Road Trip Adventure

It was just a few weeks after the Starswirl Music Festival, and the Humane 7 were still on summer vacation. They were at Canterlot Mall talking about what they want to do to finish their vacation before the school term starts.

"We've only got a few weeks left before we have to go back to Canterlot High." Said Rainbow Dash. "Any suggestions on what we should do?"

"I think we should go to my place and have a slumber party!" Said Pinkie Pie.

"Pinkie Pie, we've had plenty of sleepovers at your house, and it's about time we do something a little different." Said Twilight Sparkle.

"Like what?" Pinkie asked.

"Well we could go somewhere we've never been to before." Said Twilight.

Just then, Rarity had an idea.

"I was thinking if we could all go a road trip in my luxurious RV." She said.

"A road trip? Why didn't we think of this before?" Said Rainbow Dash.

"Ooh! A road trip sounds like fun!" Said Pinkie Pie.

"So where do you want to take us on your road trip, Rarity?" Asked Applejack.

"I was thinking about driving across the country to an RV park resort that's paradise." Said Rarity.

"That sounds like a great vacation, Rarity!" Said Twilight.

Just then, Sunset Shimmer had an idea. But she spoke to Rarity and asked her something that puzzled her.

"Rarity, is it alright if I drive the RV to the resort?" She said.

"But, you don't know the way to the RV park!" Said Rarity.

"I may not know the way, but there's a navigator in your RV that gives directions if we don't know which way to go." Said Sunset.

"Ugh, fine. You can drive the RV on our trip." Said Rarity. "I'm not even bothered driving it anyway."

"Thank you, Rarity." Said Sunset.

"Alright girls, the road trip is settled!" Said Twilight. "So what time are we leaving Rarity?"

"We'll be leaving early tomorrow morning, we'll start our route from Canterlot High." Said Rarity.

"Can I bring some of my pets along the trip?" Asked Fluttershy.

"Sorry Fluttershy, but you can't bring any of your pets on this road trip!" Said Rarity. "I don't want the inside of my RV to get messy!"

"It's okay, Fluttershy." Said Twilight. "I can bring Spike, and I'm sure one pet is enough."

"Okay then." Said Fluttershy."

The girls were looking forward to their road trip, but Sunset had another idea she had in mind. So she went away from her friends and went to the toilets to talk about her plan.

"If I go through the magic mirror and into the pony world, I can invite Princess Twilight and Starlight Glimmer along for the trip!" She thought. "So that way, we'll have the best vacation ever!"

Early the next morning, Sunset got out of her bed and packed her clothes for the trip. She woke up so early so that she would go to the pony world to invite Princess Twilight and Starlight Glimmer. Once she got dressed into her normal clothes, she hurried off to Canterlot High.

"Okay Sunset, all you have to do is you invite Twilight and Starlight to come along on the trip." She said to herself. "Here I go!"

And with that, Sunset went through the portal leaving her bag behind since she didn't need it to go to the pony world. In the pony world, Starlight Glimmer was helping Twilight Sparkle going through some books she didn't read properly when they heard someone go out of the mirror.

"Sunset Shimmer, is that you?" Asked Twilight.

"Yes Twilight, it's me!" Said Sunset.

"You came back!" Said Starlight Glimmer. "I'm so happy to see you again!"

"What are you doing here, Sunset?" Asked Twilight. "Shouldn't you be in the human world?"

"I was Twilight, but I thought I'd might pass by and say hello." Explained Sunset.

"Then what's the real reason why you've come here in the first place?" Asked Starlight.

"My friends in the human world and I, are going on a road trip!" Said Sunset with excitement.

"That's great, Sunset!" Said Twilight. "Shouldn't you be going now?"

"Not yet, but I have one question." Said Sunset. "Would you two like to come along on our road trip adventure?"

Twilight and Starlight gasped, they couldn't help themselves by getting excited.

"We'd LOVE to!" Cried Starlight.

"That's great!" Said Sunset. "Now let's go through the mirror, and surprise my friends."

"Before we go, who's gonna watch my books?" Asked Twilight.

"Oh I'm sure Spike will make sure everything is spic and span." Said Sunset.

"Alright, let's go!" Said Starlight.

And with that, the trio went through the magic mirror and into the human world leaving the pony world. At Canterlot High, Rarity parked the RV on the street. She and her friends were wondering where Sunset was.

"Has anyone seen Sunset?" Asked Pinkie Pie. "We can't start our road trip without her!"

"What's that by the school statue?" Said Rainbow Dash, as she noticed Sunset's bag sitting by the mirror.

When she went to have a look, she saw the bag and took it to her friends to show it to them.

"I found this bag full of clothes by the statue, and I don't know why it's there." She said.

Sci-Twi opened the bag and she saw Sunset's clothes inside it.

"These clothes belong to Sunset!" She exclaimed. "But where could she have gone to?"

Just then, the girls heard something that made them jump. It came from the mirror and they went to have a look. When they saw what was going on, they were happy to see their friend, but were especially surprised to see who she brought along with her.

"Surprise!" Said Sunset when she got up.

Her friends were shocked to see Princess Twilight and Starlight Glimmer return to the human world.

"Girls! You're all here!" Said Starlight.

Everyone had a big group hug as Sunset's friends were happy to see their old friends return. Sci-Twi was also surprised to see her other counterpart again, Princess Twilight.

"You don't look like me." She said.

"My clothes are different, and I don't were glasses like you." Said Princess Twilight.

"Isn't it strange having two Twilight's here?" Said Applejack.

"Yeah, it sure does." Said Rainbow Dash.

"Sunset, why did you bring Twilight and Starlight from their world to ours?" Asked Rarity.

"I just wanted to surprise you all." Said Sunset. "Besides, I really want this to be the best vacation ever! I hope you don't mind if they come along with us."

"Oh, very well then." Said Rarity.

When the girls walked to the RV, Princess Twilight and Starlight were impressed. They had never seen such a large vehicle when they last went to the human world.

"It looks so enormous!" Said Princess Twilight.

"Very modernized!" Said Starlight.

They were more fascinated when they went inside the RV, they were amazed to see a lot of sleeping bags on the floor and there was also a bathroom, and a kitchen.

"Sunset, what is an RV?" Asked Starlight.

"It's like a house but on wheels." Said Sunset. "Rarity is letting me drive all the way across the country!"

"Wow!" Said Princess Twilight. "Can I please sit with you in the front seat?"

"Of course, Twilight!" Said Sunset. "You're gonna love the scenery when you're sit in the front passenger seat of the RV."

"Is everyone ready for a road trip?" Sci-Twi asked her friends.

All of the girls cheered, they were very excited about their road trip. Sunset sat in the driver seat, with Princess Twilight in the passenger seat beside her.

"Road trip, here we go!" Said Sunset, as she hit the accelerator.

The RV started moving, and the girls were off on their trip as their road adventure had just began.
