kill, me dodging them using nitrus or other devices and strategies, and finally getting through the door unharmed. It sure got me exhausted, but boy, totally worth it! While still trying to get the cops of my tail, a little song rang in my head. The pursuit was turning difficult, I needed to evade before it became impossible to dodge. I tried to do every trick on the book to lose them, but didn't work. Well, not everything, there was the option of doing what was done at the end of the game, going through an old bridge. But I couldn't just because I don't know where is that bridge! Even if a magica- "Wait, a-a marker appeared on my map?" I said, dumbfounded. "I just hope it leads where I want to go. Also, I believe I am sometimes too OP." Twilight "How was he able to do that?" I asked myself. For it to do something like that needed ungodly precision! Anyway, looking to the route he is taking, I believe he goes to the old bridge (Okay, how did I know that?). "The suspect is going to the old bridge, requesting roadblocks in the perimeter, over." I said, moments later came the response of approval. Ohoho, it is doomed. I had to give pursuit myself, as everypony else crashed over there at warehouse. I kept my distance to give it false security, but also not let him out of my sight. It is close to an end, I thought, and this nightmare ending was something I truly wanted. Horacio Good lord why Those were my initial thoughts when I saw the ginormous amount of roadblocks between me and the bridge. I barely managed to go unharmed for the most part. And there I was, getting at the end of the road so close to getting my freedom... so, close sooo close and to be canceled by (Eliminated for rating issues) Cross. Twilight "YES!!!" I said when the suspect was taken down by me. I sighed, finally this is over! I got out of my car, waking towards the suspect's car. My mind became full of calm thoughts, all regarding the capture of that criminal. I magically grabbed the handed of the door "Oh nothing can ruin thi-" my happiness was cut short by who was in the car. It was Horacio! My mind went overdrive with questions. I just could not simply get it. He, a good guy that seemed peaceful and calm, having this kind of chaotic dreams? Madness! Horacio was still conscious, but a little groggy. The world began shifting, becoming a regular white mass. I reappeared in a white room, it only had a normal living room set. Horacio was sleeping on the couch. He promptly woke up, his arms flailing and he saying incoherent words. When Horacio finally calmed down, he looked at me, his face turning into a expression of happiness mixed with curiosity. "Twilight?" he asked, I nodded. "How did you get in here?" "Magic." I simply said, as it was true, and didn't want to give details. "Why are you in my dreams?" he asked, concerned. "Why not?" "Because it is a violation to privacy?" "Uh, hehe, uhmmmm." I was worried, what could I say to save my hide? "You know you could have just asked and There wouldn't be any problem, right?" His expression softening. Wait, what? "Anyway, what did you see over there." "Well, I was a, ehem, 'police man' I believe." His face became one of when you just where told that you are adopted. "You, where, the police that was in my tail all this time?" "Uh-huuu." I shakily answered, this will not end well. "That." Here it comes. "Was." So close... "Awesome!" Okay, what? "Awesome?" I asked. This is weird. "Yeah!" he answered. "I have never been that deep in adrenaline before!" ... "Seriously!" I shouted. "You think breaking the law and put in danger your life and other's is... awesome?" "Yup" he did not look any shocked by my outburst. I didn't know what to say. I was surprised. To make this situation weirder, Horacio starts floating around the place. He was starting to get closer to Pinkie in the random scale. Also, a song began playing, this one to be exact. Thinking about what happened, I did enjoy a little bit the pursuit, but what exactly happened still bugged me. Though, this was only a dream. I don't think Horacio would be able to do this in real life, ... right? "Hey, Twilight." "Eep!" I quickly went behind the sofa. "That was really scary!" "Oops, sorry. Didn't know that you were so easy to scare, though." he politely said. "Anyway, even though this looks stupid, given how you reacted to everything else, do you want to drive again?" "Hmmmm," I wondered. "no races?" "If you don't want." "No pursuits?" "No pursuits." "No speeding?" "No speeding." "You know what?" I finally said. "I just be in the car with you, driving is kind of exhausting. Even if this is only a dream, and you don't move at all." "Sure." he shrugged and made appear a strange, glowing plate. He began pressing and do another stuff to it. The car he drived disappeared, then replaced by another. This one had a blue paint with silver white streaks. Above it there was a sing that said "BMW M3 GTR E46" What a long name. I thought. Horacio opened the passenger's seat, motioning me to enter the car. Obviously I complied. Once I got into an entirely comfortable position, Horacio started the engine and drove carefully. The last thing I want is for him to start speeding. Horacio "I told you not to speed!" Twilight shouted, hitting me on the head. We were already awake, and we were eating breakfast (Eggs and hay). Five minutes after I started driving my need for speed took over me and I just started speeding. In my opinion, it was worth it. "I didn't promise anything, Twilight." I said in a mocking tone, finishing it sticking my tongue out like a five-year-old. Some times I tend to be such an immature. "Could you two please lower it down, I woke up because of your shouting!" Spike said from upstairs. "Ok, Spike." Twilight said. "Seriously, Horacio, why did you start speeding. Wait, even, you spawned another racer and challenged it!" "Sometimes slow is boring." I replied. "Also, you were the one that wanted to be in the same car as me!" She groaned. So easy to counter her, heh. We ate the rest of the pancakes in silence, awkward silence. I told Twilight about my plans for today and left. "Okay," I told myself "what was the first thing to do?" HELLOOOOOO my dear readers, M3Xkillers here! Well, my brain finally had an idea on how to do this chapter, and I couldn't waste it. This next question is totally not relevant to the story at ALL! Ok? ok "What car do each of the mane six would have? (IRL models only)" Mindful Shenanigans Pt 1Hmm, one more like. *Good* Horacio´s mind I appeared again in where I supposed was my, imagination. Now, instead of the blackness of the other two times I went here, there was white covering the surfaces. I got bored and, for impulse, I started walking in a random direction. I came across some furniture, four chairs around a coffee table. The distance I traveled made my Imaginary legs hurt, so I went to sit on one of the chairs. I looked to my right to see that a mirror spawned, there I saw myself as a human. I initially thought of me being a pony as it was normal to me, but now I learned that the feeling of walking didn't change being either human or pony inside the imagination. Sitting, I made up an imaginary to-do list for tomorrow: 1.- Check on Cloud and Semper 2.- Check on preparations 3.- Find a way to get well with Rainbow Dash 4.- Party! I stored the mental note and began walking again. I wondered in things like "How does this happen?" or "What could I do in here?". I mean, I was lucid dreaming! I came upon a large vault door, above it said "Memory banks". So I was able to see my memories? Yes. Was this useful in any way? Of course! Revisiting those memories I was sure I will not forget them, or so I believed. There was the possibility that I could screw something up over there and give me permanent amnesia, even if that was possible, how could I even get past the vault door? I kept walking until I had an Idea. I wanted to know if I could change my surroundings. I thought of a car, any of the lots of cars I have seen could be spawned there. The one who decided to appear was a Subaru, an Impreza WRX STI 2007, more exactly. This car was of my favorites, my father got one and tuned it slightly as a past time. That car made me happy, I clearly don´t know why. It was black, with a body kit wider than the stock one, I was tuned to the point it got to 500 hp. I went to the pilot´s seat and started the engine. I did not have that much time driving, part of it was that the basic needs could be easily arrived by foot, but I learned to a reasonable level. I put on first gear and released the hand brake. Then I pressed slightly the gas pedal, the motor purring. With the car slowing accelerating, I imagined a city. Tall buildings piercing the sky, traffic everywhere, it felt like a good place to drive, my idea had a turn. Knowing it was just a dream, I pressed the gas pedal hard and began running through the city. Twilight´s POV A chill wind woke me up. It was like only an hour since we slept. I had to take Spike and Horacio inside so nopony had a cold. Spike was really easy to move to his basket, Horacio, on the contrary, was a total challenge. I levitated an Ursa Minor, but he felt way heavier. I don´t know what made me get difficulties levitating him to his bed, but i made it, that is what counts. Sleepier than ever, I went to my bed. Taking a last look to Horacio, my mind had an idea. [Flashback] While we were practicing the spells, my sight took glance to a mind-reading spell. It did not seem too complicated and decided to learn it. [Reality] I silently moved to his bed. Getting beside him, and finding a comfortable position, I started to put up the spell, but I got distracted when I got moved. Looking better what happened, I saw that Horacio was hugging me. I blushed a little, maybe was a reflex or something, I don´t know. I shifted a little and began with the spell again. As I entered his mind, I only saw white. Then, I appeared in a strange room, it had grey walls and was filled with what looked like metal carriages with the inscription "POLICE" on them. A voice resonated in the room, "Attention officers, we got a runner loose on the city, dispatching units 358 to 501" it said. "Hey" a much closer voice said, taking me by surprise. I jumped and turned to look at who called me, it was a human. By the looks it could tell that was a male, he was wearing a dark blue outfit. "Get ready, it is your turn to go!" he said. "Your car is over there!" he pointed to one of the ´cars´, the color scheme on this one was slightly different from the others. Even though I didn´t know what was happening, I complied and entered the vehicle. Its interior was very complicated, a round object right infront of me, pedals at my hind hooves, two levers at my right, also a countless amount of buttons, but I felt I knew how to use everything. There was something attached to the side of the round thing. It took it and turned it, there was a loud noise that settled down. My mind registered this as "Starting the engine", thing I didn´t even understand. "Unit 501" a voice sounded by the radio, seriously, how did I know what everything here was called? Anyway, the voice continued "There is a runner going through 5th St and you have to take him down, understood?" I grabbed the transmitter by magic, pressed the button and said "Understood" I began accelerating until I got out of the room. Still confused on how did I managed to do that, a loud 'whoosh' and something quickly passing at my side brought back my senses. "Unit 501, that was the runner, stop him!" the radio cracked again. I pressed the pedal as hard as I could and got into the pursuit. Thoughts made their way to my head: First, Who is the runner? Second... What the hay is Horacio dreaming?[/i Surprise! I am NOT dead, for now. Sorry for taking so long on bringing this chapter up, school being a bitch and that jazz. If I am lucky enough, the day after tomorrow the next chapter will come up! Mindful Shenanigans pt 2: Mind pursuitI got more favs! Celestia please bless this fic *_* Horacio I passed by the front of the police station, of course there are cops after me! I thought. I looked by the rearview mirror, there were like ten, fifteen cop cars on my tail. The reason why I went by the station is because I accidentaly went there. Five minutes later I entered a pursuit. Oh well, let's do this! and with that, I pressed the gas pedal and began outruning the cops. Sadly it was for ten seconds. The cops I just evaded were civic cruisers. These ones, sadly, where federal patrol. "Why to go into higher level units?" I muttered. "I will not know, better finish this as soon as posible." There was one that stood out, and I am damn sure I know where I've seen the color pattern. Then, my mind clicked. Tuned car + high level pursuit = Need for speed. Yeah, that video-game series was a good memory on my head. The one that I played the most was Most Wanted, and from there I will be trying to copy some of its elements into this dream. I spawned a HUD similar to the game's on my vision. Why? Because I can! I mean, remember this is my dream, right? Anyway, moving on... The patter belonged to the main police element in such game: Sergeant Cross. The cops were closing fast. I needed a distraction to lure them off, or a way to block them. Then I thought, Why to end this now? If the cops are like the ones of Most Wanted (Supported by the fact I copied everything from it), I could play with them for a bit, then, bail the fuck out. Twilight Okay, I thought the runner is not even moving faster or pulling over. What is he doing? Then, like on cue, 'it' (I will call 'it' because I have no other pronoun for it) began to accelerate, and I gave pursuit. From what I have seen, it is trying to outrun us, but it is impossible by the fact of both of our vehicles are similar in power. I thought. But then, its car expels a blue flame from a tube on the lower par of the vehicle, and begins to outrun us! I pressed the pedal harder, only to find out it is on the limit. "Unit 501" The voice on the radio said "you are allowed to use roadblocks to slow dow the runner." Roadblocks... Yes! My face beamed in enlightenment. Why haven't I thought of this earlier? I don't know. But better tardy than never. Horacio I knew the cops from the "Need for Speed" games were easy to beat, but please! I just used a full nitrogenous tank and I already lost them! And there I was, waiting for them to appear. A song starts ringing on my head, and I look at my rearview to see cops appearing. Here we go... , I pressed the gas pedal to the top, tires squeaking on the asphalt. I ran to the center of the city, as I remembered there is a good amount of alleyways where I could hide from the cops. But, as said earlier, I will play a bit. Twilight "Unit 501 to HQ, we have visual on suspect,over." I said over the radio. I spotted the target parked in the middle of the road, running away when it saw us. That will not happen again. "Requesting roadblock infront of our position." I said through the radio. "Deploying roadblock." the voice answered. I gave hot pursuit to the suspect, avoiding traffic, walls, and junk that were between me and my quarry. I loved going fast. My heart was at a mile per hour, adrenalin saturating my brain. Was this what Rainbow felt when flying at break-neck speed? Now I get why she loves it so much. (Avoiding the fact that pegasi like her are meant to fly like that.) I was getting closer to the suspect, almost at ramming distance; but then, again, it summoned the blue flame, leaving me behind. Luckily I have requested a roadblock, maybe that will work. Horacio Cross, if it is him, was getting dangerously close. I used the nitrous again, getting into a more comfortable distance. From what I remember from the game, I jumped from a level 3 to a level 6 pursuit. What the fuck is my mind doi- My thought train crashed, as my car, because I didn't see a roadblock infront of me. Fuck, even inside my dreams pain exists. I quickly composed myself and barely escaped the block before the cops behind me caught up. Twilight The roadblock was successful, for a short time, though. The suspect regained from the crash and escaped before any unit could catch up. How it was able to maintain such damage and still go on was beyond my understanding. Still, it had to be taken down. I requested some more roadblocks, hopefully one of them will stop the suspect. Twenty minutes later. None of them did. The suspect went through the blocks like knife through hot butter. Some times it went to big circuits on the streets and did various laps, dodging units trying to ram it, myself included. Gosh, it was getting annoying. We managed to corner it on an abandoned warehouse, which's only exit was behind us. I wanted to give it a last warning to pull over, so I searched in the car for something like a megaphone. With no avail, I decided to use a voice-amplifier spell. "You are under arrest! Pull over and we will not use lethal force!" I shouted. As a note, lethal force was not authorized at any time, but was authorized the use of it as a threat to force the suspect to pull over. "This is your last chance! Pull over or we will come and get you out!" Now, let's see if it worked. Horacio After the cop shouted the warning in a really familiar voice, I looked at my options. I could either turn myself in and end this dream now... or... escape like the boss I can be. There was drawbacks on the later option, obviously. First of all is that there was no way out to the naked eye. Giving it a little review, there was a weak spot on the block that covered all the width of the warehouse. It was easy to go through that, but what about the other units in the place? They could catch up quickly and total my car, which can be avoided using surgical precision. I needed to make up my mind and end this, once and for all. Music for the mood. WOW, I finished this one early! Moving to the booths: Will Horacio be... Horacio's POV I remembered who this ponies are, tho people I knew by the names of Semper Find and Cloud Flash. Semper is the unicorn, Cloud is the pegasus. Anyway, those two were some of my brony best friends. After their sudden appearance, I just stared at them slack-jawed, my pupils retracted and my left eyelid was twitching. Twilight entered the bedroom "What happene-" she saw the unconscious ponies and got the same expression. "To start" I said. "There is no way I have anything to do with this, ok?" She nodded. "Okay, put them in the beds. I am going to get help." and I went to get Fluttershy. Mid-way through Ponyville, Rainbow Dash called me from above. "Hey! Where are you going?" "Wow! Now you talk to me!" I said, not giving a damn to look at her or even stop. "I don't have time, thank you very much!" She went into my line of sight, blocking my path. "I am not letting you anywhere until you tell me!" "Go to Twilight's house, there are you answers." I said gritting my teeth. I was angry for her hostile behavior towards me, even though I wanted to take that hostility away, my friends were at the top of the list. I just continued my way, moving around Rainbow. "Hey!" she shouted again. She started to annoy me. "Tell me now!" I grunted. For fuck's sake, why?! "Okay, fine." I looked around "But we can't talk here." "Why so?" "Just follow me." I motioned her to follow until we're at the outside of Fluttershy's house. I looked again to make sure nopony was at hearing range. "Two ponies appeared at the library, passed out. As far I am aware, Fluttershy is good at medical attention." "So why you just don't take them to a hospital?" "Because two things: One, they will ask from where do we know this ponies, if we tell them that they came from who-knows-where through a portal is just too weird; two, bringing three ponies to the hospital under one name in a two-day lapse is too suspicious." She just rolled her eyes and said "Fine." "One question, why have you been so hostile at me? And I'm not getting a 'no' or a grunt for an answer." "Argh, alright, it is because..." she trailed off. "Because~...?" I mocked her voice. "Because I simply don't trust you!" "Too predictable." I said rolling my eyes, sighing. "What?" she just got a 'WTF' face. "I mean, I am a creature from another dimension. What is a reason to trust me? besides that I am a nice guy." She just stared at me with the same expression. "Look, if there is another reason to waste time. There are ponies that may be in danger!" "W-who is in danger?" came a worried, hushed voice. Both Dash and I turned to see a very worried Fluttershy. "Oh, goodness, Fluttershy." I said "Look, there isn't much time, let's go to Twilight's house, hurry!" She perked up and went flying at a speed similar to Rainbow's to the house-tree. Both with the same WTF face, we quickly joined her at the bedroom. Twilight perked about our arrival and greeted us "Good you are here!" Fluttershy quickly interrupted her, went to the unconscious ponies and said "I need a first-aid kit and a flashlight, stat!" "Yes ma'am!" Rainbow, Twilight, and me said, saluting in a military way. We departured to find the stuff, Twilight for the first-aid, Rainbow and me for the flashlight. Once we got the items we fetched them to Fluttershy. After checking on the ponies she gasped and said "The unicorn is waking up!" Semper's POV Shit, I was doing my friend Cloud when two portals vacuumed me and Cloud into who-know-where! I thought. I tried to open my eyes, who quickly shut tight when I saw a stinging light What the...? "You allright?" said a hushed, female voice. "Mhm." I grunted. I blinked several times to see better visual of the situation, and I got surprised by it. I was looking at Fluttershy. I just went like 'What the fuck?'. Fluttershy motioned that she was going to examine my eyes, I complied. When she asked me to look at my right, I saw Twilight sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and a pony what looked like Shining Armor, but much different. When she motioned to look down, I saw Cloud's OC, or at least looked like. "How is he?" 'Shining' asked. "Well" Fluttershy said "He looks alright, just slightly dazed. I am going to see the pegasus, if that's alright." "Sure, go on." I said. "Just hope he's alright too." She nodded and went to examine the pegasus. "Where am I?" The. Dumbest. Question. Ever. In my opinion though. "Well" again, 'Shining' said. "You're in Equestria!" "Uuuhuuu..." I said. Something in this stallion's voice was awfully familiar to me, not familiar as for Shining's canon voice, but as someone else I knew. I looked at Twilight and Rainbow, Twilight had dreamy look on her face, looking at the stallion on her left, Rainbow just had a 'I don't care' look on her face. The stallion on the bed grunted and shifted on the bed. "He's alright too." Fluttershy told everyone. "But he's kinda sleepy at the moment." The stallion asked if he can have a moment with me and the other at bed alone, the mares complied, Rainbow not so easily. Once we were alone, he shouted "I know you're on the door!" A few 'Aw's were heard by the other side of the door. He waited for the one at the bed to wake up and sighed. I broke the silence asking "Who are you?" "My name's Horacio Adame." Obviously a human name. He asked me the same question. "Uh" taken back by it. Looking I was an exact form of my OC, decided to go by that name "Semper Find, uh, sir." There was a short silence, he smiled and said "No formalities here, Eni." I was shocked "Wait a second, how do you that nick-name?" "Eniac, it's me, Mex!" "Mex? How did you get here?" I was shocked that my best friend Mex ( he is normally called M3Xkillers, a short nick-name for him) was here, with me, and Cloud, in Equestria! "Long story, not in the mood to tell it though." Mex said. "Cloud, how are you doing there?" He just grunted something like "Five more minutes Sempy~." Mex looked at me with a 'WTF' face, I just chuckled and blushed, that made his face get weirder. Finally, Cloud woke up entirely, checked his surroundings and said "Ok, what the fuck is going on here?" "We're in Equestria, my friend." Mex said. "Who are you?" "Mex." Cloud pointed at me, before he said anything I said "It's me, Eniac." "No. Fucking. Way." "It is." He stared blankly at us, then, he shouted "BEST. DAY. EVER." before falling on the bed. Mex spoke up "Eh, not the reaction I expected from Cloud, buut, I guess it's ok. You feeling allright?" "I guess so." I said. "What do we do now?" "Ok. Lemme see." Mex said "Let's go downstairs to say you two are safe and sound, tell them we're friends and somehow recognized each other, and just get everything calm! But some rules here, act like you don't know anything, and don't talk about the humans unless I let you." Cloud and I looked at each other, looked back to Mex, and nodded approval. We could also give a thumbs-up, but, you know why we didn't. "Uh" Cloud said "I think I am going to need flight lessons." "I believed so, Rainbow Dash is downstairs. Let's see if we can get you some lessons from her." "Yes!" Cloud said, jumping from the bed. "Okay." said Mex, clapping his hooves "Let's go!" Horacio's (Mex's) POV We went downstairs to see Spike, Fluttershy, and Twilight who had worried expressions Rainbow still had her trademark 'I don't care' expression. "Goodness you are ok!" the yellow pegasus exclaimed, hugging the three of us. She quickly backed away "How are you feeling?" "They are doing good." I explained "It appeared to be that these ponies are my best friends!" A 'Huh?' came from everypony "I know, it is strange, but we asked some questions we only ask for identification. Their names are Semper Find and Cloud Flash." I motioned for the respective ponies. "Uh, hello." both my friends said. The mares and dragon saluted my friends, Rainbow surprisingly was nicer to them than to me. There I could hear inside my head potatOS' sarcastic clap. I just rolled my eyes, cleared my throat for everypony to hear me saying in a buisness, 'I am a boss' tone "Ms. Dash." "Yes?" she said in a monotonous, 'fuck you' stile tone. "My friend Cloud will need flying lessons. Could you please help us with that matter?" 'U-uh, sure, hehe." she... blushed. I know, holy shit, at that my head went all Achievement unlocked: Make Rainbow Dash blush! and that jazz. "Well, you agree or not Miss Dash?" "Uh, yes." I clapped my hooves together "Good to hear!" I looked over to Cloud having a big grin plastered over his face. "Uh." he began "When do we start?" "We can start right now!" she said, happy-as-fuck. "Yay!" my pegasus friend said, and both ran out of the library. The three of us left looked at each other, only Semper and Twilight had 'WTF' on their faces. I just spit out a "Meh" as stuff like this was normal to me. "Anypony hungry?" Stomaches grumbling confirmed my prediction. "Good, let's go get something to eat, shall we?" We went to a restaurant not so far from the library, the food was absolutely delicious for my equine tongue . Twilight struck a conversation on what we liked and how we met, we spared the show and everything related to it for safety measures. As we finished our meals and went back to the tree, we saw Cloud Flash flying well among the fluffiness of the clouds, followed by Rainbow, both crashed into a cloud and started laughing. "Having fun up there?" I asked a little out loud for them to hear me. Flash held his head from one side and said "Well, duh!" I just chuckled "I see the lessons are going well." "Oh yes they are, look!", then Cloud began doing a lot of tricks with great presicion. Even if he was a pegasus, learning like this is outstanding in my opinion. "Great demonstration." I looked at the horizon to see the sun setting "But we need to get home soon." "Awww, please a little more time outside?" "Haha, no." "Uh, Mex." Semper said. "Yes?" "Where are we going to sleep?" "Hmmm, haven't thought of it yet." "They can stay at my house." Rainbow Dash said, interrupting my thoughts. "You're kidding, right?" Cloud Flash and Semper asked, one enthusiastic, the other in sarcasm. "Nope." she said, smiling. "You think it is allright, Horacio?" I thought about it for a bit, sighed, and said "Ok, you can go." "Yes!" Cloud shouted. "But wait." Twilight interrupted "Now what." "Pegasi are the only ones that can walk on clouds, which is what your house is entirely made of. I will need to put a cloud-walking spell on Semper. First let's go to my house to do it." "Okay." We mobilized again in direction of the house-tree. Once in awhile Twilight bumps into me, blushes and backs away a little. Okay, that's weird. I thought. As we finally make it to the house, I saw a note on the door, looking at it with detail it said this exact words: Dear Horacio: I am planning on doing your party tomorrow at 3pm in Sugarcube Corner. Invitations and everything else will be taken care of tomorrow, have a good night. I told everyone about it and opened the door. Twilight performing the cloud-walking spell only took her a couple of minutes. After she was done; Dash, Flash, and Semper leaved. "Uh, Twilight." I said. She parked up and said "Yes?" "Earlier today you left a book on the nightstand with a note saying that you could teach me some magic, right?" she nodded "Could you please do that?" Her face became a huge grin. "Yes!" she said, jumping across the room. When she took awareness of me seeing her in such embarrassing action, she quickly stopped doing that and started to blush. "No need to feel embarrassed, Twilight." I said "You actually remembered my own little sister with that." My sister didn't express her happiness like Twilight, but the way she did it was similar. Starting the inopportune journey“Arrrg, sooo bored” I grunted in my bed, it was two days before my birthday, turning 18. I honestly don’t care the enough to plan a party, not even in a reunion. Gladly, my family already did a plan, and they do pretty good parties. My bedroom was relatively simple, a bed ( where i was whining at the moment), a small desk for my homework, aside was a small TV. The walls were white, and the floor a midnight black, my favorite combination of colors. I sat on my bed and from my side, I brought a backpack where my laptop was in, took it, turned it on, and saw if there were updates on the fics i am reading. Sadly, there were not, I brought up some games and went that way until midday. I turned it off and went to a walk at the park, gladly, walking is one of the few things that pulls me out of the boredom. After a few laps around the public place, I went straight to home. It was like 7 o'clock pm or something like that, I didn’t have a watch. There, at the front of my house, a two-story building with a metal fence, big backyard, white painting, gosh I love white too much. I moved from my parents house a month ago, the decision of me going wasn’t theirs, was mine. I stepped inside, and went to the restroom downstairs. I looked at the mirror, a slightly tanned skin, unbrushed, dark brown hair, eyebrows and eyes of the same color, a white and black shirt, the black only covering the upper arms, and pants with the same pattern, and shoes with the same colors -damn I love them- black on the unershoe and on the tip. Then, a sudden headache appears, “ARGH”, I shouted, I did long breaths to ease the pain, total success. After washing my face to ease the pain even more, I went upstairs. My laptop was not where I left it, it was slightly hidden under my bed. With the most confused face I have ever had in my life, I crouched to grab it. A small blast, like a bubble paper being popped was heard behind me, I left my computer inside the backpack and went to see what happened. I was so shocked, a portal was open before my eyes. At the other side, I saw an unusually green valley, but if the shock of the portal itself wasn’t enough, i recognized where it was going to... EQUESTRIA. I couldn’t move a muscle, I was slack-jawed, and having a big fangasm. What was left was that I squee’d because of it! But the happiness was over when the portal started to suck like a black hole, bringing me and my computer into it. Trans-dimensional travel is no fun, really, when it touched the portal, I blacked out in pain, every neutron, proton, and electron of my body being violently ripped of me and put back in another place. Like before, no. Fun. Before being completely unconscious, I heard voices, familiar voices. Able to see a little, I saw three bumps heading my way. I knew what will happen, and I didn’t like it. And with golden ribbon to close this, I passed out. I woke up on what looked like a bed made out of hay. I moved around, I was not tied up. Looking at my surroundings, it was the place I expected, the barn at Sweet Apple Acres. What a cliche. I thought as getting up. I went quietly to the doors. Looking through a small hole in the big red doors I saw another cliche, the mane six with Princess Celestia and Luna. That last thing made it less cliched. At the corner of my eye were wooden boards. I leaned back quietly, the less attention, the better, and my brain clicked. Okay, exit has a barricade, the princesses and the Elements of Harmony are on the other side, and on top of all, who knows what they’ll do to me. Yep, I. Am. Fucked. the thought was sadly true. I had like a habit to think ahead of time, most times, greatly it happened now. I will just be nice, not doing anything that could annoy and/or make them punish me. There are three ways on how Equestria knows about humans. One: they don’t know a shit, two: know us as a myth, or three: they terminated us in the events of the past generations of the show. They’d be more guarded depending on the case, being the third the highest fully knowing what I am capable of. A click snapped me from my thoughts looking back, an energy blast caught me, electrifying me, like a tazer. My instincts made me fight the current, and... I succeeded, standing up at full height. I threw my arms up in the air and shouted, “Don’t hurt me, I haven’t done anything bad. I surrender, I am going to lay down on the ground, but please DON’T hurt me”, I laid on the ground, upside-down, and waited for anything. Surprisingly, I got levitated from the ground and made me stood up, I gently turned my head. The ponies I named earlier had faces of shock, except of Celestia with her trademark poker face. "Uh, hello?" “S-so” Fluttershy spoke, weird I know right? “y-you are n-not going t-to harm us.” I felt bad, surely she was almost at the blink of dead by a heart failure. I sighed and said i the most comforting voice possible “You’re right, I will not harm you. Ahm, I am sure a backpack came with me, can I see it?” Celestia motioned Twilight to go outside with her, they’re talking for a full minute (felt like it) and returned with my backpack, handling it to me with magic. “Thank you” I grabbed the bag and inspected its contents, everything like I left it, just my laptop, a pair of headphones and the laptop's charger. I put the bag on, and something hit my head, metaphorically, “Ups, sorry, I haven’t introduced myself, my name’s Horacio, nice to meet you!” I held a hand up as a sign to shake it, Pinkie Pie, as always, appeared out of nowhere and shook it rapidly, and the grip itself hurt! “Hi, I am Pinkie Pie” No way, I thought, “and this are my friends Applejack, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash!” she said motioning her hoof to each one of them as their names were said “These are Princess Celestia and Luna!” motioning to the respective ponies. “Charmed” I said, bowing as a way of respect. “Oh please don’t do that.” Celestia said. Everypony except me saw her with the same shocked expression “What? It gets boring when you see that every single day!” she gave a chuckle. “Uhu, ah okay, now that introductions are done, what else is left to do?” I said clapping my hands. Twilight stepped out, trembling a lot Shit, I gave a big scare to them. “C-can I ask you some questions?” her voice filled with curiosity and fear. I crouched to her eye level and said with a voice so kind Fluttershy could be jealous “Sure! The interrogationOkay, as for the number of votes and because I was bored, I give you the second chapter in advance. Enjoy Upon hearing my last word, Twilight gave me a confused look and told me "Human? Never heard of such species before." Okay, they don't know anything about humans, good opportunity to give a good impression, as I don't want to be sent to the moon or fried in Tartarus. I thought with relief, gave a sigh, and said "Interesting, well, I am sure you want to know about it, don't you?" Her face lit up "Yes please!" the mare happily said. I took a seat on the ground and said "Where should I start? Humans have a lot of history behind." I thought about it for a second, then continued "First, I lived in a far away land, as far that not even the current transport technology from there even could get me here." "Wait" Twilight interrupted me "you are saying that you don't have any mode of transport to get yourself here, but you ARE here!" she said with a hint of anger. Not good I thought and said "Yes, I am here, but I said my species doesn't have that technology, which gives me the hint that something else transported me here; and, behind everything, there is a reason." Twilight gave me a glare that said 'touché' in neon lights, thought a little bit, and said "Okay, as you said technology, how advanced is your species?" "Lemme see... we developed internal combustion engines, rockets, supercomputers, we went to the moon once, sent robots to another planets; the internet, a giant network of interconnected computers. Hmm, what else..." I trailed off to think of more technology advances, excluding weaponry for reaaally obvious reasons. I took a look at the ponies to see them with shocked faces, including Princess Celestia. The Alicorn of the Sun stood forward and told me "Your species went to the moon? I thought that only a power as strong as mine with the Elements of Harmony was capable of doing that." "Well, it wasn't easier for us either, it was like aaah 43 years ago, if i am correct." I said, then asked "Sorry, but, how long was I unconcious?" Twilight spoke up "It was yesterday when we found you. Regarding your statement, 43 years? Why is it that your species couldn't go again?" "As I said earlier, it was a great challenge, and the resources we used in such trip are to difficult to get in the proportions needed. Any more questions?" "Yes, how many are of you?" "Like more than seven million people." As that last line was said, a loud gasp was heard from Twiiight "Seven million? How is your land supporting them?" "It is not, the planet is slowly dying, efforts to help the planet have helped in small amounts, either way, the extintion is yet to come." "That's dreadful!" Rarity screamed fearfully. "Tell me about it." I finished laying on my back with my hands under my head. "How are you going so easy about it?" Twilight asked with the same amount of fear in her voice. "Because sometime we'll all die. Yeah, your Princesses are inmortal, but you and I aren't." I let a sigh and continued "Let's move to another topic, shall we?" Everypony nods in agreement, then, Pinkie Pie walks infront of me, mane a little bit straight and dark. I knew what that meant, and believe me, I didn't like it either. "Can we ask you about your life?" Odd question I thought and said "Well, my birthday is tomorrow." Pinkie got into her normal self and said "Omygosh, I need to plan everything, but now!" and she began to run to Ponyvile to do such, but a magical grip stopped her mid-way; and by the color of it, was Twilight's. "One does not simply do a party to an unknown being! Especially not knowing how everypony else will react!" the lavender unicorn said. "She's right" I said "unless you got like way that can make me a pony, I don't find how you can make a party for me without the whole town freaking out." "Hmmm, I think i have something like that." Twilight told me, touching her chin. "But haven't really used it." "I think is worth a try, but first close the doors, anypony could watch me being transformed and blow the cover even when it haven't started. Call me paranoid, but you can't say no that it would happen." "You look like you thought about this months ago!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed, with a big hint of suspicion in her voice. Fuck "Look, I have the ability, or habit for matter of fact, to think ahead of time. Such thing let me to that conclusion." I said, Rainbow gave me a look that said 'you win this time' and 'I am watching you'. The group complied with my terms and shut the doors, now, the interesting was going to happen. Twilight began preparing the spell and shot it, a lavender beam struck my heart first, then, the energy went through all my body. It was a great pain, barely stood against it. I saw Twilight getting weaker, and Celestia witnessing this, she gave her student some of her own magic, making it easier for her. A pair of minutes passed and the transformation was complete. I was very weak, barely handling my stance. I felt a thing on my head, telling me I was a unicorn. I looked over to Twilight, asleep, even with Celestia's help, the poor thing couldn't handle the spell. The alicorn took her on her back and looked at me, something in her look made me freeze in fear. Everypony went outside, me included. It was warm outside, nor too cold or to hot were i lived, just right. I watched the sky, cloudless, beautiful. Then the orchard at my right, the apples were too delicious-looking for me. Then, to Ponyvile, one of the dream places of a brony, were everything went good, calm, and beautiful. I just left my rear-end fall to the ground with an thump to feel more comfortable. I felt a soft bump on my side, taking me out of the beautiful of the scenery. I looked at where the bump came from, it was Applejack. She nodded to my left, were Twilight was regaining consciousness, I went to see how she was. Gladly, she stood up and woke up completely. She smiled at me looking at the result of her work. I gave a sight and said "Well, the transformation was a succes. Now, what to do?" "Well" Applejack said " the day is still fresh, and Ah could use some help in the orchard." "I can show you Ponyvile!" screamed Pinkie Pie with her usual joy. "I have an order for suits for stallions, and you just seem the right size to fit in them! You could help me as a living model." Rarity said. "I know" I said "let's go like this, I first go with Pinkie for a quick tour, then I help a little with Rarity's out fits, at last but not least, I finish helping Applejack with anything she needs. What about that?" I got approving nods from the three mares and set of to adventure! Here, I finished chapter two early. Think of it as a treat for the good feedback i got from the first chapter. Shenanigans and shitstorms.Here I give you the next chapter of "Horacio's survival to equestria" Enjoy... It was like forthy minutes since I went with Pinkie to see Ponyvile, in such time she managed to show me half the town. We finished at Carousel Boutique, where my next task was located. We said our good-bye's and split directions. I knocked at the boutique's door, from the other side I heard Rarity saying she would be there in a moment. After such moment, she opened the door. "Hi Horacio" she said "thank you for taking your time in helping me with this suits." "It is not a problem, Miss Rarity." I said with the most formal and badass voice I could come with, why? Because WHY NOT? "Let's begin with this, shall we?" "Why, of course, come in!" we entered the store, me following her. Walking as a pony wasn't too difficult to learn, but still I haven't mastered it. And with that, I fell face-first on the floor. After checking I was allright we started with the suits. Basically the only thing I was doing was trying the outfits and pose for Rarity to see if it was perfect. The job itself was boring, but the suits were too comfortable that made not give a damn about it. On the corner of my peripheral vision I saw a mirror where I was able to look at myself. I was basically a clone of Shining Armor with black mane, tail, and eyes, also blank flank. I wonder why that physique. I asked myself. "Uhm, Miss Rarity." the fashionista put her attention on me "Why is it that you knew that I could fit this suits perfectly?" "To be honest with you, I think it was my fashionista sense" she said chuckling "and by the look of it, it was just right." "Agree." Seriously, that's the best you could come up with, argh. "Well, that is the last suit, again thank you for helping me." "And again, not a problem Miss." I said. I took off the clothes, gave them to Rarity and went in direction of Sweet Apple Acres. In my way I went infront of the Golden Oaks library, there I heard somepony say my name. I looked behind me to see Twilight waving at me. I went to her and said "Hi Twilight, how is it going?" "Good" she said "well, after you left I went to home to rest. That spell was too far away from my reach." "Hey" I said as putting a hoof on her back "at least we both made it haven't we?" she nodded "So why to be sad!" I patted her on the back, she blushed a little, but enough for me to see it. "Well" I said "time for me to see if Applejack needs any help, also to ask if I can sleep at the barn." "O-okay, see you later." she said with what looked like afraid or ashamed to tell me something. "Well come in, your bed is upstairs." he said with a smile on his face, but something on my head told me he wasn't very comfortable with my presence. As I came in, Twilight was going down-stairs. We saluted each other and, if could have been worse, my stomach grumbled. I haven't eaten all day except for a few cookies in Sugarcube Corner when Pinkie gave me the tour. I blushed a little and asked if I could eat anything, gladly Twilight said yes and showed me where the kitchen was. I just grabbed some cereal and milk. After finishing my dinner, I went upstairs. As Spike said, There was a bed waiting for me. At the far end of the room was Owlicious waking up. I said hi to him and went to bed. Remember earlier when I said how comfy those suits were, it was nothing compared to the comfiness of the bed! We all said our good-night's and went to sleep. I find myself on a dark room, devoid of all light. Then, out of nowhere, Shining Armor's face shows up, sending me on my back. The hologram I will call it like that, deal with it cleared his throat and told me "You are Horacio, am I right?" I nodded "the Princesses told me about you and felt like looking after you for a bit, but look what I see." he shows images of me with Twilight when I made her blush. I have said it earlier and I will do it now I. Am. Fucked. I mean, the captain of the royal guard brother of Twilight is angry at me! or looked like it. "I am not going to tell you to stay away from my sister, because she's so happy with you, but remember my words; you do something to her, you will regret it, ok?" I nodded like a maniac. Also, remember when I said about Celestia's gaze at me that made me freeze? His voice in this moment scared me shitless. The world faded to black again, telling me to wake up. The next day I barely woke up, as a thing of everyday, more with that dream. I was resting over my right side and decided to turn to my left. When I did so, I came looking at Twilight's face centimeters away from mine, like, kissing range. I suddenly screamed and moved around crazily, I got trapped like a burrito with the covers and fell from the bed's side face-planting. The sudden thump woke up everyone else. I lifted my head a little and said "Help over here please." I got levitated from the floor, undone the burrito-cover trap, and let me standing on the floor "Thanks." "No problem Horacio" said a sleepy Twilight, she yawned and went to sleep again. I was going downstairs when a half-sleepy half-annoyed Spike got on my way and told me in a hushed voice to not wake up Twilight "What were you doing there?" I continued with a hushed voiced "I haven't done anything, so please don't be mad at me." I checked to see Twilight, she was still asleep Good "Right now I promised Applejack to help her at the farm, ok?" he slowly nodded and let me go downstairs. I sighed and thought Great, Twilight has feelings for me, that will be good and bad at the same time., I went to serve myself a cereal and got to Sweet Apple Acres. I saw Applejack resting on a tree, surely waiting for me. When she saw me she stood up and went to me to say hi, but she noticed something wrong with me and didn't hesitate to ask me "Is there anything wrong, sugar cube?" "No; well, yes, there is a problem, but I don't feel in the mood to talk about it." I said trying to change the subject. "Okay, if ya don't want to talk about, fine, Ah'll not try to force information out of you." she said with a reassuring smile. "Thank-you, Applejack." I said sighing, smiling back "So, let's get going!" Why am I having the feeling a shitstorm is brewing at the distance. I thought while going to the orchard to start harvesting. Unexpected stuffDamn, my inspiration is at high levels! Here I continue with more 'Horacio's Survival to Equestria'! You haven't told me yet why I am between the sword and the wall with Shining armor. Relax, everything will get along with you two, trust me. Fine. I worked with Applejack the whole morning. She told me that my help was very useful, that we finished hours earlier than when I haven't. I said good-bye and went for a walk. The dream was still haunting me, Shining Armor was basically spying on me. I shook the thought off and went to Twilight's house to rest a little. Getting to the location I knocked at the door, the lavender mare answered the door and motioned me to come in. "Hello Horacio, how are you?" she asked with a grin and a small blush. "I am good, I guess." I said rubbing the back of my neck "Can I talk to you Twilight? In private." "Yes Horacio." she walked to the basement. Once we both got there and closed the door, she spoke up "What is what you want to talk about?" "Well, your brother spied on us and knows you have feelings for me, and basically I am stuck between the sword and the wall with him." "Argh, why does he has to snug on my personal life!" she exploded, really angry. "Woa woa woa, easy there. Can I tell you something?." I asked. "Yes" she said, now more calmed. "I got a little sister too, and I got her in the same situation we're right now." I chuckled. She gave me a 'Are you serious' look and I continued "I did that with the same reason as him, because I am worried about my lil' sis. Don't be mad at him." I finished patting her back smiling. "Okay, okay." she said hanging her head. "Also, I had this question." she perked up her ears and looked at me "Do you know why I look like your brother?" "It is maybe because I was thinking of him when I did the spell." she blushed and chuckled. Damn it, the cuteness! "Well, that checks out that question." We went upstairs to start the trip to Zecora's hut. Once everything was ready, we said good-bye to Spike and left for the Everfree forest. The trip was boring, except from a few parts we chatted, but everything else was much boring. We made it to the zebra's hut and knocked on her door. Moments later, Zecora opened the door. "Oh hello Twilight." she said, then looked at me and continued "Who is this stallion at your right?" "A friend of mine I met a couple of days ago." she said, blushing a liiiiiiittle"We have come here to know if you have some tea for me." "I am afraid I have none" the zebra answered "but come with me to get some." "Okay, just tell us when you are ready." Zecora nodded and motioned us to follow her. We walked into a clearing in the forest, it was marvelous. I looked around slack-jawed like a kid in a candy store until my vision locked into a blue tumor-like thing. It had a sky blue color and glowed, it also had small tendrils waving, even if there wasn't any wind. It was strangely familiar, but I couldn't get the word. I called Zecora to see if she knew what was this, she shook her head. I asked Twilight, same answer. The blob started shifting, growing spikes, one of them was fair larger than the rest and was aiming at Twilight. My instinct kicked in and made ma tackle Twilight. The spike launched itself like an arrow. It hit me instead of Twilight, piercing my heart. The impact from the shard threw me a couple of feet away. I was on my back, barely breathing. Twilight and Zecora quickly came to me to see if there can be any help. That's what I could remember until I faded out. DAMN, the cliffhanger :P. Resting? NahHehe, I don't have any intro for this chapter. Let's just go read,shell we? _> <_< I was in a dark place, like in that last dream. "Urgh, what happened?" I muttered, standing up. "I am unconscious, but not death, I think." I began to recall what happened before "What was that blob, I remember seeing it elsewhere...". My face became filled with fear at the realization. "No" I said "no, no, no no nono nononononononononono!" I started panicking, that thing WILL become a problem. "Why phazon!? Why?" I said between hyperventilations "Okay, calm down, that clearing isn't touched by anything else except Zecora, that would help it for not spreading." A light appeared infront of me, getting closer and closer every second until engulfing me entirely. I didn't know what it would do to me, but I also didn't give a fuck about it. I barely opened my eyes, and my vision at the moment was too blurred, only could see outlines. There were... six? no. Seven? maybe. Eight? hmm, better. I blinked a few times to see better, there were the mane six, a doctor, and a nurse. All of them, except Dash, had worried expressions which lowered a little seeing I am waking up. I gave a grunt and tried to sit down, but a quick pain and the doctor pinned me down. "You have to lay down, you haven't recovered fully yet." the doctor said. "Okay." I said, grunting in pain. Twilight hugged me, and for a unicorn who only spends the time with books, she had a strong grip. "I was so worried about you." she said, at the edge of sobbing. "Sh sh sh shhh," I hushed like you would hush a baby "Everything is okay, no need to worry." I hugged her and patted her back in a comforting way. After some time, she broke the hug and sat on a side of the bed. She had a small smile on her face. "You know how much time I have left here, Doc?" I asked. "Well" he started "your recovery is way too faster than expected; and, because of this, this will be the last check until you can go." "Good." I said. I looked at the clock, 6:50 pm. I went to Twilight's house by 1:30 or so, then walked for a good 10-20 minutes. I passed out like 5 hours. I looked at my chest, the doc said my recovery was fast, but it this was insane. There wasn't even a scratch, like it never happened. "Uh," I said "Where is the shard that almost killed me?" The doctor looked away from a file has reading and said "Well, you absorbed it." "Huh?" This can't be good. I thought. "As I said, you absorbed the shard before we could even touch it." "O-okay." I said. I looked at the mares and said, a bit more calmed, "How is it going?" "Well," Rarity spoke up "away from the 'accident', the day has gone pretty good." "Same here." Applejack said. "I couldn't give you your birthday party because of it!" Pinkie shouted. For her not been able to make a party is serious buisness. "Chilax Pinkie." I said "Remember, there are a lot of days where you can make me that party." She calmed a little bit, but she was still kind of annoyed. I looked at Fluttershy. "What about your day?" The shy pegasus hid under her mane and said "W-well, everything has been alright before, you know." "No need to be shy at me, I am not dangerous." Everyone knows as I, a brony, already knew about her behavior, but couldn't risk of appearing I knew too much. "She's like that, a problem with that?." Rainbow said flatly. I tried again to sit, better result. Now, to stand on firm ground. It took a while to stay firm, then I nodded that we should go. "Uhm, Twilight." I said. "Yes, Horacio." she answered. Her eyes sparkled at me, that got me hypnotized. Then, she looked at me, like I was doing something dumb and said "You allright?" "Huh? Oh yes, hehe." I quickly snapped from my trance ashamed. Then I said in a more serious tone "It is needed that the princess knows of what attacked me. I actually knew what was it, but remembered until now." "Huh?" she seemed surprised. "So, what is it?" "From where I come from it is called phazon. A radioactive bio-mineral with strong mutagenic abilities, extremely dangerous." "Wait," the lavender mare said "If it is that dangerous, and you absorbed it. Why anything is happening to you?". She now looked more worried. "I don't know, to be honest with you." I said "Just let's be thankful anything bad happened. I also need to ask to quarantine the zone of the mineral." "Let me see what I can do." "Good, thank you." I finished. I sighed and thought Thank everything that nothing wrong will happen. The girls and I walked to the entrance of the hospital, said our good-bye's (except me and Dash), and went everyone to they respective homes to rest. Getting at the tree-house, I went to the kitchen to make something to eat. Spike was ordering some books, when he saw me he waved saying hello. I waved back. I just ate some cereal and went to bed. As I made my way into my bed, I just felt as I needed to sleep now. I did it, falling quickly into slumber. I woke up easier than usual. I yawned and stretched. I looked at my left to see a Twilight looking at me with a covered plate, "Good morning sleepy-head." she said, snuggling on my forehoof. I smiled, it was the first relaxing moment I had in three days of hell I received, and I was sure as hay I was going to use it. "Good morning, Twi." I said, yawning again. I looked at the plate and asked "What you got there?" "Some break-fast for you." she smiled "You saved my life, and decided to give you breakfast in bed!" She put the plate on a nightstand at my left "But that's not all, I decided also to let you rest all day and give you anything you need!" "Well," I said "for now I just want to eat this break-fast. If there is anything else I will make you know it." "Okay." and she trotted away from the room, humming happily. "Wait!" I shouted, Twilight stopped and looked at me. "What about the phazon?" "Well, I sent the letter when I arrived. Then, a quick response came saying that the situation will be taken care of." I sighed and said "Good. Sorry for my sudden outburst, I am really worried about that thing." She went straight to me and kissed my cheek. I felt a sudden heat on my face and a warm sensation on my chest. "Don't be sorry, everything is going to be alright." "Okay." I said dumbly, still recovering from the blush. Twilight just giggled and went downstairs. Holy shit, what was that? I moved the top from the plate to reveal some scrambled eggs and pancakes, with silverware at the side. Using my magic I lifted the knife and fork and began eating the oh-so delicious break-fast ( not sarcastically, it was damn good). After finishend the greatness of break-fast, I decided to just sleep more, because why not? After a nap, I saw some gifts on the nightstand. Looking at them, I saw they were from the girls except, wait for it, Rainbow. I sighed Why she has to be so hostile at me. Well, sooner or later I will make her at least be ok with me. I opened the gifts, starting with the nearest one, from Twilight. Taking the wrapping paper, it was revealed a spell-book, it had a note that said: 'Dear Horacio, If you want, I can give you magic lessons. With love, Twilight <3 ' I smiled. Yeah, I thought. Later I will ask her to teach me some magic. I went for the next gift, it was Pinkie's. It was some cupcakes and a note. I put the cupcakes aside and looked at the note, which said: 'I was negotiating hardly with the author about my fourth-wall breaking in this fic, and he let me tell this. You have something called 'Eagle vision', one of the effects phazon had on you. To activate it just think of that you want to see though walls, you will get what I mean. This is for you, reader. As long there isn't much solid information known about the phazon. This is kinda valid.' I read the note with a confused look. Wait I thought. If it was pinkie, this is legit. I did what the note said, thinking I wanted to see through walls. A blinding light came to be. I blinked as a reflex. The world became blue and everything was transparent, still able to see its borders. I looked down, I saw a shining outline of a pony, Twilight. But, the range of the Eagle vision wasn't that much, blurring at the point of blindness a few meters away. When I looked to his left, Pinkie's note was lit up. I missed something I picked up the note, it was stil legible, even with the glow emanating from it. I looked from the other side, at first glance without the eagle vision I didn't see anything. Now, a fully legible hoof-writing that said: ' To turn off eagle vision just think of the world with normal eyes. Eagle vision, as other things, changes with the level of phazon corruption. When the corruption gets higher than 20% percent, giving enough focus, you will be able to hear what somepony says, at 75% even read his/her thoughts. Wow I thought. Somewhat OP at the moment. I turned off eagle vision, and went for Rarity's gift. As you levitate something with magic, you still fill how heavy it is; and this, was heavy. I opened it to reveal some clothing, unfolding it showed an outfit similar to my clothes as a pony, but this one had a jacket with a hood. Let me tell you, when I was on Earth, I thought of it as my outfit as a pony. I tried it on, perfect. I looked at myself in the mirror, like a badass. I gave a small chuckle at the thought, took out the outfit and hanged it in the dresser. I decided to look myself on the mirror again, something changed. My eyes, instead of a deep, midnight black; were bright, glowing sky-blue. The corruption I thought. It is starting to affect me. Out of all of the ordinary, two portals appeared on my right. From where a pony per portal came out. One was a light blue unicorn stallion, brown mane and tail, with a magnifier and telescope cutie mark. The other was a white pegasus with green mane and tail, same gender, also some freckles on his face, he was blank-flank. I just stared at the bodies and thought, the only thing I could get in my pony brain the rest of this faithful day: What. The. Actual. Fuck. That wraps up this chapter. The ponies at the end are the OC's of my friends, we decided to this story together. At least for their parts. In other news, anypony interested in playing portal 2 co-op? Beautiful, isn't it?*Enters room with a slice of pizza and a soda glass* *Checks story's stats* *Gasp* Holy sh*t! 12 favs and 13 likes? *Looks at audience* I f*cking love you! *Tacklehug* <3 (No homo :P) Horacio's POV Some of the things Twilight taught me by her own decision were the cloud-walking, magic shield, advance levitation, teleportation, locator, and unlock spells. Other spells like summoning, conjuring stuff, metamorphosis, combat magic, or gender-bending were either I requested Twilight to teach them or learned by myself. When I learned the gender spell she was very puzzled in why I wanted to learn such spell, even how I got my hooves on something like that. In response, I just shrugged. We spent the rest of the night practicing the spells. With the metamorphosis spell, I was able to change between human and pony form (with clothes, obviously). I tried doing spells in human form, to everypony's surprise, I was able to do so, but only basic stuff like telekinesis. Spike was watching us practicing the spells, giving same reaction as Twilight at the same events. On a side note: A thing I sure liked is that I have been getting better with him during my time here. As dinner time arrived, Spike made us waffles. I adorned them with strawberries, whipped cream, syrup, the rest I'll leave it to your imagination. We devoured the waffles with happiness and cream plastered on our faces, enjoying every bit of them. Rainbow's POV Okay, I thought as housing these two guys as a good idea, now I truly regret it. I had to do it because I couldn't just let Twilight housing three strangers of another dimension. Something that took me by surprise is when Horacio, or Mex as his friends called him, asked me to give Cloud Flash flying lessons. I haven't even said anything about my flying abilities and now he asks me for flying lessons; even though I just treated him like he was a dangerous guy. Also that his friend got to excited about me teaching him, that's just strange. Maybe they just saw at first glance how awesome I am to ask me for such a thing, I don't really know. But the matter at hoof right now is how these two acted when they are together. When we arrived at my house, the first to do was bringing Semper up here, it wasn't a big deal. Then, bed distribution, they decided to share the bed. They just act like they were a couple, all sappy and stuff. Cloud is more, uh, how to say it? Intimate? Whatever. All of this just made me want to vomit. Don't get me wrong, they were cool and nice, so was Horacio. Then, why did I treat him like that? Now I feel bad, I will ask for him to forgive me tomorrow. Through the night we just had small talks between us, but a big awkward silence was predominating the time. Then I remembered Twilight saying that tonight was going to be beautiful. I brought them to the balcony, then I just leaved them alone and went to my bedroom to see the spectacle alone. I gave myself a time to think, and some things crossed my mind, but nothing as these two thoughts: What crossed Cloud and Semper's minds, and more importantly... How Horacio could have a hold on his sanity with these two. Horacio's POV Before we went to sleep, the three of us went to the balcony. Twilight said that Princess Luna was going to make a great night this time. So, why not watch? Even though we haven't seen the start because we're practicing the spells, we saw some very interesting stuff. The moon was full, really big and shiny. The stars making beautiful constellations which Twilight named one by one. All of this just made me happy, and not regular happy, but a type of happy that is above everything. After the night show, we just slept on the balcony, Spike using Twilight as a pillow and she using me as a pillow. I was the last one to fall asleep, looking at the sky. And I just thought, Beautiful, isn't it?, but then another thought snuck its way in, I haven't tried to make Rainbow not hate me, I'll do it tomorrow. I sighed and fell asleep. Mindful shenanigans pt 3I have thought it a little more, and better I correct this after I finish it. I am bored. Anyway, let's go. Horacio I just went for it. Pressing the gas pedal, I went at full throttle through the opening. The next went in slow motion: cops turning to go for the kill, me dodging them using nitrus or other devices and strategies, and finally getting through the door unharmed. It sure got me exhausted, but boy, totally worth it! While still trying to get the cops of my tail, a little song rang in my head. The pursuit was turning difficult, I needed to evade before it became impossible to dodge. I tried to do every trick on the book to lose them, but didn't work. Well, not everything, there was the option of doing what was done at the end of the game, going through an old bridge. But I couldn't just because I don't know where is that bridge! Even if a magica- "Wait, a-a marker appeared on my map?" I said, dumbfounded. "I just hope it leads where I want to go. Also, I believe I am sometimes too OP." Twilight "How was he able to do that?" I asked myself. For it to do something like that needed ungodly precision! Anyway, looking to the route he is taking, I believe he goes to the old bridge (Okay, how did I know that?). "The suspect is going to the old bridge, requesting roadblocks in the perimeter, over." I said, moments later came the response of approval. Ohoho, it is doomed. I had to give pursuit myself, as everypony else crashed over there at warehouse. I kept my distance to give it false security, but also not let him out of my sight. It is close to an end, I thought, and this nightmare ending was something I truly wanted. Horacio Good lord why Those were my initial thoughts when I saw the ginormous amount of roadblocks between me and the bridge. I barely managed to go unharmed for the most part. And there I was, getting at the end of the road so close to getting my freedom... so, close sooo close and to be canceled by (Eliminated for rating issues) Cross. Twilight "YES!!!" I said when the suspect was taken down by me. I sighed, finally this is over! I got out of my car, waking towards the suspect's car. My mind became full of calm thoughts, all regarding the capture of that criminal. I magically grabbed the handed of the door "Oh nothing can ruin thi-" my happiness was cut short by who was in the car. It was Horacio! My mind went overdrive with questions. I just could not simply get it. He, a good guy that seemed peaceful and calm, having this kind of chaotic dreams? Madness! Horacio was still conscious, but a little groggy. The world began shifting, becoming a regular white mass. I reappeared in a white room, it only had a normal living room set. Horacio was sleeping on the couch. He promptly woke up, his arms flailing and he saying incoherent words. When Horacio finally calmed down, he looked at me, his face turning into a expression of happiness mixed with curiosity. "Twilight?" he asked, I nodded. "How did you get in here?" "Magic." I simply said, as it was true, and didn't want to give details. "Why are you in my dreams?" he asked, concerned. "Why not?" "Because it is a violation to privacy?" "Uh, hehe, uhmmmm." I was worried, what could I say to save my hide? "You know you could have just asked and There wouldn't be any problem, right?" His expression softening. Wait, what? "Anyway, what did you see over there." "Well, I was a, ehem, 'police man' I believe." His face became one of when you just where told that you are adopted. "You, where, the police that was in my tail all this time?" "Uh-huuu." I shakily answered, this will not end well. "That." Here it comes. "Was." So close... "Awesome!" Okay, what? "Awesome?" I asked. This is weird. "Yeah!" he answered. "I have never been that deep in adrenaline before!" ... "Seriously!" I shouted. "You think breaking the law and put in danger your life and other's is... awesome?" "Yup" he did not look any shocked by my outburst. I didn't know what to say. I was surprised. To make this situation weirder, Horacio starts floating around the place. He was starting to get closer to Pinkie in the random scale. Also, a song began playing, this one to be exact. Thinking about what happened, I did enjoy a little bit the pursuit, but what exactly happened still bugged me. Though, this was only a dream. I don't think Horacio would be able to do this in real life, ... right? "Hey, Twilight." "Eep!" I quickly went behind the sofa. "That was really scary!" "Oops, sorry. Didn't know that you were so easy to scare, though." he politely said. "Anyway, even though this looks stupid, given how you reacted to everything else, do you want to drive again?" "Hmmmm," I wondered. "no races?" "If you don't want." "No pursuits?" "No pursuits." "No speeding?" "No speeding." "You know what?" I finally said. "I just be in the car with you, driving is kind of exhausting. Even if this is only a dream, and you don't move at all." "Sure." he shrugged and made appear a strange, glowing plate. He began pressing and do another stuff to it. The car he drived disappeared, then replaced by another. This one had a blue paint with silver white streaks. Above it there was a sing that said "BMW M3 GTR E46" What a long name. I thought. Horacio opened the passenger's seat, motioning me to enter the car. Obviously I complied. Once I got into an entirely comfortable position, Horacio started the engine and drove carefully. The last thing I want is for him to start speeding. Horacio "I told you not to speed!" Twilight shouted, hitting me on the head. We were already awake, and we were eating breakfast (Eggs and hay). Five minutes after I started driving my need for speed took over me and I just started speeding. In my opinion, it was worth it. "I didn't promise anything, Twilight." I said in a mocking tone, finishing it sticking my tongue out like a five-year-old. Some times I tend to be such an immature. "Could you two please lower it down, I woke up because of your shouting!" "Also, you were the one that wanted to be in the same car as me!" She groaned. So easy to counter her, heh. We ate the rest of the pancakes in silence, awkward silence. I told Twilight about my plans for today and left. "Okay," I told myself "what was the first thing to do?" HELLOOOOOO my dear readers, M3Xkillers here! Well, my brain finally had an idea on how to do this chapter, and I couldn't waste it. This next question is totally not relevant to the story at ALL! Mindful Shenanigans Pt 1Hmm, one more like. *Good* Horacio´s mind I appeared again in where I supposed was my, imagination. Now, instead of the blackness of the other two times I went here, there was white covering the surfaces. I got bored and, for impulse, I started walking in a random direction. I came across some furniture, four chairs around a coffee table. The distance I traveled made my Imaginary legs hurt, so I went to sit on one of the chairs. I looked to my right to see that a mirror spawned, there I saw myself as a human. I initially thought of me being a pony as it was normal to me, but now I learned that the feeling of walking didn't change being either human or pony inside the imagination. Sitting, I made up an imaginary to-do list for tomorrow: 1.- Check on Cloud and Semper 2.- Check on preparations 3.- Find a way to get well with Rainbow Dash 4.- Party! I stored the mental note and began walking again. I wondered in things like "How does this happen?" or "What could I do in here?". I mean, I was lucid dreaming! I came upon a large vault door, above it said "Memory banks". So I was able to see my memories? Yes. Was this useful in any way? Of course! Revisiting those memories I was sure I will not forget them, or so I believed. There was the possibility that I could screw something up over there and give me permanent amnesia, even if that was possible, how could I even get past the vault door? I kept walking until I had an Idea. I wanted to know if I could change my surroundings. I thought of a car, any of the lots of cars I have seen could be spawned there. The one who decided to appear was a Subaru, an Impreza WRX STI 2007, more exactly. This car was of my favorites, my father got one and tuned it slightly as a past time. That car made me happy, I clearly don´t know why. It was black, with a body kit wider than the stock one, I was tuned to the point it got to 500 hp. I went to the pilot´s seat and started the engine. I did not have that much time driving, part of it was that the basic needs could be easily arrived by foot, but I learned to a reasonable level. I put on first gear and released the hand brake. Then I pressed slightly the gas pedal, the motor purring. With the car slowing accelerating, I imagined a city. Tall buildings piercing the sky, traffic everywhere, it felt like a good place to drive, my idea had a turn. Knowing it was just a dream, I pressed the gas pedal hard and began running through the city. Twilight´s POV A chill wind woke me up. It was like only an hour since we slept. I had to take Spike and Horacio inside so nopony had a cold. Spike was really easy to move to his basket, Horacio, on the contrary, was a total challenge. I levitated an Ursa Minor, but he felt way heavier. I don´t know what made me get difficulties levitating him to his bed, but i made it, that is what counts. Sleepier than ever, I went to my bed. Taking a last look to Horacio, my mind had an idea. [Flashback] While we were practicing the spells, my sight took glance to a mind-reading spell. It did not seem too complicated and decided to learn it. [Reality] I silently moved to his bed. Getting beside him, and finding a comfortable position, I started to put up the spell, but I got distracted when I got moved. Looking better what happened, I saw that Horacio was hugging me. I blushed a little, maybe was a reflex or something, I don´t know. I shifted a little and began with the spell again. As I entered his mind, I only saw white. Then, I appeared in a strange room, it had grey walls and was filled with what looked like metal carriages with the inscription "POLICE" on them. A voice resonated in the room, "Attention officers, we got a runner loose on the city, dispatching units 358 to 501" it said. "Hey" a much closer voice said, taking me by surprise. I jumped and turned to look at who called me, it was a human. By the looks it could tell that was a male, he was wearing a dark blue outfit. "Get ready, it is your turn to go!" he said. "Your car is over there!" he pointed to one of the ´cars´, the color scheme on this one was slightly different from the others. Even though I didn´t know what was happening, I complied and entered the vehicle. Its interior was very complicated, a round object right infront of me, pedals at my hind hooves, two levers at my right, also a countless amount of buttons, but I felt I knew how to use everything. There was something attached to the side of the round thing. It took it and turned it, there was a loud noise that settled down. My mind registered this as "Starting the engine", thing I didn´t even understand. "Unit 501" a voice sounded by the radio, seriously, how did I know what everything here was called? Anyway, the voice continued "There is a runner going through 5th St and you have to take him down, understood?" I grabbed the transmitter by magic, pressed the button and said "Understood" I began accelerating until I got out of the room. Still confused on how did I managed to do that, a loud 'whoosh' and something quickly passing at my side brought back my senses. "Unit 501, that was the runner, stop him!" the radio cracked again. I pressed the pedal as hard as I could and got into the pursuit. Thoughts made their way to my head: First, Who is the runner? Second... What the hay is Horacio dreaming?[/i Surprise! I am NOT dead, for now. Sorry for taking so long on bringing this chapter up, school being a bitch and that jazz. If I am lucky enough, the day after tomorrow the next chapter will come up!
Mindful Shenanigans pt 2: Mind pursuitI got more favs! Celestia please bless this fic *_* Horacio I passed by the front of the police station, of course there are cops after me! I thought. I looked by the rearview mirror, there were like ten, fifteen cop cars on my tail. The reason why I went by the station is because I accidentaly went there. Five minutes later I entered a pursuit. Oh well, let's do this! and with that, I pressed the gas pedal and began outruning the cops. Sadly it was for ten seconds. The cops I just evaded were civic cruisers. These ones, sadly, where federal patrol. "Why to go into higher level units?" I muttered. "I will not know, better finish this as soon as posible." There was one that stood out, and I am damn sure I know where I've seen the color pattern. Then, my mind clicked. Tuned car + high level pursuit = Need for speed. Yeah, that video-game series was a good memory on my head. The one that I played the most was Most Wanted, and from there I will be trying to copy some of its elements into this dream. I spawned a HUD similar to the game's on my vision. Why? Because I can! I mean, remember this is my dream, right? Anyway, moving on... The patter belonged to the main police element in such game: Sergeant Cross. The cops were closing fast. I needed a distraction to lure them off, or a way to block them. Then I thought, Why to end this now? If the cops are like the ones of Most Wanted (Supported by the fact I copied everything from it), I could play with them for a bit, then, bail the fuck out. Twilight Okay, I thought the runner is not even moving faster or pulling over. What is he doing? Then, like on cue, 'it' (I will call 'it' because I have no other pronoun for it) began to accelerate, and I gave pursuit. From what I have seen, it is trying to outrun us, but it is impossible by the fact of both of our vehicles are similar in power. I thought. But then, its car expels a blue flame from a tube on the lower par of the vehicle, and begins to outrun us! I pressed the pedal harder, only to find out it is on the limit. "Unit 501" The voice on the radio said "you are allowed to use roadblocks to slow dow the runner." Roadblocks... Yes! My face beamed in enlightenment. Why haven't I thought of this earlier? I don't know. But better tardy than never. Horacio I knew the cops from the "Need for Speed" games were easy to beat, but please! I just used a full nitrogenous tank and I already lost them! And there I was, waiting for them to appear. A song starts ringing on my head, and I look at my rearview to see cops appearing. Here we go... , I pressed the gas pedal to the top, tires squeaking on the asphalt. I ran to the center of the city, as I remembered there is a good amount of alleyways where I could hide from the cops. But, as said earlier, I will play a bit. Twilight "Unit 501 to HQ, we have visual on suspect,over." I said over the radio. I spotted the target parked in the middle of the road, running away when it saw us. That will not happen again. "Requesting roadblock infront of our position." I said through the radio. "Deploying roadblock." the voice answered. I gave hot pursuit to the suspect, avoiding traffic, walls, and junk that were between me and my quarry. I loved going fast. My heart was at a mile per hour, adrenalin saturating my brain. Was this what Rainbow felt when flying at break-neck speed? Now I get why she loves it so much. (Avoiding the fact that pegasi like her are meant to fly like that.) I was getting closer to the suspect, almost at ramming distance; but then, again, it summoned the blue flame, leaving me behind. Luckily I have requested a roadblock, maybe that will work. Horacio Cross, if it is him, was getting dangerously close. I used the nitrous again, getting into a more comfortable distance. From what I remember from the game, I jumped from a level 3 to a level 6 pursuit. What the fuck is my mind doi- My thought train crashed, as my car, because I didn't see a roadblock infront of me. Fuck, even inside my dreams pain exists. I quickly composed myself and barely escaped the block before the cops behind me caught up. Twilight The roadblock was successful, for a short time, though. The suspect regained from the crash and escaped before any unit could catch up. How it was able to maintain such damage and still go on was beyond my understanding. Still, it had to be taken down. I requested some more roadblocks, hopefully one of them will stop the suspect. Twenty minutes later. None of them did. The suspect went through the blocks like knife through hot butter. Some times it went to big circuits on the streets and did various laps, dodging units trying to ram it, myself included. Gosh, it was getting annoying. We managed to corner it on an abandoned warehouse, which's only exit was behind us. I wanted to give it a last warning to pull over, so I searched in the car for something like a megaphone. With no avail, I decided to use a voice-amplifier spell. "You are under arrest! Pull over and we will not use lethal force!" I shouted. As a note, lethal force was not authorized at any time, but was authorized the use of it as a threat to force the suspect to pull over. "This is your last chance! Pull over or we will come and get you out!" Now, let's see if it worked. Horacio After the cop shouted the warning in a really familiar voice, I looked at my options. I could either turn myself in and end this dream now... or... escape like the boss I can be. There was drawbacks on the later option, obviously. First of all is that there was no way out to the naked eye. Giving it a little review, there was a weak spot on the block that covered all the width of the warehouse. It was easy to go through that, but what about the other units in the place? They could catch up quickly and total my car, which can be avoided using surgical precision. I needed to make up my mind and end this, once and for all. Music for the mood. WOW, I finished this one early! Moving to the booths: Will Horacio be... Horacio's POV I remembered who this ponies are, tho people I knew by the names of Semper Find and Cloud Flash. Semper is the unicorn, Cloud is the pegasus. Anyway, those two were some of my brony best friends. After their sudden appearance, I just stared at them slack-jawed, my pupils retracted and my left eyelid was twitching. Twilight entered the bedroom "What happene-" she saw the unconscious ponies and got the same expression. "To start" I said. "There is no way I have anything to do with this, ok?" She nodded. "Okay, put them in the beds. I am going to get help." and I went to get Fluttershy. Mid-way through Ponyville, Rainbow Dash called me from above. "Hey! Where are you going?" "Wow! Now you talk to me!" I said, not giving a damn to look at her or even stop. "I don't have time, thank you very much!" She went into my line of sight, blocking my path. "I am not letting you anywhere until you tell me!" "Go to Twilight's house, there are you answers." I said gritting my teeth. I was angry for her hostile behavior towards me, even though I wanted to take that hostility away, my friends were at the top of the list. I just continued my way, moving around Rainbow. "Hey!" she shouted again. She started to annoy me. "Tell me now!" I grunted. For fuck's sake, why?! "Okay, fine." I looked around "But we can't talk here." "Why so?" "Just follow me." I motioned her to follow until we're at the outside of Fluttershy's house. I looked again to make sure nopony was at hearing range. "Two ponies appeared at the library, passed out. As far I am aware, Fluttershy is good at medical attention." "So why you just don't take them to a hospital?" "Because two things: One, they will ask from where do we know this ponies, if we tell them that they came from who-knows-where through a portal is just too weird; two, bringing three ponies to the hospital under one name in a two-day lapse is too suspicious." She just rolled her eyes and said "Fine." "One question, why have you been so hostile at me? And I'm not getting a 'no' or a grunt for an answer." "Argh, alright, it is because..." she trailed off. "Because~...?" I mocked her voice. "Because I simply don't trust you!" "Too predictable." I said rolling my eyes, sighing. "What?" she just got a 'WTF' face. "I mean, I am a creature from another dimension. What is a reason to trust me? besides that I am a nice guy." She just stared at me with the same expression. "Look, if there is another reason to waste time. There are ponies that may be in danger!" "W-who is in danger?" came a worried, hushed voice. Both Dash and I turned to see a very worried Fluttershy. "Oh, goodness, Fluttershy." I said "Look, there isn't much time, let's go to Twilight's house, hurry!" She perked up and went flying at a speed similar to Rainbow's to the house-tree. Both with the same WTF face, we quickly joined her at the bedroom. Twilight perked about our arrival and greeted us "Good you are here!" Fluttershy quickly interrupted her, went to the unconscious ponies and said "I need a first-aid kit and a flashlight, stat!" "Yes ma'am!" Rainbow, Twilight, and me said, saluting in a military way. We departured to find the stuff, Twilight for the first-aid, Rainbow and me for the flashlight. Once we got the items we fetched them to Fluttershy. After checking on the ponies she gasped and said "The unicorn is waking up!" Semper's POV Shit, I was doing my friend Cloud when two portals vacuumed me and Cloud into who-know-where! I thought. I tried to open my eyes, who quickly shut tight when I saw a stinging light What the...? "You allright?" said a hushed, female voice. "Mhm." I grunted. I blinked several times to see better visual of the situation, and I got surprised by it. I was looking at Fluttershy. I just went like 'What the fuck?'. Fluttershy motioned that she was going to examine my eyes, I complied. When she asked me to look at my right, I saw Twilight sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and a pony what looked like Shining Armor, but much different. When she motioned to look down, I saw Cloud's OC, or at least looked like. "How is he?" 'Shining' asked. "Well" Fluttershy said "He looks alright, just slightly dazed. I am going to see the pegasus, if that's alright." "Sure, go on." I said. "Just hope he's alright too." She nodded and went to examine the pegasus. "Where am I?" The. Dumbest. Question. Ever. In my opinion though. "Well" again, 'Shining' said. "You're in Equestria!" "Uuuhuuu..." I said. Something in this stallion's voice was awfully familiar to me, not familiar as for Shining's canon voice, but as someone else I knew. I looked at Twilight and Rainbow, Twilight had dreamy look on her face, looking at the stallion on her left, Rainbow just had a 'I don't care' look on her face. The stallion on the bed grunted and shifted on the bed. "He's alright too." Fluttershy told everyone. "But he's kinda sleepy at the moment." The stallion asked if he can have a moment with me and the other at bed alone, the mares complied, Rainbow not so easily. Once we were alone, he shouted "I know you're on the door!" A few 'Aw's were heard by the other side of the door. He waited for the one at the bed to wake up and sighed. I broke the silence asking "Who are you?" "My name's Horacio Adame." Obviously a human name. He asked me the same question. "Uh" taken back by it. Looking I was an exact form of my OC, decided to go by that name "Semper Find, uh, sir." There was a short silence, he smiled and said "No formalities here, Eni." I was shocked "Wait a second, how do you that nick-name?" "Eniac, it's me, Mex!" "Mex? How did you get here?" I was shocked that my best friend Mex ( he is normally called M3Xkillers, a short nick-name for him) was here, with me, and Cloud, in Equestria! "Long story, not in the mood to tell it though." Mex said. "Cloud, how are you doing there?" He just grunted something like "Five more minutes Sempy~." Mex looked at me with a 'WTF' face, I just chuckled and blushed, that made his face get weirder. Finally, Cloud woke up entirely, checked his surroundings and said "Ok, what the fuck is going on here?" "We're in Equestria, my friend." Mex said. "Who are you?" "Mex." Cloud pointed at me, before he said anything I said "It's me, Eniac." "No. Fucking. Way." "It is." He stared blankly at us, then, he shouted "BEST. DAY. EVER." before falling on the bed. Mex spoke up "Eh, not the reaction I expected from Cloud, buut, I guess it's ok. You feeling allright?" "I guess so." I said. "What do we do now?" "Ok. Lemme see." Mex said "Let's go downstairs to say you two are safe and sound, tell them we're friends and somehow recognized each other, and just get everything calm! But some rules here, act like you don't know anything, and don't talk about the humans unless I let you." Cloud and I looked at each other, looked back to Mex, and nodded approval. We could also give a thumbs-up, but, you know why we didn't. "Uh" Cloud said "I think I am going to need flight lessons." "I believed so, Rainbow Dash is downstairs. Let's see if we can get you some lessons from her." "Yes!" Cloud said, jumping from the bed. "Okay." said Mex, clapping his hooves "Let's go!" Horacio's (Mex's) POV We went downstairs to see Spike, Fluttershy, and Twilight who had worried expressions Rainbow still had her trademark 'I don't care' expression. "Goodness you are ok!" the yellow pegasus exclaimed, hugging the three of us. She quickly backed away "How are you feeling?" "They are doing good." I explained "It appeared to be that these ponies are my best friends!" A 'Huh?' came from everypony "I know, it is strange, but we asked some questions we only ask for identification. Their names are Semper Find and Cloud Flash." I motioned for the respective ponies. "Uh, hello." both my friends said. The mares and dragon saluted my friends, Rainbow surprisingly was nicer to them than to me. There I could hear inside my head potatOS' sarcastic clap. I just rolled my eyes, cleared my throat for everypony to hear me saying in a buisness, 'I am a boss' tone "Ms. Dash." "Yes?" she said in a monotonous, 'fuck you' stile tone. "My friend Cloud will need flying lessons. Could you please help us with that matter?" 'U-uh, sure, hehe." she... blushed. I know, holy shit, at that my head went all Achievement unlocked: Make Rainbow Dash blush! and that jazz. "Well, you agree or not Miss Dash?" "Uh, yes." I clapped my hooves together "Good to hear!" I looked over to Cloud having a big grin plastered over his face. "Uh." he began "When do we start?" "We can start right now!" she said, happy-as-fuck. "Yay!" my pegasus friend said, and both ran out of the library. The three of us left looked at each other, only Semper and Twilight had 'WTF' on their faces. I just spit out a "Meh" as stuff like this was normal to me. "Anypony hungry?" Stomaches grumbling confirmed my prediction. "Good, let's go get something to eat, shall we?" We went to a restaurant not so far from the library, the food was absolutely delicious for my equine tongue . Twilight struck a conversation on what we liked and how we met, we spared the show and everything related to it for safety measures. As we finished our meals and went back to the tree, we saw Cloud Flash flying well among the fluffiness of the clouds, followed by Rainbow, both crashed into a cloud and started laughing. "Having fun up there?" I asked a little out loud for them to hear me. Flash held his head from one side and said "Well, duh!" I just chuckled "I see the lessons are going well." "Oh yes they are, look!", then Cloud began doing a lot of tricks with great presicion. Even if he was a pegasus, learning like this is outstanding in my opinion. "Great demonstration." I looked at the horizon to see the sun setting "But we need to get home soon." "Awww, please a little more time outside?" "Haha, no." "Uh, Mex." Semper said. "Yes?" "Where are we going to sleep?" "Hmmm, haven't thought of it yet." "They can stay at my house." Rainbow Dash said, interrupting my thoughts. "You're kidding, right?" Cloud Flash and Semper asked, one enthusiastic, the other in sarcasm. "Nope." she said, smiling. "You think it is allright, Horacio?" I thought about it for a bit, sighed, and said "Ok, you can go." "Yes!" Cloud shouted. "But wait." Twilight interrupted "Now what." "Pegasi are the only ones that can walk on clouds, which is what your house is entirely made of. I will need to put a cloud-walking spell on Semper. First let's go to my house to do it." "Okay." We mobilized again in direction of the house-tree. Once in awhile Twilight bumps into me, blushes and backs away a little. Okay, that's weird. I thought. As we finally make it to the house, I saw a note on the door, looking at it with detail it said this exact words: Dear Horacio: I am planning on doing your party tomorrow at 3pm in Sugarcube Corner. Invitations and everything else will be taken care of tomorrow, have a good night. I told everyone about it and opened the door. Twilight performing the cloud-walking spell only took her a couple of minutes. After she was done; Dash, Flash, and Semper leaved. "Uh, Twilight." I said. She parked up and said "Yes?" "Earlier today you left a book on the nightstand with a note saying that you could teach me some magic, right?" she nodded "Could you please do that?" Her face became a huge grin. "Yes!" she said, jumping across the room. When she took awareness of me seeing her in such embarrassing action, she quickly stopped doing that and started to blush. "No need to feel embarrassed, Twilight." I said "You actually remembered my own little sister with that." My sister didn't express her happiness like Twilight, but the way she did it was similar. She just blushed more. Some of the spells Twilight taught me were... Here finishes the chapter! The choice here is on the spells Twilight gets to teach Horacio!
