“Honestly? HONESTLY NOW?!” My voice distorted much like Fred’s tends to, believe me I’m quite aware that my eyes were glowing red right now.

“Hot.” Fred stated with an attracted tone.

“Don’t start with me Fred!” I was angry and quite livid. “Whose BRIGHT IDEA was it?”

“What, it worked didn’t it?” Wrex stated lazily.

“Team Shot-fun for the win!” Buttina stated cheerfully with her shotgun puppy spraying confetti candy into the air behind her.

“No, not for the win!” I pointed a hoof at our surroundings. “You didn’t even kill all the Tyranids in the crash!”

We were surrounded by hordes of shrieking flesh monsters.

“Well more fun for us then!” Wrex stated jovially as he loaded his shotgun.

“The Zerg better not show up to this fight, much less the Goa’uld… how many enemies do we have now that can chase us through dimensions?” I grumbled angrily, as I walked away from the miles long burning ship behind me. “At least I know Pom doesn’t have to deal with this kind of stuff, she’d stay as far away from danger like this as she feasibly could.”

"It'd be like her having to fight Beelzebug constantly, I CAN'T IMAGINE POM DOING SUCH A THING!" Fred stated sincerely and honestly, mostly because he couldn't see Pom bothering to fight Beelzebug at all much less take the guy seriously.

-???, Beelzebug-

"Achoo!" The unfortunate problem with mixing highly explosive alchemical chemicals needs not be addressed here in this rather critical moment, I just assume someone weaker than me must be talking about how great I was at everything I do.

Also anyone can easily guess what happened to me next when I sneezed while trying to create a powerful magical bomb to destroy my mortal, dimension hopping, nemesis.

Now if only it didn't just destroy half my domain and me along with it.

I would get my revenge on Pom Lambchop for this travesty!

Once my body has reconstituted itself...

-Moon Cell Realms, Midgar City, Quiet Street, Shanty-

The number of EPs nearby be spiking as I be dropped near the hydrant, there is being no way we’d deal with them all without help and we don’t be having many APs to be throwing at them.

“Thanks for rescuing me Dormarch.” As I be collecting the water spraying from the broken hydrant and watched as Pom faced down Lu Bu, the only good thing about almost being boiled alive was that my fur and skin be feeling really nice. I miss those hot springs in the last China I was in…

“Heard Dolly does this all the time, I might as well start doing it too. I do love my big sis enough to take after her in some ways.” Dormarch be looking around. “At least the EPs around here seem more focused on our friends than us at the moment.”

That’s when Lu Bu, the big jerk that be trying to light me on fire multiple times, suddenly decides to use magic on Pom to get her out of the way to get at me. The Magitek Armor Pom be in, because who else could be in that thing to come to my rescue with Dormarch, flashed with a golden color and a skyscraper in the distance be blowing apart in an inferno. We also be seeing the flash of a territory grab and then hundreds of spherical colorful spheres in blacks, blues and mostly reds.

It be hard to make them out at this distance, but we saw several more territory take overs near where they appeared and they started spreading fire everywhere. It got so bad so fast that there were several growing walls of literal fire appearing everywhere in the freshly stolen territories and I be hearing hundreds of explosions going off in the distance.

“Wait, are those programs taking territories on their own, how?!” Dormarch asked, before we were distracted by Pom firing on the Lu Bu with the right gun and shot off two missiles, the stream projectiles and the explosive be doing little to really harm Lu Bu. “Well that’s concerning, but one thing at a time! I want to go help mom.”

The machine hopped backwards as Lu Bu swung his right fist at it and Pom be narrowly avoiding the blow. Might have been lightly injured by the explosions, but he wasn’t weak to them in his current form at all.

Some distortion started appearing in the air, that be looking almost like what happens when the Eaters when they be appearing, but nothing be coming of it… at least not yet and hopefully it wouldn’t become a problem.

“Then go on, I be busy building up!” I quickly wrapped a large bubble of water around myself and continued to grow my Bounding Bubble back into a water colossus. I needed to concentrate on gathering and controlling as much water as I could.

“Not yet, I’m working on conserving energy to become Garummon too. So I could sit still and build up some energy.” Oh yeah, that barking machine monster form… did not want to be telling Dormarch what I thought of the name of that form being a bit on the nose. Still it would be being very useful if he could use the form soon.

“Well then hope that Pom can be holding him off without us for a bit.” As I be saying this I be firing a crescent of water to slice a few Troopers that appeared behind us in half.

Cutting with water was something I was getting good at… still wanted to do a flying slash without liquid assistance.

-Shinra Tower, Merak the Lazy Lemming-

Okay, I lost The Arsenal… now how do I go about making things harder for them? Activate two Thousand Gunners, they might not be as powerful or well armored… but they’ll do. Next prepare the upper cities special surprise to prevent their access, I’ll also prepare the underside of the upper city for the invasion by the castle. Moby Dick is still trying to deal with the The Slayer Dragon, at most he’s only hampered on being able to get very far and something to worry about later.

Now do I leave them to deal with each other and take out the winner or… what the heck?!

A viral outbreak of creatures known as Bombs, connected to… of course they would be connected to the raging fire demon! I need to divert a number of EPs before the damage can reach the upper city limits… so I’ll have the Thousand Gunners deal with that mess for the moment, along with whatever machinery forces I can bring about against their spread.

I am not losing to a bunch of exploding monsters, I’m not losing to the flimsy looking ewe girl, an oversized talking duck, the water goat and I’m especially not losing to Elise of all pathetic creatures!

-Midgar City Allied Territory, Elise the Naga-

I choked down a Sitrus Berry, as did Canard while Krosserdog and Sami provided cover fire. These so called Gazimon seemed to be good at setting up trap fields to stop the incoming EPs from overwhelming us and they were getting fairly good at taking out Brutes with the help of a few Caerbannogs.

“Come on guys, get those proximity mines in place, we need to reinforce this territory!” One of Gazimon stated from their Skein Flyer as they peppered areas with explosions that only activated on the enemies.

“For the doggy messiah, for she gives good belly rubs!” The other Gazimon called out.

I sneezed a bit and then glared at the tower, me thinks that Merak was severely underestimating the threat I posed to him. I continued to throw knives or snakes into the oncoming brutes, they may be small in numbers but they were much harder to take out than ninety percent of the other Enemy Programs we were dealing with.

-Pom’s Damaged Metal Hound 002, Shanty’s Capricornus Colossus and Digital Dog Dormarch vs. Ifrit Lu Bu (Giant fire demon, still coming at you)-

(Music suggestion: Streets of Rage, Attack The Barbarian)

Lu Bu tried to ignore Pom and leap over the Metal Hound 002 at Shanty who was growing a new water colossus after that last one got boiled down to size.

“He’s about to jump for Shanty.” Pom wasn’t about to look to check where she was, but behind her was a good bet.

“You’re not going anywhere!” Dolly switched the Metal Hound to flight mode and rammed the entirety of Metal Hound 002 up into the giant’s sternum staggering them slightly as the small walking machine bounced off and then was backhanded by Lu Bu’s hand into a building.

The armor stood up to plowing through a wall and plenty of furniture, then rocketed towards Lu Bu flying at him and launching two missiles while firing off twin streams of projectiles from the left and right machine cannon.

Up until the left machine cannon stopped firing and began cycling long before it used up its ammunition store, didn’t take long for Pom to associate the damage to the left side of the Magitek Armor being the cause. Didn’t stop them from plowing the spinning barrel of the left cannon into Lu Bu’s left eye in the form of a mechanical punch, earning his ire for the mild irritant the Metal Hound 002 presented.

Lu Bu slung his right arm for the insect and let off a blast of flames and hit that scorched up Metal Hound 002 as it dodged and dropped below the rising heat and continued to fire its right cannon into him to little effect.

“One fully working gun and missile launchers is not doing much Pom!” Dolly announced as she evaded a forward thrusting palm of the flame giant’s left hand that sent off a melting wave of heat and flames that slagged a portion of the stone and rock of a building into molten bits. A second later missiles launched from the right shoulder blasting Lu Bu’s face and stomach to little effect, at least he wasn’t getting bigger off the explosions as they knocked the flames encrusting his body away a bit. “Could we use the magic attacks?”

“Don’t exactly have much magic to spare at the moment after dealing with The Arsenal Dolly, I’d like to reserve it for repairs and healing. Just give me some time and we’ll get to them, I don’t want to lose more of myself to becoming Chrysomallus at the moment.” Even as Pom said this Lu Bu leapt onto the building the melted a hole into and physically ripped out a support pillar with his left hand to swing at them like a baseball bat.

The shockwave of the pillar being swung caused the Metal Hound 002 to spiral out of Dolly’s control for a few seconds before Pom and her reoriented, only to immediately switch to walk mode and drop to the ground to avoid the massive vertical spinning pillar that had been thrown at them.

“This Fu Manchu guy is kind of nuts Pom!” Yelped Dolly as she leapt the Metal Hound 002 to the left to avoid a fireball and looking back, they both saw Shanty easily block it with a large watery front right leg. A retaliatory lash of said watery hoof sent a wave of water forth that was boiled away into steam before it could really do anything to Lu Bu.

Shanty continued to grow the goat shaped mass of water, said mass of water had its back right leg on the hydrant and looked to be filling up like an oversized water balloon. She’d soon be ready as the maximum amount of mass she could control was about to be reached, her water colossus would still barely be big enough to fight Lu Bu with anything approaching capable of hurting.

While Shanty was working on that, Dormarch was attacking some nearby Moon Cell Watchers that invaded the area looking to either attack Pom with lasers or get a visual on her for Merak to send portal based attacks at. Either way Dormarch was slowly absorbing digital energy out of the floating danger spheres to get his evolution out faster to help in the fight against Lu Bu.

Lu Bu Raised both his hands clamped together and leapt towards the Metal Hound 002 to bring it down on it.

Metal Hound 002 Immediately took to the air again to avoid the street rupturing upwards at it, only to be hit with a blast of flames from Lu Bu’s mouth that badly scorched it and forced it to land.

“It’s getting too hot here!” Dolly whined, she was only immune to cold temperatures, she was very much affected by things getting too hot.

“Shanty if you can hear me, please tell me you can hit him with enough water to at least soak him even a little bit!” Pom had a plan for how to decrease the problems the fire demon Lu Bu presented and it didn’t help that she could see waves of fire spreading rapidly everywhere in the distance, but at least most of them weren’t coming this direction.

Dolly had the flying armor dodging blasts of flames and another attempt to punch the Metal Hound 002, it had already taken quite a bit of damage as it retreated closer to where Shanty was doing something and couldn’t take much more heat to its already smoldering armor.

“Those things in the distance are NPs mom, classification of Beast named Bombs, Lu Bu doesn’t have control of them and they are spreading everywhere!” Dormarch stated as he appeared in a flash of Search Hunter on top of Metal Hounds damaged left shoulder and loosed a Wild Howl, he had gotten the information in the time he had been making sure EPs were staying out of their combat zone.

The Wild Howl attack somehow managed to stun Lu Bu before he could launch another attack into the battered backpedaling Metal Hound 002.

“Just be careful Dormarch, I don’t want to lose you to something that was easily avoidable.” Pom responded and Dolly’s voice could be heard mirroring Pom’s words in the form of barks as their synchronization required to even pilot a Magitek Armor hit a peak for a moment.

The Metal Hound 002 backed up, moving away from Lu Bu as he slammed the street with his right fist sending a shockwave that buffeted the machine pouring two streams of fire into him. The left machine cannon chose to start working again, another two missiles fired off as the two streams of projectiles flew from the arms of the Magitek Armor.

After having planted his fist into the torn up street, Lu Bu tried to charge Metal Hound 002 with his horns first and turned it into a left shoulder bash to gain some distance to try and knock the rising Metal Hound 002 out of the air.

While he didn’t connect with either of his charges the shockwave of Lu Bu’s movement’s sent the smaller machine flipping backwards to land face down. Dormarch quickly used his Dobermon D-Type tentacles to cling to the left arm, he fired off a Surge Projector and managed to slow Lu Bu from crushing Metal Hound 002 as it slowly stood up and managed to back up between two pillars of water.

Shanty glared and raised the right massive hoof made of water, after pulled it back she lunged forward and launched the entire leg with a single thrust into Lu Bu’s face, neck and chest positively covering him in enough water that he couldn’t simply boil it all into steam instantly as it smothered his magical flames with equally magical water.

The impact actually caused the giant Lu Bu to stumble back a bit and he became soaked and he even shrunk a bit due to the loss of heat and was about to reignite.

“Mom, Dolly, now!” Dormarch called out and the front of the Metal Hound 002 opened up and there was an icy bluish white glow coming from its chest where a glowing crystal could be seen, it then launched a Magitek Armor version of an Ice Beam.

When compared to a Pokémon doing an Ice Beam, the Magitek Armor version of the same attack made quite an impressive showing as a massive frosty blast that froze up the molten street and hurt a roaring Lu Bu by a massive amount. Shrinking him down by up to a quarter of his maximum size, being soaked in water didn’t help Lu Bu’s case at all as ice started covering portions of his body and using the water to sap the fire demons strength.

“Oh yeah, we might be able to do this!” Dolly cheered from her position on the head of a ewe inside the Metal Hound 002. Pom and Dormarch were of the opinion Dolly was celebrating too soon after the previous fight Shanty had with Lu Bu almost ended in complete disaster.

It didn’t take too long for Lu Bu to start melting through the ice covering ninety percent of his body, his red burning eyes were sending them a literal scorching glare as he broke free of the ice.

The twin streams of machine cannon fire from the Metal Hound 002 soon became one as the left arm once again entered cycling, it also fired two missiles into the uncovered portions and the concussive blasts staggered the forward lunge Lu Bu tried to start.

“What it’s going to take to put this guy down, a ‘Blizzard’?!” A shine came from the Metal Hound and Lu Bu’s flaming left arm that just became free of ice was suddenly hit by several blue beams of light and froze over and pushed him back further with a howl of some real pain.

“Dolly what the…?!” Pom seemed a bit surprised by something and it showed in the Metal Hounds 002’s odd movements.

“That wasn’t me, I don’t know what just… was that glow from the marble I picked up?!” Dolly responded. “That felt weird, like I wasn’t putting up the cost of the magic for that one. Doesn’t even feel like the spell is actually part of me, though why do I feel like it’s closer now… anyway it felt like something else was responsible for that.”

“Now’s not a good time to find out you can do new stuff Dolly!” Dormarch yelled from nearby building he was taking cover in.

“Again, that wasn’t me!” Dolly reiterated for Pom and Dormarch’s sake that she had little idea what just happened there.

Shanty wasn’t focused on their distracted discussion as she was still standing on the fire hydrant and readying another massive water leg to launch at Lu Bu.

-Origin Space, Arceus-

“Is that?” I started to ask with a quirked tilted head look to Bahamut.

“Yes.” Bahamut answered a grin shining across his face.

“Hm-hm, Dolly does have quite the affinity for the cold if her attraction for huskies didn’t already show that enough and where there’s Ifrit the demon of flames...” Tiamat stated with several grinning heads.

“There’s his opposite, the queen of ice Shiva.” Bahamut said a second later looking at his sister. “She finally reveals herself.”

The materia shined in my sight and I could see the image of a grinning elf like figure floating behind a confused Dolly, likely what my compatriots were seeing.

“Shiva would rather a cute dog carry her mote of power than fall into the toxic mako fluids of the false life stream controlled by Moon Cell.” Tiamat chuckled dryly. “A fair, but very dangerous maneuver to put herself into position.”

“So she actively attracted Dolly’s attention to pick her up due to their compatibility… well played.” I said with a nod seeing how Shiva ended up in powering that particular sweeper in the first place, as I began looking into the past as that wouldn’t alert Moon Cell of what my plans for the future were. I turned my sight back to Aurora and all the troubles currently befalling it as the ‘Moon Cell’ mystery dungeons anchoring it to Ransei were attacked vehemently by my numerous children. Steady progress was being made, especially from King Evan in Viperia having recently formed a strong alliance with Yaksha. Most notably on the Aurora front the Rockruff Brothers would soon become the Lycanroc Brothers… all three forms of that evolution line too. “Those three will be some of the best members Rescue Team Harmony has.”

“It is hard to sit back and watch mortals fend for themselves sometimes, but when needs must.” Bahamut stated flatly with crossed arms. “At least Shiva thankfully inserted herself into things tactfully in a way that didn’t entirely break the board or the rules… so many new plans would have had to be made in that case. I’d almost expect the Eaters to show up with how much Pom is glitching the systems by existing and her golden march towards self-destruction is making that effect far more powerful in areas she’s fighting in. At least she is still choosing and not letting it force her in that direction, never have I seen a mortal soul so resilient to its own particular nature.”

“You would think Shiva is the smart one Arceus, but Ifrit was in fact that brighter of the two… when his anger and rage doesn’t get in the way at least. Don’t honestly know what Ifrit sees in Shiva.” Tiamat stated dryly. “Opposites do attract though and Shiva did come for him when his soul started calling for help from his… rather nasty predicament.”

“So who do we think will hold onto Ifrit’s power after Lu Bu has been dealt with?” That brought up my two compatriots short, they considered this silently for a moment.

It would be helpful for future endeavors if someone could handle Ifrit’s raw power, both Bahamut and Tiamat would want the materia of Ifrit and Shiva to fix some issues they’ve been having once everything is said and done.

“Mirage Mew is still working on a way to get the people of Ransei a stable path into Moon Cell’s inner stronghold… once they get their acts together.” Interrupted Mew who was here to deliver me a progress report. “We may need Pom’s Counter Invasion group as a rallying point.”

I sighed and hoped that we could do without needing to rely on Pom’s group, she’s already done more than enough.

-Team Pom vs. Lu Bu, continued-

Lu Bu slammed his hands into the ground and started ripping up a large section of street. Two missiles streaked in and impacted with the chunk and damaged it, but didn’t break it apart entirely.

The massive chunk was thrown and a mass of water knocked it out of the air before it could crush Metal Hound 002.

“Mom can I turn your emotions into energy to perform some miracles please? I need it to reach my digital evolution in a timely manner!” Dormarch was one of the few Digimon to ever ask if their tamer, trainer, partner or otherwise close family member directly if they could use their emotions to fuel their evolution. Mostly because he was rather polite compared to most other Digimon who assumed their partners were always willing and able to freely just give them the energy for said evolutions, in general they were, but it was still rude of a Digimon in recent history to not tell their partners about how digivices work in general.

“Of course Dormarch, if it helps me offload some trauma and it isn’t like my emotions were anywhere close to being edible for Ocellus anyway!” Pom called out as the armor brought up both its arms to block the impact of a wave of flames coming at them that rocked and almost toppled a fairly damaged Metal Hound 002. “Using Heal Beam, Shanty please get in here!”

The water colossus bound forward and thrust its left hoof into the side of Lu Bu’s face slashing it up with a razor edge of water as it created a large cutting arc.

While Shanty forced Lu Bu back, the Metal Hound 002 repaired some of the damage and healed both the bumps and bruises Dolly and Pom incurred just by being tossed around by Lu Bu, but an amount of armor that had been melted off wasn’t coming back and the left gun was still cycling at odd times.

“Doberman D-type digivolve to… Garummon!” In a flash Dormarch reshaped his body to that of the armored warrior of light, one that immediately lends his range support with a mouth laser. “Lupine Laser!”

The laser blasted Lu Bu in the lower left side of his body and actually staggered and injured him, apparently light and raw energy was not an element he could absorb. Some missiles struck his right side with a solid stream of projectile from Pom standing to the left of Shanty.

The giant water goat rammed bodily into Lu Bu a few second later, the water was effective but it was not nearly enough to contain Lu Bu, but it was shrinking and weakening down to something vaguely more manageable.

Lu Bu was aggressively fighting the water with heat until another Ice Beam from Metal Hound 002 struck him, sure Shanty might have the focus of his ire, but she wasn’t the most dangerous thing to him there.

The shot had tired Pom out on magic, but Dolly still had some magical energy in their metal walking tank and was saving it for the best possible moment.

Lu Bu has shrunk slightly and was now almost an even match for Shanty’s Capricorn Colossus.

“RARRRGHHH!” Clapping his hands together, every glass window in that given street erupted from the powerful shockwave. Metal Hound 002 went tumbling away, Dormarch teleported to safety of the nearby roof and fired another Lupine Laser and Shanty absorbed the shockwave with the water around her.

Shanty tried to swing the right hoof made of water only for it to evaporate with Lu Bu’s rage flaring flames all over his form.

Turning his head slightly from Shanty and Metal Hound 002, Lu Bu casts a powerful fire magic at Dormarch who quickly yelps and teleports away using Search Hunter to avoid the sudden massive burst of flames and failed at getting off another Lupine Laser.

He turned back to see Metal Hound 002 rocketing towards him and punched at his chest with its spinning left cannon, that was not firing any projectiles, before flying backwards and firing two missile into him. The concussive explosions dampened the flames around Lu Bu slightly.

The unfortunate problem with shrinking Lu Bu down as far as he was, it was that he was getting progressively faster the smaller he got. So he surprised Pom and Dolly when he suddenly lunged for them while ignoring Shanty and dodging a massive slashing right hook from her.

He grabbed the canopy of the Magitek Armor and started to crush it.

“I wish I could ‘summon’ enough ‘ice’ to bring this guy down.” Two things happened when Dolly said this, one Pom cringed for some reason and second was that Dolly felt her magic bottom out of her and a little bit of magic was taken from Pom to fill the deficit through their bond.

The canopy was soon ripped open revealing Pom with Dolly on her head wide eyed as Lu Bu’s right hand glowing with flames was about to burn out the insides of the Magitek Armor, at least until the tail of the water colosuss slapped into the left side of his face staggering him and making him miss his blast of flames that shot skyward.

“Where did all that magic go to?!” Pom said with worry as Lu Bu started to bring his left hand around with flames intending to still deal with them.

Shanty tried for a left hook and Lu Bu ducked it without seeing it coming from behind.

“Howling Star!” While Lu Bu was focused on dealing with the biggest problem in the fight, that being the machine that could fire ice magic it gave Dormarch enough to time reposition and come hurtling at him like a shooting star.

Dormarch slammed into Lu Bu’s chest forcing him skidding back, but he wasn’t done yet.

“Blade Wind Turbine!” The armored wolf that Dormarch became start spinning horizontally clockwise upon reaching point blank range from his previous attack, he torn into Lu Bu with the bladed bits of armor shrinking the fire demon down further like a vicious living chainsaw. This was at least until Lu Bu grabbed him.

Stopping Dormarch’s rapid fire spinning dead in its place with raw muscle, Lu Bu then hurled Dormarch through a building or two. In that time Pom had retreated the Meta Hound 002 with the broken canopy back a fair distance and fire some missiles which were blown out the air by blasts of fire.

Shanty body checked Lu Bu’s raging demon form into a building and blasted him with whatever mass of water she was able to, until the building collapsed on him.

It was silent for a minute, Shanty approached the building cautiously. Only for a blast of flames to erupt making Shanty back away from the large hole they produced in the collapsed building as Lu Bu pulled himself free.

Lu Bu lunged and punched his left fist into the head of the water colossus goat and grabbed at Shanty.

Shanty swiftly swam down the neck into the torso of the water blob somewhat shaped like her to avoid the sudden boiling heat around her.

Ramming his right hand into the chest of the giant water goat, Lu Bu was just about to grasp Shanty moving about in the water and was busy slashing away at his left hand using the water around it, when a missile struck him in the eye and the other hit his right ankle.

The explosive to Lu Bu’s eye made him miss the grab and Shanty quickly pushed him away from the water she encased herself in.

Lu Bu used the push to lash out a large fireball towards Metal Hound 002 with his left hand, only to miss when it took to the air and flew high up out of way of the attack.

Metal Hound 002 constantly peppered Lu Bu with a two streams of projectiles, up until the left gun cut out to cycle again in barely three seconds of sustained fire.

“Is it weird that he’s still just as dangerous as when we started, even when we’ve shrunk him down so much?” Pom asked as she looked through the shattered canopy as the machine tilted downwards slightly face their opponent.

With a blast of heat the watery head of the colossus was blown away in to a mass of steam and mist as a torrent of hellish flames tore through it coming off Lu Bu’s right fist. He almost evaporated half the water Shanty was using in an instant.

Lu Bu was about to continue attacking Shanty, whose prior source of water was now on the other side of Lu Bu when he was hit in the neck with a Lupine Laser from Dormarch who was standing on a balcony of a building a distance away.

Shanty gather the steam and humid air to hit him with ball of condense liquid and continued to splash water upon the fiery monster who kept drying off within seconds just from the heat he was producing.

Sending a wave of Fire Shanty’s way, Lu Bu tried to cast magic at Dormarch only for him to lose his target as he teleported away. Dormarch didn’t want to incidentally reflect the magic and cause another outburst of Bombs when more than a quarter of the the lower city was on fire.

"Hellfire." Flames started building up around Lu Bu and he started glowing brightly, he became a hellish pillar of fire that started moving at Shanty.

“You failed to get me last time and you’ll be failing this time as well even if Dodo isn’t being here to help me, TOTSUGEKIIIIIII-~!” Shanty tried to focus on summoning Leviathan, a portal opened above her head and appeared like how she could summon Horizon the dolphin… she soon found out she couldn’t summon Leviathan. She only made its head appear out of the portal and it opened its mouth and the entire street was soon flooded with a tidal wave by the amount of water it sprayed at Lu Bu who blasted flames back at the water beam.

“Whoa, since when could Shanty do that?!” Dolly asked from her position as they watch the flames and water battle against one another.

“Shanty did say she had something she wanted to talk to me about…” Pom stated with a look of awe as they hovered above the two battling. Shaking her head Pom looked up at Dolly. “Dolly fire missiles into his back and keep firing the right cannon until we need to cycle.”

“Speaking of cycling, the left arm is doing it again and it barely fired one shot this time!” Groused Dolly who had wanted this machine to survive this battle. She thought it would be awesome to own her own battle armor, even if she had no idea how she was going to keep it in good repair as even she understood that the heal beam couldn’t fix everything wrong with the machine. There’s also the fact that it might not work outside the digital realms unless it was made of real world materials or whatever Dormarch was made of when he became real, plus she would need some controls specifically made for her so she could even pilot it without Pom.

Two missiles flew forth and a single stream of projectiles pounded into Lu Bu’s back, even as another long distance Lupine Laser struck him he didn’t lose concentration when it came to staring down Shanty. Soon Lu Bu even started surpassing leviathan’s spewed tidal waves worth of water with raw rage, heat and flames.

Shanty had to drop the summon as she was expending so much magic to keep it going and surrounded herself with her bubble and it was worn down almost to nothing in the as the hellish flames finally passed her by. There was barely a thin film of water surrounding her body now and Shanty looked exhausted.

Lu Bu for his part looked more annoyed as Shanty took to standing on her hind legs and readied her cane scythe while remaining defiant if tired once again.

Lu Bu leapt forward in an attempt to finish off Shanty with another attack, when someone interrupted the fight and Lu Bu’s relished vengeance and they did so in a highly destructive flashy manner.

“Diamond Dust.” Lu Bu’s eyes widened as his body was flash frozen in place in the air and her fell to the ground to start shrinking down and the ice even continued to fill in the empty space left behind until he was around ten to twelve feet tall. This was around the time Lu Bu managed to free himself in an explosion of highly weakened flames and glared at the one who stopped him.

Ice and snow now scoured an entire portion of the city cutting off the expansion of the bombs in the direction of Pom and her allies entirely.

Oddly the iced over region didn’t seemed to have touched Shanty, Pom, Dolly or Dormarch or anyone else that was allied to them. Aside from being egregiously cold, which doesn't effect Dolly in the slightest to begin with, it wasn’t affecting them as much as it was Lu Bu who looked to be bordering on somehow having gained instant frost bite that was slowly, but surely, disappearing from his heating up form.

“Hm-hm-hm… ahahahaha!” The chilling laughter came from a floating bipedal figure. She had icy blue skin, eyes cold as icicles that started to form in the air around her braided waving solid blue hair, pointed ears spreading out from a heart shaped face and an otherworldly ethereal quality to her lithe form as she floated above the ground surrounded by flower made of ice she started sitting upon as if it were a throne.

Her sharp gaze sent shivers down everyone's spines, except Lu Bu’s who just roared at her while raising his flaming fists ready to keep fighting.

“Why do I get this feeling that Velvet would have complaints about that being if she was to ever meet whoever that is?” Pom stated blandly from where the ramshackle Metal Hound 002 was hovering.
