One was a symbol of earth, a second was fire, a third was water, a fourth was sky, and a fifth was void. The symbols on the five pillars began flashing, they were preparing something. The pillars began shining a beam of light, fused with the power from the element that was depicted with the symbol, into a circular platform in the center of the cave. The power in the beams began swirling around the center of the platform, slowly constricting into the form of a filly alicorn. The alicorn was meant to possess all the power from all five of the elements, and the beams allowed her to master the power of each element instantly. She had bright blue coat and horn, representing sky, a brown mane, representing earth, a medium blue tail, representing water, purple-black wings, representing void, and her eyes were a mix of red, orange and yellow, representing fire. The filly, who named herself Void, used her earth powers to create an exit to the cave. The exit she had made led to the middle of a small town called Ponyville, but she didn't know that yet. It was night, so nopony had seen the filly yet. The filly walked through Ponyville until she came to a large crystal castle. She decided to sleep there for the night, but didn't want to wake anypony up. So Void used her void powers to create a portal to a spare bedroom in the castle and laid down in the soft, comfortable bed. The next morning, Void woke up early and was about to use her void powers when she heard somepony walking outside the door. Curious, she opened the door with her magic just as the pony, who was also an alicorn, stopped right in front of the door. Void didn't see the alicorn, but the alicorn saw here. "Hello." Said the alicorn. Void got startled and accidentally used her sky powers to blow her away. "I'm sorry. I didn't see you there." Said Void "My name is Void. What's yours?" "I'm Twilight Sparkle. Now, where are your parents?" "Don't have any. I wasn't born, I was created. And no, I'm not a robot." "B-but, if you aren't a robot, and weren't born, how are you alive?" "I was created by the power of the elements of earth, sky, fire, water, and void in an underground cave in the middle of this town. Want me to show you my home?" "Sure. I'll come see." Void took Twilight to where the entrance to the cave was. It now had a bunch of ponies surrounding it. "Excuse me." Said Void to the crowd. "I'd appreciate it if you stopped staring into my home." "This cave is your home!" "Yes. Now, I want you to leave." "And what are you going to do if we say no." When Void heard that, she grew angry. She used her powers to create 3 tornadoes and breathed fire into them, turning them into firenadoes. "If you don't leave right now, then a lot of you will be stuck in the hospitable being treated for intense burns." Void said threateningly. The ponies quickly scattered, afraid of Void's threat. Void calmed the firenadoes and squirted water into the fire that was left. She walked down into the cave, Twilight behind her. "Welcome to my home." Said Void. Twilight looked around the cave while Void restored the ground above and created a new entrance to her home near Twilight's castle. "This is the platform that I was created on." Said Void, standing on the platform in the middle of the cave. "And each of these pillars represent a different element that was created with. And that's pretty much it. Now, I should go sign up for school. Later." Void now used her powers to physically become the wind and floated over to the Ponyville schoolhouse just as school had ended. She tried opening the door, but it was locked. The window was open though. Void, still in her wind form, flew through the window. "Excuse me." Said Void. "Huh, who's there?" Asked Ms. Cheerilee. "I'm right here." Replied Void, turning into her normal form. "I'd like to sign up for school." "Alright. Just fill out this sheet and you'll be signed up." Void filled out the sheet and gave it back to Cheerilee. "I'm done." Said Void "Great. School starts tomorrow at 8:15, so be here by 8:00." Void then went over to Sweet Apple Acres and found Applejack bucking trees. She noticed Void and walked up to her. "Welcome to Sweet Apple Acres. What can I do for ya?" "I'd like to get a job here." "Sorry, but you don't really seem like the working type." "I may not be the working type, but I can do this." Void used her powers to grow several trees in an instant to the point of being ready for harvest, gather the apples with a breeze strong enough to pull the apples off the branches, and breathed fire onto dead trees so that they would burn to give room for healthy trees. All while Applejack was watching. "Oh, my. That was amazing. But I still can't hire you. This is a family business." "Okay. I'll find a different job." Void left Sweet Apple Acres and walked through Ponyville, looking for work. As she was walking, a cloud with a rainbow maned pegasus came behind her. The pegasus was trying to prank Void, but she could sense the pegasus approaching because of her power. Void sank into the ground and formed a large ring of dirt and stone around the pegasus, sealing the pegasus with super strong ice. Void, still in the dirt, started talking to the pegasus. "I felt you approach me." Said Void. "Who are you?" "I am Void, spirit of the elements of earth, fire, water, sky, and void. Now, I ask you to remove your cloud and never threaten me again." The pegasus quickly kicked the cloud and landed on the ground. When she did, Void melted the ice and lowered the ring of dirt and stone. "Sorry about that. I was only trying to prank you." "I don't do pranks. They can be dangerous, rude, and can make others hate you." "Oh. Anyway, I'm Rainbow Dash. Extreme flyer, perfecter of the sonic rainboom, and wielder of the element of loyalty." "Interesting. And I am Void, but you already knew that. I am looking for work, do you have any suggestions?" "I have one. But first, are you good with weather?" "I am not simply good with weather, I am commander over it. Others claim that the sky is easy to control, but I could completely destroy this town with my eyes shut, my wings tied, and my magic disabled." "Okay, you've made your point. Work is whenever the weather is scheduled for a change. First one is tomorrow at 1:30, see you later." At this time, it was late. Void walked to the new entrance to her home and created a bed made out of burning clouds. She crawled in and created a blanket from water. Soon, she fell asleep.
